The global proliferation of carbapenemase-producing bacteria (CPB) has garnered significant attention worldwide. Early diagnosis of CPB and accurate identification of carbapenemases are crucial for preventing the spread of CPB and ensuring targeted antibiotic therapy. Therefore, efficient and accurate identification of carbapenemases is paramount in clinically treating diseases associated with CPB. In this study, 58 CPB strains were collected and detected using the DNA endonuclease-targeted CRISPR trans reporter (DETECTR) method, a rapid detection platform based on CRISPR-Cas12a gene editing and isothermal amplification. Additionally, four conventional methods (the APB/EDTA method, PCR, NG-test Carba 5, and GeneXpert Carba-R) were employed and compared against whole genome sequencing (WGS) results, considered the gold standard, to evaluate their efficacy in detecting carbapenemases. Detection by the APB/EDTA method revealed that 29 strains were positive for Class A serine endopeptidases, while 29 strains were positive for Class B metalloenzymes. The classification of these zymotypes was consistent with the sequencing result. All target carbapenemases for KPC were identified with 100% sensitivity using NG-test Carba 5, PCR, DETECTR, and GeneXpert Carba-R. In the case of NDM, both Xpert Carba-R and DETECTR showed a sensitivity of 100%. In contrast, NG-test Carba 5 and PCR had a slightly lower sensitivity of 96.7%, each missing one target carbapenemase. n this study, the APB/EDTA method is capable of identifying the zymotype classification but not the specific resistant genes, while Xpert Carba-R and DETECTR are able to detect all target carbapenemases.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common joint disease, and good therapeutic results are often difficult to obtain due to its complex pathogenesis and diverse causative factors. After decades of research and exploration of OA, it has been progressively found that subchondral bone is essential for its pathogenesis, and pathological changes in subchondral bone can be observed even before cartilage lesions develop. Osteoclasts, the main cells regulating bone resorption, play a crucial role in the pathogenesis of subchondral bone. Subchondral osteoclasts regulate the homeostasis of subchondral bone through the secretion of degradative enzymes, immunomodulation, and cell signaling pathways. In OA, osteoclasts are overactivated by autophagy, ncRNAs, and Rankl/Rank/OPG signaling pathways. Excessive bone resorption disrupts the balance of bone remodeling, leading to increased subchondral bone loss, decreased bone mineral density and consequent structural damage to articular cartilage and joint pain. With increased understanding of bone biology and targeted therapies, researchers have found that the activity and function of subchondral osteoclasts are affected by multiple pathways. In this review, we summarize the roles and mechanisms of subchondral osteoclasts in OA, enumerate the latest advances in subchondral osteoclast-targeted therapy for OA, and look forward to the future trends of subchondral osteoclast-targeted therapies in clinical applications to fill the gaps in the current knowledge of OA treatment and to develop new therapeutic strategies.

Exploring how the sibling relationships effect between adolescent personality impulsivity and aggressivity is of great significance for promoting adolescent mental health as well as maintaining social harmony and stability.ObjectiveTo investigate the effecting path of sibling relationships between personality impulsivity and aggressivity in adolescents， so as to provide references for the prevention of violent and aggressive behavior in adolescents.MethodsFrom February to April， 2023， a total of 1 200 students with sibling relationships from 12 primary and secondary schools in a county of Sichuan province were included by random sampling. Barratt Impulsivity Scale （BIS-11）， Chinese Version of Buss & Perry Aggression Questionnaire （AQ-CV）， and Sibling Relationship Questionnaire （SRQ） were used for cross-sectional investigation. Pearson Correlation Analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the scores of these scales. Background Earlier studies have investigated the association between overweight/obesity and an elevated risk of breast cancer in women. However, some studies have found that it may not be scientifically accurate to solely analyze the association between overweight/obesity and breast cancer in women for overweight/obesity can be classified into different metabolic phenotypes. The current findings on the association of different metabolic phenotypes with breast cancer remain inconsistent. Objective To prospectively analyze the associations of different metabolic obesity phenotypes with the risk of breast cancer in women. Methods In this prospective cohort study, female employees (n=23 406) of Kailuan Group who participated in physical examinations for the first time in Kailuan General Hospital and its 11 affiliated hospitals from 2006 to 2008 were selected as the study subjects and received questionnaire investigation, physical examination and laboratory tests. The study subjects were divided into the four groups based on the types of metabolic syndrome and BMI, including metabolically healthy normal weight (MHNW) group (n=12 739), metabolically unhealthy normal weight (MUNW) group (n=1 060), metabolically healthy overweight/obese (MHO) group (n=6 394), and metabolically unhealthy overweight/obese (MUO) group (n=3 213). The subjects were followed up, with the first physical examination attended as the starting point, and new onset breast cancer, death, or the end of follow-up time (2020-12-31) as the endpoints. Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model was used to estimate the association of the four groups with the risk of breast cancer. Results During an average follow-up of (13.26±1.85) years, with 353 new cases of breast cancer and an incidence density of 11.38 cases per 10 000 person-years in the total population. The incidence cases in the MHNW, MUNW, MHO, and MUO groups were 154, 21, 113, and 65, respectively, with the incidence density of 9.08, 15.37, 13.27, and 15.49 per 10 000 person-years, and the cumulative incidence of 1.22%, 2.01%, 1.67%, and 1.93%, respectively. Multivariate Cox proportional hazard regression model analysis, after adjusting for confounders, showed that compared with the MHNW group, the risk of breast cancer was increased by 42% (HR=1.42, 95%CI=1.11-1.82) and 59% (HR=1.59, 95%CI=1.17-2.17) in the MHO group and MUO group, respectively. Stratified analysis by menopausal status showed that compared to the MHNW group, the MUO group was associated with a 69% increase in risk of premenopausal breast cancer (HR=1.69, 95%CI=1.01-2.83). The risk of postmenopausal breast cancer was increased by 85% (HR=1.85, 95%CI=1.09-3.14), 50% (HR=1.50, 95%CI=1.06-2.13), and 55% (HR=1.55, 95%CI=1.05-2.28) for the MUNW, MHO, and MUO groups, respectively, compared to the MHNW group. Conclusion Overweight/obesity is a risk factor for female breast cancer, and overweight/obesity with metabolic abnormalities further increases the risk of breast cancer. Additionally, normal weight postmenopausal women who are metabolically unhealthy may be at an increased risk of postmenopausal breast cancer.

