To ensure the national demand for gas supply and peak shaving, a project of capacity expansion is proposed for the Xiangguosi underground gas storage (UGS). A geologic integrity evaluation is urgently needed to optimize the upper operating pressure and ensure the long-term safe operation. Thus, based on the geological, seismic, well logging, and dynamic monitoring data as well as the indoor core experimental data, 3D static and 4D geomechanical models were established for this UGS. Some geomechanical characteristics of the geological body were analyzed. The stability of the caprock, base, and fault under different reservoir pressure was individually simulated and evaluated as well. The results show that, both the caprock of the Liangshan Formation and the base of the Hanjiadian Formation may produce a little formation deformation during the operation; the five reservoir-controlling faults have no risk of fault activation during the early UGS operation under current stress conditions, and their sealing performance is good; when the reservoir pressure is higher than the original formation pressure of 6 MPa, the integrity of the Xiangguosi UGS is at risk of instability. This research accurately and quantitatively evaluate the operation safety of the Xiangguosi UGS under the influence of dynamic stress field, which has important guiding significance for the optimization of its operation plan.

This article describes how Chinese rural migrant workers are subject to the contradictory integrated regimes of capitalist advocates of migration and urbanisation, which are, in reality, distinctive integrating constraints. Online platform work has become a key site for rural migrant workers in China to experience and experiment with obfuscating sets of promotions and disciplines about labour, migration and urbanness. We propose the concept of platformed distinction work to explain how platforms have played a complex and multifunctional role that enhances migrant workers' participation in the digital economy while concurrently defining and conditioning their labour as disadvantaged distinct work. Landslide dams, especially stable landslide dams, have been recognised as important contributors to regional geomorphological evolution. The eastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau provides good conditions for the formation of stable landslide dams. To identify stable landslide dams on the eastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau, the Google Earth Engine (GEE) was first used to map water surfaces in the study area. Then, stable landslide dams were identified using high-precision remote sensing images provided by Google Earth. A field investigation and a sampling of typical stable landslide dams were also adopted to characterise the landslide dams. The results show that 101 stable landslide dams are present in the study area, covering an area of 27.75 × 104 km2. There are four types of stable landslide dams, as follows: (1) landslides, (2) rock avalanches, (3) moraines, and (4) debris flows. The morphological parameters of a dam, which include dam height, dam width, dam volume, and catchment area, can be fitted with different relationship curves, with respect to the number of landslide dams. The source areas of landslide dams are generally located in the upper-middle and upper sections of adjacent mountains. The stability of a landslide dam is mainly controlled by the structure of the dam and the relationship between the dam volume and catchment area. Structurally, large rocks with large particle sizes are difficult to activate using river water and the large gaps between the rocks provide sufficient channels for the flow of river water. In regard to the relationship between the dam volume and catchment area, a river with a small catchment area in the study area is commonly blocked by a large dam volume. Ketosis, especially its subclinical form, is frequently observed in high-yielding dairy cows and is linked to various diseases during the transition period. Although adipose tissue plays a significant role in the development of metabolic disorders, its exact impact on the emergence of subclinical ketosis (SCK) is still poorly understood. The objectives of this study were to characterize and compare the profiling of transcriptome and lipidome of blood and adipose tissue between SCK and healthy cows and investigate the potential correlation between metabolic disorders and lipid metabolism. We obtained blood and adipose tissue samples from healthy cows (CON, n = 8, β-hydroxybutyric acid concentration < 1.2 mmol/L) and subclinical ketotic cows (SCK, n = 8, β-hydroxybutyric acid concentration = 1.2–3.0 mmol/L) for analyzing biochemical parameters, transcriptome, and lipidome. We found that serum levels of nonesterified fatty acids, malonaldehyde, serum amyloid A protein, IL-1β, and IL-6 were higher in SCK cows than in CON cows. Levels of adiponectin and total antioxidant capacity were higher in serum and adipose tissue from SCK cows than in CON cows. The top enriched pathways in whole blood and adipose tissue were associated with immune and inflammatory responses and sphingolipid metabolism, respectively. The accumulation of ceramide and sphingomyelin in adipose tissue was paralleled by an increase in genes related to ceramide biosynthesis, lipolysis, and inflammation and a decrease in genes related to ceramide catabolism, lipogenesis, adiponectin production, and antioxidant enzyme systems. Increased ceramide concentrations in blood and adipose tissue correlated with reduced insulin sensitivity. The current results indicate that the lipid profile of blood and adipose tissue is altered with SCK and that certain ceramide species correlate with metabolic health. Our research suggests that disruptions in ceramide metabolism could be crucial in the progression of SCK, exacerbating conditions such as insulin resistance, increased lipolysis, inflammation, and oxidative stress, providing a potential biomarker of SCK and a novel target for nutritional manipulation and pharmacological therapy. The 1100 aluminum alloy has been widely used in many industrial fields due to its high specific strength, fracture toughness, excellent thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. In this study, the corrosion behavior of the homogenized and hot-extruded 1100 aluminum alloy in acid salt spray environment for different time was studied. The microstructure of the 1100 aluminum alloy before and after corrosion was characterized by an optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and a laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM). The difference in corrosion resistance between the homogenized and extruded 1100 aluminum alloy was analyzed via the electrochemical method. The results indicate that after hot extrusion at 400 °C, the microstructure of the 1100 aluminum alloy changes from an equiaxed crystal structure with (111) preferentially distributed in a fibrous structure with (220) preferentially distributed. There was no obvious dynamic recrystallization occurring during extrusion, and the second-phase particles containing Al-Fe-Si were coarse and unevenly distributed. With the increase in corrosion time, corrosion pits appeared on the surface of the 1100 aluminum alloy, and a corrosion product layer was formed on the surface of the homogenized 1100 aluminum alloy, which reduced the corrosion rate. After 96 h of corrosion, the CPR of the extruded samples was 0.619 mm/a, and that of the homogenized samples was 0.442 mm/a. The corrosion resistance of the extruded 1100 aluminum alloy was affected by the microstructure and the second phase, and no protective layer of corrosion products was formed on the surface, resulting in a faster corrosion rate and deeper corrosion pits.
