Abstract

This study explores the role of self-efficacy and outcome expectancy as a concept related to expectations in the process of improving job satisfaction. In this study, we conducted a survey to employees of social enterprises in Korea and finally conducted an empirical analysis using 233 subjects as a method. As a result, Job fitness increases self-efficacy by making workers confident when doing their job well. In conclusion, Person-Job fit and Person-Supervisor fit influences motivation and then improves performance-related variables such as Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The lateral vibration of the high-speed rotation slice-disk is controlled using the hydrodynamic film and the control of the disk was studied by the finite element method and the experimental measurement. The slice-disk was meshed by elements of the fan-shaped grid. A dynamic equation of the rotation disk was established by the Lagrange equation and the theory of the hydrodynamic lubrication. The static and dynamic characteristics of the disk system were analyzed by the equation. A special experiment set was developed and used to measure the lateral vibration displacement of the disk. The measured data were compared with the theoretical analysis. The comparison shows that the dynamic equation established is correct. And present work gives a technique method of decreasing the lateral vibration of and increasing the stability.

28. Solid-state reaction method to 6Li, Ce:YAG ceramics for thermal neutron detection

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe crystal structures and optical properties of 5% 6Li:Ce0.09Y2.91Al5O12transparent ceramics prepared by solid-state reaction with different vacuum sintering temperature were investigated in this paper. The results reveal that with the increasing of sintering temperature, the transmittance of 6Li,Ce:YAG ceramics increases from 36% (1680°C) to 82% (1780°C) at 1000 nm, and the intensity of absorption peaks at 340 and 460 nm increases. The emission peak wavelengths of 6Li:Ce0.09Y2.91Al5O12ceramics have been measured as 534.5 nm, and there is no red shift. The high transmittance and emission peak (at 534.5 nm) suggested that this material could be a candidate for neutron detection applications.

Abstract

High transmittance of Nd-doped YAG transparent ceramics were synthesized by a traditional solid-state reactive sintering method. The crystalline and the optical properties of the samples were investigated. The results show the relative density and transmittance of Nd-doped YAG ceramics depended on the sintering time and temperature. The maximum transmittance of Nd:YAG ceramics is above 90%. All the transparent Nd:YAG ceramics present a main emission peak at 1064.5 nm, which is in accord with Nd:YAG single crystal. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

In recent years, ZnO nanomaterials have achieved great performance in solar energy applications. How to synthesize a ZnO nanocomposite structure with high photoelectric conversion efficiency has become an urgent problem to solved. In this paper, a narrow band gap bismuth trioxide (Bi2O3) coated on a ZnO nanoarray by magnetron sputtering was used to prepare a composite heterojunction ZnO/Bi2O3. Studies have found that ZnO/Bi2O3 exhibits excellent photoelectric conversion performance. By preparing a composite heterostructure of ZnO/Bi2O3, it can effectively compensate for the insufficient absorption of ZnO in the visible light range and inhibit the recombination of carriers within the material. The influence of Bi2O3 thickness on the microstructure and electronic structure of the ZnO/Bi2O3 composite structure was explored and analyzed. The energy gap width of the composite heterostructure decreases with the increase in the Bi2O3 thickness on the surface of the ZnO nanorod array. At the same time, the conductive glass composite film structure is simple to prepare and is very environmentally friendly. The ZnO/Bi2O3 composite heterogeneous material prepared this time is suitable for solar cells, photodetectors, photocatalysis and other fields. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
