AIM: To investigate the efficacy and safety of ZKY001 eye drops with different concentrations in the treatment of corneal epithelial defects(CED)after primary pterygium excision.METHODS: This was a multicenter, randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled phase II clinical trial. From March 15, 2022 to November 14, 2022, patients with primary pterygium who had undergone surgery were recruited from 12 tertiary hospitals across China. Using block randomization, 178 patients(178 eyes)were randomly assigned to 3 groups in a 1:1:1 ratio: 0.002% ZKY001 group(n=59), 0.004% ZKY001 group(n=59), and placebo group(n=60, receiving ZKY001 sham eye drops). Subjects in each group received 1 drop of the study drug 4 times per day for 4 d. The percentage of CED area recovery from baseline, the first complete healing time of CED area, the number of first complete healing cases of CED, and changes in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores for eye discomfort including eye pain, foreign body sensation, tearing and photophobia were observed.RESULTS: In terms of improvement in CED, there were no statistically significant differences among the three groups including the first healing time of CED, the percentage improvement in CED area compared to baseline, and the percentage of first healing cases at different follow-up visits(all P>0.05). Numerically, the first healing time of CED was shorter in the test groups compared to the placebo group(67.87±21.688 h for the 0.002% ZKY001 group, 61.48±22.091 h for the 0.004% ZKY001 group, and 68.85±20.851 h for the placebo group). On D1 morning, the percentage improvement in CED area compared to baseline was maximally different from the placebo group, and the numerical difference advantage was maintained at subsequent follow-up visits. The number of first healing cases in the CED area at different follow-up visits was higher in the test groups than the placebo group. In terms of improvement in ocular discomfort, the total VAS scores were lower in the test groups compared to the placebo group, mainly due to reductions in foreign body sensation and pain scores. Plant-based foods, a new category of foods made from plant materials with specific processes, have characteristics similar to those of animal-based foods, which meet consumers’ nutritional needs. Plant-based foods have become a research hotspot and key focus in the field of food science, as they help to ensure sustainable food supply, realize efficient and low-carbon utilization of resources, and promote the optimization of residents’ dietary structure and the improvement of nutritional levels. At present, most research on plant-based foods focuses on developing new products, but little attention has been paid to potential food safety risks. In order to provide references and enlightenments for guaranteeing the quality and safety of plant-based foods and promoting the healthy development of the plant-based food industry, this article systematically reviews and summarizes the potential chemical and biological safety risk factors of plant-based foods that are currently available on the market, and proposes possible solutions for the problems.

Abstract The origin of energetic charged particles in universe remains an unresolved issue. Astronomical observations combined with simulations have provided insights into particle acceleration mechanisms, including magnetic reconnection acceleration, shock acceleration, and stochastic acceleration. Recent experiments have also confirmed that electrons can be accelerated through processes such as magnetic reconnection and collisionless shock formation. However, laboratory identifying stochastic acceleration as a feasible mechanism is still a challenge, particularly in the creation of collision-free turbulent plasmas. Here, we present experimental results demonstrating kinetic turbulence with a typical spectrum k −2.9 originating from Weibel instability. Energetic electrons exhibiting a power-law distribution are clearly observed. Simulations further reveal that thermal electrons undergo stochastic acceleration through collisions with multiple magnetic islands-like structures within the turbulent region. This study sheds light on a critical transition period during supernova explosion, where kinetic turbulences originating from Weibel instability emerge prior to collisionless shock formation. Our results suggest that electrons undergo stochastic acceleration during this transition phase.

【Objective】 Spring wheat and alfalfa and two crops widely grown by farmers in Northwestern China. A knowledge of their planting areas is important for agricultural management but challenging at regional scale. This paper investigates the feasibility of using air-born technologies to identify their areas at different growing stages. 【Method】 The studies were based on Sentinel-2 imagery acquired from the Qingtongxia Irrigation District, with which we developed a decision tree classification algorithm to identify spring wheat and alfalfa. Accuracy of the method was tested against ground-truth data. 【Result】 The accuracy of the model for identifying spring wheat and alfalfa in early April was 69% and 75%, respectively, due to the similarities of the canopies of the two plants. With the growth of the plants and increase in available data, the accuracy of the model improved gradually, with its accuracy for identifying the spring wheat and alfalfa exceeding 90% on 14th May. Using all five satellite imageries available by 13th May, the accuracy of the model for identifying spring wheat and alfalfa reached 94% and 97%, with their associated Kappa coefficient being 0.75 and 0.86, respectively. The estimated planting areas of the spring wheat and alfalfa in Qingtongxia Irrigation District was 24,000 hm2 and 2,000 hm2, respectively. The spatial distribution of spring wheat was complex, characterized by a large number of fragmented planting zones. 【Conclusion】 The decision tree classification method combined with the Sentinel-2 images can preliminarily identify spring wheat and alfalfa in early April. Its accuracy improves steadily as more data become available, with the accuracy exceeding 90% after the middle of May.

