Curriculum ideological and political is a new topic in the teaching of information security major courses. The wireless communication network security course of Xidian University was taken as an example by the theory of reverse instructional design. By clarifying the concepts and principles of curriculum ideological and political construction, the curriculum ideological and political teaching design was carried out by the means of curriculum front-end design, teaching objective design, determine evaluation evidence, design learning activities, teaching Feedback. Through the demonstration of this case, the reference for how to carry out curriculum ideological and political teaching design in other courses were provided.

In the modern educational landscape, teacher creativity has a vital role, especially in language education. Teacher creativity plays a crucial role in today's world, and some studies have explored the factors influencing creativity among language teachers. The present research explored the impact of psychological factors, self‐efficacy, collective efficacy, and autonomy on the professional creativity of Chinese English as a foreign language (EFL) teachers. These interconnected concepts provide a holistic perspective on motivation and performance, impacting both individuals and groups. In a study involving 542 English teachers from diverse backgrounds (varying in gender, age, and teaching experience) within Chinese educational settings, researchers administered four distinct scales: teacher creativity, self‐efficacy, collective efficacy, and autonomy. The responses were then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis revealed a significant relationship between Chinese EFL teachers’ self‐efficacy, collective efficacy, and autonomy, and their creativity. Specifically, regression analysis indicated that higher levels of self‐efficacy and collective efficacy were statistically associated with better creativity among teachers (p < 0.05). The model further showed that 52% of the differences in teachers’ professional creativity can be described by their self‐efficacy, while approximately 37% of the variance is attributed to collective efficacy. Additionally, autonomy accounts for approximately 61% of the variance in teachers’ professional creativity. The results from the SEM analysis corroborate the existing literature, affirming that self‐efficacy, collective efficacy, and autonomy significantly influence professional creativity among Chinese EFL teachers. These psychological factors play a crucial role in enhancing individual teacher creativity. Educational administrators can leverage these insights to design focused professional development programs that strengthen teachers’ self‐efficacy and collective efficacy. Additionally, granting teachers greater autonomy in curriculum design and implementation fosters an environment where creative teaching strategies are more likely to flourish. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Clusterization‐triggered emissive (CTE) materials have attracted great attention in recent years. The regulation of the emission property of materials with CTE property through supramolecular interactions is an excellent strategy for the construction of smart fluorescent materials. In this work, we have prepared a regulatable supramolecular polymer network with CTE properties through pillararene‐based host−guest interactions. The pillar[5]arene‐grafted poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) showed a classic CTE character. After adding Brooker's merocyanine‐grafted polymer to the solution of the pillar[5]arene‐containing PMMA, the supramolecular polymer network gel formed by the host−guest interactions between pillararene and Brooker's merocyanine guest. This supramolecular network showed brighter fluorescence than the pillar[5]arene‐grafted PMMA in the solid state. In addition, the fluorescence emission of the supramolecular network can be further regulated by pH conditions. After adding an acid, the Brooker's merocyanine‐containing guest polymer was protonated, and the supramolecular network changed to a protonated network through host−guest interactions between protonated Brooker's merocyanine guest and pillararene. Interestingly, the fluorescence was quenched when the supramolecular network turned into the protonated network. After adding a base, the protonated network can convert back to the original network, along with recovery of the fluorescence. Therefore, the regulation of the fluorescence of the supramolecular polymer materials with CTE was successfully realized by pillararene‐based host−guest interactions. The AP1 complex is a highly conserved clathrin adaptor that plays important roles in regulating cargo protein sorting and intracellular vesicle trafficking in eukaryotes. However, the functions of the AP1 complex in the plant pathogenic fungi including the devastating wheat pathogen Fusarium graminearum are still unclear. In this study, we investigated the biological functions of FgAP1σ, a subunit of the AP1 complex in F. graminearum. Disruption of FgAP1σ causes seriously impaired fungal vegetative growth, conidiogenesis, sexual development, pathogenesis, and deoxynivalenol (DON) production. The ΔFgap1σ mutants were found to be less sensitive to KCl- and sorbitol-induced osmotic stresses but more sensitive to SDS-induced stress than the wild-type PH-1. Although the growth inhibition rate of the ΔFgap1σ mutants was not significantly changed under calcofluor white (CFW) and Congo red (CR) stresses, the protoplasts released from ΔFgap1σ hyphae were decreased compared with the wild-type PH-1, suggesting that FgAP1σ is necessary for cell wall integrity and osmotic stresses in F. graminearum. Subcellular localization assays showed that FgAP1σ was predominantly localized to endosomes and the Golgi apparatus. In addition, FgAP1β-GFP, FgAP1γ-GFP, and FgAP1μ-GFP also