Parameter sensitivity values of natural frequency of the two branch herringbone gear drive system commonly used in a high-power ship are calculated,and the influence of structural parameters such as meshing stiffness,moment of inertia and manufacturing error on natural frequency of the transmission system is obtained. The torsional dynamic model of the branched drive is established, the vibration mode characteristics of the branched drive are verified by finite element analysis, the parameter sensitivity expression under multi-excitation is deduced by the mode method, and it is applied to the stability analysis of the two-branched herringbone gear drive system. Then, according to the sensitivity value calculated theoretically and the actual working conditions, by optimizing the structure of the transmission system, the modified scheme obtained by this method significantly improves the vibration resistance of the gear train, and through an example, it is found that the key parameters obtained by this analysis method have obvious effect on anti-vibration and noise reduction of the system. This analysis method can also be used in vibration and noise reduction design of other types of branch drives.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the current situation of human resource allocation in district and county centers for disease control and prevention （CDCs） in Kashgar ， identify existing problems and influencing factors， and to provide scientific evidence for optimizing the human resource allocation.MethodsA survey was conducted among all CDCs in Kashgar in February 2022. The questionnaire included the institutional and individual questions.ResultsThe overall staff size approved for the CDCs in Kashgar was 604， with a staffing rate of 76.17%， among which the staffing rates in 5 county CDCs were less than 60%. Currently， there were a total of 524 approved staff members in all CDCs， resulting in a vacancy rate of 13.25%. In the district CDC， 85 staff members were on duty， while the median of staff on duty was 34 in each county CDC. The staff in the district CDC was ageing， of which those aged over 45 accounted for 67.06%. The staff in the county CDCs was generally young， of which those aged less than 35 accounted for 54.22%. Moreover， the proportion of staff with bachelor’s degree or above in the district and county CDCs was 31.76% and 24.95%， respectively. The proportion of staff without professional title was 32.94% and 48.03%， respectively. In contrast， the proportion of those with middle and senior professional title was 57.89% and 22.02%， respectively. In addition， in recent 3 years， 24 staff members resigned in the CDCs， all of whom had professional titles.ConclusionHuman resources are insufficient in CDCs in Kashgar. Furthermore， staff structure is unreasonable， with a serious loss of human resources. In particular， the district CDC needs to optimize the allocation of human resources.

This study evaluated the bioequivalence of omalizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody against immunoglobulin‐E (IgE), with one of its biosimilar candidates. The study was designed as a randomized, double‐blind, parallel‐controlled trial. A total of subjects who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria were dynamically randomly assigned to receive the test drug or the reference drug with a single subcutaneous injection of 150 mg by the minimization method. The test group and the reference group had similar demographic characteristics and baseline characteristics of total IgE. The 90% confidence interval of the geometric average ratio of the area under the serum concentration–time curve from the time 0 to the time of last quantifiable concentration, the area under the serum concentration curve from time 0 to infinity, and the maximum observed serum concentration between the 2 groups were within 80%‐125%, showing bioequivalence. The changing trend of total and free IgE in the 2 groups was similar after administration, proving the pharmacodynamic similarity. The 2 groups had no significant difference in the positive rate of antidrug antibodies, and the total positive rate of neutralizing antibodies was 0. The incidence of treatment‐emergent adverse events and treatment‐related adverse events were similar between the 2 groups, with no serious adverse events. This study shows that the test drug had similar pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and safety to the reference omalizumab in healthy male subjects. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Mn–Cu‐based alloys possess excellent mechanical and functional properties (damping capacity and shape memory effect). This work utilizes a typical additive manufacturing technique, selective laser melting (SLM), to fabricate Mn–15 wt%Cu alloys to explore the mechanical and functional behaviors. The results indicate that the γ‐(Mn, Cu) and a small amount of γ′‐(Mn, Cu) phase are the main phase compositions in the as‐SLMed Mn–15 wt%Cu alloy, as well as twins and second‐phase precipitation particles. The microstructure shows a fine cellular γ‐(Mn, Cu) dendrite with primary dendrite spacing of ≈0.9 μm in the columnar grains with a size of ≈8 μm. The martensitic transformation start temperature (MS) and phase transformation hysteresis are ≈132.6 and ≈5.1 °C, respectively. The existing nanoscale chemical segregations of Mn and Cu are attributed to the spinodal decomposition of γ‐(Mn, Cu). A compositional modulation is observed with a wavelength of ≈20 nm and an amplitude fluctuation of Mn (55–85 wt%) and Cu concentrations (15–45 wt%). Finally, the as‐SLMed Mn–15 wt%Cu alloy boasts good tensile properties (359, 268 MPa, and 3.6%), damping (internal friction of 0.032 when the strain amplitude is 9 × 10−4), and shape memory performances (one‐way ηow = 37–48%, and two‐way ηtw = 16–20% under the pre‐deformation strain of 2–3%).
