Одним із складних і тривалих процесів, за тридцять років суверенності України, стала делімітація україно-російського кордону, що становить понад 2 тис. км. Проблеми кордону, деякою мірою, було закладено ще на початку минулого століття. У роки Української революції 1917–1921 рр. кордони України не лише часто змінювалися, а й в певні періоди взагалі не мали конкретних обрисів. Нестабільності та їх рухливості сприяли масові повстанські рухи, самопроголошення різноманітних державних утворень на півдні і сході України, постійні конфлікти з денікінською армією та країнами Антанти. Лише із завершенням Української революції 1917–1921 рр. кордон віртуально усталився, спочатку як міждержавний, а згодом, після створення СРСР, міжреспубліканський з БСРР і РСФРР. І якщо з білоруською стороною значних непорозумінь по розмежуванню території не було, то з Росією процес домовленостей розтягнувся аж до 1928 р.

The article is devoted to the study of the possibilities for researching the history of the family of the ancient Ukrainian cossack and noble family of the Kostenetsky. Thus, the work has both a historiographical and a source study character. The authors analyzed the developments of scientists of the XIX – early XXI centuries on the specified topic. They are all largely fragmentary. There are no comprehensive studies about the Kostenetsky clan or about its individual representatives. At the same time, there is a large array of published and unpublished historical sources. The most informative of them are archival documents. They are also the least studied by scientists. The overwhelming majority of these documents are kept in the state archives of the Sumy and Chernigov regions, the Institute of Manuscripts of the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadsky (Ukraine) and the Russian State Historical Archives (Russia). These documents contain information about personal/family life, education, career of members of the Kostenetsky family. When working with sources on this topic, the need to use a critical method was emphasized. This will make it possible to obtain the most reliable historical data about the representatives of the Kostenetsky family. Статья посвящена изучению возможностей для исследования истории рода старинного украинского казацко-старшинского и дворянского рода Костенецких. Таким образом, работа имеет одновременно историографический и источниковедческий характер. Авторы проанализировали наработки ученых XIX – начала XXI веков по указанной теме. Все они в значительной мере фрагментарны. Комплексных исследований о роде Костенецких или об отдельных его представителях не существует. В то же время есть большой массив опубликованных и неопубликованных исторических источников. Наиболее информативными из них являются архивные документы. Они же и наименее исследованы учеными. Подавляющее большинство этих документов хранится в государственных архивах Сумской и Черниговской областей, Институте рукописи Национальной библиотеки Украины имени В.И. Вернадского (Украина) и Российском государственном историческом архиве (Россия). Эти документы содержат информацию о личной/семейной жизни, образовании, карьере членов семейства Костенецких. При работе с источниками по этой теме подчеркнута необходимость использования критического метода. Это даст возможность получить максимально достоверные исторические данные о представителях семейства Костенецких.

Одним із напрямків національно-культурного відродження України в ХІХ ст. стало формування українцями приватних зібрань та колекцій історико-культурного призначення. На відміну від російських територій, де заснування перших музеїв мало державний характер, бо створювалися за кошти імператорської родини, в Україні формування музейництва мало приватний характер. За особистою ініціативою українське дворянство, що мало родинні зв’язки з польським, литовським, молдавським та російським дворянством почало формувати власні приватні колекції, тим самим формуючи музейну справу на Україні. Прикладом такої кропіткої роботи по збиранню власної колекції є діяльність меценатів сім’ї Ханенків.

Питання збереження пам'яток останнім часом увійшли до порядку денного багатьох урядів та організацій світу. Підвищення уваги до цієї проблеми зумовлене реаліями цивілізаційних зрушень, результатом яких стали нові загрози для світової культурної спадщини, що суттєво вплинуло на підходи до пам'яткоохоронної справи як міжнародних організацій так і урядів держав світу. Тому охорона культурної спадщини, вироблення ефективних підходів до її збереження, консервації та популяризації є одним із пріоритетних напрямів внутрішньої політики не лише України, але і всіх світових держав.

Серед загальних питань, зосереджено увагу на такі основні моменти: психологічна характеристика особи, винної у скоєнні правопорушення; ефективні методи впливу на свідомість людини під час проведення досудових слідчих дій задля отримання інформації, важливої для слідства; сприятливі чинники, котрі спонукають особу порушника до сприяння слідству; система психологічних знань, необхідних для комунікації з учасниками досудового процесу. Було виділено основні тенденції у спілкуванні з правопорушником з урахуванням спеціальних психологічних знань під час досудових слідчих дій. It was The main tendencies in communicating with the offender, taking into account special ones, are highlighted psychological knowledge during pre-trial investigations.

