ObjectiveTo conduct the sequencing and preliminarily analysis of the whole genome of BCG Shanghai D2PB302 strain （hereinafter referred to as BCG Shanghai D2 strain）， which has been used exclusively for the vaccine production in China.MethodsThe DNA of of BCG Shanghai D2 strain （D2-JIA12-1） was extracted， and the whole genome was sequenced by Pacbio-RS Ⅱ. The sequence data was assembled by Smrtlink and polished with the illumina data. Genes， tRNA and rRNA were predicted based on the sequence data. The functional annotation of predicted genes was performed through BLASTP. The IVE-TB antigen gene and MTBVAC were selected as the target sequences to be compared with Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv （NC_000962.3）.ResultsThe sequence length of BCG Shanghai D2 strain was 4 045 232 bp， and the GC content was 65.66%. A total of 4 259 protein-encoding genes were predicted， with an average gene size of 933 bp. 2 476 genes had biological functions and others were hypothetical proteins.144 virulence genes were obtained by comparing with the VFDB. There were 29 type Ⅶ secretion system genes and 10 PE/PPE protein family genes.ConclusionThe whole genome sequence of BCG Shanghai D2 strain is clarified. It lays a broad foundation for subsequent detection of the stability of major antigen genes.

The polyurea elastomer (PUA) powder modifier was prepared by the method of spraying–initial crushing–fine grinding, and then, the PUA-modified asphalt was produced. The typical functional structure of PUA was identified and characterized. The apparent viscosity of PUA-modified asphalt was tested at different temperatures. The impact of particle size and content of PUA on creep and recovery properties of asphalt at high temperature was investigated through the multiple stress creep recovery test. The mesothermal fatigue behavior of PUA-modified asphalt was evaluated by means of time sweep and linear amplitude sweep. Results indicated that the high elastic properties of PUA materials might depend on the spherical structure inside PUA material. The diameter of functional structure was around 20 µm and presented as 3D ball structure. The increase in PUA particle size would lead to the increase in cracks and folds in the bonding surface PUA modifier could improve by about 50% of the apparent viscosity significantly. Furthermore, PUA modifier could promote the high-temperature rutting resistance and middle-temperature fatigue property of asphalt. The improving effect on R could reach almost 28% and the 0.075 mm could be the best application size of PUA.

With the improvement of social productivity, high-quality power supply is the main requirement for the power industry. To ensure the stability of power supply, power supply companies need to regularly maintain and repair power equipment, during which the use of grounding wire devices is necessary to protect the working process of maintenance personnel. The existing TV, lightning arrester, and circuit isolation switches of 110kV and above grades in substations mostly use the vertical wire connection method to connect with the equipment. During equipment maintenance, there is a risk of virtual connection and dropping when maintenance personnel install grounding wires on such wires, which threatens the safety of the power grid and personnel. To ensure smooth and stable substation equipment maintenance, a vertical wire clamp mechanism and wiring device have been developed, which not only improves the efficiency of maintenance operations and reduces the labor intensity of maintenance personnel but also reduces the work risks during maintenance operations, and is worth promoting in the industry.

Pure copper/copper alloy has excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, which is an important industrial material. Laser powder bed fusion, which represents the laser additive manufacturing technology, has excellent design freedom and forming accuracy, and is the mainstream development direction of additive manufacturing. Compared with traditional processing and manufacturing technology, the laser powder bed fusion of pure copper/copper alloy can give better play to the excellent performance of copper, and has broad application prospects in the fields of high thermal conductivity/electrical conductivity such as electrical and electronic, automotive, aerospace and other fields. The current research status of laser powder bed fusion of laser high-reflective materials represented by pure copper/copper alloys, the important problems they face, and the analysis of corresponding solutions were reviewed in this paper. On this basis, combined with the team's experience in the laser powder bed fusion process of pure copper/copper alloy, it was pointed out that the use of blue, green and other short-wavelength lasers for the powder bed laser fusion of pure copper/copper alloy and other highly reflective materials is a future study hot spots and development directions.

