Heavy metal pollution such as cadmium and arsenic in water seriously threatens human health and safety, and the removal of Cd/As combined pollution is more difficult. In this work, the performance of mechanically activated calcite composite FeSO4 to remove Cd/As combined pollution was investigated by Cd/As combined pollution removal test in water. It was found that mechanically activated calcite can significantly improve the removal efficiency of Cd/As combined pollution in water. The results showed that the removal rate of Cd and As can reach 99% in 30 min by activated calcite composite FeSO4. The removal mechanism of Cd/As combined pollution in water by activated calcite and FeSO4 was studied by SEM-EDS, XPS, and XRD. The results showed that the crystallinity and dissolution activity of calcite were changed by mechanical activation, and the hydrolysis of calcite to produce CO32- and OH- was enhanced. OH- promoted the formation of a stable iron oxide bound precipitate of FeSO4 with arsenic, and CO32- binded with cadmium to form a stable precipitate of cadmium carbonate.

Diabetic gastroparesis is a common complication in diabetic patients. It is manifested as recurrent nausea, vomiting, early saturation and abdominal fullness. The main pathophysiology is a condition that slows down the emptying of the stomach. In recent years, the external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis has been widely used in clinical practice, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients. By searching the relevant literature, this paper briefly listed external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and looked forward to the future development direction of new nursing technology. The green environmental protection industry has the dual attributes of driving economic growth and coping with environmental problems. The deep integration of “four chains” (i.e., innovation, industrial, capital, and talent chains) is crucial for the high-quality development of the green environmental protection industry and the achievement of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. Considering the development status of the green environmental protection industry, this study analyzes the characteristics of four-chain integration at different stages of enterprise development. In the early stage of establishment, the capital chain is key to enterprises and an industrial chain is gradually formed driven by the innovation and talent chains. During business expansion of enterprises, the industrial chain is extended, driven by the capital chain and supported by the innovation and talent chains. At the mature stage, enterprises can carry out strategic layout based on the industrial chain while maintaining the innovation chain. However, the four-chain integration in the green environmental protection industry of China still face several problems, including weak connection between the innovation and industrial chains, weak support of the capital chain to other chains, insufficient integration between the talent chain and the innovation and capital chains. To address this, we propose the following suggestions: (1) developing a low-carbon innovation strategy roadmap to clarify the development paths for four-chain integration; (2) improving the compatibility between the innovation and industrial chains; (3) optimizing the capital chain to improve its integration with other chains; (4) improving the talent chain; and (5) clarifying the driving chains according to the development stages of enterprises to ensure the effective integration of the “four chains”.

Solid waste recycling saves resources and energy, reduces carbon emissions, and plays a vital role in forming a green and low-carbon mode of production and living and achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. This study analyzes the development status of the solid waste recycling industry in China and abroad and explores the major challenges faced by the industry of China in terms of process of industrialization, capital investment, and technological innovation. Combined with typical case analyses, we propose the following suggestions to promote the high-quality development of China’s solid waste recycling industry: (1) promoting the process of industrialization to integrate the industrial, innovation, talent, and capital chains; (2) reinforcing incentive policies to consolidate the financial foundation; (3) establishing scientific innovation hubs by strengthening project demonstrations; (4) gathering professional talents to build a high-level cooperation platform.

The plan of ''transforming national high-tech zones into national innovation demonstration zones (hereinafter referred to as'' NIDZ'') launched in 2009 is an attempt to promote high-quality economic development in China. Based on the quasi-natural experiment of transforming national high-tech zones into NIDZ in 2009, this paper collected and sorted out the data of 51 cities where national high-tech zones were located in China from 2002 to 2018. Then we measured urban green total factor productivity by applying the SBM model and investigated the impact of transformation on urban green total factor productivity through the difference in difference (DID) method. The results show that: (1) Urban green total factor productivity has been improved by transforming into a NIDZ, and the results are relatively stable. (2) Mechanism analysis shows that the promotion of urban green total factor productivity by transformation is realized through green technology innovation and industrial agglomeration mechanism. (3)The heterogeneity analysis shows that the policy effects are better in the developed eastern regions and regions with lower levels of government efficiency, and have not been reflected in the less developed central and western regions and regions with higher levels of government efficiency.

Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease that leads to the formation of atherosclerotic plaques in arterial walls, which can eventually result in cardiovascular diseases. It has been confirmed that the imbalance in the polarization of M1-type pro-inflammatory and M2-type anti-inflammatory macrophages in AS plaques is closely related to plaque instability and the development of cardiovascular diseases like AS-related heart and cerebrovascular diseases. Triptolide (TP) is a promising drug for the treatment of AS due to its anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative effects. However, its poor solubility and lack of specificity limit its clinical application. We developed a targeted delivery system for TP to M1-type macrophages using mesoporous polydopamine (MPDA) nanospheres modified with the LyP-1 peptide. We then observed the performance of this targeted delivery system and explored its regulatory effects on macrophage polarization in AS. The results showed that the LYP-1-modified MPDA-TP delivery system had an average encapsulation rate of 66.5%, a drug loading capacity of 4.5%, and an average diameter of 250 nm. It exhibited excellent targeting ability and drug release rate towards target cells. LYP-MPDA-TP was capable of inhibiting the proportion of M1 macrophages induced by oxidized low-density lipoprotein stimulation in mouse macrophages, promoting apoptosis in M1-type macrophages significantly, and demonstrating a significant inhibitory effect on AS in experimental animals. The LYP-1 peptide-modified MPDA delivery system provides a new approach for TP treatment of AS and an important theoretical basis and methodological reference for the design of targeted delivery systems for anti-AS nanoparticles.

In today’s digital era, mental health challenges among college students are escalating. This study investigates how integrating mental health education with student management can foster college students’ comprehensive growth. Employing fuzzy clustering for mental health analysis and leveraging both sample-weighted and feature-weighted algorithms, we assess the mental well-being of students from varied familial backgrounds. Our findings reveal that students from particular family backgrounds exhibit significantly lower mental health scores across personality, emotional stability, behavioral habits, self-awareness, and social interactions, with marked disparities in depression and anxiety levels. The adoption of a collaborative parenting approach markedly improved the mental health outcomes for these students, reducing depression and anxiety scores by 1.815 and 1.436 points, respectively. The study advocates for a concerted effort in mental health education and student management within higher education institutions, emphasizing support for students from challenging family environments to nurture their holistic well-being.

This paper summarized the nursing management of the nasogastric enteral nutrition for a patient with endotracheal intubation for acute respiratory failure complicated with severe pneumonia. Nursing interventions such as endotracheal intubation, nursing of enteral nutrition and prevention of aspiration and other issues were carried out to control infection, improve the patient’s pneumonia situation and reduce the occurrence of complications. (本文总结1例急性呼吸衰竭气管插管合并重症肺炎患者鼻饲肠内营养液的护理干预措施, 主要从气管插管、肠内营养的护理以及预防误吸等方面进行干预, 旨在控制感染, 改善患者肺炎症状, 减少并发症的发生。)

China is the world’s largest energy consumer and carbon emitter. Its coal-dominated energy structure and heavy industries bring considerable challenges for achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and for realizing high-quality energy development; this necessitates research on energy transition pathways. Herein, the study reviews the current status of China's energy development and predicts the medium- and long-term energy demand and energy transition trends in the country. Our results indicate that the total primary energy demand of China will reach 5.56 × 109 to 5.96 × 109 tons of standard coal in 2035. The CO2 emission intensity per unit of GDP in 2035 will decrease by 77.6% ‒ 81.5% compared with that in 2005. Energy-related CO2 emissions will peak during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. Improving energy efficiency, expanding renewable energy application, promoting the carbon capture, storage and utilization technology, and developing hydrogen energy and renewable synthetic fuels are the major technical measures for reducing energy-related CO2 emissions. Moreover, technological innovation is the core driving force for promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of key areas in China. Furthermore, suggestions are proposed from the aspects of energy conservation,renewable energy development, technological innovation, and coordination of the legal system, technologies, and the market.

