By introducing the concept of death education, comparing the death education needs of cancer patients at home and abroad, death education evaluation tools, and summarizing the methods and existing problems of death education, this paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for the development of death education for cancer patients in China. Nature enzymes always suffer from high costs, harsh conditions, and instability, while, artificial one offers possibilities for addressing current challenges and plays a significant role in future industrial production. Here, the carbon dots (CDs), with well‐defined polycyclic dipeptide structures, are reported to exhibit superior hydrolase‐like catalytic performance beyond those of natural enzymes. Compared to natural lipase, the obtained CDs not only exhibit superior catalytic activity (2.85 times increase in Vm) but also have a broader range of substrate concentrations (0–8.0 mm) and substrate types (fatty ester, aromatic ester, phosphate ester), along with simpler catalytic conditions and superior stability. The highly efficient catalytic activity of CDs is attributed to the low activation energy of the reaction (Ea: 13.74 kJ mol−1) and strong adsorption to the substrates. The results of theoretical calculations and comparative experiments demonstrate that the adsorption sites of CDs are located on the nitrogen atoms of the polycyclic dipeptide. Furthermore, a membrane integrated with CDs (membrane‐catalyst) is constructed, through which the instantaneous hydrolysis of esters can be realized. [Objective] This study aimed to assess the 28-day oral toxicity of Sihbum manalttlm extract in rats. [Methods] SD rats were administered S. manalttlm extract, and effects on body weight, organ coefficients, biochemical indicators, blood routine and hemagglutination indicators, and liver pathology were evaluated to determine safety. [Results] S. manalttlm extract showed no adverse effects on body weight, organ coefficients, biochemical indicators, blood routine and coagulation indicators, or liver pathology. Additionally, S. manalttlm extract appeared to positively influence pathways related to plasma amino acid metabolism, liver riboflavin metabolism, carbohydrate metabolism, and sphingolipid metabolism, contributing to overall health benefits in rats. Thermally activated delay fluorescence (TADF) has great potential for information encryption, temperature detection, and bioimaging due to its long‐lived luminescence, temperature‐sensitive and high signal‐to‐noise ratio. However, it is still a challenge to establish TADF in aqueous environments. In this study, the composite with TADF (M‐FNCDs) is prepared using fluorine‐nitrogen co‐doped carbon dots (FNCDs) and melamine. It is worth mentioning that the M‐FNCDs show stable TADF under long‐wavelength excitation (470 nm) in aqueous environments. Moreover, the M‐FNCDs has distinctive temperature‐responsive properties and exhibit good linear relationships in the temperature range of 77–370 K. Simultaneously, M‐FNCDs suspension as the ink is utilized to realize information encryption/decryption due to their afterglow cannot be quenched in an aqueous solution. More importantly, M‐FNCDs with biocompatibility can target the mitochondria and lysosomes of living cells, and for the first time achieve the high signal‐to‐noise ratio and low background signal afterglow imaging of organelles. This work proposes a new strategy to prepare the stable TADF in aqueous solutions under long‐wavelength excitation and extend the TADF material potential applications in the future. This study examines the economic and environmental impacts of green production practices among farmers. It aims to contribute to sustainable agricultural development, mitigate agricultural non-point source (NPS) pollution, and align environmental protection with economic growth. This paper utilizes survey data from 1345 farm households in the main rice production areas of Jiangxi Province, China, using the example of reduced fertilizer application (RFA) among rice farmers. This study constructs a slack-based measure data envelopment analysis (DEA—SBM) model with undesirable outputs to measure environmental effects and applies an endogenous switching regression model (ESRM) to test the economic and environmental effects of farmers' adoption of green production technologies. We found the following: (1) The RFA behavior of farmers has a significant positive impact on their net profit per hectare (NPH), helping farmers increase their income, with the increase ranging from 2.05% to 6.54%. (2) Farmers' RFA behavior has a significant positive impact on agricultural green productivity (AGP), contributing to the improvement of the environment, ranging from 44.09% to 45.35%. (3) A heterogeneity analysis found inconsistencies in the income-enhancing and environmental-enhancing effects at different quantiles of NPH and AGP. Therefore, attention should be placed on improving the agricultural product quality supervision system under the market circulation mechanism, creating land scale conditions conducive to the promotion and application of fertilizer reduction technologies and promoting the implementation of externality internalization compensation systems. Carbon-based metal-free catalysts are promising green catalysts for photocatalysis and electrocatalysis due to their low cost and environmental friendliness. A key challenge in utilizing these catalysts is identifying their active sites, given their poor crystallinity and complex structures. Here we demonstrate the key structure of the double-bonded conjugated carbon group as a metal-free active site, enabling efficient O2 photoreduction to H2O2 through a cascaded water oxidation − O2 reduction process. Using ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid as a precursor, we synthesized various carbon-based photocatalysts and analyzed their structural evolution. Under the polymerization conditions of 260 °C to 400 °C, an N-ethyl-2-piperazinone-like structure was formed on the surface of the catalyst, resulting in high photocatalytic H2O2 photoproduction (2884.7 μmol g−1h−1) under visible light. A series of control experiments and theoretical calculations further confirm that the double-bond conjugated carbonyl structure is the key and universal feature of the active site of metal-free photocatalysts. Elucidating active sites and reaction pathways is an important goal for understanding catalytic reaction mechanisms.
