Abstract CD8+T cells secreting granzyme A (GZMA) can induce pyroptosis in tumor cells by effectively cleaving gasdermin B (GSDMB), which is stimulated by interferon-γ (IFN-γ). However, the interaction between GZMA-expressing CD8+T cells and GSDMB-expressing tumor cells in colon cancer remains poorly understood. Our research employed multi-color immunohistochemistry (mIHC) staining and integrated clinical data to explore the spatial distribution and clinical relevance of GZMA- and IFN-γ-expressing CD8+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), as well as GSDMB-expressing CK+ cells, within the tumor microenvironment (TME) of human colon cancer samples. Additionally, we utilizing single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data to examine the functional dynamics and interactions among these cell populations. scRNA-seq analysis of colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues revealed that CD8+TILs co-expressed GZMA and IFN-γ, but not other cell types. In exploring persistent infections and malignancies, a distinctive subgroup of CD8+ T cells, progenitor exhausted CD8+ T (Tpex) cells, has been identified. These Tpex cells are notable for their remarkable self-renewal and rapid proliferation abilities. Recent strides in immunotherapy have demonstrated that Tpex cells expand and differentiate into responsive exhausted CD8+ T cells, thus underscoring their critical role in the immunotherapeutic retort. Clinical examinations have further clarified a robust positive correlation between the proportional abundance of Tpex cells and enhanced clinical prognosis. Tpex cells have found noteworthy applications in the formulation of inventive immunotherapeutic approaches against tumors. This review describes the functions of Tpex cells in the tumor milieu, particularly their potential utility in tumor immunotherapy. Precisely directing Tpex cells may be essential to achieving successful outcomes in immunotherapy against tumors.

Abstract The optimal design of groundwater circulation wells (GCWs) is challenging. The key to purifying groundwater using this technique is its proficiency and productivity. However, traditional numerical simulation methods are limited by long modeling times, random optimization schemes, and optimization results that are not comprehensive. To address these issues, this study introduced an innovative approach for the optimal design of a GCW using machine learning methods. The FloPy package was used to create and implement the MODFLOW and MODPATH models. Subsequently, the formulated models were employed to calculate the characteristic indicators of the effectiveness of the GCW operation, including the radius of influence (R) and the ratio of particle recovery (Pr). A detailed collection of 3000 datasets, including measures of operational efficiency and key elements in machine learning, was meticulously compiled into documents through model execution. The optimization models were trained and evaluated using multiple linear regression (MLR), artificial neural networks (ANN), and support vector machines (SVM). The models produced by the three approaches exhibited notable correlations between anticipated outcomes and datasets. For the optimal design of circulating well parameters, machine learning methods not only improve the optimization speed, but also expand the scope of parameter optimization. Consequently, these models were applied to optimize the configuration of the GCW at a site in Xi’an. The optimal scheme for R (Q = 293.17 m3/d, a = 6.09 m, L = 7.28 m) and optimal scheme for Pr (Q = 300 m3/d, a = 3.64 m, L = 1 m) were obtained. The combination of numerical simulations and machine learning is an effective tool for optimizing and predicting the GCW remediation effect.

Abstract Aims This study aimed to investigate the causal association of aspirin consumption with the risk of heart failure. Methods Our study included a total of 218 208 individuals, with 23 397 cases of heart failure. Genetic summary data on the association between single‐nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and aspirin consumption were obtained from a large‐scale genome‐wide association study involving 462 933 individuals, of which 61 702 people were taking aspirin. After the exclusion of critical confounding factors, we assessed the final and independent association between the aspirin consumption and the risk of heart failure using 3 two‐sample Mendelian randomization (MR) methods‐inverse variance weighted (IVW), weighted‐median, and MR‐Egger regression. Sensitivity analyses and directionality test were employed to further validate the stability of the results. Results After excluding the SNPs that exhibited associations with potential confounders and harmonizing the data, a total of 32 SNPs were finally selected for MR analysis from the initially identified 60 SNPs that displayed strong associations with the exposure. The results of the main method (IVW) showed a significant positive association between aspirin use and the occurrence of heart failure (OR [odds ratio]: 1.085; 95% CI [confidence interval]: 1.015–1.161; P = 0.017), although other methods did not showed statistically significant results (MR‐Egger, OR: 1.211, 95% CI: 0.842–1.21, P = 0.896; weighted‐median, OR: 1.087, 95% CI: 0.983–1.202, P = 0.105). Heterogeneity test, the MR‐Egger intercept, and the funnel plot did not reveal any evidence of heterogeneity (Cochran's Q statistic = 29.263; P = 0.556) or horizontal pleiotropy (intercept = 0.007; P = 0.319). The ‘leave‐one‐out’ analysis indicated that no individual SNP exerted a dominant influence on the main estimate. Directionality test confirmed the accuracy of the causal relationship between exposure and outcome direction in our data. Conclusions Our results support a potential positive causal relationship between aspirin consumption and the occurrence of heart failure.

