Abstract [Objective] In order to reveal the molecular mechanism of photosynthetic midday-depression broken by water spring, the effects of continuous spraying on mango leaves were studied by omics technology. This study can provide basis for further optimizing water management to achieve the best consequences, and will have theoretical significance in enhancing mango yield and quality by aligning with the national policy objectives of reducing fertilizer usage and improving efficiency. [Methods] Mango cultivar “Tainong No. 1” in Yuanjiang was used as material. The mango in the fruiting stage was sprayed by water for three times during the midday depression (12:30-14:10), 20 minutes each time, with no water spraying as the control. BackgroundLung cancer is a malignancy of high incidence rate and mortality in China. The fear of relapse can affect the patient's treatment compliance and reduce their quality of life. There have been previous studies on the relationship between fear of lung cancer relapse and disease perception， as well as disease perception and psychological flexibility. However， current research on the status quo of fear of lung cancer relapse and its correlation with illness perception and psychological flexibility is limited.ObjectiveTo explore the fear of cancer relapse and its relations with illness perception and psychological flexibility in patients with lung cancer， and to provide references for subsequent related clinical interventions.MethodsA total of 96 patients were selected as the research subjects， who were pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer and admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to July 2022. Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form （FoP-Q-SF）， Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire （BIPQ） and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Ⅱ （AAQ-Ⅱ） were used for evaluation. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between scores of various scales， and multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of relapse fear in lung cancer patients.ResultsThe total FoP-Q-SF score of lung cancer patients was （35.35±7.66） and a total of 65 cases （67.71%） had a FoP-Q-SF score≥34. As relevant analyses showed， the BIPQ total score of lung cancer patients was positively correlated with the total score， social family dimension score and physiological health dimension score of Fop-Q-SF （r=0.586， 0.445， 0.475， P

Introduction: Comprehensive analysis is necessary to analyze the widespread use of bisphosphonate drugs in the treatment and prevention of various diseases of connective tissue structures. The relevance of the study depends on the impact they have on the patient’s somatic condition, given the number of early and late complications diagnosed by domestic and foreign clinicians. Materials and methods: The methodology used was developed on Stavropol Regional Clinical Hospital from 2010 to 2022. A randomized and observational study of the state of connective tissue structures was conducted in 186 patients who had a history of taking zoledronic acid and developed bisphosphonate osteonecrosis of the jawbone. At the diagnostic and treatment stages, patients were tested using laboratory methods to monitor amino acids in biological fluids (blood), as well as bone blocks extracted intraoperatively using highly effective gas-liquid chromatography on AAA 500. Results and discussion: Aminograms obtained in the pre-operative period indicate toxic effects of zoledronic acid on neuro, endocrine, and other human systems. The initiation and progression of aseptic inflammatory processes in tissue structures is correlated with the deteriorating general ocular status of patients when amino acids, such as alanine, serine, taurine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, proline, histidine, glycine, and valine, against a background of 90.4±2.1 mmol/L ammonia are reduced critically. Conclusion: Zoledronic acid initiates an aseptic chronic inflammatory process in the jaw bones, accompanied by toxic acidosis, which worsens osteoporotic symptoms.

[Objective] This study intends to explore the main source of sediment and the evolution of erosion and sediment yield in Sanggan River Basin. [Methods] A typical warping dam in Gaoqiang Township, Yangyuan County was selected as the research object. The composite fingerprint identification technology was used to determine nine fingerprint factors, including soil particle size, SOC, TN, radionuclide (137Cs) and low-frequency magnetic susceptibility, of sediment and its source areas. The evolution patterns of erosion and sediment production in different sedimentation stages of sediment source areas and dam controlled small watersheds were studied. [Results] (1) The average content of 137Cs in sediment was relatively low, and it was not significantly different from that of gully wall soil, but it was extremely significantly lower than that of forest-grasslands and croplands soil (p croplands (15.36%±8.46%) > forest-grasslands (1.96%±0.33%). (3) In the evolution of erosion and sediment yield, gully wall was the main sediment contribution area for a long time, forest-grasslands had weak response to erosive rainfall, and the sediment contribution rate of croplands increased significantly when extreme rainstorm occurred. [Conclusion] Overall, the 137Cs tracing technique was suitable for identifying the main sediment source in the small basin, and the composite fingerprint technique was better at identifying multiple sediment sources. The collapse of gully walls caused by gully erosion was the main cause of severe soil erosion in the Sanggan River Basin.

