This paper combines the cigarette quality supervision measurement project, summarizes the key instruments for cigarette quality supervision, constructs the reliability evaluation model of cigarette quality supervision measurement instruments, adopts the random forest method and carries out model optimization so as to solve the weights of quality evaluation indexes of cigarette quality supervision measurement instruments. The QTM comprehensive test bench is selected to measure the quality and circumference of the traceability comparison stick of cigarette physical inspection equipment and combined with the Random Forest optimization algorithm to analyze the impact of measurement repeatability on the moisture content of cigarettes. Using the normalized deviation evaluation method, we can compare the consistency of the detection results of the evaluation model of this paper with the detection results of the parent company. It is analyzed that the maximum permissible error of cigarette circumference is ±0.05, and the maximum permissible deviation of comparison Dmax is ±0.06. Aiming at the mutation in demodulation of the envelope estimation function, a local mean decomposition method for singular interval envelope reconstruction is proposed. This method determines that the reason for the sudden change in the demodulation of the envelope estimation function is the intersection of the envelopes, and defines the local area where the intersection exists as a singular interval. Combined with the extreme value symmetry theory, the interpolation points in this interval are expanded, and the cubic Hermitian interpolation is used to perform local reconstruction. A singular interval envelope reconstruction algorithm is formed. The simulation signal and the application of fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressor bearing prove that the proposed method solves the envelope crossing problem, suppresses the demodulation mutation phenomenon, and the decomposition result has more obvious fault characteristics.

Given the malignancy of gastric cancer, developing highly effective and low‐toxic targeted drugs is essential to prolong patient survival and improve patient outcomes. In this study, we conducted structural optimizations based on the benzimidazole scaffold. Notably, compound 8 f presented the most potent antiproliferative activity in MGC803 cells and induced cell cycle arrest at the G0/G1 phase. Further mechanistic studies demonstrated that compound 8 f caused the apoptosis of MGC803 cells by elevating intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels and activating the mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, accompanied by corresponding markers change. In vivo investigations additionally validated the inhibitory effect of compound 8 f on tumor growth in xenograft models bearing MGC803 cells without obvious toxicity. Despite the rapid development of perovskite solar cells (PSCs), defects in the devices continue to impede further improvements in power conversion efficiency and operational stability. In this work, the use of hydroxylamine‐O‐sulfonic acid as a bifunctional molecule to enhance the performance of PSCs is described. Strong coordination exists between the sulfonic acid group and uncoordinated Pb2+ of perovskite, while the NH bond on amino group interacts with uncoordinated I−. Thus, due to the synergistic contribution of sulfonic acid group and amino groups, the high‐quality perovskite film with good crystallinity and low defect density is achieved. As a result, the optimal devices exhibit an enhanced efficiency of 23.33%, which is much higher than that of the control device (21.53%). Notably, the optimized target device exhibits excellent long‐term operational stability, retaining over 90% of its initial efficiency after 480 h at 65 °C, over 93% after a continuous illumination test for 650 h, and over 96% after nearly 1400 h of air storage. In contrast, the control device demonstrates poorer stability. In these results, it is suggested that selecting a dual‐functional additive is a promising approach to enhance efficiency and maintain stability in PSCs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