This study proposed a method to predict the future aircraft noise level of the international airport by taking Baiyun International Airport (BIA) as an example. BIA was selected to be studied because it is an important international aviation hub in China. The third phase expansion project of BIA is currently in progress, which is the largest airport expansion project in China. The method included the analysis of current operation of the airport, prediction of future operation scenario and operation of the airport, and predicted future population around the airport. Based on the predicted information, this study used CadnaA software to construct and analyze the noise maps of BIA during summer and winter in 2030. The major advancement of this study compared to that of previous research is that this study predicted the noise levels of the airport during summer and winter separately based on the wind direction of airport location, while other research did not take wind direction into consideration. It is found that operation Scenario 1 produces lower noise pollution level in the future compared to Scenario 2 based on the noise exposure results. It is worth mentioning that in 2030 during winter, when the noise level is greater than 70 dB, the noise-exposed area and population of BIA increase by 71.88 and 146.87% (Scenario 1), respectively, compared to current data, which is more serious compared to the growth rate during summer.

ObjectiveTo study the migration rule of melamine and formaldehyde under acidic conditions in bamboo fiber-melamine resin （BM） tableware， discuss the main factors affecting the migration level and safety risks， and provide suggestions for the safety management of such products.MethodsA total of 14 brands of BM tableware （including baby and infant tableware） with clear identification of bamboo fiber in the market were collected. Ethanol （10%， V/V）and acetic acid （4%， V/V）were selected， and the tableware were soaked in according to GB 5009.156—2016， and then conduct migration tests under acidic conditions according to the national food safety standards GB 31604.15—2016 and GB 31604.48—2016.ResultsWhen BM tableware was exposed to 4% （V/V） acetic acid， the migration level of melamine and formaldehyde was much higher than that of 10% （V/V） ethanol. For a single sample， the migration trend of melamine and formaldehyde was positively correlated， and long-term repeated exposure to more acidic food may have caused a higher chance of excessive migration. With increased frequency of use， the migration level of melamine and formaldehyde increased gradually， which was more obvious in the products with higher bamboo fiber addition.ConclusionThe migration rules of melamine and formaldehyde in BM tableware were basically the same after long term repeated use. The migration level of melamine better reflected the decomposition of resin. BM tableware had a higher chance of excessive migration when repeatedly contacting acidic food for a long time， especially for infant products. The guidance on labels and consumer education should be strengthened and the use of non-conforming raw materials should be eliminated to promote the development of the industry within safety standards.

ObjectiveTo provide basis for further improving the standards management of food enterprise in China， the current situation and the “stricter” indicators of food enterprise standard filing in China was analyzed， and the standard management situation of food enterprises in China was systematically understood.MethodsQuerying the provincial government service network， the official website of the Health Commission， and the food enterprise standard filing information platform were collected， and the food enterprise standard filing work and the “stricter” indicator filing in China were sort out and analyzed.ResultsThere were certain differences in the standard filing system， scope， organization， and handling methods of food enterprises in various provinces. In December 2022， 4 380 food enterprise standards were filed in China， with 91.44% （4 005/4 380） for common food at most. From the category of filling indicators， the highest proportion of pollutant indicators was 93.16% （3 707/3 979）， and the highest proportion of lead in all indicators was 83.66% （3 329/3 979）. 83.55% （3 195/3 824） of food enterprise standard “stricter” indicators was 0%-20%.ConclusionThere are significant differences in work modes among different provinces， and the quality of food enterprise standards filing is not high. Most filing standards use lead as a “stricter” indicator， and the majority are stricter than the percentage below 20%. The effect on improving the level of food safety management and product quality is not obvious. It’s suggested to optimize the food enterprise standard filing system and explore the feasibility of building a national enterprise standard filing information platform.

Obesity and obesity-related metabolic disorders are global epidemics that occur when there is chronic energy intake exceeding energy expenditure. Growing evidence suggests that healthy dietary patterns not only decrease the risk of obesity but also influence the composition and function of the gut microbiota. Numerous studies manifest that the development of obesity is associated with gut microbiota. One promising supplementation strategy is modulating gut microbiota composition by dietary patterns to combat obesity. In this review, we discuss the changes of gut microbiota in obesity and obesity-related metabolic disorders, with a particular emphasis on the impact of dietary components on gut microbiota and how common food patterns can intervene in gut microbiota to prevent obesity. While there is promise in intervening with the gut microbiota to combat obesity through the regulation of dietary patterns, numerous key questions remain unanswered. In this review, we critically review the associations between dietary patterns, gut microbes, and obesity, aiming to contribute to the further development and application of dietary patterns against obesity in humans.