Today's information technology is constantly evolving, multimedia teaching, a new form of classroom teaching, has long been widely used by colleges. However, in many colleges, its teaching advantages have not been fully exerted, although the school spends a lot of human, data, and financial resources to publicize and promote multimedia classroom teaching, the effect of multimedia classroom teaching is not very good. There are many reasons for this, including the lack of an effective evaluation system to guide teachers in their teaching activities. Therefore, the top priority is Establishing a correct and appropriate multimedia English teaching evaluation index system. Starting from the characteristics and requirements of multimedia classroom teaching, this paper constructs a multimedia classroom teaching evaluation index system in colleges and universities based on the problems faced by current multimedia classroom teaching, promoting the quality of teaching in multimedia English classrooms through the English Teaching Evaluation System - the medium between theory and practice. The teacher teaching quality evaluation system studied in the thesis can completely solve the problem of unreasonable evaluation of teacher learning quality, and provide an integrated teaching quality evaluation model for students, teachers, and academic affairs offices. The system has changed the original evaluation method and constructed a teaching quality evaluation model that integrates. Data collection, evaluation management, online evaluation, and teaching resource data management, to achieve fair, scientific, and comprehensive evaluation, and provide a comprehensive management and analysis platform for comprehensively mastering evaluation of multimedia English teaching quality.