Exhausted CD8+T cells represent a distinct cellular lineage that emerges during both chronic infections and cancers. Recent studies have shown that persistent antigen exposure can drive the differentiation of precursor exhausted CD8+T cells, termed Tpex cells, which are characterized as TCF-1+PD-1+CD8+T cells. Elevated Tpex cell frequencies in the tumor microenvironment (TME) are associated with improved overall survival (OS) in cancer patients and heightened responsiveness to anti-PD-1 therapy. In our present study, we utilized multi-color immunohistochemistry (mIHC) to determine the localization and clinical implications of tumor-infiltrating Tpex cells within the TME of human colorectal cancer (CRC) tissues. We also conducted a multi-omics integrative analysis using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data derived from both the murine MC38 tumor model and human CRC tissues. This analysis helped delineate the transcriptional and functional attributes of Tpex cells within the CRC TME. Furthermore, we employed spatial transcriptome sequencing data from CRC patients to investigate the interactions between Tpex cells and other immune cell subsets within the TME. In conclusion, our study not only established a method for Tpex cell detection using mIHC technology but also confirmed that assessing Tpex cells within the CRC TME could be indicative of patients’ survival. We further uncovered the transcriptional and functional characteristics of Tpex cells in the TME and ascertained their pivotal role in the efficacy of immunotherapy against CRC.

Sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction (SIMD) has become one of the most lethal complications of sepsis, while the treatment was limited by a shortage of pertinent drugs. Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) is the highest content of active substances in green tea, and its application in cardiovascular diseases has broad prospects. This study was conducted to test the hypothesis that EGCG was able to inhibit lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced myocardial dysfunction and investigate the underlying molecular mechanisms. The cardiac systolic function was assessed by echocardiography. The cardiomyocyte apoptosis was determined by TUNEL staining. The expression of inflammatory factors and apoptosis-related protein, cardiac markers were examined by Western Blot and qRT-PCR. EGCG effectively improve LPS-induced cardiac function damage, enhance left ventricular systolic function, and restore myocardial cell vitality. It can effectively inhibit the upregulation of TLR4 expression induced by LPS and inhibit IκB α/NF- κB/p65 signaling pathway, thereby inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis and improving myocarditis. In conclusion, EGCG protects against SIMD through anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis effects; it was mediated by the inhibition of the TLR4/NF-κB signal pathway. Our results demonstrated that EGCG might be a possible medicine for SIMD prevention and treatment.

Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the oral mucosa. The pathogenesis of OLP is still unclear. Immune abnormalities mediated by T cells and related cytokines play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of OLP. In recent years, glycolytic metabolism-related transporters, enzymes and regulators, such as glucose transporter-1 (Glut1), glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), lactate dehydrogenase A (LDHA), mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1a), have attracted an increasing amount of attention in OLP by regulating the proliferation and differentiation of T cells and the secretion of inflammatory factors. It has been shown that 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) or rapamycin (RAPA) inhibits the glycolytic metabolism of T cells and then inhibits OLP. This article reviews the research progress of glycolytic metabolism-related transporters, enzymes and regulatory factors in OLP in recent years.

Online teaching is becoming an important means of education, but for the piano course, how to organically combine online and offline teaching has been the focus of educators. To improve this situation, this paper proposes a neural network model for piano performance evaluation as an auxiliary means of blended teaching. The model uses bidirectional LSTM training data, introduces an attention mechanism to optimize data recognition efficiency, and finally generates performance evaluation through a softmax classification algorithm. After implementing online-offline hybrid piano teaching in combination with this evaluation model, 66.72% of the students believed that the new teaching method could stimulate learning initiatives. The piano performance test scores showed that the post-test times for single-note playing, mixed intervals and chords, and two-handed ensemble playing in the experimental group were reduced by 38 seconds, 45 seconds, and 7 minutes, respectively, and were significantly higher than those in the control group. This indicates that the performance evaluation model has good performance and application effectiveness.