With more and more renewable generation integrated into power system, the number of thermal units decreased and their reserves are not enough, so it is necessary to utilize the reserve capacity from third-party entities. Two kinds of day-ahead power market clearing mechanism incorporating reserve ancillary service of third-party entities are proposed and compared in this paper. In the first clearing mechanism, energy and reserves provided by the thermal units are jointly clearing at first and then the reserves provided by third-party entities are cleared. In second clearing mechanism, joint market clearing mode for electric energy and reserve on both sides. At first, based on the aspects of market development stage and shortage of reserve, the advantages and disadvantages of 2 clearing modes are analyzed. Then the clearing models are presented and the impacts of third-party entity on bidding results in 2 modes is analyzed. Furthermore, the costs and benefits of different market members are analyzed. Finally, the numerical results of the modified IEEE 30-bus system are given to show that the reserves of third-party entities can be purchased fully to decrease total costs of generation and reserves under the second clearing mechanism.

Objective To explore the ideal sagittal position of the lower third of the face in high-angle patients with different forehead forms and to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods Informed consent and portrait authorization were obtained from all patients, and the study passed the ethical review of the unit. We categorized forehead forms into four types: straight, rounded, type I angular (angled at the middle third of the forehead) and type II angular (angled at the upper third of the forehead). Profiles of high-angle patients with different forehead forms were collected. The initial position was when the facial axis point (FA point) was positioned at the goal anterior-limit line (GALL). After being silhouetted, the lower third of the face was moved forward and backward by 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm each, plus the initial silhouetted picture, to obtain 9 images for each patient. A survey was created with these lateral profile silhouettes, and the silhouette images were ranked by 30 orthodontists and 30 laypersons. Results There were significant differences in profile scores at different movement distances of the lower third of the face among high-angle patients with different forehead shapes (P0.05). Conclusion The forehead forms and the sagittal position of the lower third of the face will affect the face’s profile aesthetics. Patients with straight and type Ⅱ angular foreheads has the best profile when the FA point is located on the GALL line. For patients with rounded and type Ⅰ angular foreheads, a posterior location of the lower third of the face is more desirable than the initial position.

Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is a chronic liver inflammatory disease with various immune system manifestations, showing a global trend of increased prevalence. AIH is diagnosed through histological abnormalities, clinical manifestations, and biochemical indicators. The biochemical markers involve interfacial hepatitis, transaminase abnormalities, positive autoantibodies, etc. Although AIH pathogenesis is unclear, gene mutations and immunological factors could be the leading factors. AIH usually presents as a chronic liver disease and sometimes as acute hepatitis, making it challenging to distinguish it from drug-related hepatitis due to similar clinical symptoms. Normalizing transaminases and serum IgG levels is essential in assessing the remission status of AIH treatment. Glucocorticoids and azathioprine are the first-line AIH treatment, with lifelong maintenance therapy in some patients. The quality of life and survival can be improved after appropriate treatment. However, certain limitations jeopardize the quality of treatment, including long treatment cycles, side effects, poor patient compliance, and inability to inhibit liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Accurate AIH animal models will help us understand the pathophysiology of the disease while providing fresh perspectives for avoiding and treating AIH. This review will help us understand AIH better, from the cellular and molecular causes to the clinical features, and will provide insight into new therapy techniques with fewer side effects.