Важливу роль в культурному житті Лаври відігравала її іконописна школа. У XIX ст. в Петербурзі функціонувала Академія мистецтв, що готувала професійних майстрів, та на Україні не було ні середнього, ні вищого мистецького навчального закладу. Фактично їх роль виконувала іконописна школа Києво-Печерської лаври, основним завданням якої було навчання рисунку та живопису. Заняттями учнів керували досвідчені монахи-живописці. В основу навчання, був покладений метод копіювання гравюр з різноманітних західноєвропейських художніх альбомів, котрих в Лаврі було достатньо. У формуванні творчої індивідуальності учнів значна роль належала вчителям, які свої знання та навички, що накопичувалися протягом тривалого часу, передавали учням. Лаврські учні були хорошими орнаменталістами. В їхніх роботах присутні орнаментальні мотиви запозичені з народної вишивки, різьблення по дереву, ювелірної чеканки. Досконалими пейзажними малюнками лаврських учнів є фрагменти настінних розписів Успенського собору і Троїцької церкви, зокрема відомим художником був лаврський ієромонах Іринарх, який у 1844 р. виконав частину розписів в Успенському соборі.

Every political authority, even a historical one, puts forward its “own” demands on history and historians. It was, and probably always will be. This was no exception during the restoration of the Ukrainian state in the 1990s. From ideological monism, Ukrainian science has shifted to reforming social and humanitarian education in the country, including historical education. The beginning was in 1988, when the existing Soviet power, realizing that it was impossible to stop the process of change, brought it under its control, setting up a coordinating committee to develop a program for the development of historical research, to improve the study and propaganda of the history of the Ukrainian SSR. The Commission proposed to separate a course of history of the Ukrainian SSR in secondary and higher education into an independent educational discipline, to expand the number of schools with advanced study of history, and to organize training in leading universities of specialists in the history of Ukraine. But to proclaim does not always mean to do. The cardinal changes will begin later and will be discussed in this article. Until the 1990s, Ukraine had no national concept of historical education. Until 1989, the history of the CPSU was the only basic historical discipline in all higher education institutions of the USSR, as well as in the entire Soviet Union, regardless of profile of study or region. The main educational programs were approved centrally in Moscow by the General Directorate Teaching of Social Sciences of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the USSR. In 1989, the course of the history of the CPSU was withdrawn from the educational program of higher education institutions and was replaced by the obligatory historical discipline - “Social and political history of the XX century”. In 1990, universities were granted more rights in defining the content of training. This facilitated the deployment of a grassroots initiative to improve the content of historical teaching. The first such initiative was made by teachers and students of higher educational establishments of Lviv region, where since 1990 most courses of history of Ukraine were taught in most universities, although the official status of this course has not been determined yet by the goverment. In 1992, universities of Ukraine are moving to an in-depth study of national history, re-profiling the departments of USSR history into the departments of Ukrainian history, increasing the number of hours of studying the history of Ukraine for students of historical specialties. But a major drawback in teaching the history of Ukraine was the lack of science-based course programs. In 1993, the Scientific and Methodological Commission on the History of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine began the development of a typical program for the course of history of Ukraine as a kind of reference for the departments of history of Ukraine of higher educational institutions. The development and approval in 1993 of the program of the normative course of history of Ukraine for students of history faculties of higher educational establishments, as well as the drawing up in 1994-1996 a typical program of the basic course of history of Ukraine for other higher educational institutions contributed the development of scientific approaches to teaching Ukrainian history, and clarification of teachers’ positions on discussion issues in history. At one time with the development of the educational programs, the national concept of historical education in Ukraine was created and improved.

