The risk of cholangitis after ERCP implantation in malignant obstructive jaundice patients remains unknown. To develop models based on artificial intelligence methods to predict cholangitis risk more accurately, according to patients after stent implantation in patients' MOJ clinical data. This retrospective study included 218 patients with MOJ undergoing ERCP surgery. A total of 27 clinical variables were collected as input variables. Seven models (including univariate analysis and six machine learning models) were trained and tested for classified prediction. The model' performance was measured by AUROC. The RFT model demonstrated excellent performances with accuracies up to 0.86 and AUROC up to 0.87. Feature selection in RF and SHAP was similar, and the choice of the best variable subset produced a high performance with an AUROC up to 0.89. We have developed a hybrid machine learning model with better predictive performance than traditional LR prediction models, as well as other machine learning models for cholangitis based on simple clinical data. Upgrading lignin-derived monomeric products presents a compelling prospect for synthesizing value-added products. Despite the potential benefits, the conversion of lignin-derived phenols into hydroxytyrosol (HT), a potent natural antioxidant predominantly sourced from olives, remains underexplored. Herein, we envisioned three novel one-pot cascade biocatalytic approaches for converting lignin-derived catechol and phenol into HT by integrating four or five main reactions: C–C coupling, hydroxylation, decarboxylation, deamination and reduction. By co-expressing the corresponding enzymes in recombinant Escherichia coli (E. coli) resting cells, we achieved HT conversions of 65.4% and 89.0% from 10 mM catechol using recombinant E. coli (CFK-RTA) resting cells, which co-expressed tyrosine phenol-lyase (FnTPL), tyrosine decarboxylase (TDC), amine transaminase (ATA) and aldehyde reductase (yahK), and E. coli (RFK-EAL) resting cells, which co-expressed FnTPL, L -amino acid deaminase (LAAD), α-keto acid decarboxylase (ARO10) and yahK, respectively. Additionally, a 75.3% conversion of HT from 10 mM phenol was achieved with E. coli (CFK-EBC-RAL) resting cells co-expressing FnTPL, 4-hydroxyphenylacetate 3-hydroxylase (HpaBC), LAAD, ARO10 and yahK. The highest HT titers of 20.6 mM (3.18 g L−1) and 18.5 mM (2.85 g L−1) were obtained from 30 mM catechol and phenol, respectively, by utilizing recombinant E. coli (RFK-EAL) and E. coli (CFK-EBC-RAL) resting cells in a fed-batch strategy. These cascade biocatalysis processes rely on biomass-derived phenol or catechol and inexpensive pyruvate as substrates, with NH4Cl serving as the amine donor, offering new and viable routes for the sustainable and environmentally friendly production of HT. Rationale: Hypercholesterolemia is an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and death. This study performed pseudo‐targeted lipidomics to identify differentially expressed plasma lipids in hypercholesterolemia, to provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis and pathogenesis of hypercholesterolemia. Methods: Pseudo‐targeted lipidomic analyses of plasma lipids from 20 patients with hypercholesterolemia and 20 normal control subjects were performed using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. Differentially expressed lipids were identified by principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis. Receiver operating characteristic curves were used to identify differentially expressed lipids with high diagnostic value. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway database was used to identify enriched metabolic pathways. Results: We identified 13 differentially expressed lipids in hypercholesterolemia using variable importance of projection > 1 and p < 0.05 as threshold parameters. The levels of eight sphingomyelins and cholesterol sulfate were higher and those of three triacylglycerols and lysophosphatidylcholine were reduced in hypercholesterolemia. Seven differentially expressed plasma lipids showed high diagnostic value for hypercholesterolemia. Functional enrichment analyses showed that pathways related to necroptosis, sphingolipid signaling, sphingolipid metabolism, and steroid hormone biosynthesis were enriched. Conclusions: This pseudo‐targeted lipidomics study demonstrated that multiple sphingomyelins and cholesterol sulfate were differentially expressed in the plasma of patients with hypercholesterolemia. Efforts to develop advanced bone substitutes for effective bone regeneration in substantial defects have led to the fabrication of tissue‐engineered scaffolds. These scaffolds, featuring hierarchical structures, specific chemical compositions, and functional qualities, are essential in mimicking native bone tissue. Inspired by the biomineralization process, hydrothermal treatment is used to synthesize micro‐/nano‐hydroxyapatite bioceramics functionalized with tea polyphenols (TP‐nwHA), closely resembling the structure of bone‐like apatite induced by hydroxyapatite bioceramics in vivo. The in vitro results demonstrate TP‐nwHA's superior biocompatibility, enhancing cell proliferation and adhesion. Furthermore, TP‐nwHA scaffolds significantly influence mesenchymal stem cells, promoting osteogenic differentiation while inhibiting osteoclastogenic differentiation. The upregulation of osteogenic proteins BMP2 and ITGB1, along with the downregulation of osteoclastic proteins FGF21 and IGFBP1, demonstrate the synergistic effect of the biomimetic structure and polyphenols on the activation of the MAPK signaling pathway. In vivo, TP‐nwHA showe early angiogenic capabilities, leading to improved bone regeneration in critical‐size femoral bone defects in osteoporotic rats. Histological staining confirms the complete bridging of defects with new bone tissue in the TP‐nwHA group, and nanoindentation tests indicate the formation of mature mineralized bone tissue. Background: Numerous studies highlight the genetic underpinnings of mental disorders comorbidity, particularly in anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia. However, their shared genetic loci are not well understood. Our study employs Mendelian randomization (MR) and colocalization analyses, alongside multi-omics data, to uncover potential genetic targets for these conditions, thereby informing therapeutic and drug development strategies. Methods: We utilized the Consortium for Linkage Disequilibrium Score Regression (LDSC) and Mendelian Randomization (MR) analysis to investigate genetic correlations among anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia. Utilizing GTEx V8 eQTL and deCODE Genetics pQTL data, we performed a three-step summary-data-based Mendelian randomization (SMR) and protein–protein interaction analysis. This helped assess causal and comorbid loci for these disorders and determine if identified loci share coincidental variations with psychiatric diseases. Additionally, phenome-wide association studies, drug prediction, and molecular docking validated potential drug targets. Results: We found genetic correlations between anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia, and under a meta-analysis of MR from multiple databases, the causal relationships among these disorders are supported. Based on this, three-step SMR and colocalization analyses identified ITIH3 and CCS as being related to the risk of developing depression, while CTSS and DNPH1 are related to the onset of schizophrenia. BTN3A1, PSMB4, and TIMP4 were identified as comorbidity loci for both disorders. Molecules that could not be determined through colocalization analysis were also presented. Drug prediction and molecular docking showed that some drugs and proteins have good binding affinity and available structural data. Conclusions: Our study indicates genetic correlations and shared risk loci between anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia. Herein, we designed a metal-coordinated carrier-free nanodrug (USFe3+LA NPs) with near sphere shape by co-assembling of UA, SRF, Fe3+, low molecular weight protamine (LMWP), and epithelial cell adhesion molecule (EpCAM) aptamer via a facile self-assembly method to improve the efficacy of chemotherapy monotherapy and