With the rapid development of social economy and the increasing improvement of people’s living standards, car ownership is increasing exponentially, and road traffic accidents occur frequently. The identification of liability of traffic accident is an important problem in accident handling, which relates to the life and property interests of the litigants concerned. At present, the identification of liability of traffic accident basically depends on the manual judgment of law enforcement department, which is influenced by the experience and human feelings of law enforcement personnel, and has certain randomness and uncertainty. This paper proposes a traffic accident intelligent responsibility identification system based on Case-based Reasoning and D-S Evidence Theory. In the process of liability identification, Case-based Reasoning and D-S Evidence Theory are combined to analyze cases in case database. According to the case similarity, the basic probability of the litigants bearing the main liability is fused to obtain the probability interval of each litigant bearing the main liability, so as to determine the main liability person of the accident. By testing in real cases, the method proposed in this paper has achieved outstanding effect in identifying the main liability of traffic accidents. &nbsp

Under the hydrothermal conditions, two new 4,4′-oxydiphthalhydrazidate-containing compounds [Zn2(odpth)2(phen)2]·H2O 1 and [In(odpth)(ox)(phen)] 2 (odpth = 4,4′-oxydiphthalhydrazidate, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, ox = oxalate), were obtained. Note that odpth ligand was derived from the hydrothermal in situ acylation reaction between 4,4′-oxydiphthalic acid (odpha) with N2H4⋅H2O. In compound 1, the odpth ligands exhibit a μ2-bridging mode, which link Zn(II) centers into a 1-D chained structure with ancillary phen molecules. Interestingly, in compound 2, the ox ligands exhibit a μ2-bridging mode, which link In(III) centers into a different 1-D chained structure with ancillary odpth and phen molecules. Although they are only 1-D chained coordination polymers, they all further self-assemble into the interesting supramolecular networks via π⋯π stacking or hydrogen-bonded interactions. The photoluminescence analyses indicate that the compounds in the different states (in the solid state or in aqueous solution) may exhibit different emission behaviors.

The power sector is one of the pillar industries of China's national economy, and it is also a capital and technology intensive industry. In 2003 China's vertically integrated power utility corporation, the State Power Corporation (SPC), was unbundled and separated into quite many companies, including two grid firms, in an effort to increase competition and improve efficiency of the power industry. Grid firms are important public utilities as they are responsible for improving the reliability of the power supply and ensuring that all the residents have access to electricity. Using a balanced panel of 30 provincial power grid firms for the period 1999–2016, this study applies a distance function based panel data stochastic frontier analysis approach to study the impact of the unbundling reform on the service efficiency of the grid sector where factors affecting the inefficiency term are classified into four groups. The results indicate that introducing a capital variable into the analysis had a significant impact on the estimated efficiencies; In addition, the unbundling reform of the separation of power plants from the grid that was implemented in 2003 has not improved the service quality of the power grid firms; Both the customer hours lost and the maximum temperature difference had a negative impact on the service efficiency; At the same time, significant differences in service efficiency were found among the provinces and regions.

An investigation on the structural, electronic, thermodynamic, and mechanical properties of octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine (HMX)/2-methylpyridine-N-oxide (MPNO) cocrystal was carried out from 0 to 100 GPa by using a dispersion-corrected density functional theory (DFT-D) method. Our calculated crystal structure is in excellent agreement with experimental results at ambient pressure. Based on the analysis of lattice parameters, lattice angles, bond lengths, bond angles, and dihedral angles under high pressure, we observe that HMX molecules in the cocrystal bulk are seriously distorted but MPNO molecules remain relatively unchanged. Hydrogen bond lengths are greatly shortened under high pressure. In addition, with the increase in pressure, the bandgap decreases gradually. However, it increases suddenly at 70 GPa. Currently sensor network data aggregation scheme as an important form of information transmission, is widely used in all kinds of data transmission. This sink node comprehensively checks and compares data and also ensure its secure transmission of data. In the process of researching and analyzing a secure and transparent gathering sensor network program data, this paper firstly introduce the safety data convergence protocol and encryption data aggregation scheme, and then build the network model and the attacker model and elaborate sensors data convergence specific program and finally analyze sensor network data solutions security.

— Scientific researches advancements achieving miniaturization of Micro-electromechanical Systems, has enable smarts autonomous embedded devices know as sensor nodes, that are developed on numerous platforms using the proprietary of hardware and software with capability to communicate wirelessly. Today more than ever these sensors are continuously spreading to civilian usage side of things and in many others applications , including military, security, medical, environments, and animal among others, to sense specific occurrence of desired event and may carried very important data on physical device such as the mica-mote. Hence a plethora of security protocols arises in order to mitigate the risks of malicious attacks such as eavesdrop communications, or data alteration, using cryptographic techniques such as Elliptic curve for data privacy, accuracy, integrity, efficiency, and reducing the energy consumption by mote and processors. We focus on securing data by all means. Hence the in-network processing technique is used to reduce considerably the energy consumption, considering that sensors deployments in inaccessible and resource-constrained environments. After the drawback, we investigate the secured data aggregation and give security requirements that are mandatory to a Trusted Data Aggregation with Low Energy model to satisfy. The rapid progress of mobile Internet has brought about wide range of applications of security audit systems. As a part of security audit system, content security audit is crucial for ensuring the reliability and security for system applications. In this paper, we propose a novel multiple patterns matching algorithm WMMA based on the Chinese context (Wu-Manber Algorithm for Mobile Internet Security Audit) to realize auditing the interactive content in the mobile Internet. Our improved algorithm based on the efficient WM (Wu-Manber) multiple patterns matching algorithm, which can improve the insufficient of the WM when dealing with Chinese context. The simulation results showed that the improved algorithm is more suitable for the mobile Internet content security auditing of Chinese language environment, which has higher operation efficiency.