The Lucaogou Formation, a typical fine-grained mixed formation in the Jimusaer Sag of the Junggar Basin, exhibits considerable potential for hydrocarbon exploration. Accurate brittle prediction is a crucial factor in determining hydraulic fracturing effectiveness. However, the area features complex lithological characteristics, including carbonate rocks, clastic rocks, volcanic rocks, and gypsum interbeds, along with thin layering and sporadic sweet spots. Traditional prediction methods offer limited resolution and there is an urgent need for a seismic brittle prediction method tailored to this complex geological environment. This paper presents a multi-mineral composition equivalent model for complex lithologies that enables the accurate calculation of Vp and Vs These ratios serve as the foundation for pre-stack elastic parameter predictions, which include Poisson’s ratio and Young’s modulus. By comparing the predicted parameters with well-logging measurements, the prediction accuracy is improved to 82%, with particularly high conformity in intervals characterized by high organic matter and clay content. Additionally, a three-dimensional brittle modeling approach reveals that the brittleness of the reservoir exceeds that of the surrounding rock, showing a gradual improvement in brittleness with increasing burial depth from southeast to northwest. The central area exhibits relatively good brittleness, with a stable, blocky distribution pattern.

ObjectiveTo understand the internet media information of COVID-19 in Shanghai in 2022， to provide evidence for health administration departments to respond to public health emergencies， and to establish a comprehensive public health media surveillance system.MethodsData on internet media information and the local COVID-19 epidemic data in Shanghai from January 1 to June 30， 2022 were collected and analyzed.ResultsA total of 90.197 3 million pieces of internet media information were monitored. The top four sources of the information were Weibo （36.84%）， short videos （26.19%）， internet media （14.47%）， and forums （13.31%）. The variation trend of daily internet media surveillance information was identified with the number of newly reported cases per day， and a correlation was found （r＝0.770. After the seven-day moving average，r＝0.796）. Frequent keywords included Shanghai， cheer up， nucleic acid， new cases， local， asymptomatic， prevention and control， gratitude， isolation， epidemic prevention， supplies， pandemic response， patient， seeking help， and clearing the cases. Within the information on Weibo， in addition to netizens in Shanghai （7 823 100） who were highly concerned about the pandemic， netizens from Beijing （2 749 100）， Guangdong Province （2 352 300）， Jiangsu Province （2 189 100） and Zhejiang Province （1 532 100） also posted a relatively high amount of information related to COVID-19 in Shanghai.ConclusionThe outbreak of major infectious diseases triggers significant online activity， and platforms such as Weibo and short video platforms play crucial roles in disseminating internet media information. Weibo， short videos etc. are important platforms for current internet media information. Strengthening media information monitoring and analysis， paying close attention to hot events， taking timely response measures and actively engaging in risk communication contribute to the response and management of public health emergencies.

Direct analysis in real-time mass spectrometry (DART-MS) is an emerging in-situ ionization mass spectrometry analysis technology in recent years. DART is a non-contact surface desorption ionization technique, which is based on the principle of using helium or nitrogen as the working gas and generating excited high-energy particles by electric discharge. The excited state particles are accelerated by rapid heating and electric force, which instantly ionize the volatile compounds on the surface of the sample to be measured under atmospheric pressure, and then detected by mass spectrometry, thus achieving real-time direct analysis of the sample. DART-MS has the characteristics of simple sample preparation, quick and in-situ analysis. Since DART-MS was reported in 2005, it has become one of the most broadly used direct analysis methods and is extensively applied for the direct analysis of the quality, safety, origin and characteristics of food samples. Besides, it has been widely used in biomedicine, environmental monitoring, public safety, and drug analysis as well. Traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs) have been used for thousands of years in China, which gradually move towards to the world arena. The composition of TCM is very complicated, often containing many different chemical components of different types and properties, such as flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, etc. Therefore, the analysis of the chemical basis of the efficacy and quality evaluation of TCMs are very crucial. In recent years, the development of DART-MS technology has provided many new opportunities for direct and rapid analysis of active ingredients in TCMs. The review was focused on the applications of DART-MS in TCMs, which covered the principle, characteristics, influencing factors and technological progress of DART-MS technology, and systematically summarized the research and application of this technology in TCMs, including qualitative and quantitative analysis. In addition, this review briefly introduced the progress of the application of DART-MS in combination with other techniques, such as thin-layer chromatography, imaging mass spectrometry and solid-phase microextraction in the profiling of TCMs, and provided further perspectives on its application development.

