【Objective】 Slow-release fertilizer is efficient and environmentally friendly but its effectiveness is closely related to soil water. This paper studies the combined impact of slow-release fertilization and irrigation method on growth, yield and quality of rice. 【Method】 The pot experiment was conducted from May to September in 2021 at Hubei Irrigation Central Experimental Station. It consisted of flood irrigation (W1) and alternate wetting and drying irrigation (W2). Each irrigation treatment had 6 fertilizations: conventional fertilization (F100), fertilizations using 120% (SF120), 110% (SF110), 100% (SF100), 90% (SF90) and 80% (SF80) of the fertilizer used in F100 but replacing them by controlled-release fertilizer. In each treatment, we measured the plant height, numbers of tillers, chlorophyll SPAD, yield and its components, as well as amylose and gluten protein contents in each growth stage. The entropy weight TOPSIS method was used for comprehensive evaluation of the treatments. 【Result】 Compared with F100, on average over the two irrigation treatments, SF100 increased plant height, tiller numbers, grain yield and glutenin content by 24.65%, 34.90%, 11.90% and 32.72%, respectively, while reduced the chlorophyll degradation and amylose content by 24.98% and 7.37%, respectively. Compared with W2, W1 increased the average plant height, chlorophyll degradation, and yield by 19.01%, 20.73%, and 12.82%, respectively, and reduced the number of tillers and the contents of amylose and glutenin by 31.05%, 0.30%, and 0.90%, respectively. Under W1, the yield of SF90 was 12.41% higher than that of SF120; the amylose content in SF90 was 6.68% lower than that in SF120; the glutenin content in SF90 was 5.33% lower than that in SF110. The entropy weight TOPSIS method showed that the relative yield of W1+SF90 was the closest to the potential yield, with the comprehensive score reaching 0.985. 【Conclusion】 Combining flood irrigation with a 10% reduction of conventional fertilization by using slow-release fertilizer (648 kg/hm2 fertilizer) is a promising irrigation-fertilization for rice production in the middle and low reaches of the Yangtze River basin.

In this article, physical and numerical simulation of the flow field in flexible thin slab caster funnel mold at high casting speed is carried out with a five-hole submerged entry nozzle (FHSEN), and characteristics of the flow field on funnel mold liquid level under different casting speeds (4, 5, and 6 m·min−1) and different submerged depths (130, 160, and 190 mm) are studied by comparing with the new submerged entry nozzle (NSEN) designed. Physical simulation is based on the funnel mold prototype. Numerical simulation is carried out based on FLUENT software, and industrial experiments of two kinds of submerged entry nozzle are also carried out. The results show that in the case of both physical and numerical simulation, the maximum surface velocity of the FHSEN funnel mold is 0.58 m·s−1, and the funnel mold liquid level is prone to slag entrapment. The NSEN funnel mold’ maximum surface velocity is 0.37 m·s−1. Compared with the FHSEN, the NSEN funnel mold’ maximum surface velocity decreases by 0.21 m·s−1, and funnel mold surface velocity decreases significantly. Finally, the accuracy of simulation results is verified by industrial tests, and it is also show that NSEN can greatly reduce funnel mold surface velocity and probability of slag entrapment.

Precise control of inclusion and molten steel compositions during ladle-furnace refining is important to obtain high-quality steel. Mass-transfer behavior affects these compositions. A model was developed to investigate the mass transfer occurring between molten steel, slag, inclusions, and the refractory during ladle-furnace refining, using two-film theory to describe the reactions. A coupled-reaction model based on the CaO–Al2O3–MgO–SiO2–FeO–P2O5 slag and Mn–Si–Al–Ca–Mg–P–S–O steel systems was applied to describe the reactions between molten steel and slag; the reactions between the refractory lining and slag or steel were described using average industrial erosion rate data. The model was used to calculate changes in the compositions of molten steel and slag, oxygen activity at the slag–molten steel interface, and composition of the inclusions. The calculated results agreed with operational results for a 100 t ladle furnace at the Tangsteel plant in China.

Aiming at the problem that the national network customer telephone voice recognition has poor recognition of core words in specific fields, this paper proposes a method based on HCLG domain weight enhancement and domain word correction, which can add domain words in real time and quickly, to dynamically optimize the language model and improve speech recognition. The model and algorithm are optimized in the various fields of the telephone voice consultation, maintenance, complaints, etc. of the State Grid Customer Service Center. The speech recognition results have been greatly improved.