Tiny autonomous embedded electronics (sensor nodes) devices able to communicate through wireless channels are ensuring the emission and reception of data through a communication radio between two sensors grouped by hundreds and thousands within Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs). These amazing new technology with ongoing research worldwide, are merging networking, systems hardware, systems software and programming methodologies thus enabling applications that previously were not practical. Hence numerical simulations on computers can now visualize the physical world phenomena that could be observed through empirical means, as sensors are deployed in a dedicated environment, to fulfill their aim of sensing for any occurrence of the event of interest. The data sensed by these wireless sensors are now very sensitive, thus need to be fully protected by all means, which is why T. D. Engouang et al., argued that securityand reliability and also durability are mandatory when deploying any sensor nodes or hard device. The Pallier based homomorphic encryption data aggregation is proposed with security measures preserving data integrity and privacy.

In the current urban rail transit system, the levels of informatization and integration are not high. In order to change the traditional pattern of rail transportation operation and management, we propose an intelligent information platform of subway system based on Internet of things. Depending on the sensor nodes deployed in various functional departments of rail transport and the RFID technology, this system transmits the collected data to the database server through the gateway node by deploying. After fuse the data from multi-sensor, the system possesses the data in wisdom subway information integrated platform uniformly. Simultaneously, this paper also proposes a completely covered algorithm in the monitoring areas as one of the key technologies applied in the information platform.

Data fusion technology is widely used in data processing due to its characteristic of less transfer data. However, with the continuous application of wireless sensor networks, it raises higher demands for information integrity and privacy, data fusion faces new challenges. The paper focuses on issues related to the integration of wireless sensor network security data, analyzes its attack types of surface degrees and the need for security protection.

Objective: This study was to explore the appropriate extent of mediastinal lymph node dissection for clinical stage T 1a N 0 M 0 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by comparison between two modes of mediastinal lymph node dissection. Materials and Methods: A total of 96 clinical stage T 1a N 0 M 0 NSCLC cases received radical surgery were randomly divided to lobe-specific mediastinal lymphadenectomy (LL) group and systematic mediastinal lymphadenectomy (SL) group from the year 2004 to 2008. The effects of SL and LL on morbidity, N staging, overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) were investigated. Meanwhile, associations between clinicopathological parameters and metastasis of lymph nodes were analyzed. Results: The mean operating time and blood loss in LL group were significantly less than that in the SL group (135.48 ± 25.44 min vs. 180.85 ± 39.36 min, 155.11 ± 25.17 ml vs. 161.32 ± 28.20 ml, P < 0.05), the mean numbers of dissected lymph nodes of the SL group was significantly greater than that in the LL group (17.1 ± 3.7 vs. 9.4 ± 2.1, P < 0.05). The post-operative overall morbidity rate was higher in the SL group than that in the LL group (P < 0.05). There were no significant difference in migration of N staging, OS and DFS between two groups. The post-operative N staging, the tumor cells differentiation and the ratio of ground glass opacity (GGO) in tumor were the independent factors influencing long-term survival. Moreover, the significant correlation was seen between the metastasis of lymph nodes and clinicopathological parameters including tumor location and the GGO ratio. Conclusion: The LL group had similar efficacy as the SL group in the clinical stage T 1a N 0 M 0 NSCLC and there was unnecessary to perform systematic lymphadenectomy in such patients with a high ratio of GGO.

A BAF double packed with Raschig rings/ceramic media was developed to determine its pollutants removal efficiency with less frequent backwashing as compared with ordinary BAF. Results showed that a stable operation was achieved during the entire test period and the backwashing cycle time could be extended as well. The COD and SS removals of 57% and 52%, respectively, could be achieved by the Raschig rings packed layer. Nitrifying bacteria accounted for as much as 95% in the ceramic packed layer and ensured high nitrification efficiency with a removal rate of 40.2 gNH4+-N/h•m3. With wastewater pretreatment and backwashing of the packed Raschig rings, the operation cycle of double-packed BAF could be extended to 16 days. In addition, the recovery of treatment performance was fairly rapid after backwashing.

This review summarizes the preparation methods of support ionic liquids (SILs) and their applications in rare metals separation. The rare metals separation includes the recovery of high value metal ions and the removal of heavy metal ions from wastewater. SILs can be used as a kind of highly efficient multifunctional separation materials. The preparation methods of SILs include chemical immobilization technique in which ILs moieties are supported on solid supports via covalent bonds and physical immobilization techniques in which ILs are immobilized on solid supports via physical method such as simple impregnation, sol-gel method. According to the difference of solid supports, this review summarizes the application of polymer supported ionic liquids (P-SILs), silica based material supported ionic liquids (SM-SILs) and membrane supported ionic liquids (M-SILs) in rare metals separation. P-SILs and SM-SILs prepared by chemical method with N-methylimidazolium group can be used as highly efficient anion exchangers with high thermal stability and good chemical stability for adsorption of Cr(VI), Re(VII), Ce(IV). P-SILs prepared via simple impregnation afforded IL functionalized solvent impregnated resins (SIRs) which showed high separation efficiency and selectivity in the separation of rare earths(III) (REs(III)). SM-SILs prepared via sol-gel method with IL doped in the support as porogens or extractant show high removal efficiencies and excellent stability for the separation of RE(III), Cr(III) and Cr(VI). M-SILs with IL as plasticizer or carrier show improved stability, high permeability coefficient and good selectivity for Cr(VI) transport. Different supports and different supporting methods were sufficiently compared. Based on the different practical application, different forms of SILs can be prepared for separation of rare metals with high separation efficiency and selectivity.