【Background】 Slope height and slope ratio are the most important design parameters affecting slope stability. This paper investigates their combined impact on reliability of channel slopes in attempt to help optimize design and remediation of such slopes. 【Method】 The spatial variation of soil cohesion was calculated using the Karhunen-Loève (K-L) expansion method. With spatial variation of soil cohesion considered, the safety factor was calculated using the simplified Bishop method. The failing probability of the slope was calculated by the Monte Carlo simulation, from which we analyzed the influence of slope height and ratio on slope reliability. 【Result】 The reliability index gradually decreased with the increase in slope ratio. Regard less of spatial variability of the soil strength parameters, the reliability index gradually decreased with the increase in slope height. When the coefficient of variation of the cohesion was large and the coefficient of variation of the internal friction angle was small, the reliability index increased with the increase in slope height. Considering spatial variability of soil mechanical parameters, the reliability index increased with the increase in slope height, except when the variability of the cohesion was small and the variability of the internal friction angle was large. 【Conclusion】 In comparison to reducing slope height in exchange for slope stability, reducing the slope ratio was more effective in improving slope reliability and minimizing engineering risks.

The fatigue crack initiation and short crack propagation behavior of a 3rd generation powder superalloy with the different microstructures were studied by in-situ scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation. The effects of microstructures at the wheel rim (coarse grain structure), wheel centre (fine grain structure), and grain transition zone (gradient grain tructure) of the dual performance powder turbine disk on the fatigue short crack propagation were investigated. The results show that, the crack prefers to nucleate from the first hardening phase at the notch. The gradient microstructure exhibits the multiple cracking at the grain boundaries. For the specimens with the gradient microstructure, the short crack growth behavior at room temperature is significantly affected by the microstructures, and the fatigue crack growth rate shows the large fluctuation. At the lower stress intensity factor range, the crack propagation rate of the coarse grains is higher than that of the fine grains. With the increase of stress intensity factor range, the crack propagation rate of the fine grains is increased faster and finally higher than that of the coarse grains, which mainly attributes to the competition mechanism of the long slip path, the enhanced slip reversibility, the few grain boundary barriers, and the reduced discontinuity.

With the development of multi electric/all electric aircraft, the degree of aircraft secondary energy electrification is becoming higher and higher. As the core component of the electrical system, the motor presents the trend of small volume and high-power density. The heat dissipation problem of compact motor is becoming more and more serious. At present, the self-driven fan cooling system is widely used in aircraft motors. In this paper, the axial fan cooling system of an aero generator is taken as the research object, and the changes of fan flow field and aerodynamic characteristics in the fan motor coupling model of the isolated fan and the installed motor are analyzed by using three-dimensional computational fluid simulation. At the same time, the influence of the change of the axial distance between the fan and the motor on the aerodynamic performance is also studied. The analysis of the simulation results shows that the close coupling between the motor and the fan components greatly affects the flow structure in the fan, resulting in the distortion potential effect on the fan outlet section. The fan flow field appears the blade root reflux, the channel vortex in the blade and the expansion of the corner separation area. With the increase of the axial distance between the motor and the fan, the influence of the motor on the flow in the fan gradually approaches the flow blocking effect.

Ancestral Hall is the social, economic, and cultural hub of lineage unity. Its symbolic meaning is the basis of all its functions and space. The ancestral halls in Huishan have existed for nearly five hundred years. This article selects the ancestral hall of You Wenjian (尤文简) in Huishan area as the subject to present the evolutionary process of the worship space by studying the existing area and relevant literature. The findings are as follows: First, the ancestral hall of You Wenjian has both sacrificial and leisure functions. Its parallel axes unify the serious worship space with landscape. Second, the current layout of the ancestral hall is formed by repeated reconstruction and expansion, which inevitably reflected the ups and downs of a family in the past century and the changing social background in China. And last, different from royal rituals, the rituals in folk were rigorous and standardized, confined in a relatively enclosed space with fixed positions and circulation for lineage members. Focusing on the spatial characteristics of the ancestral hall and worship activities, the article provides valuable information regarding the cognition and cultural conservation of local traditional halls.

