In order to monitor the running state of the gear test-bed, find the running faults in time and effectively, and ensure the stable operation of the equipment, a state monitoring method of the gear test-bed based on digital twin is proposed. By establishing the digital twin model of the gear test-bed, the running state of the gear test-bed under normal operating conditions is simulated in real time, so as to realize the state monitoring, fault judgment and operation state prediction of the gear test-bed equipment. The comparison of the test results of the closed power flow gear test-bed shows that the digital twin simulation results of the gear test-bed are basically consistent with the test results of the gear test-bed. This technology can restore the operating conditions of the gear test-bed under normal operating conditions, so as to realize the state monitoring of the gear test-bed, and provide a new method for fault diagnosis and state monitoring.

Transformer possesses a broader perceptual scope, while the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) excels at capturing local information. In this paper, the authors propose the Multi‐Sclale Feature Aggregation Network (MSFA‐Net) for single‐image dehazing which is fused with the advantages of Transformer and CNN. Our MSFA‐Net is based on the encoder–decoder structure, and there are four main innovations. Firstly, the authors make some improvements to the original Swin Transformer to make it more effective for dehazing tasks, and the authors name it Spatial Information Aggregation Transformer (SIAT). The authors place the SIAT in both encoder and decoder of MSFA‐Net for feature extraction. The authors propose an upsampling module called Efficient Spatial Resolution Recovery (ESRR) which is placed in the decoder part. Compared to commonly used transposed convolutions, the authors' ESRR module has fewer computational cost. Considering that the haze distribution is always uneven and the information from each channel is different, the authors introduce the Dynamic Multi‐Attention (DMA) module to provide pixel‐wise weights and channel‐wise weights for input features. The authors place the DMA module between the encoder and decoder parts. As the network depth increases, the spatial structural information from the high‐resolution layer tends to degrade. To deal with the problem, the authors propose the Multi‐Scale Feature Fusion (MSFF) module to recover missing spatial structural information. The authors place the MSFF module in both the encoder and decoder parts. Transition metal oxide (TMO)-based nanozymes have appeared as hopeful tools for antitumor applications due to their unique catalytic properties and ability to modulate the tumor microenvironment (TME). The purpose of this review is to provide an overview of the latest progress made in the field of TMO-based nanozymes, focusing on their enzymatic activities and participating metal ions. These nanozymes exhibit catalase (CAT)-, peroxidase (POD)-, superoxide dismutase (SOD)-, oxidase (OXD)-, and glutathione oxidase (GSH-OXD)-like activities, enabling them to regulate reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels and glutathione (GSH) concentrations within the TME. Widely studied transition metals in TMO-based nanozymes include Fe, Mn, Cu, Ce, and the hybrid multimetallic oxides, which are also summarized. The review highlights several innovative nanozyme designs and their multifunctional capabilities. Despite the significant progress in TMO-based nanozymes, challenges such as long-term biosafety, targeting precision, catalytic mechanisms, and theoretical supports remain to be addressed, and these are also discussed. This review contributes to the summary and understanding of the rapid development of TMO-based nanozymes, which holds great promise for advancing nanomedicine and improving cancer treatment. To develop the internal compensation for medium size OLED display with high resolution, heavy RC load, and high refresh rate based on oxide TFTs, we employed the pixel of separating compensation and refreshing data, a new PWM‐GOA circuit and a new scan‐GOA circuit. After compensation, the uniformity can be increased from less than 40% to over 80%. We successfully demonstrated 6 inch Panels, which have sufficient stability during operation at 60℃for over 500 hours and 60℃&90% humidity for over 240 hours. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Reasonable ratio between the load inertia and servo motor inertia plays a decisive role for the dynamic performance and stability of the servo system, as well as the machining accuracy of the whole CNC machine. In order to improve the control performance and contour machining accuracy of the servo system of the CNC cycloidal gear form grinding machine, an optimization design method of the inertia matching for the CNC cycloidal gear form grinding machine servo system is proposed. The two-mass servo driving closed-loop PID control system is constructed, the influence of the different inertia ratios on the dynamic performance and contour errors of the servo system are deeply analyzed, and the inertia ratio is optimized to satisfied with the servo system performance requirements. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the optimization design method of inertia matching are verified through the inertia ratio optimization grinding experiments of the cycloid gear in the CNC gear form grinding machine. This inertia matching optimization design method provides a valuable reference for the further design of CNC machine servo system.

The mechanisms through which aging increases heart injury remain partially understood. Protein phosphorylation plays a critical regulatory role in cell survival and death. Using an unbiased phosphoproteomics approach, we aimed to identify the proteins whose phosphorylation could be causatively related to aging-related cardiomyocyte apoptosis and elucidate the underlying mechanisms. Comparative phosphoproteomics was conducted on cardiac tissues obtained from young (8 weeks) and aged (24 months) mice. Our findings revealed that the Mammalian Target of Rapamycin phosphorylation at T1262 (mTORT1262) was reduced in the aging heart. Immunohistochemical and Western blot analyses confirmed these findings in aging myocardia and D-galactose-induced senescent AC16 cardiomyocytes. In hypoxia/reoxygenation cardiomyocytes, mTORT1262 phosphorylation deficiency (mTORT1262A, lentivirus-mediated transfection) inhibited AKT1, suppressed NF-κB, activated FOXO1/3a signaling, and ultimately exacerbated apoptosis. Conversely, mTORT1262 pseudophosphorylation (mTORT1262E) exhibited opposite effects. Through bioinformatics and CO-IP, purinergic receptor P2X4 (P2X4R) was found to be the possible receptor responsible for mTORT1262 phosphorylation. Knockdown of P2X4R increased apoptosis, whereas its overexpression decreased it. In senescent cardiomyocytes, P2X4R expression and mTORT1262 and AKT1S473 phosphorylation were reduced, NF-κB signaling was suppressed, and FOXO1/3a signaling was activated. We demonstrated that P2X4R downregulation and the subsequent reduction of mTORT1262 phosphorylation is a novel mechanism contributing to cardiomyocyte apoptosis in aging hearts. The P2X4R-mTOR-AKT1 signaling pathway represents a potential therapeutic target against accelerated cardiac injury in aging. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