achieve synergistic therapy. USFe3+LA NPs could inhibit tumor metastasis by inhibiting the intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression. In addition, USFe3+LA NPs could enhance immune response and sensitize tumors to immune checkpoint inhibitors PD-L1 antibody. It was demonstrated that USFe3+LA NPs significantly inhibited tumor growth and metastasis, showing that this nano-delivery system synergistically enhanced its anti-tumor effect. These nanodrugs will provide a new strategy for combined chemotherapy, CDT, ferroptosis, and immunotherapy. [Display omitted] The heterogeneity of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the complexity of the tumor microenvironment (TME) pose challenges to efficient drug delivery and the antitumor efficacy of combined or synergistic therapies. Herein, a metal-coordinated carrier-free nanodrug (named as USFe3+ LA NPs) was developed for ferroptosis-mediated multimodal synergistic anti-HCC. Natural product ursolic acid (UA) was incorporated to enhance the sensitivity of tumor cells to sorafenib (SRF). Surface decoration of cell penetration peptide and epithelial cell adhesion molecule aptamer facilitated the uptake of USFe3+ LA NPs by HepG2 cells. Meanwhile, Fe3+ ions could react with intracellular hydrogen peroxide, generating toxic hydroxyl radical (·OH) for chemodynamical therapy (CDT) and amplified ferroptosis by cystine/glutamate antiporter system (System X c −), which promoted the consumption of glutathione (GSH) and inhibited the expression of glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4). Notably, these all-in-one nanodrugs could inhibit tumor metastasis and induced immunogenic cell death (ICD). Last but not least, the nanodrugs demonstrated favorable biocompatibility, augmenting the immune response against the programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) by increasing cytotoxic T cell infiltration. In vivo studies revealed significant suppression of tumor growth and distant metastasis. Adaptive cruise control (ACC) enables efficient, safe, and intelligent vehicle control by autonomously adjusting speed and ensuring a safe following distance from the vehicle in front. This paper proposes a novel adaptive cruise system, namely the Safety-First Reinforcement Learning Adaptive Cruise Control (SFRL-ACC). This system aims to leverage the model-free nature and high real-time inference efficiency of Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) to overcome the challenges of modeling difficulties and lower computational efficiency faced by current optimization control-based ACC methods while simultaneously maintaining safety advantages and optimizing ride comfort. Firstly, we transform the ACC problem into a safe DRL formulation Constrained Markov Decision Process (CMDP) by carefully designing state, action, reward, and cost functions. Subsequently, we propose the Projected Constrained Policy Optimization (PCPO)-based ACC Algorithm SFRL-ACC, which is specifically tailored to solve the CMDP problem. PCPO incorporates safety constraints that further restrict the trust region formed by the Kullback–Leibler (KL) divergence, facilitating DRL policy updates that maximize performance while keeping safety costs within their limit bounds. Finally, we train an SFRL-ACC policy and compare its computation time, traffic efficiency, ride comfort, and safety with state-of-the-art MPC-based ACC control methods. Amorphous alloys or metallic glasses (MGs) thin films have attracted extensive attention in various fields due to their unique functional properties. Here, we use in situ heating transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to investigate the thermal stability and crystallization behavior of Pd-Au-Si thin films prepared by a pulsed laser deposition (PLD) method. Upon heating treatment inside a TEM, we trace the structural changes in the Pd-Au-Si thin films through directly recording high-resolution images and diffraction patterns at different temperatures. TEM observations reveal that the Pd-Au-Si thin films started to nucleate with small crystalline embryos uniformly distributed in the glassy matrix upon approaching the glass transition temperature T g = 625 K , and subsequently, the growth of crystalline nuclei into sub-10 nm Pd-Si nanocrystals commenced. Upon further increasing the temperature to 673 K , the thin films transformed to micro-sized patches of stacking-faulty lamellae that further crystallized into Pd 9 Si 2 and Pd 3 Si intermetallic compounds. Interestingly, with prolonged thermal heating at elevated temperatures, the Pd 9 Si 2 transformed to Pd 3 Si . Simultaneously, the solute Au atoms initially dissolved in glassy alloys and eventually precipitated out of the Pd 9 Si 2 and Pd 3 Si intermetallics, forming nearly spherical Au nanocrystals. Our TEM results reveal the unique thermal stability and crystallization processes of the PLD-prepared Pd-Au-Si thin films as well as demonstrate a possibility of producing a large quantity of pure nanocrystals out of amorphous solids for various applications. Patients' medication adherence plays a critical role in the treatment and rehabilitation of disease. However, few tools are currently available that can be used to identify the reasons for their nonadherence with their medication regimens. It is possible to evaluate both the level of medication adherence of a patient as well as the reasons for it using the Adherence to Asthma Medication Questionnaire (AAMQ). The purpose of this study was to adapt the AAMQ for use in Chinese patients and a variety of asthma patients. A total of 242 asthma patients were recruited from Jinzhou in China. The Adherence to Asthma Medication Questionnaire was translated and back-translated using the Brislin translation model. Test-retest reliability, internal consistency, and stability all play a large role in determining the reliability of a scale. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the scale's construct validity, and expert consultation was used to verify the scale's content validity. Statistics were deemed significant at p < 0.05. The Cronbach's α value of the Chinese version of the AAMQ was 0.866, and the coefficient values for the three domains ranged between 0.702 and 0.798. The split-half reliability and stability values were 0.794 and 0.772, respectively. The content validity index of the scale (S-CVI) was 0.923, and the content validity index of the level of scale entry was 0.857–1.000. According to the confirmatory factor analysis, the chi-square degreed of freedom were 1.484, and the model fitting indices were all within normal limits. The AAMQ had good reliability and validity for asthmatic patients. The results of the scale's assessment can be used as a criterion for medication adherence among asthmatic patients and to understand the causes. This study provides a reference for solving the problem of medication adherence among asthma patients and implementing targeted nursing measures. Optic neuritis (ON), a demyelinating disease of the central nervous system, is often a precursor manifestation of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD) or multiple sclerosis (MS). Reduced corneal nerve fiber counts have been found in patients with NMOSD or MS. This study aimed to observe and compare the corneal subbasal nerve plexus in patients with three types of ON and controls without ON using in vivo corneal confocal microscopy (IVCM). Data were analyzed for 77 eyes of 48 patients with ON, grouped according to seropositivity for anti-aquaporin-4 IgG, myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody, or no seropositivity, and 35 healthy eyes in the control group. Corneal parameters were quantified based on IVCM images. Visual function indicators were recorded, following which their correlations with IVCM parameters were analyzed. Significant differences in IVCM parameters were detected among the different groups. Reductions in corneal nerve fiber counts were negatively correlated with visual acuity. Corneal nerve fibers were significantly more damaged in the affected eye than in the unaffected eye in patients with ON. IVCM revealed corneal nerve fiber loss of varying degrees, depending on the type of ON. This indicates that, although ON primarily