Abstract Background Tissue-resident CD8+T cells (CD103+CD8+T cells) are the essential effector cell population of anti-tumor immune response in tissue regional immunity. And we have reported that IL-33 can promote the proliferation and effector function of tissue-resident CD103+CD8+T cells. As of now, the immunolocalization and the prognostic values of tissue-resident CD8+T cells in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) still remain to be illustrated. Methods In our present study, we used the tissue microarrays of HCC and ICC, the multicolor immunohistochemistry (mIHC), and imaging analysis to characterize the tissue-resident CD8+T cells in HCC and ICC tissues. The prognostic values and clinical associations were also analyzed. We also studied the biological functions and the cell–cell communication between tumor-infiltrating CD103+CD8+T cells and other cell types in HCC and ICC based on the published single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data. Results Our work unveiled the expressions of CD8 and CD103 and immunolocalization of tissue-resident CD8+T cells in human HCC and ICC. Elevated CD8+T cells indicated a better overall survival (OS) rate, implying that tumor-infiltrating CD8+T cells in HCC and ICC could serve as an independent prognostic factor. Moreover, the number of CD103+CD8+T cells was increased in HCC and ICC tissues compared with adjacent normal tissues. HCC patients defined as CD8highCD103high had a better OS, and the CD8lowCD103low group tended to have a poorer prognosis in ICC. Evaluation of the CD103+CD8+T-cell ratio in CD8+T cells could also be a prognostic predictor for HCC and ICC patients. A higher ratio of CD103+CD8+T cells over total CD8+T cells in HCC tissues was negatively and significantly associated with the advanced pathological stage. The percentage of higher numbers of CD103+CD8+T cells in ICC tissues was negatively and significantly associated with the advanced pathological stage. In contrast, the higher ratio of CD103+CD8+T cells over total CD8+T cells in ICC tissues was negatively and significantly associated with the advanced pathological stage. In addition, single-cell transcriptomics revealed that CD103+CD8+T cells were enriched in genes associated with T-cell activation, proliferation, cytokine function, and T-cell exhaustion. Conclusion The CD103+ tumor-specific T cells signified an important prognostic marker with improved OS, and the evaluation of the tissue-resident CD103+CD8+T cells might be helpful in assessing the on-treatment response of liver cancer.

This study used the historical and cultural block of Taiping Street in Changsha as the research object. First the current microclimate environment of the street space was analyzed, then numerical simulations based on ENVI-met software were performed, which compared the microclimate numerical simulation results of three typical greening optimization schemes of the street space in the study area and the benchmark scheme, as well as explained the degree of thermal environment control of the greening optimization scheme. This study is expected to provide a reference for the reconstruction of urban historical blocks as well as optimization and control of the thermal environment. The results showed that: 1) With an hourly change in solar radiation, the thermal environment changed considerably, and the horizontal spatial distribution was characterized by "high temperature and low humidity" and "low temperature and high humidity." Thermal comfort is related to the underlying surface conditions, wind environment, building layout, and other factors. The low temperature and high humidity of the area with relatively concentrated green space along street spaces had a slow-release effect on the thermal environment. The ventilation effect of the area with the dense building layout was poor, and the thermal radiation of the underlying surface was high, affecting the heat dissipation and humidification in the research area. 2) The enclosed space layout of buildings in the study area caused building shadows and poor ventilation to affect the green space, which was not conducive for cooling and humidification. 3) Three types of greening transformation schemes were proposed for the street spaces of three different architectural layouts in the historical block of Taiping Street. The three kinds of street space green space optimization and benchmark schemes (the current street space situation) were simulated using ENVI-met microclimate simulation software. Optimization results showed that the same greening optimization scheme had different regulatory effects on the thermal environment in different building layouts. The three kinds of street spaces significantly reduced the average radiation temperature of the block by increasing the greening area of the block. The optimal regulatory effect of the thermal environment of the tree-shrub+three-dimensional (water) compound green space type was better than that of the tree-shrub and tree-grass scheme in the daytime. Under a certain green space ratio, the area of shade generated by the uniform and decentralized layout of green space in a commercial space covered the largest range of street space. The order of the degree of thermal environment optimization and control was decentralized>parallel>centralized. The residential and square spaces were affected by the architectural layout, and the green space layout should have good ventilation, cooling, and humidification effects; therefore, the maximum degree of thermal environment optimization and control is the centralized layout.

Objective: This study aimed to establish a rapid screening and confirmation method for the 45 kinds of antibiotics, including quinolones, sulfonamides, nitroimidazoles and macrolides in aquatic vegetable, by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole-linear ion trap mass spectrometry （UPLC-Q-Trap-MS）. Methods: The sample was extracted with acetonitrile containing 0.1% formic acid, then cleaned up with primary secondary amine （PSA）, anhydrous magnesium sulfate （Na2SO4） and C18. The analytes were detected by UPLC-Q-Trap-MS in the multiple-reaction monitoring with information-dependent acquisition of enhanced product ion （SMRM-IDA-EPI） mode, followed by matching retrieval of a multiple antibiotic database. The 45 kinds of antibiotics were confirmed by retention times and ion pairs through database searching using the EPI library and quantified by external standard method. Results: All the antibiotics showed good linearity with correlation coefficients above 0.99 when the concentration falls in the range 1.0~100.0 μg/L. The limits of detection （LOD） were in the range of 0.3~1.0 μg/kg, and the limits of quantitation （LOQ） were in the range of 1.0~3.0 μg/kg. The average recoveries for 45 antibiotics at three spiked levels ranged from 60.4% to 121.7%, with relative standard deviations （RSD） of 0.9%~10.2%. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and qualitative, and is suitable for the screening, confirmation and quantitative detection of the 45 kinds of antibiotics residues in aquatic vegetable.

