In this study, the optimal concentrations of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) and methyl dihydrojasmonate (MDJA) for Cabernet Gernischt were selected based on basic physicochemical properties of grapes. The key volatile metabolites and key enzyme activities in response to MeJA and MDJA were analyzed by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), respectively. The effects of pre-harvest MeJA or MDJA treatment on the fruit quality and green leaf volatile components in the lipoxygenase (LOX) metabolic pathway of Cabernet Gernischt were also investigated. The findings revealed that the application of 0.1 mmol/L MeJA or 5 mmol/L MDJA significantly enhanced mass of 100 berries, total sugar content, soluble solids content, pH, total phenol and total anthocyanin contents. Compared with the control group, MeJA increased these indexes by 10.24%, 27.83%, 28.24%, 4.80%, 77.63% and 85.29%, respectively, while MDJA increased them by 9.15%, 24.01%, 24.41%, 8.30%, 69.21% and 71.57%, respectively. Furthermore, MeJA and MDJA reduced titratable acid content by 40.0% and 30.24%, respectively. Accordingly, both MeJA and MDJA significantly improved fruit quality. Moreover, they significantly increased the contents of C6 compounds responsible for the typical aroma of Cabernet Gernischet. Significant correlations were observed between the activity of each key enzyme in the lipoxygenase metabolic pathway and the corresponding metabolites, indicating that the application of MeJA or MDJA at a suitable concentration could positively influence the accumulation of green leaf volatiles in Cabernet Gernischt.

The constantly updating big data in the ocean engineering domain has challenged the traditional manner of manually extracting knowledge, thereby underscoring the current absence of a knowledge graph framework in such a special field. This paper proposes a knowledge graph framework to fill the gap in the knowledge management application of the ocean engineering field. Subsequently, we propose an intelligent question-answering framework named OEQA based on an ocean engineering-oriented knowledge graph. Firstly, we define the ontology of ocean engineering and adopt a top-down approach to construct a knowledge graph. Secondly, we collect and analyze the data from databases, websites, and textual reports. Based on these collected data, we implement named entity recognition on the unstructured data and extract corresponding relations between entities. Thirdly, we propose an intent-recognizing-based user question classification method, and according to the classification result, construct and fill corresponding query templates by keyword matching. Finally, we use T5-Pegasus to generate natural answers based on the answer entities queried from the knowledge graph. Experimental results show that the accuracy in finding answers is 89.6%. OEQA achieves in the natural answer generation in the ocean engineering domain significant improvements in relevance (1.0912%), accuracy (4.2817%), and practicability (3.1071%) in comparison to ChatGPT. Radiation can induce nerve cell damage. Synapse connectivity and functionality are thought to be the essential foundation of all cognitive functions. Therefore, treating and preventing damage to synaptic structure and function is an urgent challenge. Astragaloside IV (AS‐IV) is a glycoside extracted from Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.). Bunge is a widely used traditional Chinese medicine in China with various pharmacological properties, including protective effects on the central nervous system (CNS). In this study, the effect of AS‐IV on synapse damage and BDNF/TrkB signaling pathway in radiated C57BL/6 mice with X‐rays was investigated. PC12 cells and primary cortical neurons were exposed to UVA in vitro. Open field test and rotarod test were used to observe the effects of AS‐IV on the motor and explore the abilities of radiated mice. The pathological changes in the brain were observed by hematoxylin and eosin and Nissl staining. Immunofluorescence analysis was used to detect the synapse damage. The expressions of the BDNF/TrkB pathway and neuroprotection‐related molecules were detected by Western blotting and Quantitative‐RTPCR, respectively. The results showed that AS‐IV could improve the motor and explore abilities of radiated mice, reduce pathological damage to the cortex, enhance neuroprotection functions, and activate BDNF/TrkB pathway. In conclusion, AS‐IV could relieve radiation‐induced synapse damage, at least partly through the BDNF/TrkB pathway. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
