Taking Guotun Coal Mine -670 auxiliary horizontal track roadway as the engineering background, the stress change of roadway surrounding rock is analyzed through the mechanical model of bearing circle, and the stress change of roadway surrounding rock under different driving distances, lateral pressure coefficients and vertical stresses is studied by FLAC3D software. The resales show that as the roadway expands to the deep, the bearing ring also shifts to the deep and the thickness increases, the stress of the roof and floor of the roadway changes greatly than that of the two sides, and the shape of the bearing ring changes from circle to ellipse; the control effect of bolts and anchor cables with different lengths on the bearing ring is analyzed; the bolts mainly control the inner boundary of the bearing ring to reduce the damage of the shallow part of the roadway surrounding rock, and the anchor cables mainly control the outer boundary of the bearing ring and affect the stress distribution of roadway surrounding rock. According to the bearing ring theory and the control effect of bolt and anchor cable on the bearing ring, the combined support scheme of “bolt net shotcrete + bolt + anchor cable” is proposed. The application show that the combined support technology of “bolt net shotcrete + bolt + anchor cable” has great technical advantages for the control of surrounding rock in deep roadway.

The aluminum alloy is used as the aluminum source, together with melamine and cyanuric acid, in a water reaction system to obtain the precursor of Al2O3/g-C3N4 through self-assembly in one step, and then calcined to obtain the Al2O3/g-C3N4 composite photocatalytic material. γ-Al2O3 has a defect site that can accept g-C3N4 electrons and can bind well with g-C3N4. The addition of γ-Al2O3 changed the morphology of g-C3N4 into a damaged tubular structure with many irregular pores. Also, the specific surface area increased to about 1.2 times that of g-C3N4, and the light absorption edge was extended to 500 nm. In addition, the position of the valence band of g-C3N4 was also changed. Compared with g-C3N4, Al2O3/g-C3N4 has better photocatalytic performance, and the degradation rate of dye rhodamine B (RhB) is about 1.70 times that of g-C3N4. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Carvacrol and thymol (CAT) have been widely recognized for their antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, yet their specific effects on colitis and the mechanisms involved remain insufficiently understood. This study establishes a causative link between CAT administration and colitis mitigation, primarily through the enhancement of Bifidobacterium pseudolongum abundance in the colon. This increase promotes the production of secondary bile acids, particularly hyodeoxycholic acid (HDCA) and 12-ketodeoxycholic acid (12-KCAC), which exert anti-inflammatory effects. Notably, CAT does not alleviate colitis symptoms in germ-free mice, indicating the necessity of gut microbiota. This research uncovers a novel regulatory mechanism where HDCA and 12-KCAC inhibit colonic inflammation by reducing the expression of transmembrane guanylate cyclase 1A in the colonic epithelium. This downregulation elevates intracellular Ca 2+ and cGMP levels, activating protein kinase G (PKG). Activated PKG subsequently suppresses the mTOR signaling pathway, thereby ameliorating dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colonic damage. These findings highlight potential metabolites and therapeutic targets for preventing and treating colitis. SPARC is a cysteine-rich acidic secreted protein. It is a non-collagen component of bone, which is widely distributed in humans and animals and plays an important role. SPARC has been found in a variety of human cancers (breast cancer, stomach cancer, ovarian cancer, etc.) and diabetes-related research. Especially the muscle and fat metabolism are closely related. In this study, we used a DNA pool to detect a new SNP site (g.12454T  >  C). A total of 616 samples of four breeds of Qinchuan cattle (QC, n = 176 ), Xianan cattle (XN, n = 160 ), Pinan cattle (PN, n = 136 ) and Jiaxian cattle (JX, n = 144 ) were analyzed and identified with ARMS-PCR. In addition, we correlated SNP with growth traits and showed significant correlation with growth traits such as rump length, hip width, and body length ( p < 0.05 ). Moreover, we tested the SPARC gene expression level in different tissues belonging to XN adult cattle ( n = 3 ) and found its high expression in muscle tissues (relative to the kidney). Further, we found the SNP is able to increase the SPARC expression level in skeletal muscle ( n = 12 ).