This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type II respiratory failure treated by sequential non-invasive positive pressure ventilation via nasal high-flow oxygen therapy. Nursing interventions were carried out in the following ways: non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, medication nursing, enteral nutrition support, pipeline maintenance, skin care and psychological nursing and other issues. Efforts were made to improve the respiratory failure status and various vital signs, control of carbon dioxide retention and reduce the occurrence of complications. By providing patients with a constant, adjustable, high-speed breathing gas mixture formed from air and oxygen, it was aimed to crush the gas left in the nasal cavity, oral cavity and pharynx, and significantly reduce the amount of carbon dioxide inhaled during the next inhalation. The application of sequential treatment with transnasal high-flow oxygen therapy has achieved positive therapeutic results in patients with hypoxic respiratory failure. This paper summarized the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) enema and emergency care for 8 patients with acute drug poisoning. Based on the routine emergency management, TCM enema was adopted to relieve the symptoms of drug poisoning, prevent the complications, reduce mortality risk and improve the recovery of body function. The control of hot electron (HE) and thermal effects induced by plasmonic nanostructures has recently attracted considerable attention. When illuminated by light with different circular polarization states, the circular dichroism signal of molecules adsorbed by plasmonic chiral nanostructures can control HE and thermal effects. These effects have the potential to enhance reaction rates and to change selectivity patterns in photothermal catalysis. Here, we propose an aluminum L-shaped chiral nanostructure system in which HE and thermal effects can be controlled in different regions of the nanostructure by changing the chirality of the excitation light. A large difference of 12.75% in the HE effect but a virtually identical thermal effect can be achieved in different regions of the nanostructure by selecting the appropriate probed region, while a large thermal effect difference of 65.67% but a virtually identical HE effect can be achieved in one region of the nanostructure by changing the polarization state of the excitation light. In addition, the HE and thermal chiral selectivity effects of double L-shaped nanostructures are investigated as these structures can be more easily controlled during asymmetric chiral growth and crystallization. This work combined with plasmonic chirality is beneficial for quantifying HE and thermal effects in photochemical reactions and provides theoretical support for designing catalysts and optimizing plasmonic platforms. Additionally, the local controllability of HE and thermal effects plays an essential role in high-resolution photochemical reactions, especially in single-molecule photochemical reactions.

This paper summarized the nursing measures of a patient with grade 2 phlebitis treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains. The nursing assessment, application method and cautions of collapse stains, composition of Chinese herbs, dietary guidance and psychological intervention were reviewed. Through the active intervention of the external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the level of phlebitis decreased, pain was relieved, and good results were achieved. This paper reviewed the effective nursing interventions for a case of severe pneumonia complicated with respiratory failure treated by mechanical ventilation. A set of interventions including mechanical ventilation nursing, medication nursing, enteral nutrition support, catheter maintenance, skin care and psychological nursing were carried out, aiming to relieve the symptoms of respiratory failure, alleviate patient’s condition and reduce the complications. Background and purpose: Carcinoma showing thymus-like differentiation (CASTLE) is a rare disease. There were few reports so far. The diagnosis and treatment experience and disease cognition are still insufficient. Methods: The clinical, pathological and prognostic data of 30 patients with CASTLE who received operation at Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center from September 1, 2007 to September 1, 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. Three cases of thyroid carcinoma and adjacent tissues were analyzed by whole genome sequencing, and MSH2 gene overexpressed cells were transfected and constructed. The effects of mutant genes on cell biological behavior were detected by Western blot, cell activity and migration experiments. Results: 66.7% (20/30) of the 30 patients had different degrees of invasion. After an average follow-up of 60.6 months, distant metastasis occurred in 2 cases, and there was no local recurrence, progression or death. CD5 and CD117 could play important role in the diagnosis of CASTLE. Exon mutations in MSH2, FBXW7 and NOTCH1 were identified by whole gene detection and sequencing. The mutation rate of MSH2 was the highest, and may be involved in promoting the proliferation and metastasis of thyroid cells. Conclusion: CASTLE usually shows low malignancy, slow progression and good prognosis. Radical surgery is the preferred treatment for CASTLE. Postoperative radiotherapy may play a role in reducing local recurrence. MSH2 gene may be involved in the occurrence and development of CASTLE.