affects the central nervous system, peripheral nerves, such as the trigeminal nerve, which innervates the corneal subbasal nerve plexus may also be damaged in affected patients. Groundwater, a fundamental asset, isn't effectively accessible in some parts of the world. The current research work pointed toward obtaining precise maps of potential groundwater zones. This study aimed for potential groundwater modeling and extracting the precise maps using four new advanced hybrid ML models (Dagging-HP, Bagging-HP, AdaBoost-HP, Decorate-HP) and one single model Hyperpipes (HP) in the Doji Watershed, situated in the eastern part of Golestan province, Iran. Among the selected models, the AdaBoost-HP model is the most efficient, with an AUC - ROC of 0.972, accuracy (0.922), sensitivity (0.906), and specificity (0.938), which gives the most promising values, when determining the collinearity between the 14 training factors, which are, in descending order of significance, LULC, Distance to stream (DtS), Topography wetness index (TWI), HAND, Distance to the road (DtR), Geomorphology, Topography position index (TPI), Lithology, Drainage density (DD), Elevation, Slope, Rainfall, and Clay (%). The AUC-ROC approach was employed to assess the model's performance along with Accuracy, Specificity, and Sensitivity. This model revealed that 7.37% has very high groundwater potential in the eastern and south-western parts of the study, whereas 36.8% has a very low groundwater potential in the north-western and south-eastern parts of the study. It can be said from this assessment that results obtained from this investigation are better and more reliable, which gives essential encouragement for further study put on this method for groundwater potential mapping of other areas of the world along with other areas of hydrogeological investigations. Summary Gene expression is regulated at multiple levels, including RNA processing and DNA methylation/demethylation. How these regulations are controlled remains unclear. Here, through analysis of a suppressor for the OsEIN2 over‐expressor, we identified an RNA recognition motif protein SUPPRESSOR OF EIN2 (SOE). SOE is localized in nuclear speckles and interacts with several components of the spliceosome. We find SOE associates with hundreds of targets and directly binds to a DNA glycosylase gene DNG701 pre‐mRNA for efficient splicing and stabilization, allowing for subsequent DNG701‐mediated DNA demethylation of the transgene promoter for proper gene expression. The V81M substitution in the suppressor mutant protein mSOE impaired its protein stability and binding activity to DNG701 pre‐mRNA, leading to transgene silencing. SOE mutation enhances grain size and yield. Haplotype analysis in c. 3000 rice accessions reveals that the haplotype 1 (Hap 1) promoter is associated with high 1000‐grain weight, and most of the japonica accessions, but not indica ones, have the Hap 1 elite allele. Trichoderma spp. are globally distributed and are considered significant fungal resources. This study presents the discovery of 11 new species of Trichoderma: T. caeruleum, T. gongcheniae, T. graminicola, T. graminis, T. hongkuii, T. parapeberdyi, T. neoguizhouense, T. neohongkuii, T. parahamatum, T. parahongkuii, and T. shaanxiensis. All of these new species were isolated from soils, except for T. caeruleum, T. graminicola, T. graminis, and T. neohongkuii, which were found as endophytes in Poaceae plants. The phylogenetic position of these novel species was determined by analysing the concatenated sequences of the second largest nuclear RNA polymerase subunit encoding gene (rpb2) and the translation elongation factor 1-alpha encoding gene (tef1). The results of the phylogenetic analysis revealed that each new species formed a distinct lineage: T. gongcheniae, T. graminicola, T. graminis, T. neoguizhouense, T. parapeberdyi, and T. shaanxiensis belong to the Harzianum Clade, T. hongkuii, T. parahongkuii, and T. neohongkuii are new members of the Koningii Clade, T. parahamatum belongs to the Hamatum Clade, and T. caeruleum does not fall within any of the named clades. The study also provided a detailed description of the morphology and cultural characteristics of the newly discovered Trichoderma species. Zinc‐ion batteries (ZIBs) have become a global research hotspot in recent years due to their eco‐friendliness, safety, abundant resources, and low cost. However, some significant challenges seriously affect their overall performance, thus hindering their further development and practical applications. Recently, multifunctional and adjustable 2D carbides and nitrides (MXenes) are extensively used for the modification of ZIBs, and fruitful achievements are achieved. In order to make a systematic understanding of these studies, it is highly desirable to provide an overview of MXenes based on their modification methods and action mechanisms. In this review, a basic introduction to ZIBs and MXenes is presented and the main modification approaches of MXenes in solving the issues of ZIBs are discussed in detail, including activation and composite strategies of the cathode, interface engineering, structural optimization, and zinc metal‐free anode strategy of the anode, solid‐state strategy of the electrolyte, and functionalized strategy of the separator. Importantly, the functions and related mechanisms of MXenes in various components of ZIBs are analyzed in depth. In the context of human‐induced warming climate, the atmosphere is expected to hold a greater amount of water vapor, leading to heavier precipitation on a global scale. However, the extent to which changes in extreme rainfall can be attributed to human influences varies at regional scales. Here we conduct attribution analyses on 40 extreme precipitation events in different seasons during 1998–2018 over the Pearl River Delta (PRD), by using the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model and applying the pseudo global warming (PGW) method. The model was integrated with the factual and counterfactual conditions separately, with the latter derived from differences between the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5) historical and historical‐natural runs. By comparing parallel experiments, extreme daily rainfall (>95th percentile) in PRD enhanced by 8%–9.5% for 0.9–1.1 K near‐surface warming (nearly Clausius‐Clapeyron, or CC scaling) in the May‐to‐September (MJJAS) and 12.4% at most for 0.6–0.8 K warming (∼2 × CC rate) in non‐MJJAS seasons; the probability of those extremes increased by 10%–30% during MJJAS (20%–40% in other seasons). While moisture‐related thermodynamic effects play a similar role in modulating rainfall, the wind circulation‐related dynamic effects act differently in different seasons. Changes in MJJAS extremes are related to stronger low‐level southerly winds, while non‐MJJAS rainfall is exacerbated by strengthened low‐level wind convergence and updrafts. Moisture budget analysis suggests that thermodynamic effects associated with the increased moisture amount account for the mean rainfall increase, whereas dynamic effects related to wind circulation changes are responsible for extreme precipitation, regardless of seasons. Nitrite-oxidizing bacteria (NOB) are important nitrifiers whose activity regulates the availability of nitrite and dictates the magnitude of nitrogen loss in ecosystems. In oxic marine sediments, ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) and NOB together catalyze the oxidation of ammonium to nitrate, but the abundance ratios of AOA to canonical NOB in some cores are significantly higher than the theoretical ratio range predicted from physiological traits of AOA and NOB characterized under realistic ocean conditions, indicating that some NOBs are yet to be discovered. Here we report a bacterial phylum Candidatus Nitrosediminicolota, members of which are more abundant than canonical NOBs and are widespread across global oligotrophic sediments. Ca. Nitrosediminicolota members have the functional potential to oxidize nitrite, in addition to other accessory functions such as urea hydrolysis and thiosulfate reduction. While one recovered species (Ca. Nitrosediminicola aerophilus) is generally confined within the oxic zone, another (Ca. Nitrosediminicola