INTRODUCTION. Low back pain (LBP) is a common discomfort in young women during pregnancy and after childbirth. These female patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) have unique clinical manifestations, but few studies have been reported. AIM. To investigate the clinical characteristics of female patients with LDH after childbirth and to provide basis for rehabilitation andtreatment. MATERIAL AND METHODS. We collected the clinical data of 58 female patients with LDH, analyzed the clinical characteristics. We usedCT scan to determine the location and type of LDH, observed the dural sac of lumbar intervertebral disc, serum 25 hydroxyvitaminD (25[OH] D) levels were measured and compared with healthy women and pregnant women. RESULTS. Our results showed that according to the age distribution of patients with low back pain was the most common among 30-34years old, accounting for 43.1% of all patients. Patients with LDH accounted for the highest proportion of patients with LBP, up to 55.2%.L4-L5 segment was the most common part of LDH, accounting for 46.9%, followed by L5-S1 segment, accounting for 31.3%. Protrusionwas the most common type of LDH, accounting for 84.4%. Among 34 patients with LDH, 15 patients (46.9%) had dural sac compression.The serum 25(OH) D level of patients with LDH was 11.36±5.16 ng/ml, lower than that of healthy women (first control group, 15.22±3.42ng/ml, p=0.022), and pregnant women (second control group, 18.95±6.94 ng/ml, p

Background: Aberrant cognition is one of the crucial symptoms of depression. However, whether the negative rumination participates in depression with melancholic features or anxious distress remains unclear. Methods: In this study, we addressed this issue by compiling a questionnaire that can comprehensively measure the negative cognitive processing bias in depression. We also conducted an exhaustive analysis of its influencing factors, including the subtype of depression, age, gender, age of onset, family history of mental disorder, and education year. Results: We found that depression increased negative attention bias, negative memory bias, negative interpretation bias, and negative rumination bias. Importantly, among the several dimensions of negative cognitive bias, negative rumination bias was more serious in the melancholic than anxious subgroup. Furthermore, Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that negative rumination bias correlates with family history and age of onset of depression. Limitations: We mainly explored melancholic and anxiety subgroups and did not include other subtypes. Due to time constraints, we did not conduct long-term follow-ups or explore the neural mechanisms of the differences between depressive and anxious rumination. Conclusion: Our results contribute to the existing literature on the psychological mechanisms underlying aberrant cognition in depression. These findings could provide guidance for clinical practice and individualized precision treatment of cognitive biases in major depressive disorder. With the extension of oilfield production life and the complication of its service environmental conditions, the applicability of the inner coating would be being challenged. In this work, the service condition of epoxy black ceramic coating in Tahe oilfield was simulated by using high-temperature autoclave to study the corrosion resistance of coatings in gas, oil and water phases, and the electrochemical characteristics of the coating in 6 kinds of simulated working conditions such as H2S dominated, H2S / CO2 coexistence and CO2 dominated were analyzed by the electrochemical AC impedance technique (EIS). Results showed that the epoxy black ceramic coating possessed good corrosion resistance characteristics under working conditions, and the AC impedance value was higher than 107 Ω·cm2. From the filed application, the coating had good adhesion to the substrate and good cathodic stripping resistance. Moreover, the failure mechanism of coatings was discussed preliminarily, and their service life under field conditions was preliminarily predicted. Coating defects became a fast channel for the diffusion of water and various ions, electrochemical corrosion occurred at the interface between the coating and the substrate, resulting in the increase of local pressure at the interface and the blistering and cracking of the coating. Furthermore, the life of epoxy black ceramic coating predicted by quadratic polynomial of fitting curve was 517 d.

Aiming at further solving the environmental corrosion problem faced by aircraft metal structure materials, TiCrN films were deposited on the surface of 15-5PH stainless steel by multi-arc ion plating technology. The phase composition and corrosion morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Additionally, the environmental corrosion resistance of TiCrN films was studied by means of neutral salt spray, acid salt spray, marine atmospheric environment sun exposure and temperature and humidity environment test. Results showed that the corrosion of film of 15-5PH sample belonged to pitting corrosion in neutral salt spray, acid dry wet salt spray and marine atmospheric exposure environment, and the corrosion of the substrate belonged to uniform corrosion. Compared with neutral salt spray and marine atmospheric exposure environment, hydrogen and chloride had a significant synergistic effect in acid salt spray test, which exhibited stronger corrosion to TiCrN film. After temperature and humidity environmental test, the surface of the TiCrN film was flat and smooth, without cracks, holes, bumps, and other defects. In general, TiCrN film deposited on the surface of 15-5PH stainless steel had certain environmental corrosion resistance and could meet the requirements of temperature and humidity environment test in relevant standards.

Recommendation system,as a very effective technique to solve the information overload,has received a great deal of attention from researchers.However,the real application of recommending systems can be modeled as heterogeneous networks with multi-typed nodes and relations.Thus,heterogeneous network embedding based recommendation becomes a very hot research topic in recent years.However,most of the existing studies do not fully explore the auxiliary information and complex relations which are valuable for enhancing recommending performance.To address the above problems,a recommendation algorithm based on heterogeneous information network embedding and attention neural network is proposed.First,this paper proposes a heterogeneous information network embedding method that maintains semantic relationship and topological structure simultaneously.Then,it designs a meta-path based random walk strategy to extract node sequences from heterogeneous information networks.All the sequences are filtered and then employed to learn the embeddings for each user and item in different meta-paths.At last,this paper presents a recommendation algorithm based on attention neural network with the above embeddings as input.The attention network composed of attention layers and hidden layers is able to explore the complex relationships and hence enhance the performance of recommendation.To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,this paper conducts experiments on two kinds of real-world datasets and makes a comparison with three competitive algorithms.The results show that the proposed algorithm improves the recommending performance in terms of MAE and RMSE,with a maximum increase of 8.9%.

Facial fracture management dates as early as Hippocratic era. Comminuted mandibular fractures are one of the challenging clinical condition requiring high surgical expertise to achieve a good functional and esthetic outcome. In presence of infection and other facial fractures managing comminuted mandibular fracture becomes more challenging.Here we present a case of grossly comminuted and infected mandibular fracture with delayed presentation managed by using maxillary distractor as stabilizing agent. Using a maxillary distractor for managing a fractured mandible has been seldom reported in literature.
