Cancer is a disease caused by an irregular hormonal pathway that results in the growth of flesh in normal body tissues, often known as malignant tumors. In addition, these symptoms are also known as malignant neoplasms. They are often characterized by characteristic cell cycle abnormalities that give rise to the ability of cells to grow uncontrollably, invading nearby biological tissues. These cells migrate to other body tissues through the blood circulation or lymphatic system, called metastasis. This study aimed to analyse the relationship between nutritional status and the frequency of chemotherapy in cancer patients. This study uses a literature review method based on references from ten national journals sourced from Google Scholar for the last five years. It uses the keywords frequency of chemotherapy, cancer patients, and nutritional status. From this study, the frequency of chemotherapy given to cancer patients is quite influential on the nutritional status of chemotherapy patients depending on the patient's immune system. Many patients are malnourished due to decreased appetite while energy needs in the body increase.

This study aimed to analyze the quarantine strategy of Kadatua Island to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The Data was obtained through direct observation and in-depth interviews with the Covid-19 countermeasure officer in the region. The research used an explanatory sequential mix-method, where the researcher first conducts quantitative research, analyzes the results, and arranges them, to explain in more detail with qualitative research. We found that Kadatua Island is a small island and separated from the mainland of South Buton district has the advantage that it is relatively easy to control the mobility of newly arrived residents from outside the area. Local governments and indigenous people work together in a regional quarantine effort with a coordinated supervision system. When the community wants to enter Kadatua Island, they will be directed to do a regional quarantine, empty houses will be prepared for 14-21 days and will be closely monitored by village officials. During the home quarantine, food for people undergoing quarantine was provided by their respective families and some were supplied from the village. In addition, the efforts of indigenous peoples are also called 'poago' by forbidding communities from doing activities outside and making sounds. All these efforts are considered effective, especially in controlling the transmission of Covid-19 on Kadatua Island. The effectiveness is supported by several geographical locations, local government policies that are health-oriented, and supports from citizens and indigenous peoples. Local governments need to make similar strategies on a larger scale for other island regions.

The newest development proves that hospital management is not sufficient to ensure that hospital management is efficient. A new instrument is needed to be called Good Corporate Governance to ensure that hospital management is implemented well. Public Regional Hospital of Haji is state-owned hospital type B. This hospital applied Hospital By-law, which is the internal regulation compiled in implementing Good Corporate Governance in a hospital. To analyze the application of Good Corporate Governance principals in RSUD Haji Makassar. This research is quantitative research through descriptive approach. Samples used are all staffs involved in organization structure of RSUD Haji Makassar, as many as 61 people. Sampling used was exhaustive sampling. Data collection was performed using questionnaire, completed with secondary data in the forms of hospital document and literature review. The research data was processed and analyzed using SPSS software. Transparency principle indicated that 47 people (76.48%) from the total respondents of 61 people obtained positive value. Accountability showed that 50 people (82.38%) from the total respondents of 61 people stated positive value, while in the fairness principle, most of the respondents, as many as 45 people (70.81) people also stated positive value. GCG principles have been applied well in RSUD Haji Makassar. The Good Corporate Governance needs to be maintained in order to increase the performance of RSUD Haji Makassar. There were still big intervention in this hospital, making the independency principal in this research could not be reviewed in depth.

The psychological state of a person will be affected when they are diagnosed with cancer and this condition will actually worsen the physical condition of the patient. However, many breast cancer sufferers are able to face this stressful situation positively, and they experience post-traumatic growth. They did a series of coping strategy when they had cancer and some of these strategies were able to influence their post-traumatic growth. The current study aims to investigate and to understand how different coping strategy can affect the level of post-traumatic growth of housewives with cancer. This study used a descriptive-explorative qualitative approach with eight women with breast cancer completed surveys using the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (Tedeschi& Calhoun). The coping strategy was obtained using an interview. The results of the present study indicate that sufferers performed different coping strategies and this affects their level of post-traumatic growth. Respondents with high post-traumatic growth exercise a problem-focused coping i.e. positive reappraisal and emotion-focused coping strategy, i.e. seeking social support when they first learned about the condition of their disease. Respondents who had low post-traumatic growth, on the other hand, did emotional-focused coping strategies, which isavoidance and distancing when they first learned about the condition of their illness. This study also found several factors that influence patients’ strategy. There are differences in the Coping pattern Strategy used by housewives with breast cancer in terms of differences in levels of post-traumatic growth it has. The pattern of coping strategy that is carried out for the first time by housewives with breast cancer could lead themto be in a variety of post-traumatic growth conditions.

This study is aimed to explore the patterns of family support in cervical cancer survivors. This study is focused on explaining the kinds of patterns of family support received by cervical cancer survivors who had experienced high-resilience. It implements qualitative methods with descriptive research design. Data is collected by screening using resilience scale and interview. The analysed data include interview results obtained from cervical cancer survivors who had experienced high resilience. Research results showed that high resilience among the three cervical cancer survivors is related to family support. The patterns of family support received by the three participants include closeness, receptors, and durability. The three participants also received at least three out of four patterns of family supports concrete support, emotional support, informative support, and award support. Types of support most needed by the three participants are concrete support and emotional support.

Banjir pasang atau yang lebih dikenal dengan istilah rob merupakan banjir yang terjadi karena naiknya air laut dan menggenangi daratan ketika air laut mengalami pasang sehingga menyebabkan kerentanan lingkungan. Namun demikian, untuk kondisi atau tempat tertentu, yaitu di daerah terbangun, banjir pasang ini terjadi menyusul perubahan penggunaan lahan dan penurunan muka tanah karena beban bangunan fisik. Kerentanan lingkungan yang dapat ditimbulkan diantaranya kerentanan fisik (physical vulnerability), kerentanan sosial (social vulnerability), serta kerentanan ekonomi (economic vulnerability). Untuk penanggulangannya dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa pendekatan diantaranya ialah ketahanan struktural, ketahanan sosial, ketahanan ekonomi, mitigasi struktural dan mitigasi non-struktural.
