Socialist core values are the fundamental value pursuit of China, and the scientific values of college students are the necessary ideological foundation for their acceptance of Civic and Political Education, which plays an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of Civic and Political Education. Based on the relevant concepts of socialist core values and precise ideological and political education, this paper explores the centrality and similarity of socialist core values education and the online dissemination of Civic and political education through social network analysis and affirms the important role of socialist core values in Civic and political education. Under the big data environment, we crawled the dissemination information on the topics of Civic and Political Education in online social platforms as experimental data and calculated the influence of the Civic and Political Education network dissemination and the differences of each dissemination dimension. The empirical analysis shows that the average value of the communication power of Civic and Political Education based on socialist core values is between 20-30, in which the public, media and network communication power are 19.05, 28.77 and 23.54, respectively. Taking the education of socialist core values as an entry point can provide feasible strategies to enhance the effectiveness of Civic and Political Education.

In this paper, we first study the implementation process of the AdaBoost model, initialize the weight distribution of training samples so that each sample weight is equal, then generate weak classifiers and calculate the minimum weighted error rate corresponding to each weak classifier, and then linearly combine the basic classifiers into strong classifiers by using weighted summation. Then the basic classifier weighting parameter calculation formula is improved by combining the characteristics of the logistics distribution function. Finally, the algorithm is used to analyze the rural governance willingness of river country residents, as well as to analyze the rural governance needs of rural residents at three levels: living conditions, public health and service facilities, to identify the types of rural governance, and to explore the rural governance patterns of different types of farm households. At the level of living conditions, farmers who wish to improve cooking fuel in 54 households, heating conditions in 61 households, bathing conditions in 40 households and family toilets in 53 households account for 43%, 49%, 32% and 42%, respectively. A total of 80 farming households, accounting for 29.41% of the research farming households, were optimized and upgraded, including 66 households in the key development area and 14 households in the production and living security area, accounting for 82.5% and 17.5% of the optimized and upgraded type, respectively. The research method of this paper has important references and reference significance for the construction of rural governance.

Introduction: The primary objective of our investigation was to assess the repercussions of prolonged exposure to heavy metals and smoking on the microbiome of the oral buccal mucosa. Concurrently, we aimed to elucidate the intricate interplay between external environmental exposures and the composition of the oral microbial ecosystem, thereby discerning its potential implications for human health. Methods: Our study cohort was stratified into four distinct groups: MS (characterized by concurrent exposure to heavy metals and smoking), M (exposed solely to heavy metals), S (exposed solely to smoking), and C (comprising individuals serving as a control group). Specimens of buccal mucosa and blood were systematically acquired from the participants, facilitating subsequent microbial diversity analysis across the four oral buccal mucosa sample cohorts through 16S rRNA gene sequencing techniques. Simultaneously, blood samples were tested for heavy metal concentrations. In addition, we performed topological analyses by constructing microbial networks. Results: Our findings notably indicate that co-exposure to heavy metals and smoking yielded a more pronounced alteration in the diversity of oral microflora when compared to singular exposures to either heavy metals or smoking. By comparing the oral bacterial communities and functional pathways between the four groups, we found significant differences in bacterial communities and functional pathways between the groups. Notably, the impact of heavy metal exposure overshadowed that of smoking, with concurrent exposure to heavy metals and smoking eliciting marginally greater effects than exposure to heavy metals alone. In addition, our analysis of the correlation between microbiota and blood heavy metal concentrations showed that the heavy metal cadmium (Cd) had a significantly greater effect on oral microbiota than other heavy metals. Discussion: Chronic exposure to heavy metals and smoking disrupts the normal bacterial communities in the oral mucosa of residents of contaminated areas. Objective To evaluate the effects of three antidepressants with different mechanisms on connexin expression and channel function of hippocampal astrocytes. Methods The cytotoxicity of antidepressants with different mechanisms on hippocampal astrocytes was assessed by CCK-8 assay. The effects of three antidepressants with different mechanisms on gap junction function and the expression level of connexin 43 protein （Cx43） were determined by cell inoculation fluorescence tracing and western blot. Results CCK-8 assay showed that 25.00 µmol/L fluoxetine, 0.10 µmol/L amitriptyline and 0.20 nmol/L venlafaxine had no cytotoxicity on hippocampal astrocytes （all P > 0.05）. In addition, 25.00 µmol/L fluoxetine, 0.10 µmol/L amitriptyline and 0.20 nmol/L venlafaxine could significantly inhibit the fluorescence transfer function of gap junction in hippocampal astrocytes （all P < 0.05）, whereas three antidepressants exerted on effects upon the expression of Cx43 in hippocampal astrocytes （all P > 0.05）. Conclusion Antidepressants can significantly reduce the gap junction function composed of Cx43 in hippocampal astrocytes.

The analysis of annual characteristics of runoff and sediment based on the monthly measured hydrological data of Makou Station and Sanshui Station in the West River and North River delta over the past 50 years.It shows that the monthly runoff,sediment discharge,and sediment concentration of Makou Station and Sanshui Station are obviously of the “unimodal type”,with runoff and sediment concentrated in June and July during the flood season.The annual concentration ratio of runoff and sediment in the West River and North River delta is high with a decreasing trend,while the concentration period is concentrated in early July with a slight delay.The interannual variation trend of runoff and sediment in the West River and North River delta is mainly controlled by the variation of flood season and is affected to some extent by the regulation of the non-flood period.There is a consistent interannual trend of runoff with precipitation,but the annual concentration ratio is more affected by hydraulic engineering.Sand excavation in river channels affects the distribution of runoff and sediment by changing the diversion ratio of runoff and sediment.

In this study, we conducted a single-factor experiment where fine aggregates in each mixture were replaced with coal-fired slag at replacement rates in the range of 0–100%. We investigated the effect of slag substitution rate on the cubic compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, axial compressive strength, and static modulus of elasticity of slag concrete. Based on the experimental data, the stress–strain curve of the coal-fired slag concrete was divided into four phases: elastic, elasto-plastic, peak, and decline phases. A stress–strain constitutive equation was established to describe the coal-fired slag concrete. A replacement rate of 50% of the formulated coal-fired slag concrete meets the strength requirements of C60 structural applications, and the cubic compressive strength is the same as that of ordinary concrete. Coal-fired slag can be utilized in large quantities, improving the economic value of coal-fired slag and expanding the scope of application of slag concrete. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objective] To meet the application requirements of miniaturized and multifunctional dielectric resonator antennas (DRA) in wireless communication systems, such as the Internet of Vehicles (IoV). [Method] A wideband filtering dielectric resonator antenna based on a microstrip-dual mode slotline resonator feeding structure is proposed. In the antenna design process, the traditional slotline of the microstrip-slotline coupled feeding structure was replaced by a dual mode slotline resonator, forming a novel microstrip-dual mode slotline resonator coupling feeding network. This dual mode slotline resonator served as an energy coupler in the feeding network, which effectively excited the TE111 resonant mode of the DRA; At the same time, two slotline resonant modes could also be generated to participate in antenna resonance, broadening the antenna bandwidth. Additionally, by introducing a spur line on the microstrip feedline and combining the intrinsic resonance characteristics of the slotline resonator, a radiation null can be produced on both sides of the antenna passband, showing a quasi-elliptical filter response on the gain curve. [Result] To further verify the performance of the antenna design, a pro totype FDRA was fabricated and measured, and the measurement and simulation results were generally consistent. The central frequency of the antenna is 4.12 GHz, the impedance bandwidth is 53.40 % (3.02~5.22 GHz), and the in-band flat gain is 5.7 dBi.