Objective To explore the value of gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid （Gd-EOB-DTPA） enhanced MRI in evaluating the degree of esophageal varices. Methods Clinical data of 114 patients diagnosed with hepatitis B cirrhosis and Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI examination through clinical comprehensive diagnosis at Jiangsu Provincical Hospital of Chinese Medicine from September 2021 to June 2022 was retrospective analyzed. The patients were divided into non-varicose vein group, small varicose vein group and large varicose vein group based on the diagnostic threshold of 3 mm esophageal vein width. The signal intensity (SI) of liver, spleen and erector spinae muscles were measured in each group during the plain scan and hepatobiliary phase (20 minutes after enhancement). The relative liver enhancement (RLE), contrast uptake index （CUI）, and liver-to-spleen contrast index (LSI) were calculated. The differences in indicators between each group were compared, and the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) were drawn. The area under the curve (AUC) was used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of each indicator in diagnosing varicose veins. Results There was a significant difference in RLE, CUI, and LSI between the non-varicose vein group and the large varicose vein group (P＜0.05), while there was no significant difference in RLE, CUI, and LSI between the small varicose vein group, as well as between small varicose vein group and large varicose vein group (P>0.05). The AUC of RLE, CUI and LSI for diagnosing large varicose veins was 0.668 (95%CI: 0.558-0.793), 0.676 (95%CI: 0.567-0.804) and 0.685 (95%CI: 0.550-0.780), respectively. Conclusion Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI has certain value in evaluating the degree of esophageal varices.

The chemical components of edible sweet-scented osmanthus flowers (Osmanthus fragrans (Thunb.) Lour.) vary at different heat treatment temperatures, so it is extremely necessary to explore the effect of different heating temperatures on the eating quality of sweet-scented osmanthus. In this work, changes in the bioactive ingredients, antioxidant property, color and flavor substances of unheated (control) and heated (at 80, 100 or 120 °C for 20 min) flowers of Osmanthus fragrans ‘Boyejingui’, ‘Echengdangui’ and ‘Wanyingui’ were determined. The results showed that with an increase in heating temperature, the content of bioactive ingredients decreased significantly (P < 0.05), and the loss rates of flavonoids, polyphenols and anthocyanins were up to 37.44%, 28.74% and 49.10%, respectively. The antioxidant capacity decreased initially and then increased, and the radical scavenging capacity of the sample heated at 120 ℃ increased by 6.52% compared with that of the sample heated at 100 ℃. The color difference significantly increased (P < 0.05), the bitterness increased, and the astringency decreased first and then increased. Compared with the control group, furans, nitrogen-containing heterocycles and phenols were exclusively found in the sample heated at 120 ℃ at a level of 6.21%. The number of species of characteristic aroma components progressively decreased but a caramel-like aroma was formed. Therefore, medium and low temperature processing is suitable for the production of sweet-scented osmanthus products with health benefits, and high-temperature processing is suitable for the production of sweet-scented osmanthus-based snacks. ‘Boyejingui’ is suitable for low temperature processing, ‘Echengdangui’ is suitable for high temperature processing, and the quality of ‘Wanyingui’ is poor after heat treatment. Processing temperature and varieties should be reasonably selected according to practical demands. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the development of thermally processed products of sweet-scented osmanthus.

Objective Establish an animal model of preeclampsia in goats, collect data on various physiological indicators and maternal biological characteristics of the disease model to compare with clinical feature of the disease in humans, provide reference for the prevention and treatment of preeclampsia in humans. Methods Twenty-three goats bred in Chongming district were divided into three groups: Control group, no surgical procedure was performed on animals of this group; sham group, ewes in this group underwent the sham operation on the 100±5th day of gestation, and only the uterine artery was exposed and dissociated; surgical group, a silver vascular clamp was clipped on one side of the uterine body artery of the ewe to narrow the inner diameter of the artery at the same gestation period (100±5) days. Heart rate and hindlimb blood pressure were continuously monitored in control and surgical ewes from 100 to 140 d of gestation, and blood flow data within the lateral branches of the uterine arteries of ewes in the sham group were collected using a hemodynamometer in combination with a hemodynamic probe and an animal physiological signal collector, as well as changes in blood flow within the uterine arteries in the lateral branches of the uterine arteries of the surgical group before and after placement of vascular clips in the surgical ewes. At the expected date of delivery, jugular vein blood was taken from ewes for routine blood test, creatinine, urea nitrogen, and blood ion analysis; urine was also collected from ewes in each group for analysis of urinary protein and urinary creatinine. All experimental groups were subjected to cesarean section on the 140±5th day of gestation in ewes, and then liver, kidney, uterus and placenta tissues were taken from ewes in each group and stained with HE for pathological observation.Results After 15 minutes of preeclampsia modeling surgery, blood flow volume remained stable in the vessel stenosis segment and the volume differential was relatively reduced in comparison to the control group and sham group (P＜0.05，P＜0.01). Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM) rarely leads to pulmonary embolism. Due to its low incidence, the underlying pathophysiology, prognosis, and optimal treatment remain largely unexplored and uninvestigated. In this study, a patient with a double-clonal WM, a rare subtype, presented with pulmonary embolism. The patient had a small number of plasma cells without morphological abnormalities, and an effective therapeutic response was observed. Nonetheless, the clinical prognosis requires a long-term follow-up.