У статті проаналізовано методологічну складову сучасної юридичної психології, яка знаходиться на межі психології та юриспруденції. Поза всяким сумнівом, з початку ХХ століття і до сьогодні, юридична психологія на радянському, пострадянському та сучасному просторі пройшла етапи формування, забуття, відродження та інтенсивного розвитку перетворившись у самостійну наукову галузь. За цей період були сформовані основні її теоретичні складові. Це предмет, об’єкт, структура, завдання, методи та її місце й значення в системі наукового знання. Проаналізовано історію її виникнення та розвитку на різних етапах та країнах. На сьогодні у центрі уваги юридичної психології знаходяться психологічні аспекти особистості її поведінки та діяльність у сфері права. Адже, саме право є визначена природою людини система регулювання суспільних відносин, звернена, передусім, до особистості. Людина як особистість поступово формується й існує в системі суспільних відносин і є соціальною істотою, для якої характерні цілеспрямованість і саморегуляція. Важливою умовою існування будь-якого суспільства, дійсно, служать розроблені людьми норми права, які регулюють поведінку і відносини між індивідами, між особистістю та суспільством. У сучасній науковій літературі окремі питання та проблеми юридичної психології знайшли своє відображення як в працях вітчизняних так і закордонних дослідників. Головне завдання юридичної психології сприяти вирішенню складних проблем у галузі права та посилення боротьби з правопорушеннями і злочинами. В юридичній діяльності знання психології не аби як потрібні адже вони дозволяють глибше пізнати психічні особливості особистості, властивості й специфіку її поведінки, діяльності, спілкування тощо. А знання психологічних закономірностей, застосування в юридичній діяльності психологічних методів і прийомів підвищує ефективність праці юриста, допомагає краще зрозуміти мотив вчинків людей, регулювати відносини з ними. Юридична психологія є самостійною науковою галуззю та навчальною дисципліною, оскільки вона пов'язана з особливими правовими аспектами людської діяльності. The article analyzes the methodological component of modern legal psychology, which is on the verge of psychology and jurisprudence. Undoubtedly, from the beginning of the 20th century to the present time, juridical psychology in the Soviet Union, post-Soviet and modern countries has passed the stages of formation, oblivion, revival and intensive development into an independent scientific branch. During this period, its main theoretical components were formed. These are an object, a subject of study, a structure, tasks, methods and its place and significance in the system of scientific knowledge. The history of origin and development of the juridical psychology at different stages and countries were analyzed in this article. Today, in a the focus of juridical psychology are psychological aspects of the personality of its behavior and activities in the field of law. After all, law is a system of regulation of social relations, defined by human nature, directed, first of all, to the person. Human is gradually formed and exists in the system of social relations and human is a social being, who can be characterized by purposefulness and self-regulation. Indeed, an essential condition for the existence of any society is the rules of law developed by humans that regulate behavior and relations between individuals, between a person and a society. In modern scientific literature, separate questions and problems of juridical psychology have been reflected both in the works of domestic and foreign researchers. The main task of juridical psychology is to contribute a process of solving problems in the field of law and to strengthen the fight against offenses and crimes. In legal activity, knowledge of juridical psychology allows to get deeper into the psychic peculiarities of a person, properties and specifics of his behavior, activity, communication, etc. Also knowledge of psychological patterns and knowledge of psychological methods and its application in the legal activity increase the efficiency of a lawyer’s work, help to understand better the motive of people's actions, and to regulate relations with them. Juridical psychology is an independent scientific discipline and an academic discipline, as it is associated with the special legal aspects of human activity.

Розглянуто методологічний плюралізм, що сформувався в українській історичній науці, та визначені основні принципи сучасної української історичної науки – науковість, об’єктивність, пріоритет загальнолюдських цінностей. The article analyzes the scientific debate that has emerged among Ukrainian historians in the middle of 90 yearss of 20th century, concerning the formation of a national concept of Ukrainian history. Methodological pluralism, formed in the Ukrainian historical science, namely, the creative using of all the best that has accumulated in history by historian-scholar, socio-political and philosophical thought of previous centuries were considered. The main methodological orientations of modern Ukrainian historical science – scientifics, objectiveness, the priority of human values were identified.

In this article the review of the diplomatic relations in the 1st half of XVII century was conducted and was made a conclusion that the Ukrainian Liberation war in 1648-1654 was a significant event in European history of XVII century, which had a major and lasting international response. It has contributed to changes in the balance of power in Eastern Europe, and thus significantly influenced in the European political situation.

Labour migration in the modern world is a catalyst for the globalization process, because between it there is cause and effect relationship. Ukrainian labor migration is associated not only with global trends, but also has its own features. Ukrainian citizens are motivated by economic crisis and political factors within our state to relocate to new places of residence and employment. Therefore, the article discusses the statistics of labor migration in Ukraine during the last year. Popular centers of gravity of workforce, which prefer Ukrainians, were signed. Also it was analyzed the regulation of migration processes in Ukraine.

З’ясовано питання походження та карбування монет, що використовувалися в Гетьманщині в другій половині ХVІІ–ХVІІІ столітті. In the early years of the Ukrainian Cossack state were founded the foundations of the financial system and created a military treasure, but it had not further development. Plans about the coinage in Ukrainе in the second half of XVII century had not fulfilled. The population of Hetmanate gradually get used to the Western European and Russian coins. The question, discussed in this article, is about the origin and coinage in the Hetmanate in the second half of XVII–XVIII century.

