3. Research on Pollutant Emission Characteristics of Typical Biomass-fired Boilers

Abstract

The combustion of biomass fuel boilers not only produces inorganic pollutants such as carbon oxides, nitrogen oxides, sulfur compounds, but also organic pollutants such as VOCs and PAHs, which directly affect the global biogeochemical cycle and atmospheric changes. Compared with foreign countries, there is relatively less research and related standards on the emission of organic pollutants from biomass fuel boilers in China. Therefore, it is necessary to study the emission characteristics of organic pollutants from biomass boilers, which can provide reference for the establishment of organic pollutant emission standards for biomass fuel boilers in China.The emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) organic pollutants in the flue gas of three typical biomass-fired boilers in Chongqing were studied, and the emission concentrations of particulate matter, sulfur dioxides(SO2), and nitrogen oxides(NOX) were measured.The results show that the sulfur dioxide emissions from the three types of biomass-fired boilersrs are lower than the local standards in Chongqing, while nitrogen oxides and particulate matter have a phenomenon of exceeding the emission limits of the local standards in Chongqing. The main components of VOCs emitted from biomass powder and biomass particle combustion are OVOCs and aromatic hydrocarbons, while the main components of VOCs emitted from wood biomass combustion are alkynes. The gas-solid distribution pattern of PAHs during the combustion of three types of biomass is basically consistent. Low ring PAHs are mainly enriched in the gas phase, while medium and high ring PAHs are mainly enriched in particulate matter.

6. Multipartite entanglement for open system in noninertial frames

Abstract

Based on Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger ($GHZ$) and $W$ initial states, the tripartite entanglement of a fermionic system under the amplitude damping channel and in depolarizing noise when two subsystems accelerated is investigated. Unlike the case of two-qubit system in which sudden death occurs easily, we find here that the sudden death never occurs even all subsystems are under the noise environment. We note that both acceleration and environment can destroy the symmetry between the subsystems, but the effect of environment is much stronger than that of acceleration. We also show that an entanglement rebound process will take place when $P>0.75$ in the depolarizing noise and the larger acceleration will result in the weaker rebound process., Comment: 19 pages, 10 figures

7. Dependence of entanglement on initial states under amplitude damping channel in non-inertial frames

Abstract

Under amplitude damping channel, the dependence of the entanglement on the initial states $|\Theta>_{1}$ and $|\Theta>_{2}$, which reduce to four orthogonal Bell states if we take the parameter of states $\alpha=\pm 1/\sqrt{2}$ are investigated. We find that the entanglements for different initial states will decay along different curves even with the same acceleration and parameter of the states. We note that, in an inertial frame, the sudden death of the entanglement for $|\Theta>_{1}$ will occur if $\alpha>1/\sqrt{2}$, while it will not take place for $|\Theta>_{2}$ for any $\alpha$. We also show that the possible range of the sudden death of the entanglement for $|\Theta>_{1}$ is larger than that for $|\Theta>_{2}$. There exist two groups of Bell state here we can't distinguish only by concurrence., Comment: 5 pages, 2 figures
