Emerging evidence suggests the microbiome may affect a number of diseases, including lung cancer. However, the direct relationship between gut bacteria and lung cancer remains uncharacterized. In this study, we directly sequenced the hypervariable V1-V2 regions of the 16S rRNA gene in fecal samples from patients with lung cancer and healthy volunteers. Unweighted principal coordinate analysis (PCoA) revealed a clear difference in the bacterial community membership between the lung cancer group and the healthy control group. The lung cancer group had remarkably higher levels of Bacteroidetes, Fusobacteria, Cyanobacteria, Spirochaetes, and Lentisphaerae but dramatically lower levels of Firmicutes and Verrucomicrobia than the healthy control group (P < 0.05). Despite significant interindividual variation, eight predominant genera were significantly different between the two groups. The lung cancer group had higher levels of Bacteroides, Veillonella, and Fusobacterium but lower levels of Escherichia-Shigella, Kluyvera, Fecalibacterium, Enterobacter, and Dialister than the healthy control group (P < 0.05). Most notably, correlations between certain specific bacteria and serum inflammatory biomarkers were identified. Our findings demonstrated an altered bacterial community in patients with lung cancer, providing a significant step in understanding the relationship between gut bacteria and lung cancer. To our knowledge, this is the first study to evaluate the correlations between certain specific bacteria and inflammatory indicators. To better understand this relationship, further studies should investigate the underlying mechanisms of gut bacteria in lung cancer animal models.

When railway emergency lead to traffic interruption for some sections, it is indispensable for railway administration to take some urgent processing measures for transporting detained passengers and trains. This paper focuses on the method of generating train paths in traffic interruption conditions and proposed the idea that signal system compatibility is a considerable factor in the procedure of searching paths. On the basis of this idea, it was designed that the algorithm of generating train path in terms of adequate capacity strategy. The core of the algorithm is recursive dijkstra algorithm. Finally, we confirmed the practicability of algorithm through an example. The result showed that the proposed algorithm for generating train feasible paths provides references to the organization of railway traffic organization in traffic interruption conditions.

Commercially available Kapton polyimide commonly used in various kinds of spacecrafts travelling in Low Earth Orbits (LEO) is severely degraded upon atomic oxygen (AO) exposure. An effective approach is to introduce the AO resistant component i.e., phenylphosphine oxide (PPO) in polymer. A series of copolyimide films has been successfully synthesized from random copolymerization of a PPO based monomer bis[4-(3-aminophenoxy)phenyl] phenylphosphine oxide (mBAPPO), 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether (4,4′-ODA) and 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyl tetracarboxylic dianhydride (sBPDA). The glass transition temperature (T g ) and mechanical properties were examined by differential scanning calorimetry and universal mechanical testing machine, respectively. The tensile strength, elongation, and T g of the copolyimide films decreased with the increase of PPO content. The effects of PPO content on the morphology and structure evolvement of copolyimide films were also studied. AO exposure tests were performed using a ground-based AO effects simulation facility. Phosphorus-containing polyimide composite films formed a layer of dense polyphosphate network on the PI film after AO exposure protecting the underlying polymers from further degradation. This layer decreased the mass loss rate and outstandingly improved the AO resistance of PI films. The results of all the studies indicate that these phosphorus-containing copolyimide films can achieve great potential as polymeric materials for potential space applications in LEO and a space durable replacement for Kapton.

The corrosion protection of petroleum storage tank is important for safety work in petroleum depot. Precise prediction of soleplate corrosion may reflect the security state of a storage tank, and it can provide scientific references to the anti-corrosion and maintenance in safety management. Grey Model GM(1,1) in the Grey Theory, which is programmed by MATLAB, is introduced and applied to predict the soleplate corrosion of No. G-2 petroleum storage tank in Luquan oil depot. Compared with the measurements, the prediction results meet them very well, which shows that this model is practical, fast, and convenient. Meanwhile, it can reflect the status and the corrosion rate of a petroleum tank. Therefore, it is suitable for wide applications in other relative fields.

As the increasing oil consumption in China year by year, the construction of oil depots is in the ascendant. These depots which store a lot of volatile oil products will cause serious pollution to the urban air. How to effectively predict the generated oil pollutants and how to scientifically and rationally manage the urban depots are big problems that we are confronted with. This paper introduces the Grey Dynamic Model (GDM) with its MATLAB computer program to predict air pollutants in the urban depots. The predictions, compared with the measurements, show that this model is scientific, rapid and practical, which makes it suitable for other applications.

To solve the various problems of traditional sand tables of oil depot, the development procedures of the three-dimensional interactive simulation system are introduced in this paper, according to the similar theories, XMl database and virtual reality technology. Based on the introduction of the system's functions, the development environment and structure of the system are described, and then the implement steps are detailedly represented as follows: modeling the three-dimensional mountain cavern, optimizing the three-dimensional models, integrated display of the three-dimensional models and collision detection and XML data programming and parsing. Finally, the development suggests are proposed.