KBaPO4:Eu2+/Sm3+ phosphor was synthesized via the high-temperature solid-phase reaction method. The structural properties, surface morphology, and optical properties of the synthesized samples were obtained by the X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and fluorescence measurements. The XRD patterns indicate that the crystal structure of KBaPO4 has not been changed by co-doped with two rare-earth ions. Under the excitation of 400 nm, the Eu2+ and Sm3+ co-doped KBaPO4 phosphors showed typical emission peaks at 430 (blue), 562 (yellow), and 600 nm (red). Meanwhile, with the increase of the Sm3+ content, the photoluminescent (PL) emission intensity of Sm3+ increased until the content reaches 0.12. However, the PL intensity of Eu2+ ions gradually decreased, which indicated that there was a possible energy transfer between the two ions. Therefore, the obtained results indicated that Eu2+/Sm3+ co-doped KBaPO4 is a promising phosphor for the use in white light-emitting diodes with near ultraviolet chips.

Rambutan (Nephelium lappaceum L.) peels are produced during application process. Drying methods of rambutan peel, including open sun, oven, oven vacuum, and freeze-drying, have been describes in this study. The extraction technologies of dried rambutan peels were reviewed, such as maceration and hot extraction, microwave-assisted extraction, ultrasonic-assisted extraction, and supercritical fluid extraction. The phytochemicals of rambutan peel extracts were analyzed, and the purification and stability of geraniin was reviewed. Rambutan peel extracts exhibit wide bioactivities in vitro and in vivo, and these bioactivities depend chiefly on the phenolic contents and profiles in the different extracts. The safety of rambutan peel extracts was analyzed. In addition, rambutan peel extracts could be used as important components to make different products, which are potentially applied in food, medicine, and cosmetic. However, the extracts efficiency must be further increased using some emerging technologies. Furthermore, the bioactive mechanism and bioavailability of the extract in human system should be further evaluated.

This paper reviewed nursing management for a patient with erysipelas infection leads to sepsis combined with multiple organ dysfunction syndromes. A comprehensive treatment including anti-infective therapy, diuretic treatment, cardiac medication and circulation function treatment and related nursing management was carried out. Targeted nursing strategies including non-invasive ventilation nursing, medication care and fluid-management, fever nursing, catheter maintenance, skin care were carried out to ensure the therapeutic efficacy and symptom relieving. The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most economically active, open, and innovative regions in China. Further promoting energy revolution, and building a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient energy system to promote the coordinated development of the economy, energy, and ecological environment in the Yangtze River Delta is significant to the national strategy of “Integrated Regional Development of the Yangtze River Delta.” This study proposes the idea of building a modern energy system in the Yangtze River Delta based on the local characteristics. The main features, key issues, and overall integration of the system are further discussed. Meanwhile, the economic, environmental, and social benefits brought by the modern energy system to the Yangtze River Delta are predicted. Furthermore, we propose that a unified energy leading agency should be established to build a demonstration area for energy integration; energy system reforms should be deepened to cultivate the energy market; the Internet Plus Smart Energy strategy should be implemented to promote high-quality energy development; and energy technology venture capital funds should be established.

In recent years, problems such as unclear mine mining data and illegal mining have brought challenges to mine safety production, ecological environment restoration and mineral resources management. From the perspective of mine production and resource management, this study carried out research on the construction of 3D geological model and the development of visual management system based on multisource data fusion, and selected the Shuijiang aluminum mine in Nanchuan District, Chongqing as the research object to establish a set of 3D visual management system for mine. The visual management system can reflect the production status of the mine in real time, and browse, query, section, reserve and statistics of the three-dimensional model of the mine, which has important practical significance for the supervision of the production mine.