This paper adopts the tilt photography technology, builds the drone auxiliary tool, completes the camera calibration, aerial survey planning, image overlap and regional boundary coverage, and other processing work in turn, and then obtains the real scene data of the valve hall of the DC converter station. After processing and reconstructing the acquired image with texture mapping technology, the valve hall of the DC converter station is modeled by integrating BIM and 3D reality modeling technology. The finite element method is used to model and analyze the surface electric field of the valve hall model for electromagnetic changes. With different spatial locations, the electric field strength of the valve hall is different. When the frequency is 125MHz, the electric field strength value is the largest, 130V/m, and then the electric field strength decreases rapidly, and the average value of the electric field will no longer be more than 120V/m after 150MHz.Comparison and analysis of the electric field strength spectra of the different measurement points with the background noise outside the valve hall, and the spatial electromagnetic field of the valve hall of the DC converter station in normal operation are analyzed. The frequency range of measurement points 1 and 2 is below 8×108 Hz, and the maximum electric field intensity around 2×108 Hz can reach 180dBµv/m.

Introduction: Plaque rupture in atherosclerosis contributes to various acute cardiovascular events. As a new sulfide-containing donor, S-propargyl-cysteine (SPRC) has been reported to play a beneficial role in cardioprotection, potentially through its anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative and anti-atherogenic activities. Our previous study observed an increase in eNOS phosphorylation in endothelial cells. However, it remains unclear whether SPRC influences vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) within the plaque and if this effect contributes to plaque stabilization.Methods: An atherosclerotic unstable plaque mouse model was established by subjecting ApoE−/− mice to tandem stenosis of the right carotid artery along with a Western diet. Daily SPRC administration was conducted for 13 weeks. Plaque morphology and stability were assessed using MRI scanning and histopathological staining. In our in vitro studies, we stimulated human artery vascular smooth muscle cells (HAVSMCs) with platelet-derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB), both with and without 100 μM SPRC treatment. Cell phenotype was assessed using both Western blot and Real-time PCR. Cell proliferation was assessed using the BrdU cell proliferation kit and immunofluorescence of Ki-67, while cell migration was measured using scratch wound healing and transwell assay. MiR-143-3p overexpression and knockdown experiments were used to investigate whether it mediates the effect of SPRC on VSMC phenotype.Results and Discussion: SPRC treatment reduced plasma lipid levels, increased collagen content and decreased cell apoptosis in atherosclerotic plaques, indicating improved plaque stability. Both in vivo and in vitro studies elucidated the role of SPRC in preserving the contractile phenotype of VSMCs through up-regulation of miR-143-3p expression. Furthermore, SPRC suppressed the pro-proliferation and pro-migration effects of PDGF-BB on HAVSMCs. Overall, these findings suggest that the inhibitory effect of SPRC on phenotype switch from contractile to synthetic VSMCs may contribute to its beneficial role in enhancing plaque stability.

Coal gangue slurry filling and disposal of solid waste is a new coal green mining technology that conforms to the green and sustainable development of coal mines and responds to national environmental protection policies.In order to establish the basic theoretical system of slurry filling, this paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis, simulation experiment and field industrial test to reveal the law of overburden movement in slurry filling space and master the distribution characteristics of voids available for slurry filling, Clarify the function relationship of "gangue slurry goaf gap".The research shows that the "key layer of slurry filling" is the key to control the space range of slurry filling in the mining process, and the spatial evolution process of "arch beam shell" corresponds to the free accumulation area, load influence area and compaction area of slurry filling space, which directly determines the effect of gangue slurry; The porosity of the collapsed rock mass in the goaf varies along the strike and vertical direction, which satisfies the negative logarithmic function relationship.Based on this, the spatial void distribution model of slurry filling is established, and the key areas of slurry filling are pointed out; Through the ground in-situ grouting filling test, the filling characteristics of gangue slurry in goaf space are proved, and the action process of gangue slurry-gob gap has experienced three stages: initial flow, inrush flow and horizontal diffusion.The industrial practice of gangue slurry filling in the free accumulation area and load affected area of slurry filling space in Huangling No.2 well has successfully verified the feasibility of underground gangue slurry filling technology and the correctness of theory, which provides a new basis for gangue solid waste disposal and green mining.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of TC2N in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM). Methods Using the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) and The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) databases to analyze the expression and correlation of clinicopathologic feature of TC2N in SKCM. Human melanoma A375 cells were used to construct an overexpression cell model of TC2N. CCK-8 assay method was used to detect the effect of TC2N on cell proliferation. Cutaneous melanin xenograft model was constructed in TC2N knockout mice, and the tumor growth was observed and measured. Based on the animal model, the expression of Ki67 was detected in transplanted tumor by immunohistochemistry to analyze the proliferation of tumor cells. In addition, Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) was performed to investigate the correlation between TC2N expression and ERK/MAPK signaling pathway. RT-qPCR and Western blot assay were used to detect mRNA and protein expression levels of related genes(CyclinD1, c-Myc, CDK2 and CyclinE1 in vitro and in vivo). Results Compared with normal skin tissues, the expression level of TC2N protein in SKCM tissues was higher, which was significantly associated with clinicopathological stages and lymphatic node metastasis in patients with SKCM (P < 0.05). In vitro cell experiments demonstrated that the proliferation ability of A375 cells were significantly increased after TC2N overexpression (P < 0.05). The results of skin melanin xenograft model of knockout mouse revealed that compared with TC2N+/+ mice, the tumor weight and tumor volume of TC2N-/- mice were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), suggesting that TC2N knockout significantly inhibited the growth of SKCM. GSEA enrichment analysis indicated that TC2N was significantly correlated with MAPK signaling pathway (P < 0.01), and TC2N was positively correlated with ERK/MAPK downstream gene expression (all P < 0.01). Experiments in vivo and in vitro showed TC2N expression significantly promoted the expression of ERK and p-ERK, and exerted effect on the mRNA and protein expression levels of ERK-related molecues, CyclinD1, c-Myc, CDK2 and CyclinE1(P < 0.01). Conclusion TC2N gene may promote the growth of cutaneous melanoma through activating ERK/MAPK signaling pathway.

