Several investigations have been carried out to explore the genetic association of TLR4 codon variants, specifically Asp299Gly and Thr399Ile, and susceptibility to sepsis, but the results have been contradictory. The present study aimed to conduct a meta‐analysis to draw a definitive conclusion regarding the role of TLR4 genetic variants (Asp299Gly and Thr399Ile) in sepsis. A thorough literature search was conducted using the PubMed, Scopus, and Science Direct databases. The inclusion and exclusion criteria were established to ensure the accuracy of the data. The Comprehensive Meta‐Analysis Software v4 was utilized to perform the meta‐analysis and related analyses. A total of 13 studies were analyzed, including 2328 sepsis cases and 2495 healthy controls for the TLR4 Asp299Gly variant. Eight studies provided genotype data for the rs4986791 polymorphism. The Asp299Gly variant showed a marginal protective effect in the allele (p = 0.08, odds ratio = 0.71) and dominant (p = 0.09, odds ratio = 0.71) genetic models, although it was not statistically significant. The trial sequential analysis indicated that further case–control studies are necessary to draw definitive conclusions about the TLR4 polymorphisms in sepsis. The TLR4 Asp299Gly variant may have a protective effect against sepsis. However, additional research with larger sample sizes across diverse populations is required to validate this finding. The management of a three‐dimensional warehouse is a key part of the upper computer monitoring and management system for three‐dimensional warehouses. Currently, there are problems such as unreasonable planning and inability to respond to real‐time demands. Therefore, further improvement is needed to optimize the management of storage locations. The main purpose of the research is to achieve better storage stability and improve storage and retrieval efficiency. First, the study constructed a multiobjective mathematical model based on the weight, frequency of use, and category of the goods. Three objective functions were constructed. Therefore, the operational efficiency of the stacker crane and the turnover rate of items were improved. Meanwhile, the overall stability of the shelves was ensured, and the management efficiency of the warehouse was improved. At the same time, the study introduced the GA‐PSO algorithm to solve the mathematical model and optimize the goods location planning. These results confirmed that the proposed algorithm had significantly lower iteration times than traditional particle swarm optimization in different warehouse sizes and types of goods. The iteration required to reach the optimal value in Situation 1 was only 80, which was 90 fewer than PSO. Meanwhile, in Situation 2, the optimization results of the proposed algorithm in four objective functions were as high as 42.94%, 26.03%, 30.72%, and 46.15%, respectively, which increased by 1.20%, 8.04%, 5.61%, and 7.38% compared to PSO. The proposed algorithm can achieve more efficient and intelligent warehouse management, improving the efficiency and accuracy of logistics operations. Accurate assessment of the extent of crop distribution and mapping different crop types are essential for monitoring and managing modern agriculture. Medium and high spatial resolution remote sensing (RS) for Earth observation and deep learning (DL) constitute one of the most major and effective tools for crop mapping. In this study, we used high-resolution Sentinel-2 imagery from Google Earth Engine (GEE) to map paddy rice and winter wheat in the Bengbu city of Anhui Province, China. We compared the performance of different popular DL backbone networks with the traditional machine learning (ML) methods, including HRNet, MobileNet, Xception, and Swin Transformer, within the improved DeepLabv3+ architecture, Segformer and random forest (RF). The results showed that the Segformer based on the combination of the Transformer architecture encoder and the lightweight multilayer perceptron (MLP) decoder achieved an overall accuracy (OA) value of 91.06%, a mean F1 Score (mF1) value of 89.26% and a mean Intersection over Union (mIoU) value of 80.70%. The Segformer outperformed other DL methods by combining the results of multiple evaluation metrics. Except for Swin Transformer, which was slightly lower than RF in OA, all DL methods significantly outperformed RF methods in accuracy for the main mapping objects, with mIoU improving by about 13.5~26%. The predicted images of paddy rice and winter wheat from the Segformer were characterized by high mapping accuracy, clear field edges, distinct detail features and a low false classification rate. The finite horizon H 2 / H ∞ control problem of mean-field type for delayed stochastic systems is considered in this paper. Firstly, we derive a sufficient mean-field generalised stochastic bounded real lemma (SBRL). Secondly, based on the generalized SBRL and the mean-field anticipated forward-backward stochastic delay differential equations, this paper establishes a sufficient condition for the existence of a solution to delayed stochastic H 2 / H ∞ control of mean-field type. Thirdly, optimal state feedback regulators are studied for the case with delays only in control variable and disturbance signal via the solvability of coupled matrix-valued equations. Based on a Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a new delay-dependent H ∞ performance criterion is established for stochastic systems with discrete and distributed delays. It is shown that the H ∞ -performance of the corresponding uncontrolled stochastic perturbed system is equivalent to the existence and uniqueness of solutions to the finite horizon stochastic H 2 / H ∞ control problem. The resulting H 2 / H ∞ controller is characterised by a kind of generalized forward–backward stochastic differential equations with delayed stochastic differential equations as forward equations and generalized anticipated backward stochastic differential equations as backward equations.