A simulated experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of climate warming on the bioaccumulation, translocation and distributions of mineral elements in Solanum tuberosum L. by increasing temperature and CO2 concentration in an artificial climate greenhouse. The objective was to explore the effects of global warming on crop mineral nutrition and the long-term effects on agricultural ecology. The results showed that the bioaccumulation of Cu, Mg, Fe, Mn, and Cd in Solanum tuberosum L increased in whole plant with the combined increase of temperature and CO2 concentration. The mineral elements in leaves, stems, tubers, and root tissues of Solanum tuberosum L showed different changes, and the trend and degree of change vary depending on the element. The migration of most elements from roots to leaves and stems showed a slight increase with the increasing of temperature and the concentration of CO2, while the migration from roots to tubers remained relatively stable. In addition, the available content of most mineral elements (except K) in the soil increased with increasing temperature and CO2 concentration. These results suggested that climate warming could change the bioaccumulation, migration, and distribution dynamics of mineral elements in Solanum tuberosum L.

N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most prevalent internal modification found in both mRNA and lncRNA. It exerts reversible regulation over RNA function and affects RNA processing and metabolism in various diseases, especially tumors. The m6A binding protein, hnRNPA2B1, is extensively studied as a member of the heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein (hnRNP) protein family. It is frequently dysregulated and holds significant importance in multiple types of tumors. By recognizing m6A sites for variable splicing, maintaining RNA stability, and regulating translation and transport, hnRNPA2B1 plays a vital role in various aspects of tumor development, metabolism, and regulation of the immune microenvironment. In this review, we summarized the latest research on the functional roles and underlying molecular mechanisms of hnRNPA2B1. Moreover, we discussed its potential as a target for tumor therapy.

Abstract Background There is ongoing controversy regarding the prognostic value of PR prolongation among individuals free of cardiovascular diseases. It is necessary to risk‐stratify this population according to other electrocardiographic parameters. Methods This study is based on the Third National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Cox proportional hazard models were constructed and Kaplan–Meier method was used. Results A total of 6188 participants (58.1 ± 13.1 years; 55% women) were included. The median frontal QRS axis of the entire study population was 37° (IQR: 11–60°). PR prolongation was present in 7.6% of the participants, of whom 61.2% had QRS axis ≤37°. In a multivariable‐adjusted model, mortality risk was highest in the group with concomitant prolonged PR interval and QRS axis ≤37° (hazard ratio [HR]: 1.20; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.04–1.39). In models with similar adjustment where population were reclassified depending on PR prolongation and QRS axis, prolonged PR interval and QRS axis ≤37° was still associated with increased risk of mortality (HR: 1.18; 95% CI: 1.03–1.36) compared with normal PR interval. Conclusions QRS axis is an important factor for risk stratification in population with PR prolongation. The extent to which this population with PR prolongation and QRS axis ≤37° is at higher risk of death compared with the population without PR prolongation.

Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a common chronic disease of the oral mucosa with unclear pathogenesis. Local infiltration of T cells plays a key role in the pathological process of OLP. Increased evidence supports the notion that the imbalance of helper T cells (Th) 1/Th2 and Th17/regulatory T cells (Treg) and their related cytokines is closely related to the pathogenesis and progression of OLP. In recent years, studies have shown that OX40 (CD134) and its ligand OX40L (CD252) play an important role in the process of the T-cell immune response. They participate in the balance regulation of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg, mediate the imbalance of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory, and affect the occurrence and development of a variety of autoimmune diseases. However, there is no direct evidence that the OX40/OX40L axis mediates the imbalance of T-cell subsets in the pathogenesis of OLP. Therefore, large sample clinical as well as in vitro and in vivo experimental studies on the mechanism by which the OX40/OX40L axis regulates the balance of T-cell subsets in OLP are still needed in the future.

Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupoint acupuncture therapy on postoperative pain in patients undergoing surgery for low anal fistula. Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing surgical treatment for low anal fistula were divided into the control group (n=30) and acupuncture group (n=30) by using the random number table method. In the control group, on the basis of conventional treatment, 20 mg of paracetamol and dihydrocodeine tartrate was taken orally 30 min before dressing change and going to bed in the evening every day. In the acupuncture group, after the patient returned to the ward after surgery, the acupuncture was applied to the four auricular acupoints of Zhichang, Gangmen, Jiaogan and Shenmen at 8 am every morning. The VAS scores of the two groups were observed after changing the dressing every day for five days after the operation, and the changes of β-EP and CRP concentration in the venous blood before and 5 days after the treatment were observed. Results VAS scores of patients in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the control group five days after surgery, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the levels of β-EP and CRP before treatment(P＞0. 05), and there was significant difference after 5 days of treatment(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Auricular acupoint acupuncture therapy can alleviate postoperative pain, promote the release of β-EP, inhibit the secretion of CRP, reduce inflammation, and improve the therapeutic effect of surgical treatment for low anal fistula. (目的 探讨耳穴揿针治疗对低位单纯性肛瘘患者术后疼痛的影响。方法 选取医院肛肠科2021年1月—6月收治的低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者60例, 采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=30)与揿针组(n=30)。对照组在常规治疗基础上, 于每日换药前30 min及晚上睡前口服氨酚双氢可待因20 mg; 揿针组在患者术毕安全返回病房后、术后每天上午8时使用揿针贴于耳穴直肠、肛门、交感、神门四穴。观察两组患者术后5 d内每天换药后疼痛评分情况, 以及治疗前、治疗5 d后静脉血血浆中β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量和C反应蛋白(CRP)浓度变化。结果 揿针组患者术后5 d换药后VAS评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。揿针组与对照组相比, β-EP、CRP水平治疗前差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05), 治疗5 d后差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳穴揿针治疗运用于肛瘘术后患者, 可以减轻患者疼痛感, 并促进β-EP的释放, 抑制CRP的分泌, 减轻炎症反应, 提高治疗效果。)

Building a new electric power system that is based on new energy sources is an important direction for power system transformation and upgrading in China, and it is critical for peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality. In this study, we analyze the changes and challenges that are brought by power system transformation and elaborate on the connotation and building principles of a new electric power system. Moreover, we categorize the development of the new system into stages and propose development suggestions for each stage considering the technical features of the system and the new energy access scale. The new electric power system proposed in this study can satisfy the increasing demand for clean power as it primarily uses new energy sources and it has the features of high safety, openness, and adaptability. Building the new electric power system should follow the technical evolution law and characteristics of power systems; it should further exploit the potentials of mature technologies and current power systems. Meanwhile, emerging technologies should be researched and developed.

BackgroundThe association between dietary energy patterns, calories, and the outcomes of heart failure (HF) is still unclear.ObjectivesTo evaluate the proper energy intake patterns and daily calorie intake in patients with heart failure among US adults.MethodsThe data were derived from the 2001–2014 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES). A calorie intake pattern variable was created using latent class analysis (LCA) based on the calorie ratio of three major nutrients. Cox proportional hazard regression models were used to evaluate the hazard ratios (HR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI) of the association between calorie intake and energy patterns. The primary endpoint was all-cause mortality.ResultsAmong 991 participants (mean age 67.3 ± 12.9 years; 55.7% men) who suffered from heart failure; the median calorie intake was 1,617 kcal/day [interquartile range (IQR): 1,222–2,154 kcal/day]. In the multivariable-adjusted model, moderate malnutrition was more frequent to death (HR: 2.15; 95% CI: 1.29–3.56). Low-carbohydrate pattern (LCP) and median-carbohydrate pattern (MCP) had lower risks of death compared to high-carbohydrate pattern (HCP) (LCP: HR: 0.76; 95% CI: 0.59–0.97; MCP: HR: 0.77; 95% CI: 0.60–0.98). No association between different amounts of calorie intake and all-cause mortality was found. There was an adjusted significant interaction between calorie intake and energy intake patterns (p = 0.019). There was a linear relationship between energy intake through HCP and all-cause mortality (p for non-linear = 0.557). A non-linear relationship between energy intake through MCP and all-cause mortality (p for non-linear = 0.008) was observed.ConclusionBoth LCP and MCP, compared to HCP, were associated with better outcomes in the HF population. The relationship between energy intake and all-cause death may be influenced by energy intake patterns in HF patients.

