In the course of flight, trajectory prediction is to use a series of measured data such as course Angle, speed and flight altitude to predict the next moment or the next stage of the aircraft state, and output the specific trajectory. This paper analyzes the research status of the existing algorithms, aiming at the problems of high time complexity and large computational load of some prediction algorithms, the kalman filter algorithm is mainly introduced, which has the characteristics of linear optimal filtering, and has a good implementation effect when applied to specific engineering problems.

An adaptive quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm based on Hamming distance (HD-QEA) was presented to optimize the network coding resources in multicast networks. In the HD-QEA, the diversity among individuals was taken into consideration, and a suitable rotation angle step (RAS) was assigned to each individual according to the Hamming distance. Performance comparisons were conducted among the HD-QEA, a basic quantum-inspired evolutionary algorithm (QEA) and an individual's fitness based adaptive QEA. A solid demonstration was provided that the proposed HD-QEA is better than the other two algorithms in terms of the convergence speed and the global optimization capability when they are employed to optimize the network coding resources in multicast networks.

At present, there are many constantly updated guidelines and consensuses on the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis both at home and abroad. The recommendations established using methods of evidence-based medicine has experienced strict research on controlling bias and promoting reproduction rate. As a result, the previous evidence was reevaluated, and a lot of changes were provoked in the diagnosis and treatment concept of osteoarthritis. However, several methods not recommended by foreign guidelines are still in use in the current clinical practice in China. On the one hand, Chinese experts have not reached extensive consensus on whether it is necessary to make changes according to foreign guidelines. On the other hand, almost all the current relevant guidelines are on osteoarthritis, but the lesions around knee joints which, as a whole, bear the largest weight in human body, cannot be ignored. For this purpose, Chinese Association for the Study of Pain (CASP) organized some leading experts to formulate this Chinese Pain Specialist Consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthritis (DKOA) in combination with the guidelines in foreign countries and the expert experience of clinical practice in China. The consensus, which includes the definition, pathophysiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestation, diagnostic criteria, and treatments of DKOA, is intended to be used by first-line doctors, including pain physicians to manage patients with DKOA.

Wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) has been becoming a promising solution to meet the rapidly growing demands on bandwidth. Multicast in WDM networks by employing free wavelength is an efficient approach to saving bandwidth and cost. However, the free wavelength may not identical between different hops in a multicast light-path, particularly in heavy load optical WDM networks. In order to implement multicast applications efficiently, a network coding (NC) technique was introduced into all-optical WDM multicast networks to solve wavelength collision problem between the multicast request and the unicast request. Compared with the wavelength conversion based optical multicast, the network coding based optical multicast can achieve better multicast performance with paying lower cost.

Recently, numerous studies indicate that H19 plays a key role in tumorigenesis, but the results have been disputed, especially in the aspects of tumor progression and metastasis. Therefore, we performed this meta-analysis to systematically summarize the relationship between H19 and cancers. We searched PubMed, the Cochrane Library, CNKI, and Chinese Wan Fang to identify eligible studies. Odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals were calculated to assess the effect size. A total of 13 studies were enrolled in this meta-analysis, which was performed by Revman5.3 and Stata11.0 software. Our meta-analysis showed that the expression of H19 was associated with distant metastasis in nongastrointestinal tumors (OR = 3.85, 95% CI = 1.31–11.36, P=0.01) and, in gastrointestinal tumors (OR = 0.34, 95% CI = 0.15–0.78, P=0.01), lymph node metastasis (OR = 2.04, 95% CI = 1.19–3.48, P=0.009). As a novel computing model, network computing the computing resources distributed on the internet, and providing required service through the unified interface, which bring great convenience to people's daily life. However, the existence of security related threats in internet hinder the further application of network computing. Regarding this problem, this paper propose a security enhancing technology based on periodic security condition monitoring, which is aware the security state of network computing environment and suitable action is chosen for the security defending of network domain.

Firstly binary edge image is gained by Canny operator and edge refining. Secondly, edge curves are encoded by reversible chained list, and fitness function is constructed based on SAR image road models, and optimal road boundary curves are linked by improved genetic algorithm. Thirdly, complete road boundaries are detected by curve fitting. At last, mated long road edge curves are found out and road surface are stuffed. The experiment shows that this algorithm can realize roads recognition and eliminate influence of other non-road.