anaerotolerans) additionally appears in anoxic sediments. Counting Ca. Nitrosediminicolota as a nitrite-oxidizer helps to resolve the apparent abundance imbalance between AOA and NOB in oxic marine sediments, and thus its activity may exert controls on the nitrite budget.A novel phylum of bacteria widespread in oligotrophic marine sediments are capable of oxidizing nitrite to nitrate and could resolve the apparent abundance mismatch between ammonia- and nitrite-oxidizers. With the development of artificial intelligence, the ability to capture the background characteristics of hyperspectral imagery (HSI) has improved, showing promising performance in hyperspectral anomaly detection (HAD) tasks. However, existing methods proposed in recent years still suffer from certain limitations: (1) Constraints are lacking in the deep feature learning process in terms of the issue of the absence of prior background and anomaly information. (2) Hyperspectral anomaly detectors with traditional self-supervised deep learning methods fail to ensure prioritized reconstruction of the background. (3) The architecture of fully connected deep networks in hyperspectral anomaly detectors leads to low utilization of spatial information and the destruction of the original spatial relationship in hyperspectral imagery and disregards the spectral correlation between adjacent pixels. (4) Hypotheses or assumptions for background and anomaly distributions restrict the performance of many hyperspectral anomaly detectors because the distributions of background land covers are usually complex and not assumable in real-world hyperspectral imagery. In consideration of the above problems, in this paper, we propose a novel fully convolutional auto-encoder based on dual clustering and latent feature adversarial consistency (FCAE-DCAC) for HAD, which is carried out with self-supervised learning-based processing. Firstly, density-based spatial clustering of applications with a noise algorithm and connected component analysis are utilized for successive spectral and spatial clustering to obtain more precise prior background and anomaly information, which facilitates the separation between background and anomaly samples during the training of our method. Subsequently, a novel fully convolutional auto-encoder (FCAE) integrated with a spatial–spectral joint attention (SSJA) mechanism is proposed to enhance the utilization of spatial information and augment feature expression. In addition, a latent feature adversarial consistency network with the ability to learn actual background distribution in hyperspectral imagery is proposed to achieve pure background reconstruction. Finally, a triplet loss is introduced to enhance the separability between background and anomaly, and the reconstruction residual serves as the anomaly detection result. We evaluate the proposed method based on seven groups of real-world hyperspectral datasets, and the experimental results confirm the effectiveness and superior performance of the proposed method versus nine state-of-the-art methods. The transcription of glycine-rich RNA-binding protein 2 (PeGRP2) transiently increased in the roots and shoots of Populus euphratica (a salt-resistant poplar) upon initial salt exposure and tended to decrease after long-term NaCl stress (100 mM, 12 days). PeGRP2 overexpression in the hybrid Populus tremula × P. alba '717-1B4' (P. × canescens) increased its salt sensitivity, which was reflected in the plant's growth and photosynthesis. PeGRP2 contains a conserved RNA recognition motif domain at the N-terminus, and RNA affinity purification (RAP) sequencing was developed to enrich the target mRNAs that physically interacted with PeGRP2 in P. × canescens. RAP sequencing combined with RT-qPCR revealed that NaCl decreased the transcripts of PeGRP2-interacting mRNAs encoding photosynthetic proteins, antioxidative enzymes, ATPases, and Na+/H+ antiporters in this transgenic poplar. Specifically, PeGRP2 negatively affected the stability of the target mRNAs encoding the photosynthetic proteins PETC and RBCMT; antioxidant enzymes SOD[Mn], CDSP32, and CYB1-2; ATPases AHA11, ACA8, and ACA9; and the Na+/H+ antiporter NHA1. This resulted in (i) a greater reduction in Fv/Fm, YII, ETR, and Pn; (ii) less pronounced activation of antioxidative enzymes; and (iii) a reduced ability to maintain Na+ homeostasis in the transgenic poplars during long-term salt stress, leading to their lowered ability to tolerate salinity stress. Understanding the effect of glass network structure on the solubility properties of bioactive glasses is fundamental for designing new compositions with tailored biological functions and applications. This paper bridged the composition-structure-property relationship utilizing experimental measurements and molecular dynamics simulations. The Sr atom reorganized the network structures through a partial transformation of tetrahedral to trigonal boron units and the change of the ratio of bridged oxygen/non-bridged oxygen, which modified the glass structures at longer lengths scales, such as through changing the ring size distribution. Our results demonstrated that the evolution of solubility properties can be linked to the atomic structure change in short- and medium-range ordering. Objective: To develop and validate a nomogram to predict fatigue in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS). Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 251 patients with SS from the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University were recruited. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: training group (n = 167) and validation group (n = 84). In the training group, univariate analysis and multivariate Cox regression analysis were performed on sociodemographic factors, disease activity, anxiety/depression, clinical indicators, and so on. According to the risk factors of fatigue in SS patients, a nomograph was established. In the training group and validation group, the performance of the nomogram was verified by three forms: receiver operating characteristic curve, calibration curve, and decision curve analysis (DCA). Result: The incidence of fatigue was 40.6%. EULAR Sjögren's Syndrome Disease Activity Index, EULAR SS patient reported index, and depression were independent risk factors of fatigue in SS patients. The C-index of nomogram was 0.8532 in training set and 0.7381 in verification set, respectively. As to the Hosmer-Lemeshow test, the P value of modeling patients is 0.996 in verification (P > 0.05). DCA further validated the clinical utility of this nomogram. Conclusion: The nomogram constructed in this study can effectively predict the occurrence of fatigue in SS patients, which is helpful for clinical decision-making and subsequent intervention implementation. The extensive involvement of blowing in ablation and transpiration cooling directly influences the hypersonic boundary layer (HBL) transition. This work investigates the coupled effect of stabilization through micro-blowing and the corresponding porous blowing medium on a Mach 6 HBL flow. Linear stability theory (LST) and the eN method are used to interpret the characteristics of stability, and direct numerical simulations are used to resolve the detailed flow field among the porous microstructures to verify the predictions of LST. The sole effect of micro-blowing is first investigated by emphasizing the locations of the blowing strip. The results show that micro-blowing alone can significantly excite the first mode but stabilize the second mode. In general, the HBL becomes unstable if the blowing strip is installed upstream of the synchronization points of the dominant disturbances, and otherwise becomes stable. In the context of the blowing medium, a porous coating can suppress high-frequency disturbances and help stabilize the HBL if the blowing strip is placed upstream of the synchronization points of the dominant disturbances. On the contrary, the coating can prematurely excite lower-frequency disturbances and degrade the overall stabilization when the strip is located in the dominant region of the second mode. Fractal integro-differential equations (IDEs) can describe the effect of local microstructure on a complex physical problem, however, the