For the problem of inhomogeneity of the output optical power of multiple output ports, the paper designs a 1×4 Multimode Interference (MMI) coupler based on Silicon-On-Insulator (SOI) and proposes a new method to optimize its homogeneity. A tapered waveguide is used at the input/output of the coupler. To improve the uniformity of the MMI coupler, an unequal-width design is used for the tapered waveguide at the output. After optimization, the uniformity of the four output ports is as high as 0.007 4 dB, while the total insertion loss is only 0.058 dB. According to this method, the transmission constant of the output, avoid crosstalk between waveguides, and achieve an improvement in the uniformity of the output port of the MMI coupler.

In order to improve the information technology application ability of college graduates, this paper breaks through the traditional classroom’s limitation of time and space, and puts forward a teaching form that better meets the educational needs. The teaching method for information technology courses for college graduates based on cloud computing technology is designed. Firstly, a multimedia teaching platform system that meets the needs of colleges and universities has been designed. The current campus network of many colleges and universities is not conducive to full utilization of resources. Therefore, a dynamic scheduling model based on prediction is proposed for teaching on-demand resources. The method utilizes the virtualization technology in cloud computing to divide the computing power in the multimedia teaching cluster into multiple virtual central processors and constructs a resource request prediction model to predict the teaching demand in the future period. The dynamic adjustment capability of virtual hardware resources is fully utilized, and the load balance is achieved by reasonably allocating resources according to the actual teaching demand. The method of this paper is used in practice; 30 students taught using the method of this paper found a job within 30 days, and the number of people with a monthly salary of more than 10k reached 27, which is better than the effect of other methods. The test results show that the information technology teaching course combined with cloud computing can better improve the information technology application ability of college graduates and has the practical application value of higher quality employment.

The identification of economically disadvantaged students in colleges and universities is the primary link in the college and university financial aid system, and it is the prerequisite, foundation, and guarantee for the implementation of various national financial aid policies and measures. This paper takes the Q college student financial aid system as the research object and discusses the authenticity of the information, the standard qualitative and quantitative difficulty in the determination of the work of standardized operation, and other problems in the determination of the work in depth. By analyzing the operation level of the student financial aid system of the university and according to the existing problems of the current financial aid system, a multi-objective decision-making model is designed and optimized, and the qualitative evaluation in the fuzzy multi-objective decision-making method is used to consider multiple factors in the determination process, so as to ensure the accuracy and fairness of the financial aid. This paper proposes an optimization strategy for the student financial aid system in colleges and universities based on the model’s identification results. A questionnaire survey is re-conducted on Q colleges and universities that use the optimized student financial aid system. The results show that the optimized student financial aid system is more helpful for students’ academic lives.

Based on the data mining technology under the concept of Internet + education, this paper determined the type of clustering adopted, the type of clustering variables is discussed, and the division method and hierarchical method of clustering are utilized to divide the educational management work of counselors into management ability, management attitude, and management method, and the teaching quality of teachers is divided into teaching content, teaching art, classroom management, classroom structure, and teaching effect. Educational management countermeasures are proposed for clustering results, and developmental countermeasures and action paths are proposed. The values of management attitude, ability, method, and effect are 0.607, 0.566, 0.5528, and 0.5768, respectively. The scores of students’ education and management work are all above 0.55, which is a moderate level. The four attribute values indicate that management attitude has a strong role in the educational management work of college counselors.

Drug quality problems caused by problems in drug production processes generally cannot be effectively controlled by current drug quality standards, leading to potential safety risks for drugs. This paper applies the information system to promote the command and control of drug production to the quality control of the drug production process. By using five key quality technology points affecting drug quality as the input of the improved PSO-BP algorithm for network training based on the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standard, the output of the classification prediction network is used to determine whether the drug is qualified or not to achieve the purpose of drug quality control. The parameters of the BP algorithm are optimized to minimize the output error after the PSO algorithm is improved by invoking the linear variational operator. The results show that the average absolute error and the average relative error of the improved PSOBP algorithm are 0.129 and 1.86%, respectively, and the average absolute error and the average relative error of the PSOBP algorithm are 0.694 and 8.28%, respectively, compared with the PSO-BP algorithm, the error of the improved PSOBP algorithm is effectively reduced. The improved PSO-BP algorithm proposed in this paper can be used for drug production command supervision, and it effectively reduces the inferiority rate of drug production and fundamentally eliminates the circulation market of inferior drugs.

