The model was subsequently validated in an external cohort of 101 CHC patients using the C concordance statistic and net reclassification index (NRI).Results: On multivariate analysis, five independent predictors associated with tumor recurrence were identified, including sex, γ-glutamyl transferase, macrovascular invasion, hilar lymphoid metastasis and adjuvant transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. The prediction score was constructed using these 5 variables, with scores ranging from 0 to 5. A patient with a score of 0 had a predicted 1- and 5-year recurrence risk of 11.1% and 22.2%, respectively. The clamber animal foot pads were researched by the Super Depth of Field3D Microscopic System marked VHX-600 and the flexible non-smooth surface friction mechanism of clamber animal foot pad was analysed through bionic tribology. The total friction includes two aspects: a) The sliding friction caused by the adsorbability between clamber animal foot pad and external surface. b) The embedding resistance caused by the external surface micro particles embedded into clamber animal foot pad. The mathematical model of single convex hull was built and the different center distance bionic surfaces were designed, the friction contact simulation of bionic surface was done by ANSYS and the friction performance of bionic surface was verified through the plane friction testbed.

The start and speed control problems of motor were analyzed in port machinery, the advantages of frequency conversion and fluid viscous start were synthesized, the speeder based on frequency conversion and fluid viscous soft start was designed. The start of motor can be protected by fluid viscous soft start, especially in the stationary start under the load. The motor can be realized infinite speed control by frequency conversion device, the use safety of motor is protected and the work efficiency is enhanced, then the aim of energy saving is realized.

The convex structure on tree frogs foot pats provide huge adsorption force, we can extract this facture of tree frogs foot pats, and apply on the surface of belt conveyor drum encapsulation in order to increase friction between drum and conveyor belt. But the environment underground is complex. There is always has coal particle and water on the frictional contact surface. The friction performance test was done by MMW-1A universal friction and wear tester in order to verify the friction coefficient of bionic surface under different conditions. At last, we figure out that water or coal particle has little influence on bionic friction surface, but has huge influence on common surface.

According to slipping between the driving drum and the belt in motion of the belt conveyor, this article uses the intelligent speed sensor to transfer pulse signal into PLC high-speed counter, then realizes the relevant control through program processing and real-timely shows the value of the belt speed by text display. It completes the detection and display of the belt speed by real-timely, realizes the integration among the belt speed monitor and other control parts, reaches the purpose of slipping protection.

There are two common research methods on the dynamic states model of belt conveyor in China at present. The mathematical model is built by finite element method then it is solved by numerical method. And the continuous model is built when the belt is treated as elastic body then it is solved by mathematical method. This paper puts forward the establishment of continuous model, the model is solved by FDM and the simulation results are given.

Tribology behaviors play an important role in logistics, the researches of bionic tribology focus on desorption and friction increasing in rencent years. In order to reveal the mechanism between biological characteristics and tribology behaviors, this paper studied the typical no-smooth surface of animals, the analysis result showed that the no-smooth body surface of dung beetle greatly impacted its desorption, but the no-smooth foot surface of tree frog and locust played an important role in friction increasing. The similar no-smooth surface could have both function of desorption and friction increasing under the different conditions. Comprehensive analysis of no-smooth surface was done by simulation technology and experiment research, and revealed the mechanism between no-smooth surface, desorption and friction increasing, which opens up a new way for the development of bionic tribology and also provides technology for the improvement of logistics equipments.

The bionic surfaces with convex domes were designed based on the bionic tribology. Using the self-made test-bed for measuring the plane friction coefficient, the friction coefficients between the samples and the belt were measured. The belt’s type used for tests is NN-100 and its number of plies is three, as a fixed contact surface. The samples consisted of the convex dome with spherical crown, convex cylinder and smooth rubber surface as a comparative sample as well. The influences of the press, temperature and loading time on the friction performance of the bionic surface with convex dome were analyzed by the friction coefficient in the different conditions. Compared with the measuring result of the smooth rubber surface, the increasing-friction effect of the bionic surface is analyzed and the influences on the bionic surface from the factors mentioned above are examined if they are the same with those on the smooth surface. According to the test results, the influences on the friction performance from the shape, dimension and hardness of the convex dome are discussed and the increasing-friction mechanism is analyzed.