Abstract Germ cell tumours with somatic-type solid malignancy (GCT-STM) are a rare disease of the mediastinum. Recently, a cohort of vasculogenic mesenchymal tumour (VMT)-nonseminoma cases with different prognoses were recognized and reported. Here, we report a case of mediastinal high-grade VMT with a seminoma. A 16-year-old male had a fever, chest tightness and fatigue. Chest CT showed a 7.5 cm×5.3 cm solid mass in the right anterior mediastinum. The serum levels of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) were within the normal range. Tumorectomy was performed. The tumour was irregular, and no capsule was found. The cut surface was greyish white and greyish brown with medium consistency. There were foci of bleeding and necrosis. Microscopic histology showed prominent vascular proliferation, which was lined by mildly atypical endothelial cells in a cellular stroma with significant cytologic atypia. The vascular spectrum varied from crevice-like or antler-like thin- to thick-walled vessels. Beyond the tumour area, inside the remnant thymus tissues, there were small clusters of polygonal tumour cells with clear cytoplasm, distinct cell membranes, and round to polygonal nuclei with prominent nucleoli that were positive for Oct4, PLAP, SALL4 and CD117. The patient did not receive any treatments pre- or postoperation, and his condition was stable without progression after 14 months of follow-up evaluation. Here, we added a new entity of GCT-STM of the mediastinum composed of VMT and seminoma. A better understanding of the pathological features of GCT-VMT could help pathologists improve their awareness of these rare diseases.

Coal gangue slurry backfilling is an important technical means of harmless large-scale disposal of gangue under low disturbance conditions, and is one of the important ways to achieve green coal mining, in line with the national green development concept. But for the preparation, long-distance transportation, and goaf disposal of the slurry backfilling material and other aspects of the research is still imperfection, part of the problem of research is still blank, seriously restricting the development of slurry backfilling technology in the field of coal gangue solid waste disposal. Through recent years, coal gangue slurry backfilling in the basic theory and key technology has made a lot of results. The article systematically composes a variety of coal gangue backfilling solid waste disposal technology and its development history, summarizes its applicability and advantages and disadvantages, elaborates the technical background and scientific connotation of the birth of slurry backfilling, and clarifies the key technology and process principle of slurry backfilling. From the perspective of large-scale promotion and application, the three key scientific issues of precise preparation and rheological characteristics of slurry backfilling materials, long-distance pipeline transport characteristics of gangue slurry, spatial dynamic evolution of goaf and the law of slurry intervention have been summarized, and research on precise slurry production technology, pipeline transport technology, and multi-position backfilling technology of slurry has been focused around the above key scientific issues. The rheological characteristics of gangue slurry under multi-factor coupling conditions are analyzed, the mechanism of gangue slurry formation is revealed, the precise preparation model of gangue slurry is constructed, the determination method of key parameters of gangue slurry pipeline transportation is proposed, and the flow and diffusion laws of three forms of slurry-high, low and adjacent are summarized, which in turn to guide the slurry backfilling engineering practice. Based on the above research, the shortcomings and the focus of the future research of the current research on slurry backfilling technology are analyzed, and the development trend of coal gangue slurry backfilling technology under the background of Dual Carbon has prospected, and the following three directions are considered to be the focus of future research: ①mineralized CO2 preparation of carbon-negative slurry technology; ②slurry reconstruction rock layer technology based on MICP technology; ③slurry replacement fluidized mining technology for hard-to-mine coal bodies.