The construction of a new electric power system is the key path to achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and ensure energy transition security. As the largest man-made system that is complex and highly nonlinear, the electric power system is the core of future energy transition. However, the security of the electric power system faces severe challenges owing to the volatility and randomness of new energy power generation. Considering the new situation and challenges faced by the energy transition security in China, this study clarifies the implications of energy security in terms of supply, environment, economy, and technology, investigates the development goals and strategic paths for energy transformation, and explores the significance of the new electric power system to energy security. The key factors of power source, power grid, load, energy storage, market, and technology that affect the new electric power system security are analyzed. According to the study, the core systems required for the security development of the new electric power system should be constructed from three aspects: emergency warning, sharing and mutual aid, and security defense. Furthermore, the basic idea for the research on the new electric power system development path is proposed to provide a basic reference for the new electric power system construction and the security development research.

Objective To investigate the role and mechanism of bone formation caused by the ratio of advanced platelet-rich fibrin (A-PRF) and β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP) in rabbit femur defect model, which provides a new idea for clinical treatment of bone defect. Methods Twenty-four New Zealand white rabbits were divided into model group, 1∶1 complex group (A-PRF∶β-TCP=1∶1), 2∶1 complex group (A-PRF∶β- TCP=2∶1) and 4∶1 complex group (A-PRF∶β- TCP=4∶1）, with 6 rabbits in each group. Femoral defect models were constructed in each group. In the composite group, the bone defect was filled with composite material, while in the model group, no material was filled. After 8 weeks, the animals were euthanized and specimens were collected. Bone mineral density (BMD), bone volume fraction (BV/TV), trabecular thickness (Tb.Th), trabecular separation (Tb.SP) and trabecular number (Tb.N) in femoral defect tissue were measured by micro-CT and photographed. Hematoxylin - eosin staining was used to detect the pathological changes of new bone tissue. The morphological changes of the new bone tissue were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Determination of phospho-mitogen activated protein kinase p38 (p-p38MAPK), CCAAT/enhancer binding protein homologous protein (CHOP) and phospho-cysteine aspartic protease-3 (p-Caspase3) in newborn femur by ELISA. The mRNA expressions of osteoprotegerin (OPG), bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2), receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand (RANKL) and p38MAPK were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. The expression of OPG, BMP-2, RANKL, p-p38MAPK and p-Caspase3 protein in the new bone tissue was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results In the model group, bone formation in the femoral defect area was slow and osteogenic quality was poor. Compared with the model group, the bone formation and neocapillaries of femoral defect area in the complex group was good, BMD, BV.TV, Tb.Th, Tb.N were increased, and Tb.Sp were decreased, the expressions of p-p38MAPK, CHOP and p-Caspase3 were decreased, and the mRNA and protein expressions of OPG and BMP-2 were increased. The mRNA expression of RANKL and p38MAPK was decreased. Apoptosis in new bone tissue of each group showed the lowest apoptosis rate in samples of the 2∶1 complex group (P

The purpose of this paper is to review the relationship between dietary inflammatory index and mental disorders， so as to provide references for nutritional interventions for patients with mental disorders. The high disability rate and intractability of mental illness bring huge economic burden and medical pressure to patients' families and society. Dietary nutrition is crucial to the rehabilitation of mental illness. As a new type of index to measure food pro-inflammatory index， dietary inflammatory index is closely related to the occurrence and development of mental illness. Therefore， this paper reviews the development， calculation and correlation with mental illness of dietary inflammatory index.

Transition metal compounds with partially filled 3d electron shells exhibit a variety of physical and chemical properties. They are widely used in sensors, magnetic memory, photoelectronic devices, photocatalysis, and electrochemistry. Therefore, determining and understanding their electronic structure is extremely important. The quantitative analysis of soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy depends on theoretical calculation method for the full multiplet based on crystal field theory and hybridization theory. By incorporating these elements, full multiplet theory can provide an accurate model of the fine electronic structure of transition metals and their ligands. A brief introduction of the basic principles, key parameters, and software relevant to soft X-ray absorption spectroscopy is firstly provided in this review. Subsequently, the applications of theoretical calculation in analyzing the electronic structures of 3d transition metals are discussed with an emphasis on its application in the field of electrochemistry. Finally, some prospects for future development in this field are proposed.