traditional numerical methods are not suitable for solving the new-born models with the fractal integral and fractal derivative. Here we show that deep learning can be used to solve the bottleneck. By the two-scale transformation, the fractal IDE is first approximately converted to its traditional integro-differential partner, which is further converted to a differential equation system by introducing an auxiliary variable to remove the integral operation. Moreover, a flexible adaptive technology is adopted to deal with the loss weights of a deep learning neural network. A fractal Volterra IDE is used to show the effectiveness and simplicity of this new physics-informed deep AI simulation model. All results indicate the AI simulation model has good robustness and convergence, and the fractal Volterra IDE might explore the different properties of viscoelasticity for a porous medium. A cobalt‐catalyzed annulation of o‐phenylenediamines and internal alkynes for the synthesis of quinoxalines is developed. This method provides a variety of quinoxalines in good to high yields under a simple and mild reaction conditions with molecular O2 as a terminal oxidant. The moment-to-moment variability of resting-state brain activity has been suggested to play an active role in chronic pain. To investigate preoperative alterations in regional blood-oxygen-level-dependent signal variability (BOLDsv) and inter-regional dynamic functional connectivity (dFC) in individuals with degenerative cervical myelopathy (DCM), and their potential association with postoperative axial pain severity. Cross-sectional study. Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging was obtained in 42 migraine individuals and 40 healthy controls (HCs). We calculated the standard deviation (SD) of the BOLD time-series at each voxel and the SD and mean of the dynamic conditional correlation between the brain regions which showed significant group differences in BOLDsv. A group comparison was conducted using whole-brain voxel-wise analysis of the standard deviation (SD) of the BOLD time-series which was a measure of the BOLDsv. The brain areas displaying notable group discrepancies in BOLDsv were utilized to outline regions of interest (ROIs). To determine the strength/variability of the dFC, the mean and SD of the dynamic conditional correlation were calculated within these ROIs. Moreover, the postoperative axial pain (PAP) severity of patients was evaluated. Our results revealed that DCM patients with postoperative axial pain (PAP) demonstrated considerably increased BOLDsv in the bilateral thalamus and right insular, but significantly lower BOLDsv in the right S1. By applying dynamic functional connectivity (dFC) analysis, we found that DCM patients with PAP exhibited greater fluctuation of dFC in the thalamo-cortical pathway (specifically, thalamus-S1), when compared to HCs and patients without PAP (nPAP). Lastly, we established that dysfunctional BOLDsv and dFC in the ascending pain pathway were positively associated with the severity of PAP in DCM patients. Our results indicate a potential correlation between impaired pain ascending pathway and postoperative axial pain in DCM patients. In this work, the self-nucleation effect on crystallization was studied for polypropylene with various nucleating agents. The talc was employed to accelerate crystallization of monoclinic α-crystallites, while N, N′-dicyclohexyl-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxamide TMB-5 was used to accelerate the crystallization kinetics and also induce formation of trigonal β-crystallites. To induce self-nucleation effect, the occurrence criterion was assessed by the transition temperatures from various domains and the available temperature width. More importantly, the resulting influences of self-nucleation effect were quantified by the change of crystallization kinetics and the potential polymorphism variation. It was found that the α-nucleating agents of talc broadened the temperature window for inducing Domain II by elevating the transition temperature from Domain I to Domain II. Although β-nucleating agent (β-NA) of N, N′-dicyclohexyl-2,6-naphthalenedicarboxamide TMB-5 elevated cooling crystallization temperature obviously, the temperature window for Domain II was narrowed. It should be emphasized that in presence of β-NA TMB-5, the self-nucleation effect enhances the crystallization of α-crystallite, which show the competition with β-NA TMB-5. At last, the ternary PP/talc/TMB-5 blend was prepared with the same amounts of α-NA talc and β-NA TMB-5 and it exhibits a similar self-nucleation effect of crystallization, indicating the dominant role of β-NA TMB-5. Lunar glasses with different origins act as snapshots of their formation processes, providing a rich archive of the Moon's formation and evolution. Here, we reveal diverse glasses from Chang'E-5 (CE-5) lunar regolith, and clarify their physical origins of liquid quenching, vapor deposition and irradiation damage respectively. The series of quenched glasses, including rotation-featured particles, vesicular agglutinates and adhered melts, record multiple-scale impact events. Abundant micro-impact products, like micron- to nano-scale glass droplets or craters, highlight that the regolith is heavily reworked by frequent micrometeorite bombardment. Distinct from Apollo samples, the indigenous ultra-elongated glass fibers drawn from viscous melts and the widespread ultra-thin deposited amorphous rims without nanophase iron particles both indicate a relatively gentle impact environment at the CE-5 landing site. The clarification of multitype CE-5 glasses also provides a catalogue of diverse lunar glasses, meaning that more of the Moon's mysteries, recorded in glasses, could be deciphered in future. During 14 to 17 December 2013, the Pearl River Delta (PRD) in South China received its largest wintertime 4-day precipitation of above 100 mm since 1998, due to strong cold air intrusion. Here we investigate the extent to which such extreme rainfall can be attributed to human activities, by carrying out Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) model multi-physics integrations at a convection-permitting resolution. The factual WRF runs were conducted using the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) Reanalysis (ERA)-Interim as boundary and initial conditions, and the counterfactual runs by the same ERA-Interim forcing with human influences removed. The latter was deduced by subtracting the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5) historical-natural from the historical run outputs. Results show that the 4-day mean rainfall could increase by 11% for 1.2 K near-surface warming on average under human-induced thermodynamic forcing in relation to humidity changes, whereas it increases by 17% for 2 K warming under all forcing (i.e., including dynamic forcing associated with wind circulation changes), which is nearly the Clausius–Clapeyron rate. Moreover, the former and latter forcing can intensify the 95th percentile daily rainfall by ~ 13% and ~ 19%, respectively, suggesting that human-caused dynamic forcing can further exacerbate the thermodynamic-driven rainfall enhancement in this event. Indeed, there is stronger land-sea thermal contrast with anomalous low-level southerly winds and convergence in coastal South China under all forcing. The frontal system and ascending motion are therefore intensified, resulting in even stronger rain rates than under thermodynamic forcing. Moisture budget analysis reveals that the dynamic component accounts for most of the increase in 4-day mean rainfall while the thermodynamic contribution is negligible under all forcing. The gut microbiota is closely associated with the progression of colorectal cancer (CRC) in which Fusobacterium nucleatum (F. nucleatum) was found to induce cancer resistance to chemotherapeutics. To relieve F. nucleatum -induced drug resistance, herein, we found that short-chain fatty acid butyrate can inhibit the growth, enrichment and adhesion of F. nucleatum in colorectal cancer tissues by downregulating the expression of adhesion-associated outer membrane proteins, including RadD, FomA, and FadA, to reduce the colonization and invasion of F. nucleatum and relieve the