In this article, the design problem of event‐triggered (E‐T) non‐fragile dynamic output‐feedback controller is addressed for the uncertain Fornasini‐Marchesini second (FM‐II) model with persistent dwell time (PDT) switching constraint. First of all, a novel E‐T scheme is introduced to reduce the measurement transmission ratio so as to decrease the occupancy of the communication channels. Then, by choosing a suitable co‐positive type Lyapunov function and utilizing the PDT method, sufficient conditions are obtained under which the obtained closed‐loop system is positive, robustly exponentially stable and has an l1‐gain performance. The corresponding controller design issues are simultaneously discussed, and the parameterized matrices are explicitly designed by solving some linear programming inequalities. Background: A fibrotic liver may have an impaired regenerative capacity. Because liver transplantation is donor limited, understanding the regenerative ability of a fibrotic liver is important. Methods: A two‐thirds partial hepatectomy (PH) was performed in C57Bl/6 mice with or without carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) treatment. Liver regeneration in the fibrotic liver after PH was assessed by the intrahepatic expression of the cell cycle regulators p53, p21, cyclin D1, c‐Fos and CDK2 using Western blot analysis. In addition, the expression of PGC‐1α and the cell proliferation‐related proteins PCNA and phosphate histone H3 was determined by Western blot and immunohistochemical staining analyses. Histone epigenetic modification of the PGC‐1α promoter was investigated through chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and reverse transcription–quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT‐qPCR) assays. The impact of PGC‐1α on liver regeneration after PH was further evaluated in PGC‐1α‐knockout mice. Results: A decreased expression of PGC‐1α and liver regeneration‐related genes in the fibrotic liver was detected after a PH. Histone acetylation at the PGC‐1α promoter led to increases in PGC‐1α expression and the survival rate in the fibrotic group after a PH. PGC‐1α‐mediated liver regeneration was further demonstrated in PGC‐1αf/falbcre+/0 mice. Conclusion: Targeting PGC‐1α may represent a strategy to improve the treatment of PH in patients with liver fibrosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The wetland water environment serves as the vital “kidney” of the city, playing a pivotal role in purifying water, maintaining habitat biodiversity, and ensuring ecological stability. In this study, we focus on a representative wetland park located in Lanzhou, China. Firstly, we establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the ecological environment of the wetland park. This is achieved through rigorous field monitoring of three key elements within the water environment: water quality, habitat, and aquatic life. By employing this holistic approach, we aim to gain a thorough understanding of the park's ecological condition.Secondly, we employ a questionnaire to assess the quality of health care services provided within the park. Additionally, we extract data from real element analysis and consumer reviews to obtain valuable insights into health care satisfaction levels. This comprehensive evaluation enables us to assess the quality of health services within the marshland park. We summarize optimization strategies for wetland parks, emphasizing the synergy between the water environment and health services. Furthermore, we propose scientifically informed recommendations for improving the quality of health services within wetland parks. This study contributes to our understanding of the crucial relationship between wetland ecosystems, health care services, and the sustainable development of urban environments. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