BACKGROUND It is of great significance to study the breeding environment of the naked carp in Qinghai Lake for the conservation and restoration of natural habitat. The naked carp is the only economic species in Qinghai Lake, colloquially called “Huang Yu”, and plays a core role in the lake ecosystem. As an anadromous species, the naked cap migrates between Qinghai Lake and major rivers to spawn such as the Buha, Shaliu, Quanji, Heima, and Hargai rivers from April to August every year. Due to intensive fishing, arid climate, and the lack of spawning rivers, the amount of the naked carp’s resources has dropped sharply, from 28000 tons in the 1960s to 2263 tons in the 1990s. In view of its important ecological status, it is urgent to restore and protect the resources of naked carp in Qinghai Lake. Since 1982, Qinghai Province has forbidden fishing to restore and protect the fish resources. At the same time, it has established fish conservation bases and artificial breeding and releasing stations around Qinghai Lake. By 2022, the fish resources of the naked carp had increased to 108500 tons, 42 times as many as in the early stages of protection. The breeding environment is the key factor for the continuation of the fish population, and different fish require different parameters of the spawning ground, such as river, light, sediment and water temperature. It is also very important to obtain the reproductive environmental parameters and determine the optimal spawning ground for the protection and expansion of the fish resources. At present, only Zhou et al.[3] have discussed the environmental requirements of natural reproduction of the naked carp by indoor artificial simulation. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the breeding environment of the naked carp for the conservation and restoration of natural habitat. Otolith δ18O provides a method for fish population identification, migration and environment exploration of spawning ground. Otolith, a calcium carbonate mineral in bony fish, has both auditory and balancing functions and is known as the “recorder” of time and water environment. Microchemical analysis of otolith can reveal the life history and water environment changes of fish. Especially, the core area of otolith is formed at the early stage of incubation, and its microchemical composition can reflect the hydrochemical characteristics of the habitat and solve the problem of fish identification. The otolith δ18O is closely related to water temperature. Under normal salinity conditions, the δ18O change of 1‰ corresponds to the seawater temperature change of about 5℃. For example, the higher otolith δ18O values of Pacific bluefin tuna, which migrated across the Pacific from the Western Pacific (WPO) to the Eastern Pacific (EPO), reflected the cold-water temperatures encountered during migration. Similarly, the lower δ18O value in otolith core of Oncorhynchus keta, which migrated between freshwater and marine environments, indicated that Chinese salmon were also anadrotic spawning fish, returned to the ocean after hatching. Yuan et al.[12] analyzed the δ13C and δ18O values in the otolith of small yellow croaker in the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea, the population of southern Yellow Sea was subdivided into offshore and coastal populations for the first time, and no station crossing between the two populations was recorded. The overall successful rate of discrimination was recorded to be 82.6% by cluster analysis. Tatsuya et al.[13] conducted otolith δ18O and microstructure analyses to investigate nursery habitat temperatures and early life growth rates. In conclusion, the otolith δ18O provides a method for fish population identification, migration, and environment exploration of spawning ground. In this study, the SHRIMP Ⅱ ion probe was used to determine the otolith δ18O of the naked carp in Qinghai Lake. Combined with the hydrochemical composition of lake water and river water in Qinghai Lake, the optimal migration and spawning sites and environmental conditions of the naked carp were investigated to provide effective information for further revealing its life history. RESULTS The SHRIMP Ⅱ ion probe was used to determine the in-situ δ18O composition of the otolith microregion of five naked carp in Qinghai Lake. The in-situ oxygen isotope analysis of otolith was performed by SHRIMP Ⅱ ion probe at the School of Earth Sciences, Australian National University. Sectioned otoliths were prepared for SHRIMP analysis by casting them in epoxy resin, with NBS 18 and 19 reference calcites, to form a 35 mm diameter mount. After being documented by optical photomicroscopy, the samples were coated with high purity Al and transferred to the ANU SHRIMP Ⅱ for analysis using procedures based on those described in detail by Long et al.[21-22]. In brief, the SHRIMP Ⅱ was operated in multi-collector, negative ion mode. A 15kV, ~3nA Cs+ primary ion beam was focused to a 25mm diameter spot on the Al-coated target, producing 200−250pA of secondary 16O−. 16O− and 18O− were measured simultaneously on Faraday cups using Keithley 642 electrometers. Each analysis consisted of a pre-burn of about 3 min to allow the secondary ion isotopic composition to stabilise, followed by 10 or 14 times (10s/time) estimates of the 18O/16O ratio. The accuracy was 0.1‰−0.2‰, and the standard deviation was about 0.3‰. The reference material was measured once every 5 samples completed during analysis. The spot starting position of the ion probe was the core of the otolith, along the longest growth axis to the edge. The spot diameter of the ion probe was about 25μm, and the spot depth was about 2−3μm. The spot test was shown in Fig.E.1A. (2) The δ18O composition along the growth axis of the otolith. The δ18O ratios along the growth axis of 5 naked carp otoliths were shown in Fig.E.1B. The mean values of otolith δ18O from No.1 to No.5 were 1.29‰, 1.79‰, 0.99‰, 0.93‰, −7.41‰ respectively, and their interval range were −4.88‰−3.46‰, −0.28‰−3.91‰, −1.43‰−2.94‰, −1.81‰−3.35‰, −9.36‰−5.21‰, respectively. The otolith δ18O in individual juvenile plaice ranged from 0.2‰ to 1.9‰, when they were reared at two temperatures (11℃ and 17℃), which indicated that the otolith δ18O ratios were significantly affected by water temperature, but not by feeding level, and there were no significant synergistic effects. The δ18O ratios of plaice are close to the higher δ18O ratios of samples 1 to 4 in this study, which is the result of the fact that naked carp lived in the lake with high salinity and low water temperature for part of the time. The Schizothorax kozlovi and the naked carp belong to the subfamily Schizostomus. The average otolith δ18O ratios of the Schizothorax kozlovi cultured in fresh water is −9.4‰, which is very close to the δ18O ratios of the naked carp No.5, indicating that sample No.5 has been living in fresh water. The gray bands are the incremental zones of otolith, and the interval zones between the incremental zones are discontinuous zones. The δ18O ratios of the naked carp in samples 1 to 5 show a trend of lower incremental zones and higher discontinuous zones, because the δ18O ratios of otolith is inversely correlated with water temperature. The incremental zones of otolith are formed in spring and summer, while the discontinuous zones in autumn and winter, and the water temperature in spring and summer is significantly higher than that in autumn and winter. The otolith δ18O ratios of the five samples were analyzed by one-way variance analysis. The δ18O ratios of the No.1, No.3 and No.4 naked carp were not significantly different (P>0.05), while theδ18O ratios of the No.2 and No.5 naked carp were significantly different from the other three samples (P

