The planning and construction of urban public sports are an indispensable guarantee condition for implementing the national fitness plan, further improving the national physique and health status and improving the overall quality of the Chinese nation. With the improvement of Internet technology and various information technologies, urban public sports still publish service information such as consultation and competition through traditional information channels. The distribution channel is relatively single, the degree of informatization is not high, and the level of consulting service is low. In this paper, the model construction of urban public sports service system is studied under the background of information technology. During the period of frequency 30-40, on average, 26.8% of urban residents have participated in various sports training services; during the period of frequency 50-60, 28.6% have received professional fitness guidance services; and during the period of frequency 70-80, 27.5% have participated in professional exercise planning services. Through the model of urban public sports service system built under the background of information technology, the spread range is expanded, and the fixed participants are gradually formed. In this respect, we also enjoy the “technology dividend” of the popularity of network information technology and smart phones, which makes online booking service easier for the audience to use. We should pay attention to the diversified development of public sports service subjects, provide diversified public sports services, actively understand public sports demand, and penetrate the residents’ demand expression mechanism, so as to promote the public sports service system to form a structural state of benign interaction, joint participation, and dynamic communication.

Purpose: The safety and efficacy of vaccination in people with hypertension (HTN) is important. There are currently just a few data on the immunogenicity and safety of inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations in hypertension patients. Methods: After receiving a two-dose immunization, 94 hypertension patients and 74 healthy controls(HCs) in this study, the evaluation included looking at antibodies(Abs) against receptor binding domain (RBD) IgG, neutralizing antibodies(NAbs), RBD-specific B cells and memory B cells(MBCs). Results: There was no discernible difference in the overall adverse events(AEs) over the course of seven or thirty days between HTN patients and HCs. HTN patients had lower frequencies of RBD-specific memory B cells and the seropositivity rates and titers of Abs compared to HCs(all, p < 0.05). HTN patients may exhibit comparable immunological responses in with or without concomitant cardiovascular and cerebrovascular conditions(CCVD). We again discovered a correlation between a weak Ab response and the interval time following a two-dose immunization. Conclusion: Inactivated COVID-19 vaccinations were safe in hypertension patients, however humoral immune was limited.

For the robotic detecting and grasping of the digestive tract, a cyber-physical system of focus capturing based on a physician's vision and the high-performance robot impedance control method are proposed in this study. The structure of the cyber-physical system for the focus information is given, which includes the physician, the network, the robot, and the digestive tract. The structure is controlled remotely by physicians through a 5G network, and is divided into two layers. The upper layer is mainly for physicians to capture the target of digestive tract focus through enhancement learning, and send instructions to the lower layer robot impedance control set and joint controller through space conversion and 5G network. In this way, the lower layer robot joint can quickly find the target of the digestive tract focus according to the instruction. At the same time, the optimal performance of target capturing, target trajectory processing of Akima, and time-varying nonlinear mapping between robot workspace and joint space are discussed. Finally, the Target Focus Capture system based on enhancement learning and new variable structure impedance control is first proposed for the Doctor-Robot system, and the simulation results show that the remote control method is feasible. In addition, it can be used for reference in COVID-19 prevention and control. At the same time, it is of great help to the examination and operation of unskilled professional physicians.

The organic-rich shales and mudstones of the Middle Permian are the most important unconventional petroleum targets in the southern Junggar Basin of northwestern China. Although numerous studies have been vigorously conducted on paleoenvironment reconstructions, the organic matter enrichment mechanism is still controversial due to the utilization of problematic geochemical proxies established in early studies. In this study, major and trace elemental compositions, molecular markers, stable carbon isotopic compositions, and organic petrology were used to study multiple factors affecting the accumulation of organic matter in sediments. According to the results, a relatively hydrostatic, brackish, anoxic environment is proposed in the northern periphery of the Bogda Mountain, where the original structure of organic matter could be preserved with non-correlations between the productivity proxies (P and Ba) and TOC. In the western Bogda area, organic-rich sediments were deposited under suboxic conditions, with frequent fluctuation occurring between the top and bottom water columns. The accumulation of organic matter was the result of productivity blooms and rapid sedimentation. This improved study of the enrichment of organic matter in the Middle Permian around the Bogda Mountain can contribute to improved evaluations of the petroleum potential and distinguishing the characteristics of different organic matter enrichment models.

