Background The construction of medical alliance is important measure for deepening medical reform. It aims to move the focus and resource to primary health care institutions, and improve service capabilities. Studies have shown that the medical alliance can improve the service capabilities of primary health care institutions, but the exact reason for this is not clear. Objective To analysis the service capabilities of the of primary health care institutions, and explore the impact of service capabilities in the context of medical alliance. Methods In December 2019, we survey on staffing, outpatient and inpatient service and medical alliance construction of 381 primary health care institutions which participated in medical alliance in Chengdu by structured questionnaire. Local administrative departments of public health gave out and recovered questionnaire. With the number of staff, registered generals, beds, outpatient and emergency visits, admission, and the use rate of the beds as the indicator of the service capabilities, we used rank sum ratio to analyze the comprehensive medical service capabilities and divide them to 3 gear. Using orderly Logistic regression to explore the influencing factors of integrated medical services. Results The median number of staff in 381 primary health care institutions was 54 (48), registered generals was 4 (8), beds was 50 (50), outpatient and emergency visits was 49 460 (60 317), admission was 1 440 (2 071), the use rate of beds was 68.43% (45.18%). According to the rank and ratio, there were 61 (16.0%), 260 (68.3%), and 60 (15.7%) institutions with good, medium and poor comprehensive medical service ability, respectively. The time-dependent quantum transportation through a metal/polymer/metal system is theoretically investigated on the basis of a Su–Schrieffer–Heeger model combined with the hierarchical equations of motion formalism. Using a non-adiabatic dynamical method, the evolution of the electron subspace and lattice atoms with time can be obtained. It is found that the calculated transient currents vary with time and reach stable values after a response time under the bias voltages. However, the stable current as the system reaches its dynamical steady state exhibits a discrepancy between two sweep directions of the bias voltage, which results in pronounced electrical hysteresis loops in the current–voltage curve. By analyzing the evolution of instantaneous energy eigenstates, the occupation number of the instantaneous eigenstates, and the lattice of the polymer, we show that the formation of excitons and the delay of their annihilation are responsible for the hysteretic current–voltage characteristics, where electron–phonon interactions play the key factor. Furthermore, the hysteresis width and amplitude can also be modulated by the strength of the electron–phonon coupling, level-width broadening function, and temperature. We hope these results about past condition-dependent switching performance at a sweep voltage can provide further insight into some of the basic issues of interest in hysteresis processes in conducting polymers. The present research was undertaken in order to study the effect of exogenous fructose treatment on postharvest softening of apricot fruits. ‘Saimaiti’ apricots were subjected to osmotic treatment in 300 mmol/L fructose solution at 0.05 MPa for 2 min followed by normal pressure for another 5 min before storage at (0 ± 1) ℃. Distilled water was used as control treatment. Fruit hardness, cell membrane permeability, water soluble pectin (WSP), chelate soluble pectin (CSP), Na2CO3 soluble pectin (NSP) and cellulose contents, and polygalacturonase (PG), pectin methyl esterase (PME), β-galactosidase (β-Gal) and cellulase (CEL) activities were determined every seven days during storage, and cell ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results showed that exogenous fructose treatment could significantly inhibit the activity of cell wall degrading enzymes and maintain the contents of CSP, NSP, and cellulose, thereby inhibiting the degradation of the cell wall. On day 49 of storage, compared with the control group, the contents of CSP, NSP and cellulose in fructose-treated apricot fruits increased by 31.30%, 10.58%, and 14.30% (P < 0.05). The WSP content and cell membrane permeability of the control group were 1.09 and 1.25 times as high as those in the control group, respectively. Furthermore, this treatment maintained the integrity of organelles and the membrane system, and effectively delayed the decline in fruit hardness.
