This research was conducted with three objectives, namely to find out (1) the principal's reflection on trust in the context of leadership; (2) The vice principal's reflection on trust in the context of being led; (3) The leadership relationship between the principal and the vice principal. The research method is a Narrative Inquiry Study and a qualitative approach. Participants consisted of the researchers themselves, teachers, vice principals and school principals. This research was conducted at SMKN 26 Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta. Data collection techniques with various types of field texts from photos, field notes, and transcripts of conversations to interview transcripts. Data analysis technique with resto-rying stage (telling back) and coding for themes (codification). Research results In terms of intrapersonal competence, principals are very confident to be able to analyze problems and opportunities. The type of leadership management in the school is participatory management and there is mutual trust from all structural members who are in charge and fulfill their respective responsibilities. If the leader's trust cannot be given, the organization's journey will be confused in determining the direction.

Introduction There are many reasons why a child is in conflict w'itñ th e law, including problems related to his mindset and self-concept so that the child takes deviant actions or the child has a low self-concept. BRSAMPK Handayani, East Jakarta, as tñ e Technical lmplementation Unit of the Indonesian Ministry ofsocial Affairs which serves social rehabilitation, including children in conflict with the law, provides psychosocial therapy, one of which is cognitive therapy. With cognitive therapy, children will be given understanding and education so the t they can change the mindset and perspective of children. The purpose of this study is to describe the evaluation of cognitive therapy for children facing the law at BRSAMPK Handayani. Methods This study uses a qualitative approach with o descriptive type of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Meanwhile, tñ e informants in this study were social workers and children in confiict with the law who became perpetrators and victims. Results The result of this study is that cognitive therapy conducted at BRSAMPK Handayani, East Jakarta has been well achieved in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. Likewise with the existence of professional staff and infrastructure that support the implementation of cognitive therapy. It can also be seen that there is a change in mindset or a change in negative though ts into positive ones, resulting in changes in children’s behavior. Kata Kunci : Cognitive therapy, Social Rehabilitation, BRSAMPK Handayani ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Banyak penyebab mengapa seorang anak berhadapan dengan hukum, salah satunya adalah masalah pola pikir dan konsep diri sehingga anak melakukan tindakan yang menyimpang ataupun anak memiliki konsep diri yang rendah. BRSAMPK Handayani Jakarta Timur sebagai unit pelaksana t eknis Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia yang melayani rehabilitasi sosial termasuk anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum memberikan terapi psikososial yang salah satunya adalah terapi kognitif. Dengan terapi kognitif anak akan diberikan pemahaman dan edukasi sehingga dapat merubah pola pikir dan cara pandang anak. Tujuan dari peneliuan ini adalah mendeskripsikan evaluasi terapi kognitif pada anak berhadapan hukum di BRSAMPK Handayani. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja sosial dan anak berhadapan hukum yang menjadi pelaku dan korban. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terapi kognitif yang dilakukan di BRSAMPK Handayani Jakarta Timur sudah tercapai dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai. The objective of this study is to develop a design for SimpusTaka as a website-based library using the Laravel Framework so that a conducive, systematic and computerized system can be created at the Ksatrya Lima Satu college foundation. SimPusTaka’s design was developed from the foundation's website, library guidebooks, and the existing studies. The primary emphasis of this research centers around the three phases of the Borg & Gall model’s development. The study began with data collection through interviews and literature reviews, followed by the planning and initial development stages of SimPusTaka. The findings suggest that the researchers utilized the Borg & Gall development stages to design SimPusTaka as a foundation for creating a system for managing library information that is based on the web using the Laravel framework. During the data collection phase, the researchers conducted a thorough literature review using previous studies, guidelines for library services, and the Ksatrya Lima Satu Higher Education Foundation website. Interviews were conducted with the YPKLS school librarian. At the SimPusTaka design stage, the researcher made a list of SimPusTaka features according to the suggestions given from the data collection stage, namely homepage features, search for books, about us, librarian, survey satisfaction, contact, registration form, login., Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain SimpusTaka sebagai perpustakaan berbasis website dengan menggunakan Laravel Framework sehingga dapat terciptanya sistem yang kondusif, sistematis dan terkomputerisasi di Yayasan perguruan Ksatrya Lima Satu. Desain SimPusTaka dikembangkan dari website yayasan, buku panduan Perpustakaan, dan penelitian sebelumnya. Fokus utama dari kajian ini adalah pada tiga tahapan dari pengembangan model Borg & Gall. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan melakukan pengumpulan informasi melalui proses wawancara dan studi pustaka, yang diikuti oleh tahap perencanaan dan pengembangan awal SimPusTaka. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa peneliti menggunakan tahapan pengembangan Borg & Gall untuk merancang SimPusTaka sebagai dasar dalam menciptakan sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan berbasis web menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel. Selama tahap pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan tinjauan literatur menyeluruh dengan menggunakan penelitian sebelumnya, pedoman pelayanan perpustakaan, dan situs web Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Ksatrya Lima Satu. Wawancara dilakukan dengan pustakawan sekolah YPKLS. Pada tahap perancangan SimPusTaka, peneliti membuat daftar fitur SimPusTaka sesuai dengan saran-saran yang diberikan dari tahap pengumpulan data yaitu fitur beranda, cari buku, tentang kami, pustakawan, survey kepuasan, kontak, form pendaftaran, login.