Self-supervised 3D face reconstruction can alleviate the problem of lack of 3D face data,and has therefore become a hot research topic in recent years.Existing self-supervised methods usually focus on using globally supervised signals and do not pay enough attention to the local details of faces.In order to better recover fine-grained 3D faces with vivid details,this paper proposes a fine-grained 3D face reconstruction method based on face part masks,which can reconstruct fine-grained 3D faces without any 3D face annotation.The main idea is to improve the local accuracy of the reconstructed 3D face by giving refinement constraints on the face region through the face part mask and self-supervised constraints on the face part mask on top of the basic loss functions such as 2D image consistency loss,image deep perception loss,etc.Qualitative and quantitative experiments on AFLW2000-3D and MICC Florence datasets demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.

This paper reviewed the Chinese herbal medicine hot package therapy and nursing management for a patient with cold-dampness stasis type abdominal pain caused by chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and identification of syndrome type, the Chinese herbal medicine hot package therapy combined with comprehensive interventions such as dietary care, life support, and psychological care were carried out to relieve the cold-pain symptoms and improve the recovery of the patient. (本文总结1例采用中药热奄包治疗寒湿瘀滞型慢性盆腔炎腹部冷痛的护理经验, 基于中医辨证, 确定患者证型, 通过开展中药热奄包治疗, 并配合饮食护理、生活护理、心理护理等综合护理干预, 有助于减轻患者腹部冷痛, 加快患者恢复。)

An improved RDN image super-resolution reconstruction network incorporating multi-scale residual dense network (MSRDN) was proposed to address the problem of inadequate use of image features in common single-image super-resolution (SISR) reconstruction networks. Firstly, the shallow features were extracted from the input low-resolution image. Then, the feature extraction module was jointly constructed using convolutional layers and local residual learning structures, and the multiplexed structure of the module at different scales was used to fully extract the multi-scale detail features of the image. Next, a top-down and bottom-up feature fusion module was constructed to fully fuse and correlate the collected multi-scale features to construct image features with richer detail information. Finally, the extracted features were sent to the image reconstruction module for the final super-resolution image reconstruction. The experimental results show that the proposed MSRDN network exhibits better visual results compared to networks such as SMSR on the three super-resolution benchmark sets of Set5, Set14 and BSD100, with the peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) the obtained peak singal improved by 0.8 dB on average, and structural similarity (SSIM) by an average of 0.02.

In view of the real-time control problem caused by the strong coupling of input/output of the parallel mechanism, a three translation parallel mechanism with zero coupling degree is proposed according to the topological design theory and method of parallel mechanism of orientation feature position and orientation characteristic(POC) equation. The mechanism is composed of two CPR and one UPU branch chain, which has the characteristics of analytical position positive solution, low coupling degree, good flexibility of motion and large working space. The main topological characteristics such as azimuth feature set, freedom degree and coupling degree are calculated respectively. The motion constraint equation is established and the analytic expressions of input and output positions of the mechanism are obtained. The conditions of odd shape occurrence are studied, and the performance indexes such as dexterity of reciprocal of Jacobian matrix condition number and operation space at the end of dynamic platform are analyzed. Finally, the global dexterity of the mechanism is taken as the target of configuration optimization and the optimization of size parameters is carried out by the grasshopper optimization algorithm(GOA). It provides theoretical reference for the structural design and high precision position control of the parallel mechanism.

Magnetic reconnection drives the ejection of plasmas during solar flares through changes in the magnetic fields. Here, the authors use a laboratory-based experiment to create magnetic reconnection in a regime in which the plasma on one side of the reconnection is in a strongly collisional state, while it is weakly-collisional or collisionless on the other.

Experiments and simulations have been carried out to study the colliding process by two lasers irradiating a gold half-hohlraum. Via analyzing the evolutionary x-ray images, radiation fluxes and self-emission spectrum of tracers, influence on the x-ray conversion efficiency and the local plasma temperature $T_{e,i}$ from two gold-plasma plumes have been investigated deeply, which is similar as the configuration in Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF). Experimental results confirm a region with high electron and ion temperatures $T_{e,i}$ are induced, satisfying the strong collision condition of $\lambda_{i} \lt \Delta{L}$ , where λ _i and $\Delta{L}$ are respectively the ion mean-free path and the gradient length of T _e . It leads to almost $30\%$ increasing of M-band component compared to that from a single laser-irradiation case. Meanwhile ion temperature in this region increases more rapidly than electrons, reaching about $T_i\approx(16\pm4)$ keV ( $T_e\approx(2\pm 0.2)$ keV). Thus, our studies provide the experimental evidence of quantitative x-ray enhancement and a non-equilibrium evolution simultaneously due to the plasma collision for the first time. Besides, two-dimensional simulation results reveal that this process can not be precisely described by the traditional shock-heating model by dissipating the shock energy only to ions. But by distributing the viscous heating between both electrons and ions as theoretically discussed by Miller (2020 Comput. Fluids 210 104672), numerical results can match experiments better. This discovery will be of great importance to improve the precision of prediction for ICF.