Objective To investigate the possible tick-borne pathogens along the Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province. Methods Ticks were collected from animal surfaces, residents' livestock barns and by dragging a cloth over vegetation, and brought back alive to our laboratory for morphological and species identification. Pathogenic DNA was extracted from the tick samples and amplified by nested PCR. Positive specimens of Lyme disease spirochetes were further analyzed using restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) to determine their genotypes; Subspecies determination primers (C6/C8) were adopted to amplify the positive samples of Francisella tularensis for subspecies identification. Results There were 3 species of ticks finally identified and totally 2 123 tick samples collected, including 814 Hyalomma asiaticum, 567 Dermacentor nuttalli and 742 Argas persicus. Different tick species were collected at different sites: Hyalomma asiaticum and Dermacentor nuttalli were picked up from the surface of wild free-range camels and their living environment, while Argas persicus from residents' barn. Among all the tick specimens, 54 samples were tested positive for Lyme disease spirochetes, and RFLP analysis indicated that the pathogen in the samples belonged to 2 genotypes: either Borrelia garinii or Borrelia afzelii. In addition, 32 heads were positive for Francisella tularensis, belonging to Francisella tularensis. subsp. holarctica (type B), and 122 heads were positive for Coxiella burnetii. Argas persicus were found to carry both Francisella tularensis and Coxiella burnetii. Coinfection also existed in 15 Hyalomma asiaticum gathered from wild free-range camels, 10 of which were infected with Francisella tularensis and Coxiella burnetii, and the other 5 with Lyme disease spirochetes and Coxiella burnetii. Conclusion There are at least 3 different tick species in Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province, and the tick-borne pathogens include Lyme disease spirochetes, Francisella tularensis and Coxiella burnetii. Coinfection exists in the tick specimens.

This paper studies the corresponding performance optimization of unit coordinated control system. Combined with the actual operation of the unit, targeted optimization strategies are formulated and implemented for the main parameters such as active power, main steam pressure, feed water flow, main steam temperature and furnace pressure. After long-term tracking of operation and repeated adjustment of relevant control parameters, a more reasonable optimization effect is finally obtained, and the regulation performance of the unit coordinated control system meets the AGC input conditions.

Computational efficiency is the key factor to be considered in the productivity evaluation of rectangular coalbed methane reservoir. There are three main factors affecting the calculation speed: the nonlinearity of the material balance equation of coalbed methane reservoir, the poor conductivity of fractures cannot be considered as infinite conductivity fractures, and the Duhamel convolution is needed in history fitting and boundary image inversion. At present, there is no method to quickly evaluate the productivity of finite conductivity fracture model in rectangular coalbed methane reservoir. Diffusion equation of matrix is generated by the Fick diffusion law. The Darcy seepage law is used to build the seepage equation of fractured system in coalbed methane reservoir. In order to transform the calculation result of infinite conductivity fracture into finite conductivity fracture, fracture conductivity factor is employed in this paper. The applicability of fracture conductivity factor in the whole production process is clarified. It is clear that the factor is prone to calculation errors when the time is small, and the calculation fluctuates greatly. According to the characteristics of the Riley method and discrete method, an accurate and efficient analytical solution calculation process is designed. This will make the calculation results accurate. A production evaluation method of rectangular coalbed methane reservoirs with fractured vertical well and finite conductivity fracture is proposed. The purpose of quickly and accurately predict well production capacity is reached. The geological parameters are recombined, and new coalbed methane reservoir flow parameters are defined. Through parameter sensitivity analysis, the influence of different flow characteristic parameters on gas production is clarified. The dimensionless transfer constant and dimensionless storage capacity affect the appearance time of desorption and diffusion and the storage capacity of the fracture system, respectively. The dimensionless desorption constant describes the strength of desorption and diffusion. The influence of fracture conductivity factor on production is studied. It is clarified that its impacts are different in the early stage and the later stage of production. There is a limit to the fracture conductivity factor. When the limit is exceeded, the fracture conductivity factors no longer affect the production of a single well. The findings of this study can understand the percolation stage of finite conductivity fractured wells with rectangular coalbed methane reservoir and can also guide fracturing design and writing in the field. The research results enrich the productivity evaluation model of coalbed methane reservoir. In the end, a set of production evaluation method is put forward suitable for the well in rectangular coalbed methane reservoirs with fractured vertical well and finite conductivity fracture. In this paper, the influence of fracture conductivity on single well productivity in rectangular coalbed methane reservoir is quantitatively evaluated for the first time. By improving the calculation method and optimizing the calculation path, the productivity evaluation calculation speed of finite conductivity fractured wells in rectangular coalbed methane reservoir is optimized without affecting the calculation accuracy. The new method can be applied directly to productivity evaluation software, which has the significance of popularization.

In order to improve the shortcomings of the finite element unit-cell establish method based on traditional FEM, which has difficulty in meshing and calculation, a superimposed method was proposed. Based on the superimposed method, the finite element unit-cell model of two-dimensional triaxial braided composites was established. Based on the coupling method, the coordination relationship between degree of freedom of element grid of displacement field and temperature field from reinforcement and matrix were given, and the match method of superimposed region thermal properties and the periodic boundary conditions of the unit-cell model temperature field were determined. The equivalent thermal conductivity coefficient and the equivalent thermal expansion coefficient of the unit-cell model were obtained by applying the periodic boundary conditions. Based on this method, the thermal properties of two-dimensional triaxial braided composites were predicted and analysed. The results show that different braiding angles and fiber volume faction have certain effects on the thermal conductivity coefficient and thermal expansion coefficient in different directions.