localize to the Golgi apparatus. FgAP1β interacts with FgAP1σ, FgAP1γ, and FgAP1μ, while FgAP1σ regulates the expression of FgAP1β, FgAP1γ, and FgAP1μ in F. graminearum. Furthermore, the loss of FgAP1σ blocks the transportation of the v-SNARE protein FgSnc1 from the Golgi to the plasma membrane and delays the internalization of FM4-64 dye into the vacuole. Taken together, our results demonstrate that FgAP1σ plays vital roles in vegetative growth, conidiogenesis, sexual reproduction, DON production, pathogenicity, cell wall integrity, osmotic stress, exocytosis, and endocytosis in F. graminearum. These findings unveil the functions of the AP1 complex in filamentous fungi, most notably in F. graminearum, and lay solid foundations for effective prevention and control of Fusarium head blight (FHB). Calcium and manganese transporters play important roles in regulating Ca2+ and Mn2+ homeostasis in cells, which is necessary for the normal physiological activities of eukaryotes. Gdt1 and Pmr1 function as calcium/manganese transporters in the Golgi apparatus. However, the functions of Gdt1 and Pmr1 have not been previously characterized in the plant pathogenic fungus Fusarium graminearum. Here, we identified and characterized the biological functions of FgGdt1 and FgPmr1 in F. graminearum. Our study shows that FgGdt1 and FgPmr1 are both localized to the cis‐ and medial‐Golgi. Disruption of FgGdt1 or FgPmr1 in F. graminearum caused serious defects in vegetative growth, conidiation, sexual development and significantly decreased virulence in wheat but increased deoxynivalenol (DON) production. Importantly, FgGdt1 is involved in Ca2+ and Mn2+ homeostasis and the severe phenotypic defects of the ΔFggdt1 mutant were largely due to loss of FgGdt1 function in Mn2+ transportation. FgGdt1‐mCherry colocalizes with FgPmr1‐GFP at the Golgi, and FgGDT1 exerts its biological function upstream of FgPMR1. Taken together, our results collectively demonstrate that the cis‐ and medial‐Golgi‐localized proteins FgGdt1 and FgPmr1 regulate Ca2+ and Mn2+ homeostasis of the Golgi apparatus, and this function is important in modulating the growth, development, DON biosynthesis and pathogenicity of F. graminearum. Background: Soil salinity is a major abiotic stress that limits agriculture productivity worldwide. Salicornia europaea is well adapted to extreme saline environments with more than 1,000 mM NaCl in the soil, so it could serve as an important model species for studying halophilic mechanisms in euhalophytes. To obtain insights into the molecular basis of salt tolerance, we present here the first extensive transcriptome analysis of this species using the Illumina HiSeq™ 2000. Principal Findings: A total of 41 and 39 million clean reads from the salt-treated (Se200S) and salt-free (SeCKS) tissues of S. europaea shoots were obtained, and de novo assembly produced 97,865 and 101,751 unigenes, respectively. Upon further assembly with EST data from both Se200S and SeCKS, 109,712 high-quality non-redundant unigenes were generated with a mean unigene size of 639 bp. Additionally, a total of 3,979 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were detected between the Se200S and SeCKS libraries, with 348 unigenes solely expressed in Se200S and 460 unigenes solely expressed in SeCKS. Furthermore, we identified a large number of genes that are involved in ion homeostasis and osmotic adjustment, including cation transporters and proteins for the synthesis of low-molecular compounds. All unigenes were functionally annotated within the COG, GO and KEGG pathways, and 10 genes were validated by qRT-PCR. Conclusion: Our data contains the extensive sequencing and gene-annotation analysis of S. europaea. This genetic knowledge will be very useful for future studies on the molecular adaptation to abiotic stress in euhalophytes and will facilitate the genetic manipulation of other economically important crops. Chemodynamic therapy (CDT) utilizing the Fenton reaction to convert hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ) into cytotoxic hydroxyl radicals (˙OH) has recently drawn extensive interest in tumor treatment. However, the therapeutic efficiency of CDT often suffers from high concentrations of glutathione (GSH), insufficient endogenous H 2 O 2 and inefficient Fenton activity. Herein, a GSH-depleting and H 2 O 2 self-providing nanosystem that can efficiently load copper ions and doxorubicin (DOX) (MSN-Cu 2+ -DOX) to induce enhanced CDT and chemotherapy is proposed. The results show that MSN-Cu 2+ -DOX could release Cu 2+ and DOX under acidic conditions. Particularly, both the released Cu 2+ and Cu 2+ in MSN-Cu 2+ -DOX are available for ˙OH production via a Fenton-like reaction for CDT. Meanwhile, Cu 2+ undergoes a reduction to Cu + by depleting overexpressed GSH, thereby enhancing CDT. Moreover, the released DOX could not only be used for chemotherapy, but also promote the generation of endogenous H 2 O 2 to improve the efficiency of a Cu-based Fenton-like reaction. Resultantly, this nanosystem featuring Fenton-like activity, GSH consumption, H 2 O 2 self-sufficiency and chemotherapy exhibits a great antitumor effect with a tumor inhibition ratio of 93.05%. Overall, this study provides a promising strategy to enhance CDT for effective tumor therapy.

Regulation of fluorescence and self-assembly of a salicylaldehyde azine-containing amphiphile by a water-soluble pillar[5]arene via host-guest recognition in water was realized. The fluorescence and the self-assembled aggregates of the bola-type amphiphile G can be tailored by adding different amounts of water-soluble pillar[5]arene (WP5). In addition, the emission property and self-assembly behavior of G and WP5 are responsive to pH conditions. Furthermore, the fluorescence emission property of G and the regulation by WP5 or pH conditions was applied as information encryption material, rewritable paper, and erasable ink.