AbstractAiming at the problems of high environmental vibration frequency, low output power and short life of the energy harvesters, a noncontact magnetically coupled piezo-electromagnetic rotary energy harvester is proposed in this paper. It consists of a base, a top cover, a rotating body, a cantilever beam, a permanent magnet, a coil, a hollow tube and a clamp. The novel hybrid harvester can produce both piezoelectric and electromagnetic energy at the same time, and in addition, it can efficiently generate electricity at low ambient vibration. Moreover, the piezoelectric material is protected from direct collision by noncontact magnetic coupling excitation. In order to conduct a comprehensive study on the performance of the piezoelectric-electromagnetic rotary energy harvester, we set up a rotating test platform to carry out systematic test verification, and to determine the distance between the permanent magnet and the rotating body and the number of permanent magnets on the rotating body. The test results show that when four permanent magnets are uniformly pasted on the rotating body and the rotating speed is 775 r/min, the piezoelectric and electromagnetic output power are 3.4 mW and 2.69 mW, respectively, and the total hybrid output power is 6.09 mW. Energy saving is an important measure to promote social green transformation. The traditional energy-saving ideas usually only focus on a specific loss, and seldom consider the possible relationship and influence among various losses. In relatively complex energy-using systems, there are often many kinds of losses, and each loss may have many influencing factors. There may be some relationship between these losses and the influencing factors. To solve this problem, this paper presents an analysis method of the variable association in multi-variable systems. First, the basic relationships between variables and the representation methods are discussed. The basic concept of a path between variables is given, and the analysis method of variable association based on path statistics is provided. This paper focuses on the analysis of the influencing factors and paths of the observed variables, as well as which observed variables will be affected by a control variable. Then, based on the correlation matrix, the quantitative analysis method of the influence between variables is given. Variable correlation analysis is innovatively applied in the field of energy saving to determine the correlation of losses through variable associations, guiding the preliminary screening of energy-saving measures and analyzing the collateral effects of these measures. Based on the correlations between energy losses, a scientific process for formulating energy-saving measures is proposed. The variable correlation analysis method proposed in this paper is a generalized method, which can judge the correlation between variables from the perspective of theoretical analysis and avoid the dependence on data. In addition to good applications in the field of energy conservation, it can also be widely used in construction, transportation, climate change, and other fields. The proposed energy-saving ideas take into account the intensity of influencing factors on loss and the correlation between loss, which improves the effectiveness of energy saving measures. In response to the issues of low outdoor thermal comfort and poor ventilation environment in Beijing Hutong, this paper proposes a rapid intelligent optimization method combining Pix2Pix (Image-to-Image Translation with Conditional Adversarial Networks) with a genetic algorithm. Firstly, the architectural types of the research objects are highly refined and summarized into four traditional building types. Then, they are placed in the site with open spaces in a certain proportion, and a multi-objective optimization model for the UTCI (Universal Thermal Climate Index) and building area is constructed using a genetic algorithm, generating and iteratively optimizing the spatial layout of the building population. Finally, Pix2Pix is used to learn and train a large number of Hutong combination samples, rapidly generating the UTCI and ventilation results, which serve as the optimization objectives to obtain the optimal solution set for Hutong spatial forms. Compared with traditional empirical design methods, this method allows for a rapid and efficient traversal of vast solution spaces, intelligently generating Hutong renovation schemes that balance cultural heritage and healthy comfort. The research results demonstrate that this method can quickly find (26.4 times faster than traditional performance simulation methods) that the reasonable proportions of Siheyuan, Sanheyuan, Erheyuan, new buildings, and empty spaces in the Da Yuan Hutong in Beijing should be controlled at 11.8%, 16.9%, 23.8%, 33.8%, and 13.7%, respectively. Meanwhile, the building density should be maintained between 0.5 and 0.58, and the floor area ratio should be kept between 0.96 and 1.14. This significantly improves outdoor comfort, enhances the living environment of the Hutong, and promotes sustainable urban development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
