All-inorganic lead-free perovskite C s 3 C u 2 I 5 thin films were prepared using pulsed laser deposition. Effects of the substrate temperature, laser energy, and laser frequency on the film structure and optoelectronic properties were studied. A heterojunction photodetector based on C s 3 C u 2 I 5 / n − S i was constructed, and the deep-ultraviolet photoresponse was obtained. A high I l i g h t / I d a r k ratio of 130 was achieved at − 1.3 V , and the peak response of the heterojunction photodetector was 70.8 mA/W (280 nm), with the corresponding specific detectivity of 9.44 × 10 11 c m ⋅ H z 1 / 2 ⋅ W − 1 . Moreover, the device showed good stability after being exposed to air for 30 days.

The three-dimensional solid model of the chassis which is the support structure for the wheeled robot's load and power parts is established. Based on the theory of elasticity, the relation equations of the three direction stress and strain of the chassis structure are given. The calculation analysis and simulation are completed by the finite element method, and the structural stress and strain of the chassis under loads and driving forces are obtained. Through simulating and analyzing the stress, strain and deformation values and distribution on the chassis structure, it makes a basis for the design and research of the chassis with light weighted and appropriate stress and deformation.

"In order to study the effect of strenuous exercise to human blood flow and vessels stress, the paper takes the central artery in human brain for an example, and carries out a two-way fluid-solid coupling finite element analysis on it. The three-dimensional model is reconstructed, and the calculation was made with Computational Fluid Dynamics software. The simulation results show that, a low velocity vortex region is formed in the sinus of the artery, and the vortex phenomenon is getting weaker with the increase of the acceleration value. The structure shape of blood vessel is the main factor affecting the wall shear stress and Mises stress. With the increase of the exercise acceleration, the maximum of wall shear stress and Mises stress of the vessel wall shows an approximate linear growth."

The calculation formula for divergence of DC grounding current was put forward. The divergence of DC grounding current at different directions in the earth was studied. The main factors include the pattern of electrode, distance between sending end area and receiving end area, earth structure, etc. Some important conclusions were discovered. When observation point is close to DC grounding electrode, the pattern electrode has a big effect on the divergence of DC grounding current. When observation point is far from DC grounding electrode, soil structure has an effect on the divergence of DC grounding current. When the distance between DC grounding electrodes in the sending end area and receiving end area is short, the interaction of two electrodes should be considered.

In recent years, strategic adjustment of economic structure is as the main direction of accelerating transformation of economic development mode in Sichuan province of China. Electricity load characteristics and its development trend could reflect industries’ structure of Sichuan province. The ways of typical day selection and load curve calculation are discussed. Electricity load of typical trades of three industries and residents’ life is analyzed, whose load curves of everyday as well as the four seasons are obtained. As a result, relationship between electricity load structure and industrial structure is get.

With the rapid growth of hydropower in Sichuan, power structure becomes a primary issue of development of power grid. In this paper, the understandings of the connotation of coordinated development are proposed that it is of importance to rely on power exchanging using power grid platform to supplement provincial power and load characteristic. Main research contents are summed up from nine areas from the aspects of inside and outside province. And some difficulties needed to pay attention are also explained.

DC magnetic biasing problem,caused by the DC grounding electrode, threatened the safe operation of AC power grid. In this paper, the characteristics of the soil stratification near DC grounding electrode was researched. The AC-DC interconnected large-scale system model under the monopole operation mode was established. The earth surface potential and DC current distribution in various stations under the different surface thickness was calculated. Some useful conclusions are drawn from the analyzed results.