Abstract Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) has harmful effects on physical and mental health and quality of life. Coloring therapy has been reported to have a positive effect on improving patient anxiety and depression. But there are no reported clinical trials examining their effectiveness as a treatment for GAD. This study was planned to evaluate the effectiveness of coloring therapy combined with conventional therapy in improving anxiety, depression, and positive and negative emotions with GAD. This randomized controlled study comprising 88 GAD patients was selected for intervention in different wards. The control group (n = 45) was given conventional antianxiety medication and physical therapy, and the experimental group (n = 43) received coloring therapy combined with conventional therapy. The Self‐Rating Depression Scale, Self‐Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Hamilton Depression Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), and Positive and Negative Affect Scale were assessed in both groups before and 3 weeks after the intervention. After the intervention, there were statistical differences in intra‐ and inter‐group comparisons of anxiety, depression, and positive and negative mood scales in the experimental and control groups (p .05). For GAD patients, adding coloring therapy based on conventional drug therapy and physical therapy can not only reduce depression and negative emotions but also have better effects on reducing anxiety and improving positive emotions than conventional therapy.

Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate the association between baseline resting heart rate (RHR) and all‐cause death in the China Stroke Primary Prevention Trial (CSPPT). A post hoc analysis was conducted using data from 20,648 hypertensive adults without cardiovascular disease in the CSPPT and with baseline RHR data available. Over a median follow‐up duration of 4.5 years, the baseline RHR and risk for all‐cause death had a nonlinear relationship. The risk of all‐cause death was higher in participants with an RHR ≥85 bpm (hazard ratio 1.42; 95% confidence interval 1.03–1.96, p = .031) than in those with a baseline RHR of 75–80 bpm. The effect of RHR on all‐cause death during the treatment period was modified by the folate level (p = .020) and systolic blood pressure (SBP) during treatment(p = .056). Numerous studies indicated that B vitamin supplementation can reduce cardiovascular risk; nonetheless, available proof reported from individual studies have not been consistent, so we performed an updated meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to evaluate the relationship between B vitamin supplementation and cardiovascular outcomes.

Objective: Understand the quality and safety of vegetables sold in Shanghai, and provide data and reference for future supervision. Methods: Public information on the supervision and sampling of vegetables by the Shanghai Market Supervision and Administration from 2019 to 2021 was collected, and the information was analyzed and summarized. Results: The statistical results of 2019—2021 show that the unqualified rate of vegetable products were 1.36%, 0.78% and 2.88%, respectively. Bulb vegetables, beans and leafy vegetables were found to be unqualified products within three years, and the unqualified rate of bulb vegetables was the highest. The main substandard vegetables were leek, cowpea, ginger, etc. and the substandard items were mainly procymidone, acetamiprid and so on. In 2019—2021, 16 kinds of drugs and heavy metal pollutants exceeding the standard were detected, of which 6 drugs were prohibited from being used in vegetable production. Conclusion: The excessive use of pesticides, the illegal use of prohibited pesticides and the failure to implement medication pre-harvest interval management are still the main problems of the quality and safety of vegetable products, especially to strengthen the supervision of high-risk vegetables such as leek, cowpea, ginger and bean sprout.

The experiment of electric pulse cracking of anthracite coal from Jiaozishan Coal Mine in Guizhou Province was carried out by using the electric pulse experimental system of fracturing and enhancing permeability of coal. Combined with industrial analysis, Fourier infrared spectroscopy and isothermal adsorption experimental methods, the changes of peak current, coal functional group structure and methane adsorption capacity under different breakdown voltages were studied. The results show that the process of electrical pulse breakdown of coal samples mainly goes through thermal breakdown, electrical breakdown and residual stages. Meanwhile, the peak current of breakdown coal samples increases with the increase of breakdown voltage and presents an exponential trend. The functional group structure of coal treated with electric pulse changes obviously, the CH absorption peak increases with the increase of breakdown voltage, while the absorption peaks of C=C, -CH3, -CH2 and -OH decrease. The limit adsorption capacity a value of high-voltage pulse impact coal is lower than that of raw coal, and the adsorption constant b value fluctuates with the increase of breakdown voltage, indicating that after coal treated with electric pulse, the adsorption capacity of coal is significantly reduced, which is conducive to the efficient exploitation of coalbed methane.

Objective To explore the design and manufacture of anatomical healing abutment for mandibular first molar implant in order to provide more choices for clinical healing abutment.Methods The buccal lingual diameter and mesial distal diameter of the tooth neck, as well as the slope data of the four axial surfaces of the natural isolated teeth, were obtained by scanning the isolated mandibular first molar with a shining scanner. After statistical analysis of the data, the anatomical healing abutment of the mandibular first molar was designed and constructed using computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM).Results The mean buccal and lingual diameters of the mesial and distal diameters of the isolated mandibular first molars were (8.54 ± 0.78) mm and (7.87 ± 0.86) mm, and the tooth neck slopes of each axial surface of the isolated mandibular first molars were 17.53 °(buccal), 14.41 °(lingal), 13.40 °(mesial) and 13.43 °(distal), respectively. Three anatomical healing abutments with different peripheral diameters and heights of 5 mm were obtained according to a certain proportion of reduction of the natural teeth of the mandibular first molars.Conclusion The anatomical healing abutment of the mandibular first molar can be quickly obtained by Shining scanning and CAD/CAM technology.