chemoresistance induced by F. nucleatum. Leveraging the killing effect of butyrate on F. nucleatum , sodium butyrate (NaBu) was encapsulated in liposomes or prepared as NaBu tablets with Eudragit S100 coating and administered by intravenous injection or oral administration, respectively. Interestingly, both intravenous administration of NaBu liposomes and oral delivery of NaBu tablets could effectively inhibit the proliferation of F. nucleatum and significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy of oxaliplatin in mice with subcutaneous colorectal tumors, orthotopic colorectal tumors and even spontaneously formed colorectal tumors. Thus, our work provides a simple but effective formulation of NaBu to relieve F. nucleatum -induced chemoresistance, exhibiting ideal clinical application prospects. Compared with monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal antibodies (pAbs) have rather significant characteristics, including lower cost, shorter production cycle, and higher affinity. Therefore, to facilitate their applications in clinic, it is equally critical to comprehensively characterize the conformational stabilities of pAb at the molecular weight-resolved scale, which is technically challenging due to the lack of an effective analytical tool capable of simultaneously providing both stability and molecular weight information within an acceptable error range. Ion mobility-mass spectrometry (IM-MS) has grown as an alternative to rapidly assess protein conformational stability with accurate molecular weight information maintained, especially when equipped with a collision-induced unfolding (CIU) regime. Dynamic and transient conformational intermediates can be captured with the CIU-IM-MS technique, adding to traditional static structural measurements with collisional cross section. Most CIU-IM-MS-centered protocols are focusing on the application to isolated, targeted protein ions, namely, analyzing one single charge state at one time, limiting its analytical throughput and speed. In this study, we employed an enhanced unfolding regime, all ion unfolding (AIU), capable of the simultaneous operation of numerous ions at a time during stepped unfolding processes to analyze pAb. Results show that AIU can quantitatively characterize the subtle differences in conformational stability among four structurally similar pAbs with improved resolving capability by around a 2–4-fold increment in both stability and structure differentiating parameters. A new 3D structural compound, namely {[Cd2Sr(pdc)3(H2O)3]}n·n(DMF) (1, H2pdc = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid, DMF = N,N′-dimethylformamide), has been produced with the raw materials of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, Sr(NO3)2 and H2pdc under solvothermal conditions. Under an irradiation of UV light, 1a displayed outstanding photocatalytic effect for the organic dyes degradation of methylene orange (MO), Rhodamine B (RhB) and methylene blue (MB). In the biological section, the preventive effect and mechanism of new compound on osteoporosis was evaluated and explored. M. bicuspidata var. bicuspidata is a pathogenic yeast which can affect aquacultured and marine-cultured animals such as brine shrimp, ridgetail white prawn, chinook salmon, giant freshwater prawn, the Chinese mitten crab, marine crab, the mud crab, the mangrove land crab, the Chinese grass shrimp, sea urchins, sea urchins, Daphnia dentifera and even snails, causing a milky disease, and it has caused big economic losses in aquacultural and marine-cultural industries in the past. However, the detailed mechanisms and the reasons for the milky disease in the diseased aquatic animals are still completely unknown. So far, only some antimycotics, killer toxins and Massoia lactone haven been found to be able to actively control and kill its growth. Rapid screening platforms for antibiotic susceptibility testing (AST) are important in inhibiting bacterial resistance in clinical practice. Herein, a rapid screening platform is reported for AST, which is based on nanofiber membrane enrichment bacteria-assisted cell counting Kit-8 (CCK8) colorimetry. The absorbance of CCK8 formazan has a linear relationship with the number of bacteria. The interference of antibiotics in the absorbance of CCK8 formazan could be eliminated by separating planktonic bacteria from the culture medium using nanofiber membranes. The total detection time is 7–9 h, using the new screening platform, which is significantly shorter than that with the traditional method, and the limit of detection of this method is 10 CFU mL−1. The evaluation results of antibiotic susceptibility are identical when using the new screening method and traditional methods. This method meets the definition of "rapid testing" for antibiotic susceptibility by most microbiologists. Furthermore, the new screening platform for antibiotic susceptibility testing ability in vitro was proved using E. coli in urine and blood, and S. aureus in wound fluid as practical samples. Operational modal identification of time-varying systems plays a crucial role in assessing the health condition and controlling the dynamic properties of engineering structures. However, only the response is measurable, making it challenging. Based on the variational mode decomposition (VMD) theory, this paper presents a short-time multivariate or multi-channel VMD (STMVMD) method for instantaneous frequency (IF) identification of time-varying structures in the case of output-only measurements. The idea of short-time windows overcomes the shortcoming of many VMD-based methods that employ the narrowband assumption of intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) and cannot decompose non-stationary signals involving closely-spaced wideband IMFs. After obtaining the multivariate IMFs by STMVMD, an average scheme is employed to estimate IFs, reducing the noise sensitivity of Hilbert Transform. Moreover, by tracking the center frequencies of STMVMD at different moments, another more noise-robust IF estimation method is also presented. Macrofungi are well known as mushrooms, which belong mostly to Basidiomycota with a few from Ascomycota, and up to now, around 40,000 species have been described. In people's lives, macrofungi are closely related to our economic activities, especially for food and medicine. "One meat, one vegetable and one mushroom" has become a healthy and fashionable dietary structure, and the global edible mushroom production and cultivating area are steadily rising. On the other hand, a large number of mushroom species and new active components have been found, and have become one of the driving forces of innovation of drugs and health products, especially with the development of biochemistry, enzyme engineering, and genetic engineering. Thus, macrofungi in food, medicine, and other aspects have shown a broad prospect. In this Special Issue, research on new species and related molecular phylogenies, mechanisms of hyphae polar growing and basidiocarp formation, biochemistry of edible and medical mushrooms, and some important scientific questions related to the edible mushroom industry are presented, which also reflect the hot areas of common concern on edible and medicinal fungi. The fall armyworm (FAW), Spodoptera frugiperda invaded China in December 2018 and has since spread quickly countrywide. Two sympatric biotype strains of FAW, rice-strain and corn-strain, have been classified and showed to have different susceptibilities to chemical insecticides. Present FAW control has primarily relied on insecticides, which resulted in a rapid evolution of the resistance to insecticides in FAW. Herein, sixteen geographical populations of FAW were collected annually from maize fields in China between 2019 and 2021, both Tpi genotyping (n = 3079) and feeding preference bioassay (n = 2892) showed Chinese FAW were predominantly the corn-strain. Resistance monitoring revealed that FAW had not evolved resistance to chlorantraniliprole since it invaded China with RRs of 0.32–2.32 and a very low mutation frequency RyR of 0.14%. Most FAW populations were susceptible to emamectin benzoate, spinetoram, indoxacarb, lambda-cyhalothrin and acephate. However, low resistance levels (5 < RR < 10) were detected