Background Bronchial foreign bodies (BFBs) are less common in adults. An occult bronchial foreign body (OBFB) is a BFB with nontypical history, symptoms, physical signs and imaging, and is prone to either a delayed diagnosis, a missed diagnosis, or a misdiagnosis. There are no reported cases of adult OBFBs present in the upper lobe of the right lung alone. Case Description A 57-year-old previously healthy woman with no history of foreign body aspiration presented with recurrent cough and sputum that was present from August 2021 to May 2022. Her chest computed tomography (CT) suggested pneumonia in the upper lobe of the right lung, and tuberculosis had to be ruled out. After the laboratory tests to exclude tuberculosis were performed, she was diagnosed with pneumonia of the upper lobe of the right lung. Her symptoms were still recurrent after anti-infection and expectorant treatment. Finally, a yellowish-white substance (curd-like or cottage cheese-like) was found in the upper lobe of the right lung under flexible bronchoscopy, and the patient's cough and sputum symptoms were significantly relieved after removal of the substance. Conclusions OBFBs in adults are clinically rare and are prone to either a delayed diagnosis, a missed diagnosis or a misdiagnosis. A patient can be suspected of having a BFB after meeting the 4 conditions of OBFB and having any one indicator—risk factors, indirect signs of lesions on CT, or recurrent respiratory symptoms after treatment. Flexible bronchoscopy is necessary, and rigid bronchoscopy and surgery can be alternate means.

For all patients, we recorded demographic characteristics and clinical data, analyzed the risk factors for thrombosis in AAV patients and then developed a risk prediction model.Results: Stepwise logistic regression analysis indicated that a high complement C3 level, a high BVAS score and a high Padua score were independent risk factors for thrombosis in AAV patients. According to multivariate analysis, a predictive model for thrombus risk was successfully established; the area under the ROC curve(AUC) was 0.803 (95% CI: 0.716– 0.890) and the maximum Youden index, sensitivity and specificity were 0.487, 59.0% and 89.7%, respectively.Conclusion: A high complement C3 level, high BVAS score, and a high Padua score were shown to be independent risk factors for thrombosis in AAV patients. We developed a risk prediction model based on these three risk factors that could predict the risk of thrombosis in AAV patients to some extent.Keywords: antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody, thromboembolism, risk factors, risk prediction model

Nitrogen is an essential macronutrient required for plant growth. In this study, the relationships between plant growth, photosynthetic capability, chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and nitrogen forms in response to low-nitrogen stress were studied in tomato grafted with different nitrogen-use-efficiency tomato seedlings. Using tomato plants grafted with different rootstocks, we found that, under low-nitrogen stress, plant growth, chlorophyll contents, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), maximal photochemical efficiency (Fv/Fm), the total nitrogen (TN) concentration, and nitrate reductase (NR) activity were significantly inhibited but that the ammonium-nitrogen (NH4+-N) content in the roots significantly increased. High-nitrogen-use-efficiency tomato grafted plants exhibited significantly enhanced plant growth but reduced Pn, Fv/Fm, TN content and NR activity under low-nitrogen conditions compared to the grafted seedlings of the low-nitrogen-use-efficiency genotype. In addition, tomato plants grafted onto high-nitrogen efficient rootstock presented reduced damage caused by excessive accumulation of NH4+-N in the roots under low-nitrogen stress. Our results indicate that tomato plants grafted onto high-nitrogen efficient rootstock presented enhanced absorption and utilization of nitrogen and maintained growth by promoting the use efficiency of light energy under low-nitrogen stress.

It is well known that the closed-loop dynamic quality of the conventional PID correction system is too sensitive to the change of the PID gain value. When the controlled plant is in a changing environment, it is necessary to change the gain according to the plant change in the environment. In addition, when the input signal contains noise, the differentiator in traditional PID control can easily lead to serious noise amplification effect. In view of the above shortcomings, a neuron learning controller with tracking differentiator is proposed, which can reduce the noise of input signal and change the gain of PID according to the change of the environment of the controlled plant. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Refining oil contaminants are complex and cause serious harm to the environment. Remediation of refining oil-contaminated soil is challenging but has significant impact in China. Two plant species Agropyron fragile (Roth) P. Candargy and Avena sativa L. and one bacterium Bacillus tequilensis ZJ01 were used to investigate their efficiency in remediating the refining oil-polluted soil sampled from an oil field in northern China. The simulated experiments of remediations by A. fragile or A. sativa alone and A. fragile or A. sativa combined with B. tequilensis ZJ01 for 39 days and by B. tequilensis ZJ01 alone for 7 days were performed in the laboratory, with B. tequilensis ZJ01 added before or after the germination of seeds. Seed germination rates and morphological characteristics of the plants, along with the varieties of oil hydrocarbons in the soil, were recorded to reflect the remediation efficiency. The results showed that the contamination was weakened in all experimental groups. A. sativa was more sensitive to the pollutants than A. fragile, and A. fragile was much more resistant to the oil hydrocarbons, especially to aromatic hydrocarbons. Adding B. tequilensis ZJ01 before the germination of seeds could restrain the plant growth while adding after the germination of A. fragile seeds notably improved the remediation efficiency. The degradation rate of oil hydrocarbons by B. tequilensis ZJ01 alone was also considerable. Together, our results suggest that the unitary remediation by B. tequilensis ZJ01 and the binary remediation by A. fragile combined with B. tequilensis ZJ01 added after the germination of seeds are recommended for future in situ remediations.