Chemotherapy for advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains the first treatment choice. Angiogenesis inhibitors are effective for lung cancer treatment. This study explored whether chemotherapy combined with angiogenesis inhibitors could achieve better efficacy in NSCLC. The zebrafish A549 xenograft model was used to investigate the combined effect of apatinib and chemotherapeutic agents in NSCLC. Apatinib combined with pemetrexed demonstrated the highest antitumor effect compared with apatinib combined with gemcitabine or paclitaxel in vitro. In the zebrafish A549 xenograft model, apatinib and pemetrexed, alone or in combination, showed significant inhibition of tumor growth. Co-treatment with apatinib and pemetrexed demonstrated the best antitumor effects, suggesting that the combination of apatinib and pemetrexed might be a promising alternative therapy for patients with lung cancer. Apatinib combined with pemetrexed had enhanced antitumor effects compared with either one alone in the zebrafish model of NSCLC.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of elevated ki-67 index in patients with newly diagnosed pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) so as to construct a nomogram model for preoperative prediction of ki-67 index. Methods Preoperative clinical data and pathological results of tumor tissue samples of 449 patients with PitNETs who were initially diagnosed at our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were randomly enrolled at a ratio of 7:3 to either the training cohort (n=314) or the validation cohort (n=135). According to the level of ki-67 index, they were divided into low level (ki-67 < 3%) and high level (ki-67 ≥3%) groups, and the clinical data were compared between them. Multivariate LASSO regression and binary logistic regression analyses were adopted in the training cohort to identify independent risk factors of ki-67 index, and a nomogram prediction model was accordingly established. The predictive performance of the model was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic-area under the curve (ROC-AUC), calibration curve (obtained by Bootstrap method in 1000 internal validation), and decision curve analysis (DCA), followed by external validation in the validation cohort. Results Regression analyses showed that age (OR=0.97, 95%CI : 0.95~0.99), maximum tumor diameter (OR=1.56, 95%CI : 1.21~2.03), and free thyroxine (FT4; OR=0.93, 95%CI : 0.87~0.99) were the independent risk factors for the increase of ki-67 index. Then based on the above 3 variables, a nomogram model was constructed, whose ROC-AUC values in the training and validation cohorts were 0.692 (95%CI: 0.629 4~0.755 1) and 0.691 (95%CI : 0.591 3~0.790 1), respectively. The calibration curves indicated that the predicted value was in good conformity with the measured value, and the DCA showed a net return within a threshold range of 0.1~0.35, suggesting certain clinical significance of the model. Conclusion Age, maximum tumor diameter and FT4 are the independent risk factors for elevated ki-67 index in newly diagnosed PitNETs patients. Our constructed nomogram model possesses high differentiation and good calibration in predicting ki-67 index preoperatively, which is helpful for surgical protocol selection and postoperative management.

