In the field of autonomous driving, driving systems need to understand and quickly respond to changes in road scenes, which makes it equally important to enhance the accuracy and real-time performance of semantic segmentation tasks in road scenes. This article proposes a lightweight road scene semantic segmentation model LR3S that integrates global contextual information based on the DeepLabV3+ framework. LR3S utilizes a lightweight GhostNetV2 network as the backbone to capture rich semantic information in images, and uses ASPP_eSE module to enhance the capture of multi-scale and detail level semantic information. In addition, a lightweight CARAFE upsampling operator is utilized to upsample feature maps, taking advantage of CARAFE’s large receptive field and low computational cost to prevent the loss of fine-grained features and ensure the integrity of semantic information. Experimental results demonstrate that LR3S achieves an MIoU of 74.47% on the Cityscapes dataset and obtains an MIoU of 76.01% on the PASCAL VOC 2012 dataset. Compared to baseline semantic segmentation models, LR3S significantly reduces the parameter amount while maintaining segmentation accuracy, achieving a good balance between model accuracy and real-time performance. Cesium lead halide perovskites are regarded as effective candidates for light-absorbing materials in solar cells, which have shown excellent performances in experiments such as promising power conversion efficiency. In this article, we analyze the electronic and optical properties of the orthorhombic CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3 with Cmcm space group based on the first-principles calculations, which are rarely studied experimentally and theoretically. In addition, we also analyze the properties of the cubic and orthorhombic CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3 with Pm3¯m and Pnma space groups for comparison, respectively. The optimized lattice constants of all phases of CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3 are in good agreement with the available experimental results. The calculated bandgap values of the cubic CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3, and the orthorhombic (Pnma) CsPbBr3 are in good agreement with the experimental data. The results show that the orthorhombic (Cmcm) CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3 are direct bandgap semiconductors with bandgap values of 2.358 eV and 2.062 eV, respectively, which are close to the bandgap values of their orthorhombic (Pnma) counterparts. In addition, the optical properties in the photon energy range of 0–4 eV indicate that the potential of the orthorhombic (Cmcm) CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3 as light-absorbing materials is close to that of the orthorhombic (Pnma) CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3, respectively. C60 fullerenes are often used as drug carriers because of their unique geometric structure and electronic properties. To investigate whether C60 fullerenes can be used as a drug delivery system for 6-mercaptopurine (6MP), we calculated the binding energy and the solvation energy of C60-6MP complexe using density functional theory (DFT). In order to explore whether doping atoms with different properties can change the adsorption performance of 6MP on C60, we replaced one carbon atom of C60 with three different atoms of Si, Al and Ti. The results showed that the binding energy of C59-X-6MP(X = Si, Al, Ti) complexes are higher than C60-6MP complexe, and the solvation energy are lower, which indicating that doping can improve the drug delivery characteristics of C60 to make it easier to release the drug. In addition, in different atom doped fullerenes, the doped transition metal Ti fullerene is more suitable as 6MP carrier.