This paper takes the establishment of the national food safety standard system for food contact materials （FCM） as the mainline， combined with the role of FCM risk monitoring， risk assessment and related basic research， to demonstrate the achievements of China National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment in the safety management of FCM in the past ten years since its establishment. The current shortcomings for the safety management of FCM are analyzed， and the follow-up work directions are proposed.

According to the requirements of the “Food Safety Law”， China has implemented the standard follow-up evaluation， and continuously improved the working machanism. Through this system， the regulators can collect comments on current effective standards， understand the implementation of the standards， find out the problems and analyze the reasons. It plays a key role in continuously improving the standards， and ensuring the scientificity， rationality and practicality of the standards. This paper reviews the development process of follow-up evaluation on national food safety standards in China since the establishment of National Food Safety Risk Assessment Center 10 years ago， and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages. It can provide reference for the next step to better implement the requirements of "the most stringent standard" and optimize the follow-up evaluation on national food safety standards in China.

ObjectiveTo provide basis for further improvement of China's national food safety standards system， the special follow-up evaluation results of national food safety standards in 2020 were analyzed， and the comprehensive evaluation of standards by regulatory authorities， industry enterprises and other parties were systematically understood.MethodsOpinions were collected through the online questionnaire survey. Excel 2016 was used to sort out the collected comments and descriptive statistical analysis. Meanwhile， the results were compared with those of 2019 to get the trend analysis results.ResultsA total of 17 074 special follow-up evaluation questionnaires of national food safety standards were collected on the online platform， with the highest participation of personnel from food production and operation enterprises， accounting for 50.1%（5 917/11 810） of the total number of valid questionnaires. 93.0%（9 363/10 067） of the respondents thought that the food categories could be clearly positioned in the current general food safety standards. 84.2%（9 942/11 810） and 61.5%（7 260/11 809） of the respondents thought that there were corresponding food product standards and code of practice standards， respectively. The comprehensive score of product standards was 4.41， and the comprehensive score of code of practice standards was 4.42.ConclusionChina’s current food safety standards system framework is basically established. All parties are generally satisfied with China’s national food safety standards system， but there are still some problems in the standards system that need to be further improved. It is suggested to carry out the food safety standards follow-up evaluation in depth and make full use of its results， and improve the national food safety standards system in the future.

The Comfeel Plus transparent dressing combined with 75% alcohol solution wet compress therapy were adopted to prevent the chemotherapy-induced phlebitis, and comprehensive nursing interventions including venous indwelling catheter maintenance, diet nursing, psychological care and health education were carried out to improve patient comfort and quality of life during treatment. ObjectiveTo analyze aluminum migration in food contact aluminum and aluminum alloy materials and articles on the Chinese market under different migration test patterns, to discuss the differences in aluminum migration under different test conditions and product categories. And to assess the exposure risk of aluminum migration in food contact aluminum and aluminum alloy materials and articles.MethodsIn migration test, 4% (V/V) acetic acid, 5 g/L citric acid and tap water were selected. The migration test conditions were boiling for 0.5 h, room temperature for 24 h, and boiling for 2 h. The aluminum migration was detected by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). According to the migration test result, extreme hypothesis method was used to evaluate dietary exposure.ResultsThe migration amount of aluminum in food contact aluminum and aluminum alloy materials and articles had no obvious regularity in the three migration tests, and the migration amount in 4% (V/V) acetic acid and 5 g/L citric acid were much higher than that in the artificial tap water. The result of dietary exposure assessment showed that the estimated dietary exposure of aluminum through aluminum and aluminum alloy products could reach 0.65 to 51.21 mg/(kg·BW·w) and has certain risks.ConclusionIt is suggested that the risk of aluminum intake from aluminum and aluminum alloy materials and articles for food contact is high, so further exposure assessment should be carried out based on more accurate food consumption data. At the same time, risk management measures should be taken to control the migration of aluminum, and the migration risk of aluminum should be controlled by means of science popularization and industry innovation.