Acacetin (5,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyflavone), one of the main extractions from Saussurea involucrata, has anti-inflammatory effects. Our previous study found that acacetin inhibited the Nod-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) signaling pathway after cerebral ischemia–reperfusion injury. NLRP3 inflammasome plays a role in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) process. However, few studies have examined the effects of acacetin in AD.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of yinqiao qingre tablet in treating common cold with wind-heat type.Methods The randomized, double-blind, placebo, parallel control research were applied to this study. The eligible subjects were divided into a experimental group, a positive control group and a placebo control group. The test drug was yinqiao qingre tablet, positive control drug was yinqiao jiedu tablet, and simulation drugs were yinqiao qingre simulation tablet and yinqiao jiedu simulation tablet. The experimental group was given yinqiao qingre tablet and yinqiao jiedu simulation tablet, the positive control group was given yinqiao qingre simulation tablet and yinqiao jiedu tablet, and the placebo control group was given yinqiao qingre simulation tablet and yinqiao jiedu simulation tablet.The course of treatment for each group was 3 days. Before and after treatment, the disappearance rate of major symptoms, individual symptom scores, efficacy of TCM syndrome, change of temperature, used of antipyretic analgesics and safety were evaluated. ObjectiveThe level of health literacy is one of the important factors affecting health outcomes. Family is an important place to shape personality traits, and people with different personalities will adopt different lifestyles, which will lead to variations in health outcomes. Therefore, this article aims to explore the relationship between health literacy and personality and its influencing factors in different family structures.MethodsThis was a cross-sectional study with 1,406 individuals. A questionnaire was utilized to measure health literacy, personality and demographic variables, including family structure. Canonical correlation analysis (CCA) and hierarchical multiple regression analysis were used to examine the relation between health literacy and personality traits between two types of family structure.ResultsCCA showed that the canonical correlation coefficients were 0.309 (p < 0.001) and 0.347 (p < 0.001), in two-parent family and single-parent family, respectively. The openness of personality traits exhibited the highest correlation with health literacy. Compared with the remaining personality traits, openness yielded the strongest effect (β = 0.485 and β = 0.830) in two types of family structure, respectively. Education and monthly income were significantly associated with health literacy.ConclusionOur results support the relation between health literacy and personality traits in two types of family structure.

In complex underwater environments, the measurement noise model of autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) navigation system will change with many uncertainties. Besides, the statistical characteristics of noise are difficult to be obtained accurately. For more precise state estimates, this paper introduces an adaptive filter based on fuzzy logic, which makes the measurement noise covariance matrix adaptively adjust to the accurate one. In order to verify its validity, the proposed algorithm is used in a SINS/MCP/DVL/TAN integrated navigation system. The simulation results show that when dealing with the unstable measurement noise, the proposed filter has the higher degree of accuracy compared with the Sage-Husa adaptive filter. The east and north velocity errors of the proposed filter are reduced by 27.0% and 42.0% respectively. The latitude and longitude errors are reduced by 49.4% and 58.0% respectively.

This article takes the knowledge module of part sketch surveying in Mechanical Drawing as an example to explore the BOPPPS teaching mode and the “cloud on screen” remote learning application that combines MOOC, virtual technology, and smart classroom. Based on the six teaching links in the BOPPPS teaching mode, the case implementation process is analyzed and summarized. Practice has shown that in the project-based teaching process, the use of a new teaching mode that combines the BOPPPS teaching mode and information based teaching methods can effectively improve the remote teaching level of teachers and the remote learning effect of students.

The sensor is used to sense the temperature, humidity and air quality of the learning environment. The microcontroller system processes the sensing information of the sensor, and the server analyzes the data and generates the physical environment report and equipment control information to build a multi-mode multi-user smart learning environment monitoring system.

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to clarify the mechanism by which Krüppel-like factor 12 (KLF12) affects progesterone sensitivity in endometrial cancer (EC) through the progesterone receptor PGR signaling pathway. METHODS: The relationship of KLF12 with PGR in EC patients was examined by immunohistochemistry, and the expression of KLF12 and PGR in EC cell lines was detected by real-time PCR and western blotting. Cell proliferation assay, plate clone formation, cell apoptosis assay, and cell cycle analysis were conducted to determine the impact of KLF12 intervention on progesterone therapy. CUT&Tag analysis and the dual-luciferase reporter experiment were used to determine the underlying regulatory effect of KLF12 on the PGR DNA sequence. A subcutaneous xenograft nude mouse model was established to validate the in vivo effect of KLF12 on progesterone sensitivity via PGR expression modulation. RESULTS: KLF12 demonstrated decreased progesterone sensitivity and a negative correlation with PGR expression in EC tissues. Progesterone sensitivity was increased by KLF12 deficiency through PGR overexpression, a result that could be significantly reversed by PGR downregulation. PGR was identified as a target gene of KLF12, which could directly bind to the PGR promotor region and inhibit its expression. CONCLUSION: This study is the first to investigate the effect of KLF12 expression on EC cell resistance to progesterone. Our results offer important mechanistic insight into the direct regulation of the PGR promoter region, demonstrating that KLF12 expression strongly suppressed the PGR signaling pathway and, as a result, reduced progesterone sensitivity in EC patients.

