The aim of the present work is to study the controlling of weld defects and dimensions by using robot cell which associated with MIG/MAG welding process. The base metal is evaluated through the chemical analysis, mechanical tests and micro-structure tests, filler metal is also selected and analyzed according to AWS specification. The various welding conditions are chosen to be as suitable as possible such as welding current, arc voltage, travel speed, stick out, protective gases and there is another effective parameter called as torch inclination angles, which has an obvious effect on the weld bead dimensions. Robotic arc welding has been applied and analyzed for the welding of a complex sheet metal product named as product X-11. The product X-11 required 33 are welds with total length of (182.8 cm) of welds. Two complete weld programs development are carried out. The weld program consists of two stages, which are the front side and the back side. The cycle time calculates for each program. It is obvious that the productivity is increase to about 186%. Some of quality control tests are curried out for the purpose of improving in weld quality. Some of inspections and tests are achieved for finding out the defects in the weldments in the mass production which is considered as attributes data. Pareto diagram is also set up to show the important defects in the production. The presence of defects in the final products may belong to many factors (eg. poor fits for welding parts, impurity of protective gases, etc.),

Agent technology has a widespread usage in most of computerized systems. In this paper agent technology has been applied to monitor wear test for an aluminium silicon alloy which is used in automotive parts and gears of light loads. In addition to wear test monitoring، porosity effect on wear resistance has been investigated. To get a controlled amount of porosity, the specimens have been made by powder metallurgy process with various pressures (100, 200 and 600) MPa. The aim of this investigation is a proactive step to avoid the failure occurrence by the porosity. A dry wear tests have been achieved by subjecting three reciprocated loads (1000, 1500 and 2000)g for three periods (10, 45 and 90)min. The weight difference after each test is immediately measured to find the losing weight and wear rate for each specimen. Wear test was monitored online by two sensors, force sensor to control the applied load, find friction force and coefficient of friction. The sensor is an acoustic emission to detect crack initiations of the worn surface by transfers the emitted ultrasonic waves from crack initiations to electric signals. Scanning electron microscope has been used to examine the worn surfaces. The overall results include that the effect of pores depends on pore shapes, sizes and concentrations.

In most of the group technology approaches the formulation and simplification of data entry has been ignored. This has lead to difficulties and complexity for the end-user of the group technology, especially in the cases where the number of machines and components are large and complex. The way the daa are inputted are in the form of a 0-1 matrix, which is quit difficult, troublesome, and error creation is possible in their entry, even with double-checking in their input. Also for output results, as it is given in the form of the 0-1 matrix and left to the end-user to interrupt instead of iving the result in a such a way that it could be used by the end-user directly. In this paper, a systematic formulation of data input and output is introduced so as to make easier for the users to enter their data as simple as possible and with minimum error occurrence, especially in the cases where there are considerable number of machines and components to be dealt with And also use the results directly without any further interpretation. The proposed system for data entry and output interruption has been applied and then implemented in two different companies with easiness and apparition of end-user in terms of data input. minimum corrections, simple and direct usage of outputs without further interpretation

The TATA box-binding protein-associated factor 1 (TAF1) is a ubiquitously expressed protein and the largest subunit of the basal transcription factor TFIID, which plays a key role in initiation of RNA polymerase II-dependent transcription. TAF1 missense variants in human males cause X-linked intellectual disability, a neurodevelopmental disorder, and TAF1 is dysregulated in X-linked dystonia-parkinsonism, a neurodegenerative disorder. However, this field has lacked a genetic mouse model of TAF1 disease to explore its mechanism in mammals and treatments. Here, we generated and validated a conditional cre-lox allele and the first ubiquitous Taf1 knockout mouse. We discovered that Taf1 deletion in male mice was embryonically lethal, which may explain why no null variants have been identified in humans. In the brains of Taf1 heterozygous female mice, no differences were found in gross structure, overall expression and protein localisation, suggesting extreme skewed X inactivation towards the non-mutant chromosome. Nevertheless, these female mice exhibited a significant increase in weight, weight with age, and reduced movement, suggesting that a small subset of neurons was negatively impacted by Taf1 loss. The Dp(10)2Yey mouse carries a ∼2.3-Mb intra-chromosomal duplication of mouse chromosome 10 (Mmu10) that has homology to human chromosome 21, making it an essential model for aspects of Down syndrome (DS, trisomy 21). In this study, we investigated neuronal dysfunction in the Dp(10)2Yey mouse and report spatial memory impairment and anxiety-like behavior alongside altered neural activity in the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) and hippocampus (HPC). Specifically, Dp(10)2Yey mice showed impaired spatial alternation associated with increased sharp-wave ripple activity in mPFC during a period of memory consolidation, and reduced mobility in a novel environment accompanied by reduced theta-gamma phase-amplitude coupling in HPC. Finally, we found alterations in the number of interneuron subtypes in mPFC and HPC that may contribute to the observed phenotypes and highlight potential approaches to ameliorate the effects of human trisomy 21., Competing Interests: The authors declare no competing interests., (© 2023 The Author(s).)