ObjectiveTo establish the basic parameters for dietary exposure assessment of food contact materials of fruit products in China.MethodsThe contact area method was used to study the food contact materials of fruit products. By collecting the relevant data of the main body, seal, outer cover and inner lining of food packaging materials, the contact surface area/volume ratio (S/V) of different food contact materials corresponding to different fruit products were obtained.ResultsA total of 288 samples of fruit products were collected in this survey, and 7 398 relevant data were obtained, covering 11 food categories, including frozen fruits, canned fruits, dried fruits, vinegar/oil or salted fruits, jam, puree, preserved fruits, decorative fruits and fruit desserts. The main contact materials involved include polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, metal, paper and glass. The average S/V of main body, seal, outer cover and inner lining of food contact materials of fruit products were 21.00, 1.00, 1.30 and 0.10 dm2/kg respectively.ConclusionA relatively complete database of basic parameters for dietary exposure assessment of food contact materials for fruit products was established, which can provide strong data support for the risk assessment of food contact materials in China.

Abstract Background There is a great deal of controversy on whether routine MRI examination is needed for fresh fractures while the vast majority of patients with tibial plateau fractures (TPFs) receive preoperative X-ray and CT examinations. The purpose of the study was to analyze the exact correlation between CT images of lateral plateau and lateral meniscus injuries in Schatzker II TPFs. Methods A total of 296 patients with Schatzker II TPFs from August 2012 to January 2021 in two trauma centers were enrolled for the analysis. According to the actual situation during open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) and knee arthroscopic surgery, patients were divided into meniscus injury (including rupture, incarceration, etc.) and non-meniscus injury groups. The values of both lateral plateau depression (LPD) and lateral plateau widening (LPW) of lateral tibial plateau on CT images were measured, and their correlation with lateral meniscus injury was then analyzed. The relevant receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was drawn to evaluate the optimal cut-off point of the two indicators which could predict meniscus injury. Results The intra- and inter-observer reliabilities of LPD and LPW were acceptable (intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) > 0.8). The average LPD was 13.2 ± 3.2 mm while the average value of the group without meniscus injury was 9.4 ± 3.2 mm. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 7.9 mm and/or LPW > 7.5 mm on CT. These findings will definitely provide guidance for orthopedic surgeons in treating such injuries. During the operation, more attention is required be paid to the treatment of the meniscus and the possible fracture reduction difficulties and poor alignment caused by meniscus rupture and incarceration should be fully considered in order to achieve better surgical results.

In order to solve the problems of severe mining pressure during the final mining of fully mechanized mining face in Jinjie Coal Mine, large deformation of surrounding rock in the withdrawal channel and difficult to control, based on the background of 31115 working face mining in Jinjie Coal Mine, a combination of theoretical analysis and numerical calculation was used to study the overburden instability movement form, surrounding rock stress distribution law, roadway deformation law and surrounding rock stability control technology in the final mining section of fully mechanized mining face with double retraction passage. The stress transfer techniques, such as stoping concession pressure and forced caving, are proposed based on controlling the position of the basic roof of overburden. The results show that the basic roof instability of working face can be divided into sliding instability and rotary instability, and the regional stress concentration caused by rotary instability is greater than that caused by sliding instability; when the working face advances to 10 m before connecting with the main drawback channel, the main drawback channel is obviously affected by the mining of the working face, and the regional stress concentration increases with the narrowing of the width of the coal pillar between the working face and the main drawback channel. The relevant control measures taken are effective.

This paper summarized treatment and nursing experience of Chinese herbal medicine hot compress based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory in relief of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in a patient undergoing abdominal gynecological surgery and related nursing management. Nurses were educated about time selection of hot compress based on midnight-noon ebb-flow theory, operation procedure and precautions. Other targeted nursing interventions on diet and living habits were carried out to relieve the postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction and improve the recovery. Transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1 and mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) are two effective immunosuppressive agents for organ transplantation technology. This study aims to explore the molecular mechanism of TGF-β1-overexpressed MSCs on T cell immunosuppression. To achieve that, BM-MSCs were isolated from canine bone marrow, and their osteogenic differentiation and surface markers were detected. The TGF-β1 gene was transferred into lentivirus and modified MSCs (TGF-β1/MSCs) by lentivirus transfection. Furthermore, TGF-β1/MSCs were co-cultured with T cells to investigate their effect on differentiation and immune regulation. Results showed that TGF-β1/MSCs significantly downregulated the proportion of CD4+ CD8+ T cells in lymphocytes and significantly upregulated the proportion of CD4+ CD25+ T cells. Moreover, TGF-β1/MSCs significantly upregulated the expression of IL-10 in CD4+ T cells and downregulated the expression of IL-17A, IL-21, and IL-22. Meanwhile, interferon-γ (IFN-γ) neutralizing antibody blocked the effects of TGF-β1/MSCs on the differentiation inhibition of Th17. Overall, our results confirm the strong immunosuppressive effect of TGF-β1/MSCs in vitro and demonstrate that IFN-γ mediates the immunosuppressive effect of TGF-β1/MSC.