Receptor-like kinases (RLKs) are important for plant growth, development and defense responses. The S-receptor protein kinases (SRKs), which represent an RLK subfamily, control the self- incompatibility among Brassica species. However, little information is available regarding SRK functions in rice. We identified a gene OsSRK1 encoding an atypical SRK. The transcript of OsSRK1 was induced by abscisic acid (ABA), salt and polyethylene glycol. OsSRK1 localized to the plasma membrane and cytoplasm. Leaf width was increased in OsSRK1-overexpression (OsSRK1-OX) transgenic rice plants, likely because of an increase in cell number per leaf. Furthermore, the expression levels of OsCYCA3-1 and OsCYCD2-1, which encode positive regulators of cell division, were up-regulated in leaf primordium of OsSRK1-OX rice plants relative to those in wild type. Meanwhile, the expression level of OsKRP1, which encodes cell cycle inhibitor, was down-regulated in the OsSRK1-OX plants. Therefore, it is deduced that OsSRK1 regulates leaf width by promoting cell division in the leaf primordium. Additionally, OsSRK1-OX plants exhibited enhanced ABA sensitivity and salt tolerance compared with wild type. These results suggest that OsSRK1 plays important roles in leaf development and salt responses in rice. The fatigue crack initiation of the fuselage structure skin under the uniform supercharged cyclic load of 0 ～ 7. 8 Psi was experimentally studied by the self-made aircraft fuselage skin uniform supercharged fatigue simulation device. The location of the fatigue crack initiation of the fuselage structure skin and the sequence of fatigue crack initiation are studied by finite element analysis. The research showed that under the uniform supercharged fatigue load,fatigue crack initiation occurred on the left and right sides of the nail holes. The fatigue crack initiation sequence is mainly related to the maximum Von-Mises stress value at the initiation site,but also related to the tightness of the connection between the skin and the stringer.

The benthic scyphopolyp population is an important stage in the scyphozoan lifecycle. Nevertheless, few studies have detailed the natural feeding and quantified the energy flux of polyps based on field research. To better understand the scyphopolyp natural diet and seasonal variation patterns in the ingestion rate, in situ feeding experiments were conducted on Aurelia coerulea polyps in Jiaozhou Bay, China from August 2018 to April 2019. The diet of A. coerulea polyps was determined by gut content analysis. Digestion rates were also measured. Ingestion rates, based on the gut contents and digestion rates, were assessed monthly. Copepods, copepod nauplii, and ciliates were identified in the guts of A. coerulea polyps. Copepods with the bulk of total prey intake in number are an important source of nutrition for A. coerulea polyps in Jiaozhou Bay. Prey capture of A. coerulea polyps (prey polyp–1) varied among months, and was highly dependent upon the abundance of planktonic prey in the habitat. Copepods and copepod nauplii were digested more rapidly as temperature increased. Carbon weight-specific ingestion rate exhibited an obvious seasonal change, with the mean value of 0.13 ± 0.12 μg C μg C–1 d–1. More rapid digestion of prey at higher temperatures and larger prey availability would cause a higher ingestion rate in polyps. Scyphopolyps are widely distributed predators in littoral ecosystems and they may play an important role in plankton–benthos coupling by transferring energy from the water column to the benthos. Massive scyphopolyps blooms may influence pelagic ecosystems.

This study discusses the important significance of relevant frontier achievements to the development of news communication science. The rise of cognitive neuroscience provides a new perspective for understanding the psychological cognitive mechanism of the audience and optimizing the communication effect of service media. On the basis of introducing the status quo of cognitive neuroscience in audience rating evaluation of news broadcast, this study introduces the advantages and functions of this method in audience rating evaluation of news broadcast with eye movement experiment as an example, which provides a new method and empirical case for seeking audience rating evaluation of news broadcast.

In this paper, a new method based on phase congruency is proposed to measure pitch lengths and surface braiding angles of two-dimensional biaxial braided composite preforms. Lab space transform and BM3D (block-matching and 3D filter) are used first to preprocess the original acquired images. A corner detection algorithm based on phase congruency is then proposed to detect the corners of the preprocessed images. Pitch lengths and surface braiding angles are finally measured based on the detected corner maps. Experimental results show that our method achieves the automatic measurement of pitch lengths and the surface braiding angles of biaxial braided composite preforms with high accuracy.