A stainless-steel cantilever multistage centrifugal pump was taken to study the transient response characteristic. The axial locus under different working conditions was tested experimentally and compared in detail. The results show that the gyroscopic effect increases the radial displacement located near the end element, and the amplitude of the radial displacement of the pump body increases with the development of unbalance mass. The dynamic sealing force of wear-ring could enhance the stability of the rotor system, and effectively reduce the amplitude of the radial displacement. The axis locus under variable flow rates is different when the fluid excitation was loaded. The increasing tendency of the maximal radial displacement appears exponential with the enhancement of fluid added mass when heterogeneous fluid added mass is taken into consideration. The experimental results exhibit that the axis locus is various under different working conditions, and there exists misalignment and eccentricity phenomenon in the multi-stage pump rotor system.

For wear-out failure problem of synchronizer sliders in the tracked vehicle,the wear experiment and reliability estimation are developed to study in the paper. Firstly,Partial Least Squares（ PLS） Algorithm is used to process the test data and fit the mathematical expression between the wear rate and the influencing factors. The wear safety margin equation of slider is established based on the above expression. Moreover,a new hybrid reliability model and its convergence iteration algorithm are proposed based on the case that truncated random variables,fuzzy random variables,and interval variables are coexisting is studied. Finally,the example of wear reliability of synchronizer slider shows that the good convergence results can be obtained by the iterative algorithm,the hybrid reliability index has better adaptability,wear hybrid reliability index declines with the increase of the number of gear shifting. The approach proposed in the paper also provides a reference for the wear-resisting reliability design of synchronizer slider as well as giving the time of preventive maintenance.

Hybrid carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) and steel bar reinforcement concrete were applied in a transfer beam. Three specimens (ZHL-2, ZHL-3, and ZHL-4) corresponded to different forms of reinforcement, reinforcement ratio, and reinforced root number, respectively. The pseudo static test of the three specimens was carried out under the condition of vertical loading and horizontal reversed cyclic loading. The flexural property and failure mode of the transfer beams were demonstrated. Further, the ductility, energy dissipation capability, hysteretic characteristics, structural yield mechanism, and failure mechanism were also studied. The exploration of these factors was aimed to study the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the transfer beam with hybrid CFRP and steel bars. The test results show that if both the upper and lower longitudinal reinforcements were replaced by CFRP bars with a symmetrical reinforcement, the mechanical property and deformation performance would be superior. The performance would be better than the reinforcements with single upper and lower replacement by CFRP bars. Both the upper and lower longitudinal bars of the transfer beam should be replaced by CFRP bars with a symmetrical form of reinforcement. The ductility performance would be better for the transfer beam with the hybrid reinforcement of CFRP bars and steel bars. It showed a seismic performance. The transfer beam with the hybrid reinforcement of CFRP bars and steel bars could meet the design requirements for the ductile frame “strong column, weak beam and strong node.”

Large amounts of wastewater containing hydroxypropyl guar gum (HPGG), polyacrylamide (PAM) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) are produced in the process of fracturing. In the work, a Fentonlike system in the presence of H2O2 was employed to degrade wastewater. The effects of oxidant concentration, catalyst dosage, the temperature and pH on the degradation efficiency of the polymer were studied in detail. Results showed that the prepared complex (Cu(II)L) exhibited a great catalytic effects in the range of pH 7-12. It was also found that under the conditions of 45℃ and pH=10, when the amount of H2O2 was 5.0% (mass ratio to hydroxypropyl guar gum) and the amount of Cu (II)L complex was 10%, HPGG had a great reduction rate, and its viscosity value can be reduced from 18 to 6.47.