Drought is a common stress in crop growth that limits plant growth, development and yield. Therefore, we explored the feasibility of bio-saving water for tomato production by grafting with drought-tolerant seedlings. In this experiment, we carried out grafting on different drought-tolerant tomato seedlings to study the effects of grafting on root growth and plant nutrient uptake under drought stress. We measured the effects of grafting on root growth, nutrient uptake, carbohydrate content and organic acids in tomato leaves and roots under drought stress. The growth and vigor of roots as well as the concentration of N, P, K, Ca and Mg of the plant were significantly inhibited by drought. The nutrient content was significantly decreased in leaves, and the content of carbohydrates and organic acids was increased in both leaves and roots under drought conditions. Treatment with drought-tolerant tomato seedlings significantly enhanced root growth and increased the element content under water deficit conditions compared to those grafted with drought-susceptible seedlings. In the plants grafted with drought-tolerant seedlings, the contents of carbohydrates and organic acids increased. Our results indicated that the grafted tomato seedlings showed beneficial root growth because drought-tolerant seedlings increased in inorganic and organic osmotic adjustment substances that helped the plants absorb more water and promoted plant growth.

The fact that high-quality lacustrine source rocks (generally shale and mudstone) control the formation and distribution of conventional and unconventional oil and gas reservoirs in lacustrine basins has been well-accepted in petroleum exploration and exploitation. Taking the Chang 7 lacustrine source rocks in the Ordos Basin as an example, several points having been reached are as follows. (1) The Chang 7 source rocks possess an excellent source rock potential, and the shales hold a better potential than the mudstones. (2) The paleoenvironments of the Chang 7 source rocks were sub-reducing to sub-oxidizing conditions and fresh- and brackish-water depositional environments with a maximum water depth of 150 m. The organic matter origins of the source rocks are mainly plankton, algae, bacteria and other aquatic microorganisms. (3) The beginning time of the oil generation of the Chang 7 source rocks is at 165 Ma, and the peak oil generation occurred during 115–95 Ma. The cumulative amounts of oil generation are up to 4711 × 103 t/km2 and the ratios of peak generation amounts to cumulative generation amounts are >50%. The beginning timing and peak generation timing of the shales are earlier than those of the mudstones, respectively, and the cumulative oil generation amount of the shales is higher than that of the mudstones, indicating a better oil generation potential of the shales. (4) Due to the more remained oil possessed in the shales, the hydrocarbon expulsion threshold of the Chang 7 shales (2560 m) is deeper than that of the Chang 7 mudstones (2080 m). (5) The occurrences of the Chang 8–6 tight oils are predominantly controlled by the outer boundary of the Chang 7 source rocks distribution, while the transition areas between thickness, TOC, and RO high value centers are the accumulation and enrichment zones. The Chang 7 shales controlled the occurrence of the Chang 8 tight oil reservoirs and the Chang 7 mudstones controlled the occurrence of the Chang 7 and Chang 6 tight oil reservoirs.

This study reports on the geochemical examination of 18 core samples and 22 crude oil samples from the Qingdong and Dongying sags. Both conventional and heavy oils coexist in the Qingdong Sag, with the heavy oil resulting from biodegradation. Based on the oil-source rock correlation, the conventional oil mainly originates from the Es3l source rock in the central and northern sub-sags, with the biodegraded oil in the western slope having been derived from the Es4u source rock in the central and northern sub-sags. The biodegraded oil in the transition belt is mostly derived from the Dongying Sag (Es4u). The biodegraded oil in the Qingdong-5 area originated from the Es4u member near the Qingdong-5 area in the southern sub-sags. Two stages of oil charging were identified in the Qingdong Sag based on the basin modelling. The first stage occurred during the deposition of the Dongying Formation (Ed) in the Paleogene, and the second stage occurred during the deposition of the Guantao Formation from the Neogene to Quaternary (Ng-Q). The conventional oil in the central and northern parts of the study area mainly accumulated during the second stage and migrated both laterally through the sand-bodies and vertically along the steep faults. The heavy oil in the transition belt mostly accumulated during the second stage, migrating a long distance along the en-echelon step-fault zone, and suffered severe biodegradation. Both stages of oil charging were responsible for the heavy oil in the Qingdong-5 area and the western slope. The former migrated a short distance before being trapped, while the latter moved long distance along the fault strike. The oil charged during the first stage was subject to alteration, eventually being mixed with oil from the second charging event.

