Abstract

In view of problem of difficult information flow operation of domestic existing mine emergency command system, and in order to solve key problems of integration such as lack of information asymmetry and information loss, an integrated command decision-making information platform for mine emergency rescue was designed, overall structure of the platform, decision-making information server and client software were introduced in details, and information transmission method of the platform was expounded emphatically. The field exercise and test results show that the platform satisfies actual function requirements of mines, and improves information transmission efficiency of emergency command and informatization level of emergency rescue command system.

Abstract

In view of problem that risk assessment for provincial coal mine lacks theory and method, a comprehensive risk assessment method for provincial coal mine accident was proposed: first of all, quantized value of damage extent and occurrence probability of risk indicators of coal mine accidents were assessed and scored by experts to construct comprehensive judgment matrix; then AHP was used to determine weight of each risk module; and finally, overall risk level of risk modules were calculated. The proposed method lays theoretical and practical basis for risk management of provincial coal mine accidents by generality research of risk assessment of regional coal mine accidents.

Taking development trend of mine emergency rescue command communication system as design requirements, a design scheme of integrated communication system of mine emergency rescue command which combines with wired SHDSL, wireless WiFi and satellite communication technologies was proposed based on three-level command information transmission model. The test results show that the system meet needs of converged communication of various real-time data such as voice, video, environment monitoring parameter and personnel vital sign parameter with high transmission rate and long communication distance.
