Abstract

National health standards involve all kinds of technical requirements formulated and numbered in accordance with the procedures and formats stipulated in the standardisation system for the implementation of national health and hygiene laws, regulations and policies, and the protection of human health. The establishment of health standards in China should align with our legal framework, including laws, regulations, departmental rules, and health and hygiene policies. During the development of these standards, a comprehensive approach is advocated, encompassing in-depth investigations, rigorous demonstrations, and extensive stakeholder engagement. However, the process of standard formulation may suffer from insufficient research evidence. The evidence-based concept emphasizes the significance of evidence. Therefore, integrating evidence-based concept into the process of developing health standards can enhance the quality and scientific basis of these standards. This article systematically elucidates the current status and development process of health standards in China, explores the necessity and feasibility of incorporating evidence-based concept into the development of these standards, analyzes the challenges and opportunities, and presents reflections and suggestions.

Abstract

Objective: To analyze a case of Lamb-Shaffer syndrome(LAMSHF) with short stature and delayed language and motor development as the main manifestation,and summerize data of the disease in data bank for improving the understanding of this disease. Methods: A male child aged 9 year and 3 months with severe short stature and delayed language and motor development admitted to our hospital was analyzed. Their clinical data were collected, and the genomic DNA was extracted from whole blood of the children and their parents for whole exome sequencing and DNA Sanger sequencing verification. Meanwhile, relevant literature was reviewed to analyze the pathogenesis, clinical characteri-stics, diagnosis and therapy and prognosis of LAMSHF. Abstract

The “triangular” relationships between China, Mexico and the USA are complicated. Over the last three decades, China’s growing presence in the world has been both rapid and profound, which has had a significant impact on the world in many aspects. These aspects have affected the relationships between China and the USA, China and Mexico and the USA and Mexico. There are some debates and doubts on whether the Chinese re-emergence has had a positive or negative effect on the relationship between Mexico and the USA. To answer this question, we will analyze the Chinese impact on Mexico-US relations by providing an overview of the three countries; examining the bilateral ties, to see their impact on the scheme of nafta and the impact of China; and finally, by discussing the future prospects of the relationship. The analysis is aimed towards assessing the role of China in Mexico-US relations. In addition, the paper seeks to determine whether there is a possibility for controlling the risks of the interdependence of these three countries, as well as to create what the Chinese might call a“win-win-win”triangular relationship.

Abstract

The paper presents a fusion method of muti-vision of industrial robot in a smart space based on multi-agent system(MAS), the robotic multi-vision consists of top-view, side-view, front-view and hand-eye cameras, the moving hand-eye provide vision guidance and give the estimation of robot position, other three cameras are used for target recognition and positioning. Each camera is connected to an agent based on an image-processing computer that aims at analyzing image rapidly and satisfying the real-time requirement of data processing. As a learning strategy of robotic vision, a back-propagation neural network(BPNN) with 3-layer-architecture is first constructed for each agent and is independently trained as a classifier of target recognition using batch gradient descent method based on the region features extracted from the images of target samples(typical mechanical parts), and then the outputs of trained BPNNs in MAS-based smart space are fused with Dempster-Shafer evidence theory to form a final recognition decision, the experimental results of typical mechanical parts show that fusion of multi-vision can improve the robotic vision accuracy and MAS-based smart space will contribute to the parallel processing of immense image data in robotic multi-vision system.