Three-dimensional geological modeling is widely used in the field of geological research. A successful three-dimensional geological model is a three-dimensional anatomy and integration of the study area. Large-scale three-dimensional geological modeling is limited by software performance and technical difficulties. There are disadvantages such as unequal model splicing elements, morphological distortion and attribute incompatibility. Based on the discrete storage method of DepthInsight software, this paper explores the large-area model fusion and splicing technology to deal with various geological conditions, and carries out large-area multi-block model fusion and splicing from the aspects of element type, quantity and attribute. The large-area 3D geological modeling technology scheme of discrete storage and block splicing is realized, which provides a reference for establishing a large-area 3D geological model.

Objective. On the basis of inheriting the classical aesthetic orientation of Japanese literature, contemporary Japanese literature changes the creative methods of traditional Japanese writers, strives to transcend the national limitations of Japanese literature, and strives to capture literary materials with a “modern feel.” Combined with modern western literary techniques to express the “modern self,” and integrating popular literature with pure literature, Japanese writers created a “healing” literature that is popular all over the world. There is some value in exploring the correlation between Japanese literature and the influence of psychotherapy. Method. In this paper, an equation diagnosis algorithm based on iterative learning for a class of linear discrete systems is studied, and the existing discrete iterative learning diagnostics are improved. We exchange the order of time domain and iterative domain to achieve the purpose of point-by-point equation diagnosis. On this basis, a virtual influence initial value estimation algorithm with a sliding window is proposed. The impact that has not been diagnosed is estimated and used as the initial value of the impact, so as to reduce the number of iterations and improve the efficiency of equation diagnosis. This paper takes the public and readers as different perspectives, based on the use and satisfaction theory and prospect theory, and uses interviews and questionnaires to study the communication effect of Japanese literature from the three dimensions of cognition, emotion, and behavior. The cognitive part includes the public’s understanding and readers’ understanding and reading; the emotional part includes the public’s and readers’ impressions and emotional attitudes; the behavioral part includes the public’s reading situation and readers’ behavior changes. Results/Discussion. In the survey of loyal readers, although readers’ understanding of Japanese literature has improved compared with the general public, it is not high, and their liking and influence on behavior are slightly lower than the preset level. This paper believes that the existing problems of Japanese literature dissemination are mainly concentrated in three aspects: the market is somewhat biased, which narrows the cognitive scope of users; as a cross-cultural literary work, Japanese literature still makes readers feel that it exists; there is some sense of estrangement, which will affect their enjoyment in reading; as a niche interest, readers lack timely communication and sharing objects after reading, so it is difficult to enhance their sense of identity.

The combination of 2D materials and surface plasmon can produce some novel optical phenomena that have attracted much attention. Illuminated by light with different polarization states, the field distribution around the plasmonic structure can control the light-matter interaction. The interaction between graphene and light can be strongly enhanced by employing radially polarized beams in a nanocavity. Here, we study the selectively enhanced vibration of graphene in a coupled plasmonic gold nanocavity with a radially polarized optical field, and the coupling and enhancing mechanisms are investigated both experimentally and numerically. By focusing a radially polarized beam, a high z component of a localized near field in the nanocavity is provided to strongly enhance the interaction between graphene and light, which can be used to enhance the vibrational signal of the interlayer. For the in-plane vibration of graphene, a similar enhancement is obtained with a linearly and radially polarized optical field. A plasmonic nanocavity is used to enhance the vibration of graphene, which provides potential applications in studying the out-of-plane vibration mode and exploring the mechanism of the interlayer coupling of 2D materials.