The effects of CaO/Al2O3 mass ratio on the viscosity and structure of new CaO–Al2O3–TiO2-based fluorine-free mold fluxes for high titanium steel are investigated by viscometer, molecular dynamics (MD) simulations and Raman spectroscopy. When the CaO/Al2O3 mass ratio increased from 0.6 to 1.4, the viscosities and activation energies reduced from 0.43 to 0.10 Pa·s and 127.8–74.2 kJ·mol−1, respectively. While the break temperatures raised from 1385 to 1507 K. Moreover, according to MD simulation results, the concentration of high coordination of Al–O and Ti–O bonds decreased, and the complex structure units of Q3, Q4 and Q5 turned to the simple structure units of Q0, Q1 and Q2. Raman spectra suggested that the concentrations of Ti–O–Ti(Al) linkage and Q2(Si-O−) decreased significantly, but the concentration of Q1(Si–O−) increased. Therefore, CaO/Al2O3 could simplify the network structure and decrease the viscosity of new CaO–Al2O3–TiO2-based fluorine-free mold fluxes for high titanium steel. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study examines the evolution of Nb, Ti, and V-containing second-phase particles at varying stages of a 100 kJ/cm welding line energy. It utilizes extraction replication techniques to observe the impact of quenching at temperature of 1000°C, 1200°C and 1350°C during heating, while the cooling temperature at 1300°C, 1100°C, and 900°C, respectively. A high-temperature confocal microscope is used to monitor the dynamic changes and effects on the austenite grain boundaries in particles during the entire welding thermal cycle. It is found that in the below 1000°C during the heating process, the predominant phenomenon is the dissolution and vanishing of smaller particles. As the temperature rises to the between 1000°C and 1350°C of the heating process, larger particles undergo partial dissolution, resulting in a reduction in their size, while the smaller ones completely dissolve and vanish. During the heating stage of the thermal cycle, the number of particles per unit decrease from 17.17 to 4.37 N/um². During the above 1100°C of the thermal cycle cooling process, the particles undergo precipitation and growth. Upon the cooling temperature to 900°C, this stage is mainly characterized by particle precipitation. During the below 900°C of the thermal cycle cooling process, the particle precipitation and growth occur simultaneously. During the cooling stage of the thermal cycle, the number of particles per unit increase from 4.37 to 16.56 N/um².The influence of second phase particles on pinning austenite grain boundaries and hindering grain growth tends to diminish initially and then rise again, reaching its minimum impact near the temperature peak. The main feature of high-efficiency continuous casting production is the increase in casting speed. This leads to an increased risk of slag entrapment in the liquid surface area of the mould and steel leakage due to the bonding of the casting billet. Both traditional mould flux and non-Newtonian fluid mould flux with only shear-thinning properties cannot effectively solve these problems. This study selected a practical high-casting speed thin slab mould flux from a steel plant as the original mould flux. Add 4.6–12.1% Al2O3 and 3.6–4.9% MnO and other additives to prepare a new type of mould flux with both shear thinning characteristics and high surface tension. The shear-thinning properties, interface properties and microstructure of the mould flux were detected and studied using methods such as the rotating cylinder method. The results showed that with the increase of Al2O3 content, the shear-thinning properties of the mould flux first enhanced and then weakened. The strongest effect was observed when the Al2O3 content was 8.7%. The contact angle, surface tension and interface tension of the mould flux were significantly improved and the degree of molecular polymerisation gradually increased. The shear-thinning properties of mould flux are mainly related to the Si–O–Al structure. The interaction force between Al3+ in the slag and the surface O2− of the mould flux increases, and the surface tension of the mould flux increases. When the Al2O3 content is more than 10.5%, a large amount of AlO2− will be repelled to the surface of the mould flux, and the change in surface tension is no longer significant. Aiming at the problem of false negatives and false positives caused by the context of contextual context and keyword part-of-speech, this paper proposes a method(STEAP) to improve the recognition of text-sensitive information. It constructs a terrorism sensitive dictionary. Through sensitive triggering, the extraction of events constructs a sequence of sensitive trigger events, and combines the sensitive trigger events and the part of speech of the keywords to assign weights to the information to be identified. It calculates the similarity of the constructed trigger event with the word vector and the terrorism sensitive dictionary, and combines the weights to obtain the sensitivity of the text. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional sensitive information recognition method, the STEAP method can effectively identify the sensitive information in the text, and the accuracy is improved.