【Background and objective】 Sewage irrigation and extensive use of chemical fertilizers have resulted in soil pollution by heavy metals in many countries including China, threatening food safety and security. Understanding the impact of agronomic managements on bioavailability of heavy metals and their adsorption by crops is hence important to mitigate their impact on food production. Taking chromium in paddy soil as an example, this paper investigated how irrigation and fertigation combined to mediate its uptake by paddy rice. 【Method】 The experiment was conducted on a site that has been contaminated by chromium for eight years. We compared two irrigations: conventional irrigation (F) and controlled irrigation (C). In each irrigation, there were two fertilization treatments: conventional chemical fertilization (F) and organic fertilization (OF). In each treatment, we measured pH and chromium in different forms in the soil, as well as chromium content in roots, shoots and rice grains. 【Result】 Compared with conventional irrigation and chemical fertilization, controlled irrigation and organic fertilization significantly reduced soil pH. Compared with F+F, C+OF increased the content and proportion of exchangeable, reducible and oxidizable chromium in soil by 54.31%, 43.06%, and 39.33%, respectively, while reducing the content and proportion of residual chromium by 2.84%. Improved fertilization and irrigation also enhanced the transfer coefficient of chromium from below-ground to above-ground, and increased chromium content in the roots and grain by 46.31% and 59.43% respectively, compared to F+F. Under the same irrigation, soil pH was negatively correlated with the exchangeable and reducible chromium content, and the difference in the impact between different fertilizations was significant. Under the same fertilization, different irrigations did not show noticeable impact on the correlation between soil pH and exchangeable and reducible chromium. 【Conclusion】 Compared with conventional fertilization, organic fertilization brought exogenous chromium into the soil thereby significantly enhancing its bioavailability and absorption and enrichment by the rice. Compared with conventional irrigation, controlled irrigation did not show noticeable effect on chromium bioavailability.

Quantile regression is a field with steadily growing importance in statistical modeling. It is a complementary method to linear regression, since computing a range of conditional quantile functions provides more accurate modeling of the stochastic relationship among variables, especially in the tails. We introduce a nonrestrictive and highly flexible nonparametric quantile regression approach based on C- and D-vine copulas. Vine copulas allow for separate modeling of marginal distributions and the dependence structure in the data and can be expressed through a graphical structure consisting of a sequence of linked trees. This way, we obtain a quantile regression model that overcomes typical issues of quantile regression such as quantile crossings or collinearity, the need for transformations and interactions of variables. Our approach incorporates a two-step ahead ordering of variables, by maximizing the conditional log-likelihood of the tree sequence, while taking into account the next two tree levels. We show that the nonparametric conditional quantile estimator is consistent. The performance of the proposed methods is evaluated in both low- and high-dimensional settings using simulated and real-world data. The results support the superior prediction ability of the proposed models.

This study is aimed at exploring whether curcumin can regulate the AKT pathway, promote the transfer of Nrf2 into the nucleus, and inhibit cell pyroptosis in diabetic cardiomyopathy. Diabetic rats and cardiomyocytes were treated with curcumin to study its effect on myocardial pyroptosis. Whether curcumin can promote the transfer of Nrf2 into the nucleus through AKT pathway regulation was assessed by western blotting and immunofluorescence. The Nrf2 knockout vector and ml385 were used to block the Nrf2 pathway, and the differences between the different groups in the expression of pyroptosis protein, cell activity, and incidence of apoptosis were evaluated to verify the relationship between the effect of curcumin on pyroptosis inhibition and the Nrf2 pathway. Curcumin promoted the transfer of Nrf2 into the nucleus through the AKT pathway and increased the expression of the antioxidant factors HO-1 and GCLC. These effects reduced reactive oxygen species accumulation and mitochondrial damage in diabetic myocardium and inhibited diabetes-induced pyroptosis. However, in cardiomyocytes with a blocked Nrf2 pathway, the ability of curcumin to inhibit pyroptosis was significantly reduced, and the protective effect on the cells was lost. Curcumin can reduce the accumulation of superoxide in the myocardium through AKT/Nrf2/ARE pathway activation and inhibit pyroptosis. It also has a role in diabetic cardiomyopathy treatment. This study provides new directions for evaluating the mechanism of diabetic cardiomyopathy and treating diabetic myocardium.

In view of the mycotoxin pollution in China, a set of methods that are suitable to carry out food safety risk surveillance in China were explored during the 13th Five-year Plan period. The technic used is based on the simultaneous detection of multiple toxins, covering a variety of key foods. The purpose was to gain an overview of the current pollution as comprehensive as possible. It has been proved that the current approach achieved good results and laid a solid foundation for a more comprehensive monitoring in the 14th Five-year plan.

