With the gradual increasing of wind turbine power, the advantages of journal bearings in wind turbine gearboxes are gradually prominent. When the lubrication system is blocked or the oil supply is insufficient, the journal bearing will be in the starved lubrication for a long time. In order to study the starved lubrication characteristics of journal bearings, based on the Reynolds equation and Reynolds boundary conditions, considering the elastic deformation of sleeves, the calculation model of journal bearings in the starved lubrication is established. The lubrication properties of journal bearings with and without elastic deformation are compared, and the influence of elastic modulus and oil supply on journal bearing properties under the starved lubrication is analyzed. The results of analysis indicate that the minimum oil film thickness considering the elastic deformation is on both sides of the bearing bush, which is more in line with the actual situation. With the increasing of elastic modulus of sleeves, the eccentricity of journals decreases, the maximum oil film pressure increases, and the minimum oil film thickness increases. With the increasing of oil supply, the eccentricity of journals decreases gradually, the maximum oil film pressure decreases, and the minimum oil film thickness increases gradually.

MoO3/WO3 composite films with different MoO3 deposition cycles were prepared to use conductive glass as the substrate by combining hydrothermal method and electrochemical deposition method. Electrochromic reversibility, optical density(ΔOD), coloration efficiency, stability and responding time of MoO3/WO3 composite film were obtained by electrochomical measurement technologies and spectral tests. The results show that the MoO3/WO3 composite film with 8 MoO3 electrodeposited cycles has the best electrochromic performance compared with single WO3 nanorod film or MoO3 film, and the electrochromic reversibility is 62.19%, the optical density is 0.61, the coloration efficiency is 153.16 cm2/C, the coloring and bleaching responding time is 8.37 s and 4.77 s, respectively. It the meanwhile, it has a narrower band gap and higher cyclic stability.

研究不同质量浓度的赤霉素（GA）及芸苔素内酯（BR）及二者交互作用对籽叶两用茶树光合特性及茶果产量的影响。以5年生的金茶1号为试验对象，采用不同质量浓度的GA(0、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.5 mg/L)、BR（0、0.3、0.5、0.8、1.0 mg/L）及二者交互处理（GA+BR 0 mg/L+0 mg/L、1.0 mg/L+0.5 mg/L、1.0 mg/L+0.8 mg/L、 1.2 mg/L+0.5 mg/L、 1.2 mg/L+0.8 mg/L）在茶果油脂转化期对茶树进行喷施,测定各处理茶树成熟期果实含水率，茶叶籽含油率，叶片含氮量、叶绿素含量、光合作用，以及成熟茶果的生物学特性和单株产量。结果表明：随着果实的成熟，茶果含水率逐渐降低，茶叶籽含油率先升高后降低（除对照），且同一时期喷施GA、BR及二者交互处理的茶果含水率均低于未喷施外源激素的茶果，茶叶籽含油率均高于未喷施外源激素的茶果；GA（1.2 mg/L）、BR(0.8 mg/L)及二者交互处理(GA 1.0 mg/L+BR 0.8 mg/L)的茶果成熟时含水率最低，分别为21.17%、25.75%、20.13%，茶叶籽含油率最高，成熟期的最高值分别为35.97%、33.52%、36.17%，单株产量最高，分别为1.91、1.91、1.95 kg；含氮量、叶绿素含量及光合作用随着果实的成熟呈现先升高后降低的趋势；成熟茶果的单株产量与成熟期的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、一籽质量、二籽质量及三籽质量呈极显著正相关（p