Автором розглянуто процес формування нового типу студентства з позицій цінностних координат “пролетаризації” 20-хроків ХХ століття. Higher education institutions in 1920s united in its area people of all social origins but with the same social position, that meets the spirit of a totalitarian society and proletarian culture. “Proletarian identity” demanded from young people learning new cultural norms and commitment to power as a necessary condition for successful graduating. Because of that students distanced from all that was an “enemy”, acquiring “proletarian” image, masked under the appropriate appearance, language and social position.

Розглянуто республіканські та монархічні погляди козацтва на державне будівництво Гетьманщини. Аналізуються політичні дії та ідеї Б. Хмельницького в спробі побудови династичного правління в Україні. Здійснюється розгляд клану Хмельницьких. In the article were analyzed B. Khmelnitsky’s actions which were directed to the strengthening of his internal influence (through the marriage) and external influence by developing the concept outside Ukrainian (Moldavia, Transylvania, Moskovia) dynastic ties. It was traced the idea of formation of hereditary Cossack’s monarchy and at the same time forming a small group of new Ukrainian aristocracy - Cossacks. The main attention was that the ideological basis of the policy of state building in Hetmanate was the combination of union between the gentry and Cossacks as two equal complementary Ukrainian elites. The role of B. Khmelnitsky, as the first Ukrainian political figure, who successfully replaced the old princely and royal form of dynastyc government in Ukraine to a new hetman form were discovered.

For ages a kind of tradition like a social support in the form of charitable activity, basis on kindness, love and help each other formed on the Ukrainian lands. In this article the private initiative and charitable activities analyzed as an important source of private support for educational and cultural development of the society. Also it actualized value of charity work in the past and present time, made conclusions about the necessity of revival charity at the national and personal level. Ukraine has a rich historical traditions of the private educational charity, but unfortunately it was in the past. Lost in Soviet time old "style" of charity gradually forms anew. The history of charity work evoking a particular interest in Ukraine now, but restore these charities, especially educational one, is not so simple.

In the article a fair considered as an illustrator of the unique customs, that combined two cultural elements - production and entertainment sector. Features of public mode of life and fairground commercial economic activity were described. Considered commercial and ceremonial acts and customs, which carried fair trade in Ukraine. It is concluded that the fair traditions are ethnographic peculiarity of the Ukrainian people and the artistic and entertainment complex, which attracts with its uniqueness today.

The book is dedicated to the one of the historical science problem - historiographic analysis of textbooks on history. In modern terms the educational literature on the history is an important component of historical science, because it is a kind of indicator of its major achievements and development. This fact allowed us to monitor changes in methodology, content and structure of history textbooks that were published in the 90's of the twentieth century.; Substantiate periods of the main stages of Ukraine in national textbooks and manuals on history for secondary and higher education, show value history textbooks for the development of historical science. Аналізуються зміни в соціально-культурному розвитку української інтелігенції в 20-30-ті роки ХХ ст. In the article it was analyzed the changes of the social and cultural development of Ukrainian intelligentsia in the 1920's and 30's years of the XX-th century.

Аналізується складна і суперечлива дипломатична гра, що відбувалася навколо українського питання напередодні Другої світової війни. Розглядяється механізм обєднання українських земель у кінці 30-х - на початку 40-х рр. ХХ ст. The difficult and contradictory diplomatic play around the Ukrainian question before World War II is investigated. The mechanism of inufication of Ukrainian acres at the end of 30ies- in the beginning of 40ies of the XX century is shown.

The reforming changes which took place in historical education in the first ten years of the independence of Ukraine are analysed. The process of formation of the national conception in historical education is observed.

Автор з сучасних позицій розглядає дипломатичні та політичні звязки українського козацтва з московською державою в період національно-визвольної війни середини ХVІІ століття. The author analysed the diplomatic, politician and economical relations of Ukrainian Cossacks with the Moscow state in the period of national war of liberation in the midlle of XVII century.

Розглядаються деякі проблеми розвитку історичного знання в радянському та пострадянскьму суспільстві, взаемозвязку вітчизняної історичної картини світу з поширеними в Західній науці уявленнями про загальносвітовий історичний простір. В статті здійснений огляд впровадження у вищі навчальні заклади України курсу з історії України та забезпечення його навчальною літературою. The article have an overview of introductions to higher education course on the history of Ukraine and ensuring it educational literature.
