Background and Aim: Over the past three years of the COVID-19 pandemic, both the external sports environment for youth physical exercise and the national education policy landscape have undergone significant changes. In light of these developments and to align with physical education instruction in the next era, ensuring high-quality physical education, and promoting the physical fitness of young individuals, this study aims to construct a physical education instructional model "CISSO" (collaborate, input, school, student, output) to better regulate and optimize the process of physical education learning management and improving the quality of learning management. Methods: This study was future research conducted with phase 1 exploring the problem by reviewing literature and 5 experts through Semi-structured interviews, the PESTEL model, and the SIPOC model to analyze influencing factors, to drat physical education instructional concept model; phase 2 by questionnaires and modified Delphi to construct physical education instructional model "CISSO"; phase 3 connoisseurship to determine and evaluate the rationality of the CISSO model. Results: The CISSO Model contains factors of Collaborate, Input, School, Student, and Output such as: (1) Collaborate: a collaborative educational approach guided by the government, led by schools, and supported by social organizations and families. (2) Input: The key to governing school physical education management is to take more measures to increase comprehensive "Input" in school physical education learning. (3) School: The CISSO model places a significant emphasis on aligning with the Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition), and revolves around key components such as "learning, practicing, competing, and evaluation," resulting in a new and cohesive state of physical education. (4) Student: accentuates the subjectivity of students, with a pronounced focus on fostering their psychological development through sports education, thereby progressively instilling positive exercise routines. (5) Output: It holds the promise of driving improvements in students' physical abilities and fostering a greater sense of contentment among parents with the school's physical education initiatives. Conclusion: By implementing the CISSO model, educators and policymakers can gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies involved in managing physical education during the next era of education. The findings from this study will aid in making informed and wise decisions, enabling the formulation of effective strategies to optimize the learning experience of students in this dynamic educational landscape.

Acute respimtory distress syndrome (ARDS) is an acute diffuse inflammatory lung injury caused by various internal and external lung injury factors. It has complex pathogenesis, rapid onset and high mortality, which seriously endangers human life and health. Pulmonary fibrosis is one of the important pathologic processes of ARDS occurrence and development, and it is also an important cause of death in ARDS patients. To a certain extent, the severity of pulmonary fibrosis in ARDS is determined by the dynamic balance of macrophage-fibroblast interactions. Therefore, this article aims to review the interaction mechanism of macrophage-fibroblasts in the process of ARDS pulmonary fibrosis, and provide new methods and ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of ARDS pulmonary fibrosis. In the context of ecological protection and strict emissions control, the replacement of traditional energy sources with clean energy has become a new direction for the development of the shipping industry. Bio-oil is beneficial to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and air pollutants. In this study, life cycle assessment (LCA) and life cycle cost assessment (LCCA) are conducted to evaluate the environmental and economic impacts of diesel and bio-oil as fuel for container ships in the Yangtze River mainline. The results show that compared with diesel, the total greenhouse gas emission is 34.58% lower than diesel, and the total cost is 8.22% higher than that of diesel throughout the whole life cycle of these two fuels. Both LCA results and LCCA results show that bio-oil is an ideal clean energy source. In addition, the abundant raw material resources of bio-oil make it a reliable alternative, which is also of great significance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Over the last decade, thin-film nanocomposite (TFN) membranes have been extensively utilized in desalination and wastewater treatment. The most reported nanochannels in the TFN membranes lack sufficient observational evidence. We conducted a systematic study on the TFN membrane that incorporated two-dimensional (2D) MXene nanosheets and provided evidence that nanovoids existed in the polyamide layer surrounding the nanosheets. The nanovoids functioned as nanochannels for water, which led to a significant increase in membrane permeance by 2.8 times compared to the blank membrane. The Na2SO4 rejection of the MXene polyamide membrane is as high as 96.4% and has obvious advantages in seawater desalination. The size of the nanochannels was correlated with the quantity, size, and spreadability of MXene nanosheets. Larger water nanochannels could be formed if there is a considerable amount and size of nanosheets, and they were evenly distributed. After being subjected to a sustained pressure environment, the nanochannels remained intact and the membrane maintained its excellent permeance across varying pressures. Our work could offer a perspective on the generation of internal nanochannels in the TFN membrane and optimize nanochannels to provide better desalination performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The direct or indirect discharge of organic pollutants causes serious environmental problems and endangers human health. The high electron–hole recombination rate greatly limits the catalytic efficiency of traditional TiO2-based catalysts. Therefore, starting from low-cost activated carbon (AC), a photocatalyst (F-Si-TiO2/AC) comprising fluorine (F)- and silicon (Si)-doped TiO2 loaded on AC has been developed. F-Si-TiO2/AC has a porous structure. TiO2 nanoparticles were uniformly fixed on the surface or pores of AC, producing many catalytic sites. The band gap of F-Si-TiO2/AC is only 2.7 eV. In addition, F-Si-TiO2/AC exhibits an excellent adsorption capacity toward methyl orange (MO) (57%) in the dark after 60 min. Under the optimal preparation conditions, F-Si-TiO2/AC showed a significant photodegradation performance toward MO, reaching 97.7% after irradiation with visible light for 70 min. Even under the action of different anions and cations, its degradation efficiency is the lowest, at 64.0%, which has good prospects for practical application. At the same time, F-Si-TiO2/AC has long-term, stable, practical application potential and can be easily recovered from the solution. Therefore, this work provides new insights for the fabrication of low-cost, porous, activated, carbon-based photocatalysts, which can be used as high-performance photocatalysts for the degradation of organic pollutants. Taking excessive sodium fluoride may cause female reproductive dysfunction, but underlying molecular mechanism is unclear. The ovarian granulosa cells are the key endocrine cells releasing reproductive hormones. The miRNAs in the granulosa cells play an important function in regulating reproduction. The aim of this study is to explore the role of miRNAs in granulosa cell apoptosis and autophagy, as well as estradiol (E2) release in response to excessive sodium fluoride. The ovarian granulosa cells (KGN cells) were treated in vitro by different concentrations of sodium fluoride (NaF) for 24 h. The level of estradiol (E2) in the incubation medium was measured by ELISA kits. The total RNA and protein were collected and purified from KGN cells. The expression of miRNAs was detected by the real-time PCR. The signal molecules involved in cell apoptosis and autophagy were detected by the real-time PCR and Western blotting. Six miRNAs in granulosa cells were significantly up- or downregulated by NaF and selected for real-time PCR analysis. The miR-378d was the most significantly upregulated one dose dependently by NaF. It was positively correlated to the extent of apoptosis but negatively correlated to the level of autophagy in KGN cells in response to NaF. In addition, miR-378d promoted E2 release in response to 1 and 2 mM NaF but reduced E2 release in response to 4 and 8 mM NaF treatments. It is concluded that expression of miR-378d in ovarian granulosa cells is negatively correlated to the autophagy and E2 release and positively correlated to cell apoptosis under the influence of NaF.