The heavy dependence on intratumoral O2 and H2O2 availability has greatly restricted ROS‐based therapy. Although O2/H2O2‐irrelevant free‐radical nanogenerator has garnered tremendous attention as a promising anticancer candidate to overcome the above intrinsic limitations of ROS‐based treatment, the practical therapeutic efficacy of free‐radical therapy is still hindered by limited free‐radical type and inferior tumor retention performance. Herein, inspired by the new concept of full‐API nanodrug (FAND) with 100% active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) content and repurposing of clinical anti‐malaria drug artesunate (ARTE) as an anticancer free‐radical generator, the AFeI FANDs composed of ARTE, human essential Fe3+, and FDA‐approved fluorescent agent ICG for hypoxic tumor therapy are rationally designed and constructed. Attractively, the completely pharmaceutically active components ARTE, Fe3+, and ICG can be responsively liberated in the acidic tumor microenvironment and synergistically produce five types of free radicals including •O2−, •C, •OH, LOO•, and 1O2, leading to robust mitochondrial injury, nuclear DNA damage, and lipid peroxides. More importantly, the AFeI FANDs displayed ultralong tumor retention longer than 108 h and favorable tumor suppression outcomes under mild NIR irradiation. Collectively, the presented first paradigm of FAND‐based quintuple free‐radical therapy expands new horizons for the development of clinically transferable nanomedicine for tumor therapy. Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a severe neurological condition characterized by inflammation in the central nervous system. SERPINA3 has garnered attention as a potential biomarker for assessing this inflammation. Our study aimed to explore the predictive value of postoperative serum SERPINA3 levels in identifying the risk of cerebral edema and its prognostic implications in TBI. This study is a prospective observational study, including 37 patients with TBI who finally met our criteria. The Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS), Levels of Cognitive Functioning (LCF), Disability Rating Scale (DRS), and Early Rehabilitation Barthel Index (ERBI) scores at six months after trauma were defined as the main study endpoint. We further calculated the ventricle-to-intracranial-volume ratio (VBR) at 6 months from CT scans. The study included patients with Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores ranging from 3 to 8, who were subsequently categorized into two groups: the critical TBI group (GCS 3–5 points) and the severe TBI group (GCS 6–8 points). Within the critical TBI group, SERPINA3 levels were notably lower. However, among patients with elevated SERPINA3 levels, both the peak intracranial pressure (ICP) and average mannitol consumption were significantly reduced compared with those of patients with lower SERPINA3 levels. In terms of the 6-month outcomes measured via the GOS, LCF, DRS, and ERBI, lower levels of SERPINA3 were indicative of poorer prognosis. Furthermore, we found a negative correlation between serum SERPINA3 levels and the VBR. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve and decision curve analysis (DCA) demonstrated the predictive performance of SERPINA3. In conclusion, incorporating the novel biomarker SERPINA3 alongside traditional assessment tools offers neurosurgeons an effective and easily accessible means, which is readily accessible early on, to predict the risk of intracranial pressure elevation and long-term prognosis in TBI patients. Main Conclusion: This study reveals miRNA indirect regulation of C4 genes in sugarcane through transcription factors, highlighting potential key regulators like SsHAM3a. C4 photosynthesis is crucial for the high productivity and biomass of sugarcane, however, the miRNA regulation of C4 genes in sugarcane remains elusive. We have identified 384 miRNAs along the leaf gradients, including 293 known miRNAs and 91 novel miRNAs. Among these, 86 unique miRNAs exhibited differential expression patterns, and we identified 3511 potential expressed targets of these differentially expressed miRNAs (DEmiRNAs). Analyses using Pearson correlation coefficient (PCC) and Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment revealed that targets of miRNAs with positive correlations are integral to chlorophyll-related photosynthetic processes. In contrast, negatively correlated pairs are primarily associated with metabolic functions. It is worth noting that no C4 genes were predicted as targets of DEmiRNAs. Our application of weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) led to a gene regulatory network (GRN) suggesting miRNAs might indirectly regulate C4 genes via transcription factors (TFs). The GRAS TF SsHAM3a emerged as a potential regulator of C4 genes, targeted by miR171y and miR171am, and exhibiting a negative correlation with miRNA expression along the leaf gradient. This study sheds light on the complex involvement of miRNAs in regulating C4 genes, offering a foundation for future research into enhancing sugarcane's photosynthetic efficiency.
