The aim of the experiment was to screen out high quality oat varieties suitable for planting in Tumet Right Banner, Inner Mongolia. Ten oat varieties were used as test materials, and their phenological period, agronomic characters, yield characters and nutritional quality were analyzed. The results showed that 10 oat varieties could complete the whole growth and development process in experimental area, and the growth period was 87~110 d. The plant height of Dingyan No. 2 was significantly higher than that of other varieties (P<0.05), while the plant height of Mengyan No. 1 was significantly lower than that of all other varieties (P<0.05). The grain yield of Bayou No.18 was the highest, followed by Bayan No.6, and Yuanza No.1 was significantly lower than that of other varieties (P<0.05). The hay yield of Dingyan No.2 and Bayou No. 18 was significantly higher than that of other varieties (P<0.05), while that of Yuanza No. 1 was significantly lower than that of all other varieties (P<0.05). GL381 had the highest crude protein content and Quebec had the lowest crude protein content. The highest crude fat content was Baoyou No.3, and the lowest was Mengyan No.1 and Dingyan No.2 crude fiber content was the highest, Bayou No.3 crude fiber content was the lowest. The crude ash content than that of other varieties (P<0.05), and Bayou No.3 was significantly lower than that of other varieties (P<0.05). Bayou No.3 had the highest relative feeding value (107.67), while Dingyan No.2 had the lowest. The comprehensive analysis of grey correlation degree showed that Zhangyan No. 4, Bayou No.18 and Bayou No.3 had better performance in terms of production performance and nutritional quality. The study indicates that Zhangyan No.4, Bayou No.18 and Bayou No.3 are suitable for planting and promoting in Tumet Right Banner and its surrounding areas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To understand the effects of leaf physiological characteristics on yield during flowering process in oats, this experiment was conducted in 2020 and 2021, using nine varieties with different sources, maturity, ear type, plant type, and number of spikelets as experimental materials, and variance analysis, principal component analysis, cluster analysis, and other methods are used to analyze the relationship between the yield differences of different genotypes of oats and the physiological characteristics of leaves. The results showed that there were significant differences in the physiological characteristics of different varieties. The grain yield of high-yield varieties and lower-product varieties was significantly higher by 73.61% to 4.78%. The contents of GA3, ZR, IAA, SPS, SS activities, net photosynthetic rate, the overall level of leaf sucrose content, dry matter accumulation, and ear sucrose assimilation efficiency was better than those of low-yield varieties. Among them, the lower GA3 content, SPS activity, and net photosynthetic rate product varieties were significantly higher by 49.17% to 13.70%, 33.29% to 4.43%, and 87.88% to 5.72%. The results showed that the number of spikelets, the number of grains per spike, the content of gibberellin in leaves, the activity of sucrose phosphate synthase, and the net photosynthetic rate had the most significant effects on high-yielding varieties. These results indicated that increasing the number of bearing spikelets and the number of grains per ear can be used as a breakthrough to increase yield, appropriately opening the "source" and delaying leaf senescence to ensure the activity of enzymes and hormones, which had a positive impact on yield in oat. In order to clarify the synergistic effect of water and humic acid on the yield and quality improvement of oats, we set two water treatments of dry farming and limited irrigation, respectively, and analyzed the effects of humic acid spraying on photosynthetic characteristics of oat leaves, grain yield, and β-glucan content using the oat varieties Mengnong Dayan 1 and Neiyan 5 as the research materials. The results showed that the application of humic acid at the booting and flowering stages could significantly improve the photosynthetic characteristics of oat leaves. Compared with irrigation, the photosynthetic rate of Mengnong Dayan 1 leaves increased by 31.78%-123.72% in dry farming, while the increased rate of Neiyan 5 leaves was basically the same as that in dry farming and irrigation. The grain yield and β-glucan content of the two varieties were significantly increased by spraying humic acid in dry farming, especially Neiyan 5, which increased by 5.60%-74.68% and 11.24%-19.56%, respectively. Compared with dry treatment, the content of β-glucan increased by 11.30%-33.29% and 7.76%-43.81%, respectively, when HA was sprayed under irrigation. Through the analysis of the correlation between the indexes, the photosynthetic rate, β-glucan content, spike height, spikelet number per spike, grain weight per plant, thousand-grain weight, and grain yield were significantly positive correlation of Mengnong Dayan 1, the grain yield, spike height, spikelet number per spike, grain weight per plant, and thousand-grain weight were significantly positive correlation, and there was a significant positive correlation between β-glucan content, spikelet number per spike, thousand-grain weight, and grain yield (P < 0.05). While there was a positive correlation between β-glucan content and grain yield components of Neiyan 5, but it did not reach a significant level. In conclusion, the synergistic effect of water and humic acid can effectively improve the photosynthetic performance of oat leaves, and synergistically increase grain yield and β-glucan content. Oligonucleotides with a number of unique 3'-phosphoryl substituents were synthesized. Findings indicated that oligonucleotides with a 3'-phosphoryltyrosine residue N-substituted on tyrosine with the bulky fluorescent groups dansyl and pyrene are ligated effectively by the FLP recombinase and the dansyltyrosine derivative is utilized effectively as the tyrosine adduct by mammalian topoisomerase I.

To provide theoretical guidance and technical support for oat production in dry farming area, we exa-mined the effects of moisture and humic acid (HA) on the accumulation and distribution of non-structural carbohydrates (NSC) in different organs of oat, as well as the mechanism of sugar metabolism and grain weight formation of oat. Two oat cultivars, 'Mengnong Dayan 1' and 'Neiyan 5', were used as experimental material. HA and clean water (CK) were foliar sprayed under dry framing (without irrigation) and limited irrigation (irrigated twice at jointing and heading stage). The dynamics of NSC components in stems, leaves and panicles, as well as the changes of carbon metabolism-related enzyme activities at different growth stages of oats after flowering were measured. Results showed that the trend of the contents of NSC in stems, leaves and panicles, in both two oat cultivars increased firstly and then decreased with the prolong of post-anthesis time. The contents of NSC in different organs were similar between two oat cultivars. Under irrigation treatment, the fructan content in panicle for Mengnong Dayan 1 of HA was higher than that of CK, with magnitude of enhancement being significantly greater than that corresponding treatment under dry farming. Under irrigation condition, the fructan, invertase activities in leaves and grain weight per panicle for Mengnong Dayan 1 of HA were increased by 27.1%, 30.6% and 55.9% compared with CK, respectively. Further, the increase trend under irrigation was stronger than that under dry farming condition. For Mengnong Dayan 1, the 1000-grain weight and grain weight per panicle were positively correlated with the content of fructan in leaves. In conclusion, the synergistic effect of moisture and humic acid could effectively regulate the accumulation of oat fructans and the activities of carbon metabolic enzymes, consequently promoting the formation of yield.