in some populations, suggesting rotational or mixed applications of insecticides and further resistance monitoring must be strengthened to prevent or delay the development of insecticide resistance. The mutation frequency of ace-1 at the locus A201S and F290V was 21.27% and 84.51%, respectively. The mutation frequency of VGSC at the locus T929I and L1014F was 0.11% and 0.15%, respectively. The detoxification enzyme activities of P450s, ESTs and GSTs were relatively consistent among different populations. Our study provides a systematical understanding of the current genetic architecture and resistance status of FAW in China and will contribute to the region-wide chemical control and the development of resistance management strategies for FAW in China. Thermally induced ratcheting of a thermo-active pile is the accumulation of net and irreversible pile head displacement upon heating–cooling cycles. Although this kind of phenomenon has been observed in vertically loaded piles in sand, it is unknown whether this exists in laterally loaded cases, and also what underlying mechanisms occur under the thermomechanical flexural soil–pile interaction. This study presents a series of centrifuge tests and finite-element simulations of the thermomechanical behaviour of a laterally loaded thermo-active pile in sand. A new model reinforced concrete (RC) was used in the centrifuge tests to mimic the thermal and mechanical properties of a prototype RC pile realistically. Ratcheting was evident in laterally loaded piles and its extent was more significant when the working horizontal load was higher. The ratcheting phenomenon was attributed to the accumulation of soil plastic strain due to the cyclic mechanical loading induced by pile thermal horizontal expansion and contraction, soil dilation upon soil–pile interface shearing and creep. The additional bending moment induced by the thermal action did not induce yielding within the pile. Dry reforming of methane (DRM) is a sustainable chemical process that can simultaneously transform methane and carbon dioxide, which are generally considered greenhouse gases, into syngas with H 2 /CO ratio close to 1. The deposition of carbon on the active sites during long-period DRM tests will lead to severe deactivation of Ni-based catalysts. Thus, in this work, we proposed a series of uniformly dispersed Fe-decorated Ni/Al 2 O 3 catalysts via atomic layer deposition (ALD) to solve this key issue. Modification with trace amounts of Fe (0.3–0.6%) had multiple effects on facilitating the CH 4 dissociation on Ni0, improving the low-temperature catalytic activity, moderating the carbon species and accelerating coke oxidation. The sample denoted as 0.3%Fe/Ni/Al 2 O 3 exhibited almost no activity loss in the 72 h test at 650 °C. The Fe-decorated Ni/Al 2 O 3 structure achieved a balance between the enhancement of CH 4 cracking and the elimination of coke. In the field of multi-view SAR target location, the greater the difference in viewing angles, the higher the target location accuracy. However, this makes it difficult to match the same target between the SAR images with different viewing angles. The performance of traditional SAR image-matching algorithms will deteriorate or even fail to match the images correctly when the viewing angle is gradually increased. To solve this problem, a fast SAR matching method for the SAR images with large viewing angles based on inertial navigation information and neighborhood structure consensus (ININSC) is proposed in this paper. In this algorithm, the key targets are detected in the SAR images by using the maximum connected domain algorithm and the K-means clustering algorithm, and the connected domain centroid of the target is taken as a feature point. The approximate position of the key targets after the viewing angle change is found through inertial navigation information, and then accurate and fast matching is achieved by using the consensus of the neighborhood topological structure of the key targets. The measured data sets demonstrate that compared with traditional SAR image-matching algorithms, the proposed ININSC algorithm solves such a problem that SAR images cannot be accurately matched under the differences at large viewing angles and has better robustness and timeliness. Motivated by the excellent electronic and optoelectronic properties of two-dimensional (2D) Ga-monochalcogenides, we systematically investigated the effect of halogenation on physical properties of monolayer GaX (X = S, Se) by the first-principles calculations. Crystal lattices of GaX were decomposed with the halogen atom being absorbed on top of the Ga atom. Unexpectedly, a series of monolayer GaXY (X = S, Se; Y = F, Cl, Br, I) was formed. Except for GaXF, other monolayer GaXY has good structural stability at room temperature. With the broken mirror symmetry, monolayer GaXY has superior flexibility, a direct bandgap in the range of 0.78–4.43 eV, the intrinsic vertical polarization, and larger in-plane as well as out-of-plane piezoelectric coefficients than Ga-monochalcogenides. Moreover, by comparing the structural stability and side-dependent electronic band alignment, we concluded that monolayer GaXY (X = S, Se; Y = Cl, Br) is suitable for photocatalytic water-splitting applications. Waste sorting, as an embodiment of behavioral cognition, is regulated by two cognitive processes, namely, Categorization (C) and Category-Based Induction (CBI). This study employed the event-related potential (ERP) technique to assess whether there is a transformation between C and CBI in waste sorting cognition, in order to help individuals establish a correct waste sorting behavior. We reported a case of intervention in waste sorting education with a 58-year-old Chinese woman to discriminate whether such intervention facilitates the transition between C and CBI. The results showed that the waste sorting cognition follows a developmental model as C-CBI-C, where education may help the subject build a cognitive framework for waste sorting by altering inherent misperceptions and filling gaps in classification knowledge. The results also noticed that FN400 is identified as a characteristic waveform in the CBI process, by which it is indicated that the first 4 to 7 days of education is a critical period for establishing the cognitive framework. The hot deformation behaviors of a Ti46Al2Cr2Nb alloy were investigated at strain rates of 0.001–0.1 s−1 and temperatures of 910–1060 °C. Under given deformation conditions, the activation energy of the TiAl alloy could be estimated as 319 kJ/mol. The experimental results were predicted by different predictive models including three constitutive models and three data-driven models. The most accurate data-driven model and constitutive model were an artificial neural network (ANN) and an Arrhenius type strain-compensated Sellars (SCS) model, respectively. In addition, the generalization capability of ANN model and SCS model was examined under different deformation conditions. Under known deformation conditions, the ANN model could accurately predict the flow stress of TiAl alloys at interpolated and extrapolated strains with a coefficient of determination (R2) greater than 0.98, while the R2 value of the SCS model was smaller than 0.5 at extrapolated strains. However, both ANN and SCS models performed poorly under new deformation conditions. A hybrid model based on the SCS model and ANN predictions was shown to have a wider generalization capability. The hydrological processes play an important role in stimulating fish spawning behavior. Changes in the natural hydrological processes will alter the populations and distribution of fish, which may have a negative impact on the native aquatic organisms. The aim of this study is to identify the alteration of the water rising process during the fish spawning period and to construct an ecological flow optimization model to restore the water rising conditions for fish reproduction. The Mann–Kendall test and the sliding t-test were used to detect the mutation year of the mean daily flow data sets in the fish spawning period in each monitoring year. Then the data sets can be divided into pre-altered and post-altered periods. The water rising process was characterized by the