Abstract

This work is motivated by the fact that the reliability of electrical connectors influenced by their mechanical behavior and fatigue life directly affects the working performance of the whole equipment system. In this paper, theoretical analyses of insertion force, maximum stress, and fatigue life in an aviation electrical connector are presented and the corresponding mathematical models are firstly derived. Then, to numerically investigate its mechanical behavior and fatigue life, a simplified 3D FE model is developed by using ABAQUS and FE‐SAFE software and verified by experiments and theoretical analysis. Finally, the distribution and evolution characteristics of contact forces, stress and fatigue life considering the influences of reed thickness and slot width are quantitatively analyzed in details. The results indicate that the insertion force first increases and then stabilizes at the level of 0.16 N as the pin head is fully inserted into the jack, which shows an opposite to the evolution of extraction force. Moreover, the maximum value of stress and the minimum value of fatigue life are all located at the root of the jack reed. Besides, unlike the small effect of slot width, the Fimax and σmax values obviously increase and the Nf value decreases with the increment of reed thickness. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

The path planning of tube-sheet welding can be approximately equivalent to traveling salesman problem (TSP), which belongs to NP-hard problem. To solve this problem, the standard firefly algorithm is discreted, and a new firefly distance pattern is proposed to represent the distance between two fireflies. At the same time, a new random rule is introduced into the iteration rule for stochastic search. To implement the algorithm, the fitness function of the shortest welding path considering the thermal deformation based on the Gauss heat distribution law is constructed in this paper. The experiment of path planning of tube-sheet welding is taken by applying of the proposed DFA, the results show that the proposed algorithm is efficiency and the fitness function is feasible.

Abstract

The dynamic interchange between monomeric globular actin (G-actin) and polymeric filamentous actin filaments (F-actin) is fundamental to cell motility and cytokinesis. However, there are few literatures elucidating the regulation of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNA) in -actin dynamic. Here we characterize a lncRNA: LNC CRYBG3 and we confirmed a physical and functional interaction between LNC CRYBG3 and -actin whichsuppresses G-actin polymerization. During HIMAC experiment, we found a heavy ion radiation sensitived LncRNA CRYBG3 and it’s overexpression caused tumor cells’ survival rate decreased for 72%. Therefore, we hypothesized that lncRNA CRYBG3 regulates heavy ion induced apoptosis by targeting Actin-MAL-SRF pathway., 平成30年度放射線医学総合研究所重粒子線がん治療装置等共同利用研究報告会

The P/T net-based hierarchy structure model of the component-connector design feature and the energy flowing P/T net model of the primitive mechanism are built up. The product model is mathematically described from the perspectives of the function, design feature, attribute and their relationships. Then the P/T net-based hierarchy structural model is applied to represent the conceptual product, and the energy flowing P/T net is established to simulate the working status of the conceptual product.