Salt and alkali stress affected the photosynthetic characteristics of Chinese cabbages. A salt-tolerant cultivar maintained its tolerance by ensuring the high ability of photosynthesis. The synthesis of organic acids and carbohydrates in leaves played important roles in improving the photosynthetic capacity of alkali-tolerant plants. Soil salinization has become an increasingly serious ecological problem, which limits the quality and yield of crops. As an important economic vegetable in winter, however, little is known about the response of Chinese cabbage to salt, alkali and salt–alkali stress in photosynthetic characteristics and chloroplast ultrastructure. Thus, two Chinese cabbage cultivars, ‘Qinghua’ (salt-tolerant–alkali-sensitive) and ‘Biyu’ (salt-sensitive–alkali-tolerant) were investigated under stresses to clarify the similarities and differences between salt tolerance and alkali tolerance pathways in Chinese cabbage. We found that the root of Qinghua, the leaf ultrastructure and net photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), water use efficiency (WUE), maximum photochemical quantum yield of PSII (Fv/Fm) and nonphotochemical quenching (NPQ) were not affected by salt stress. However, Biyu was seriously affected under salt stress. Its growth indexes decreased by between 60 and 30% compared with the control and the photosynthetic indexes were also seriously affected under salt stress. This indicated that the salt-tolerant cultivar Qinghua improved the photosynthetic fluorescence ability to promote the synthesis of organic matter resulting in salt tolerance. In contrast, under alkali treatment, the root of Biyu was affected by alkali stress, but could still maintain good growth, and root and leaf structure were not seriously affected and could maintain the normal operations. Biyu improved its tolerance by improving the water use efficiency, regulating the synthesis of organic acids and carbohydrates, ensuring the synthesis of organic matter and ensured the normal growth of the plant.

To alleviate the effects of increasingly severe environmental conditions and meet the increasing demand for organic agricultural products, this paper studied tomato grafting under low nitrogen conditions in an effort to enhance yield and improve fruit quality by enhancing nitrogen metabolism. In this study, we screened for two tomato genotypes, a high nitrogen use efficiency genotype (‘TMS-150’) and a low nitrogen use efficiency genotype (‘0301111’), using rootstocks from 25 tomato genotypes and studied the effects of tomato grafting on plant yield, fruit quality, nitrogen content, activities of key nitrogen metabolism enzymes, and nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) under different nitrogen fertilizer conditions. The results showed that the yield of the tomato plants, the activities of key enzymes during nitrogen metabolism, the contents of different forms of nitrogen, and the efficiency of nitrogen use were lower at low nitrogen fertilization levels and higher at higher nitrogen fertilization levels, while the measured indicators were the highest under the N40 nitrogen fertilizer treatment. Grafting tomatoes with high-NUE tomato seedlings as the rootstock resulted in significant increases in the nitrogen content and the activity of key enzymes, enhanced the NUE of tomato plants, increased tomato yield, and improved fruit quality compared to those of the seedlings grafted with low-NUE rootstock. Our results indicate that tomato plants grafted with high-NUE rootstock presented enhanced absorption and utilization of nitrogen and increased plant yield by promoting nitrogen metabolism at different nitrogen levels.

Relatively high abundance of 17α (H)-diahopane has been detected in source rock extracts in the Yabulai Basin, a lacustrine basin in northwest China. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Field emission environment scanning electron microscope imaging (FE-ESEM) were used in combination with conventional geochemical parameters to unravel the enrichment mechanisms. Significant variations of 17α (H)-diahopane concentrations detected in the Xinhe Formation with similar maturity inferred that thermal evolution is not the unique factor inducing the compound generating. The sedimentation of samples rich in 17α (H)-diahopane usually occur under suboxic conditions. Results of mineralogy analysis suggested that samples with high content of 17α (H)-diahopane are rich in carbonate minerals (about 20 wt %), which might deposit in brackish-saline water depositional environment. Relatively high content of gammacerane is also consistent with the experimental results of XRD. Based on the viewpoint of Moldowan et al. (1991), the regular hopanes may be the precursor of the rearranged hopanes, with the Wagner-Meerwein rearrangement as the mechanism. In this reaction, the critical factor of methyl migration is the production of carbocation starting with dehydroxylation. We suggested a general scheme for the generation of 17α (H)-diahopane in this study. In lacustrine sediments, suboxic and brackish environment could catalyze the methyl migration accompanied by carbonate deposit. Its geochemical implication can be used to reconstruct lacustrine paleoenvironment and contribute to a better understanding on oil-oil correlation, oil-source rock correlation and petroleum system study.