This study is to elucidate the prevalence of multi-component mycotoxins in maize from clients in 2020 by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).The maize samples in this study were prevalence of masked mycotoxins and emerging toxins. For the masked-Mycotoxins, most of samples were failed to be tested out. The D3G & 15-ACDON in some samples are the most prevalence which are at the level of 92.3% and 64.4%, for the emerging Mycotoxins, the beauvericin and moniliform in a few of samples are the most prevalence that are at the level of 96.69% and 95.03%. Through the analysis of these data, this paper aims to provide reference and guidance for the control of masked mycotoxin and emerging toxin.

This study focuses on the experiences and feelings of pre-school children in two different regions about English learning to identify attitudinal differences in these attitudes between remote and urban areas. The research adopted the elicited metaphor analysis (EMA) to investigate the interest and preferences for English learning of 160 Chinese children, ages 4 to 6 (80 males and 80 females), in Shanghai (a major metropolitan city) and Mudanjiang (a small border city in north eastern China). The results showed that children in a remote area had a superior interest and attitude towards English learning than did their peers in an urban area. They gained perception by interacting with their surroundings and making full use of their senses and materials nearby. Moreover, children’s English learning is influenced by Chinese culture and reflects local cultural characteristics. This study suggests that children should be exposed to the English language environment to obtain the core experiences for future English learning, even though the environment may not be suitable. The findings relate directly to teacher training and textbook compilation.

To reveal the strong activities of the Namula fault zone in the eastern Himalayan syntaxis since Pliocene, this paper reports biotite 40Ar/39Ar and apatite fission track ages of 3 rock samples from the Namula fault zone, and quantitatively interpret these ages and the published ages from the adjacent areas, using a modeling code "Pecube". Biotite 40Ar/39Ar ages range from 4.44±0.71 Ma to 3.45±0.24 Ma, and apatite fission track ages range from 3.7±0.4 Ma to 1.8±0.2 Ma. The ages and simulation results show that, prior to ~3 Ma the highest exhumation rate had been located in the south of the Namula fault zone and was about 2.5 km/Ma, and the Namula fault zone had a motion feature of normal fault; Since ~3 Ma the highest exhumation rate have been located in the north of the Namula fault zone and was about 1.3 km/Ma, and the Namula fault zone had a motion feature of thrust fault. The evolution of the Namula fault zone's motion, probably have resulted from the south to north migration of the fast crust exhumation area in the eastern Himalayan syntaxis since ~8 Ma.

The entrapment and release of flavor substances is a frontier topic in the field of food flavor research. This paper mainly reviews the research progress on the entrapment and release of flavor substances based on starch-based wall materials. Starch-based wall material refers to a kind of natural polymer material which uses starch or its derivatives to cover fat-soluble components through its hydrophobic cavity. This paper mainly focuses on the methods and classification of hydrolysis， physical modification and chemical modification of starch-based wall materials， molecular dynamics simulation of non-covalent interaction between starch and flavor substances， preparation and structural characterization of starch-based flavor microcapsules， starch-based flavor microcapsules release process， influencing factors， flavor release mechanism (diffusion， erosion， degradation， swelling， melting， etc.). And the application of starch-based flavor microcapsules was reviewed. In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the domestic and foreign research progress on the entrapment and release of flavor substances in starch-based wall materials，and provide certain theoretical and practical references for the development of starch-based flavor materials.

BACKGROUND The Ordos Basin is one of the most important areas in China because it hosts lots of sandstone-type uranium deposits and a variety of other energy and mineral resources. The occurrence of uranium minerals is of great significance to the genetic understanding and prospecting of sandstone-type uranium deposits. However, the complex mineral composition, fine grain size, and various types and occurrences of uranium minerals make the initial identification stage of the study difficult. Currently, radiograph and electron probe microanalysis (EMPA) have played an important role in the identification of uranium minerals. Radiography can be used to obtain the position, occurrence and radioactive form of all uranium minerals in the light film at one time, but the mineral type cannot be identified. Moreover, it is a lengthy process and must be performed in darkness. Electron probe can be used to obtain the backscattered image of the uranium mineral. However, it takes time and effort to find uranium minerals with small content and small particle size in thin slices at high magnification, and it is impossible to quickly determine the types of associated minerals in BSE images. OBJECTIVES To find a more rapid and accurate method for identifying uranium minerals. METHODS The automatic mineral analysis system (AMICS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used to identify minerals from sandstone-type uranium deposits in the north, south, and west margins of the Ordos Basin. RESULTS The minerals in the study were identified as coffinite, pitchblende, uraninite and uranophane. Pyrite and titanium oxide were closely related to uranium minerals, and other associated minerals were identified as quartz, rutile, feldspar, mica and kaolinite. CONCLUSIONS AMICS-SEM-EDS in situ analysis technology proves to be a reliable method for the rapid identification of uranium minerals, associated minerals, and their occurrences.