water rising processes count, the duration, the daily flow increase rate, the date of the water rising process, and the initial water rising flow. The changes in hydrological processes in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River were investigated by comparing the post-altered and pre-altered characteristic parameters. Furthermore, we integrated the statistical values of the five characteristic parameters in pre-altered into an ecological flow optimization model to simulate the natural water rising processes for the spawning of the Four Major Chinese Carps (FMCC) and Chinese Sturgeon (CS). The analysis showed that after the hydrological mutation year, the duration and the initial water rising flow in the FMCC spawning season were increased, with hydrological alteration degrees of 63.10% and 70.16%, respectively; however, the daily flow increase rate was significantly decreased, with hydrological alteration of 86.50%. During the CS spawning season, the water rising processes count and the initial water rising flow were dramatically altered parameters, with hydrological alteration degrees of 50.86% and 83.27%, respectively. The former parameter increased, but the latter decreased significantly in the post-altered period. To induce the spawning activity of FMCC and CS, appropriate ecological flows and hydrological parameters were proposed. These results showed that during the spawning seasons of FMCC and CS, the hydrological processes of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River changed significantly. Therefore, ecological flow must be ensured through ecological operation of upstream reservoirs to provide suitable spawning conditions in target fish spawning grounds. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Atezolizumab plus bevacizumab was approved in 2020 as a first-line treatment for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The purpose of this study was to assess the curative effect and tolerability of the combination treatment in advanced HCC. Methods: Web of Science, PubMed and Embase were retrieved for qualified literatures on the treatment of advanced HCC with atezolizumab plus bevacizumab until September 1, 2022. The outcomes included pooled overall response (OR), complete response (CR), partial response (PR), median overall survival (mOS), median progression-free survival (mPFS), and adverse events (AEs). Results: Twenty-three studies, comprising 3168 patients, were enrolled. The pooled OR, CR, and PR rates of the long-term (more than six weeks) therapy response based on Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) were 26%, 2%, and 23%, respectively. The pooled OR, CR, and PR rates of the short-term (six weeks) therapeutic response evaluated with RECIST were 13%, 0%, and 15%, respectively. The pooled mOS and mPFS were 14.7 months and 6.66 months, respectively. During the treatment, 83% and 30% of patients experienced any grade AEs and grade 3 and above AEs, respectively. Conclusions: Atezolizumab in combination with bevacizumab showed good efficacy and tolerability in the treatment of advanced HCC. Compared with short-term, non-first-line, and low-dose therapy, atezolizumab plus bevacizumab in long-term, first-line, and standard-dose treatment for advanced HCC showed a better tumor response rate. Ionic liquids (ILs) have presented excellent behaviors in the separation of azeotropes in extractive distillation. However, the intrinsic molecular nature of ILs in the separation of azeotropic systems is not clear. In this paper, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and theoretical calculations were applied to screen the microstructures of ethyl propionate–n-propanol–1-ethyl-3-methylimidzolium acetate ([EMIM][OAC]) systems before and after azeotropy breaking. A detailed vibrational analysis was carried out on the v(C=O) region of ethyl propionate and v(O–D) region of n-propanol-d1. Different species, including multiple sizes of propanol and ethyl propionate self-aggregators, ethyl propionate–n-propanol interaction complexes, and different IL–n-propanol interaction complexes, were identified using excess spectroscopy and confirmed with theoretical calculations. Their changes in relative amounts were also observed. The hydrogen bond between n-propanol and ethyl propionate/[EMIM][OAC] was detected, and the interaction properties were also revealed. Overall, the intrinsic molecular nature of the azeotropy breaking was clear. First, the interactions between [EMIM][OAC] and n-propanol were stronger than those between [EMIM][OAC] and ethyl propionate, which influenced the relative volatilities of the two components in the system. Second, the interactions between n-propanol and [EMIM][OAC] were stronger than those between n-propanol and ethyl propionate. Hence, adding [EMIM][OAC] could break apart the ethyl propionate–n-propanol complex (causing the azeotropy in the studied system). When x([EMIM][OAC]) was lower than 0.04, the azeotropy still existed mainly because the low IL could not destroy the whole ethyl propionate–n-propanol interaction complex. CoCrCuFeMnNix (x = 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 mol, named Ni0.5, Ni1.0, Ni1.5, and Ni2.0, respectively) high‐entropy alloys (HEAs) were prepared by powder metallurgy. The effects of Ni content on its microstructure and corrosion resistance in a 3.5% NaCl solution were studied. The HEAs with low Ni content consisted of FCC1 primary phase, FCC2 secondary phase, and a few σ phases. While the Ni2.0 alloy was composed of the FCC phase and a small amount of σ phase. The results of polarization corrosion in 3.5% NaCl solution show that the increase of Ni content led to the increase of corrosion potential of the alloy and the decrease of corrosion current density and average corrosion rate. Among them, Ni2.0 alloy had the best corrosion resistance. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analysis showed that the increase in Ni content promoted the increase of the polarization resistance of the alloy RCPE and the thickness of the passive film, thus improving the corrosion resistance of the alloys. In order to maintain the local geometric structure of features while learning the deep nonlinear relationship between features, this paper proposes a single-layer autoencoder as a joint framework for feature selection and manifold learning. Firstly, the reconstruction capability of single-layer autoencoder is used to eliminate the single feature with weak contribution to the reconstructed sample, learn the deep nonlinear relationship of the feature, and carry out sparse regularization on the feature weight matrix. Secondly, an optimal feature subset is obtained by improving the local linear embedding algorithm to preserve the local structure among features. Finally, a new target loss function is designed and the L-BFGS algorithm is used for iterative optimization. Compared with other six unsupervised feature selection algorithms on six data sets, the experimental results show that this algorithm is superior to other unsupervised feature selection algorithms in clustering performance and classification performance. This study aimed to investigate the immunoenhancement effects of low molecular weight peptides (SCHPs-F1) from red shrimp (Solenocera crassicornis) head against cyclophosphamide (CTX)-induced immunosuppressed mice. ICR mice were intraperitoneally injected with 80 mg/kg CTX for 5 consecutive days to establish the immunosuppressive model and then intragastrically administered with SCHPs-F1 (100 mg/kg, 200 mg/kg, and 400 mg/kg) to investigate its improving effect on immunosuppressed mice and explore its potential mechanism using Western blot. SCHPs-F1 could effectively improve the spleen and thymus index, promoting serum cytokines and immunoglobulins production and upregulating the proliferative activity of splenic lymphocytes and peritoneal macrophages of the CTX-treated mice. Moreover, SCHPs-F1 could significantly promote the expression levels of related proteins in the NF-κB and MAPK pathways in the spleen tissues. Overall, the results suggested that SCHPs-F1 could effectively ameliorate the immune deficiency caused by CTX and had the potential to explore as an immunomodulator in functional foods or dietary supplements.