Introduction: DEAD-box helicase 27 (DDX27) belongs to DEAD-Box nucleic acid helicase family. The function of DDX27 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remain enigmatic. In light of this, we tried to investigate the regulatory role and underlying mechanism of DDX27 in HCC. Materials and methods: DDX27 expression levels were detected by qRT-PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry assays in HCC tissues and cells. Colony formation, CCK-8, growth curve, wound healing and transwell assays were conducted to investigate the effect of DDX27 on the proliferation and metastasis of HCC cells. RNA-sequencing was performed to detect the effect of DDX27 on downstream signaling pathway. The effect of DDX27 on HCC progression was evaluated using in vivo murine xenograft model. Results: we found an increased expression of DDX27 in HCC tissues with comparison to its para-tumor tissues. The high expression levels of DDX27 were associated with poor prognosis in HCC patients. DDX27 upregulation promoted cell metastasis. Mechanistic studies suggested that DDX27 overexpression induces the major vault protein (MVP) expression and enhances the phosphorylation levels of ERK1/2. Inhibition of ERK pathway impaired the cellular metastastic abilities induced by DDX27. The induction of DDX27 in HCC progression was further confirmed from tumors in mouse model. Conclusion: our results disclose a novel mechanism by which DDX27 enhances ERK signaling during HCC progression. DDX27 might be used in targeted therapy for HCC patients.

Background: Central precocious puberty (CPP) is one of the most common and complex problems in clinical pediatric endocrinology practice. Mutation of the MKRN3 gene can cause familial CPP.Methods and Results: Here we reported a Chinese patient bearing a novel MKRN3 mutation (c.G277A/p.Gly93Ser) and showing the CPP phenotype. Functional studies found that this mutation of MKRN3 attenuated its autoubiquitination, degradation, and inhibition on the transcriptional activity of GNRH1, KISS1, and TAC3 promoters.Conclusion: MKRN3 (Gly93Ser) is a loss-of-function mutation, which attenuates the inhibition on GnRH1-related signaling, suggesting that this mutant can lead to central precocious puberty.

This paper continues the research series being made by Russian-Chinese team under the guidance of the Counselor to the Russian President, academician of RAS Dr. Glaziev and Executive Dean of Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China, Professor Wang Wen. The paper’s purpose is promotion and practical assistance to conjugation between the EEU and the BRI. The methodology having been used in the research combines a wide range of methods: from general scientifi c ones, including a systematic approach to the investigation of conjugation processes, statistical and comparative analyses of the national economies’ achievements, etc., to specialized technique, such as modern tools of scientifi c diplomacy. We made assessment of the current state and identifi cation of key risks and problems of conjugation between the EEU and the BRI, offered recommendations for improving its effi ciency as well as raising quantitative and qualitative indicators of inter-countries interaction. Joint efforts of both sides formed authors’ Glossary which contains the basic terms, eliminating incorrect or false interpretation and deepening understanding of conjugation processes in the space of Eurasia. We reached a conclusion that despite the achievements in political collaboration of the countries, fi nancial and economic cooperation within the EEU and the BRI remains a sector with the greatest potential for development not only because of the bottlenecks’ availability, but also thanks to the opportunities being opened with transition to a new technological and world economic mode. Particular attention is paid to the development of conjugation strategy and joint creation of new world orderon the basis of broad Eurasian integration. Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) can convert insoluble rhizosphere phosphorus into forms that are absorbable by plants and thus enhance the growth of plants. Safflower is a cash crop that is a source of vegetable oils, food coloring and flavoring agents. This study sought to isolate PSB in safflower rhizosphere soil and investigate their effects on seedling growth. The isolated PSB were identified as belonging to the genera Pseudomonas, Sinorhizobium, Staphylococcus, Acinetobacter and Enterobacter using 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. Acinetobacter sp RC04. showed the best performance in phosphate solubilization, with the efficiency of the process being influenced by carbon source, nitrogen source, cultivation temperature and initial culture pH. Acinetobacter sp. RC04 and Sinorhizobium sp. RC02 showed the ability to improve safflower seed germination and, when co-inoculated, improved seedling growth. Hence, we suggest that Acinetobacter sp. RC04 and Sinorhizobium sp. RC02 could be developed for field application to promote safflower growth. The results from this study will help drive novel biofertilizer discovery and could be included in integrated nutrient management regimes for safflower and other important economic crops.

Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR) in the patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods The original articles which were published in PubMed, Embase and Web of Science databases until Dec 31th, 2016 were the primary source of the current research. Studies which met with the proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria would be selected into the meta-analysis to evaluate the prognostic value of PLR in HCC. STATA 12.0 was used for data analysis and consolidation. Heterogeneity was tested and evaluated by Cochran's Q statistic method and the effective models were chosen in order to combine the corresponding effect measures. Meta-analysis was performed by HR/OR and their 95%CI as effect measure. Results A total of 1215 patients from six studies were included to evaluate the association between PLR and clinical outcome of HCC patients. High PLR indicated poor OS significantly (HR=1.55, 95%CI: 1.06-2.29, P=0.025), but had no impact on DFS(P=0.222). Conclusion PLR is an independently prognostic biomarker for the long-term outcome of HCC patients. Detection of PLR before treatment may contribute to predict the prognosis of HCC patients.

For disadvantages of traditional electronic sensors in mine safety monitoring system such as low precision, poor reliability, a large amount of maintenance, monitoring dead-zone and so on, it was proposed that using optical fiber sensors and wireless sensor to build mine monitoring system of human, machine and environment with multi-dimension, multi-parameter and large capacity. Advantages of optical fiber sensor applications in the mine safety monitoring system were introduced. The operational principle of optical fiber sensors developed for mine applications were described, which included laser spectral analysis based gas sensors, fiber Bragg grating based physical sensors and distributed optical fiber temperature sensor. Meanwhile, typical applications of optical fiber sensors in mine safety Internet of things were introduced including laser methane sensor in coal mine safety monitoring system, optical fiber acceleration sensor in micro-seismic monitoring system and distributed optical fiber temperature sensor in goaf fire monitoring and pre-alarming system.

In this study, a finite element model of the explosive welding process of three-layer plates composed of Ti/Al/Mg was established, and the interfacial behaviors of three-layer plates were researched. We investigated the influences that affect the quality of explosive bonding and explored the influence factors of variable physical parameters in the simulation. The finite difference engineering package AUTODYN with the smoothed particle hydrodynamics method has been used to model the collision in this work. The von Mises strength model was used to describe the behavior of Ti/Al/Mg composite plates. Wave morphology on the Al/Mg interface and straight morphology on the Ti/Al interface were produced in this study; meanwhile, jet phenomenon occurred obviously in the simulation process. The contours of velocity, pressure, shear stress, and effective plastic strain of Ti/Al/Mg were also discussed. The result of X-direction velocity showed a delay in time and location of collision point between the Ti/Al and the Al/Mg interface. The detonation point was the minimum pressure, and the collision point was the maximum pressure compared with other sections. The value of effective plastic strain must exceed a threshold to obtain a good bonding, and the shear stress was of opposite sign in the simulation.

In this study, the process of explosive welding of Mg/Al plate is represented, and the interfacial behavior of two metals is researched. The objective of this work is to investigate the factors that affect the quality of explosive bonding and the distribution of physical parameters on the collision. A finite difference engineering package with smoothed particle hydrodynamics method is used to model the oblique impact of a thin flyer plate (Al) on a relatively thick base plate (Mg). Wavy interface and jetting phenomenon, which existed in the experiment, are well reproduced in the simulation. The contours of pressure, shear stress, velocity, and effective plastic strain of magnesium and aluminum are also distinctly described. The bonding turns out to be a possible solid-state welding process. The effective plastic strain exceeds a minimum value, and the shear stress is just the opposite sign in this simulation where available bonding occurred. Wave formation appears to be the result of variation in the velocity distribution on the interface and periodic disturbances of magnesium and aluminum. A transition from straight to wave occurs along the interface. High values of plastic strain of two metals are predicted on the interface.

The power supply in many provinces is in short supply during peak load period, and the largescale entry of new energy into the grid brings new problems to the safety and economic operation of the grid. Under the mechanism of time-of-use electricity price, the virtual power plant participates in the grid dispatching by integrating distributed new energy and demand-side resources, which can effectively participate in the peak load clipping and valley filling of the grid and suppress the load fluctuation of the grid. This paper builds a VPP economic optimization scheduling model based on TOU electricity price, and uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to get the output of each energy source of VPP. The simulation results show that the model is reasonable and economical.
