In this perspective, we outline that a space borne gravitational wave detector network combining LISA and Taiji can be used to measure the Hubble constant with an uncertainty less than 0.5% in ten years, compared with the network of the ground based gravitational wave detectors which can measure the Hubble constant within a 2% uncertainty in the next five years by the standard siren method. Taiji is a Chinese space borne gravitational wave detection mission planned for launch in the early 2030 s. The pilot satellite mission Taiji-1 has been launched in August 2019 to verify the feasibility of Taiji. The results of a few technologies tested on Taiji-1 are presented in this paper. Gravitational wave astronomy has opened the door to test general relativity and the effect of gravity in the Universe. The authors present the capabilities of an overlap between space gravitational wave detectors LISA and Taiji to constrain the Hubble constant to 0.5%, in 10 years, and what can be learned from the satellite pilot Taiji-1 launched in 2019.

This paper expounds the concept and application of tubing flushing, and compares different methods of new tubing cleaning for the equipment and process technology, such as the electromagnetic induction heating oil pipe cleaning, far infrared preheating washing, high-pressure water jet flushing and high efficient heating oil pipe scouring, so the theoretical result can provide guidance for the work.

Human visual system has excellent ability in image processing. Based on the visual principles and fuzzy theory, the model of W3M proposed in the paper simulates the level, two-way connectivity, feature detector and learning mechanism of the visual mechanism to a certain extent. The model accomplishes different types of image segmentation by setting different parameters and shows its application potential through the practical application of some really collected biomedical images in segmentation.

The inspection methods and ways of automatic control system fault positions directly link to the feasibility of products. The paper bases on basis principles of image recognition, studies on the module design of automatic control system images and fault image recognition algorithm, puts forward depressed windowing grey level linear partitioning characteristic extraction algorithm and control system fault characteristic recognition algorithm and check its feasibility.

As the uncertainty of the influencing factors including the vehicle load and road environment and the complexity of road structure design parameters making the structural design of concrete pavement does not match with the actual existing situation, therefore, how to further improve the existing pavement design methods and how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the reliability of the existing pavement performance have been a hot issue among academics and engineers at home and abroad. This paper analyzes and summarizes results of recent studies on the basis, combining with the actual situation of concrete pavement project, and carries out a more in-depth systematic study on the reliability analysis of concrete pavement. By studying the basic theory of engineering structure reliability, this paper proposes analysis methods of pavement reliability which are appropriate for the characteristics of pavement structure.
