El presente trabajo aborda el espacio colectivo en el bloque de viviendas, dado que la casa en el bloque se percibe como una célula aislada de su exterior, contradiciendo su objetivo inicial de ser un espacio comunal, haciendo así que la existencia de un espacio intermedio entre interior y exterior sea vital para mitigar dicho aislamiento. Con el fin de establecer cómo el espacio colectivo permite vincular la vivienda con el entorno se propone armonizar la relación entre lo privado y lo público, esto mediante un proyecto de vivienda donde el espacio colectivo sea el mediador entre la casa y el exterior, abarcando un enfoque metodológico que requiere la definición de lo colectivo y sus espacios en el bloque de viviendas, entendiendo así el espacio colectivo como lugar enriquecido de actividades y espacios de permanencia de valor comunal que sean de interés para los residentes. De esta manera se genera una visión comunal del bloque de viviendas, abarcando el espacio colectivo como sitio de encuentro, permanencia y circulación para el usuario, lo cual crea lugares de valor donde estos se relacionen entre sí., The present work addresses the collective space in the housing block, given that the house in the block is perceived as a cell isolated from its exterior, contradicting its initial objective of being a communal space, thus making the existence of an intermediate space between interior and exterior is vital to mitigate such isolation. In order to establish how the collective space allows to link the house with the environment, it is proposed to harmonize the relationship between the private and the public, this through a housing project where the collective space is the mediator between the house and its exterior, encompassing a methodological approach that requires the definition of the collective and its spaces in the housing block, thus understanding the collective space as a place enriched with activities and permanent spaces of communal value that are of interest to residents. This generates a communal vision of the housing block, encompassing the collective space as a meeting place, permanence and useful circulation for the user, which creates places of value where they are related to each other.

[EN] This document shows the electrical study as soon as the construction of a block of flats and a garage, in the municipality of Carlet, centring principally on the electrical installation, both of the housings and of the garage. In particular, we have a first floor for common uses and twenty-four housings distributed in five plants, the first four plants have five housings of basic electrification and the fifth plant corresponds to four attics of high electrification. In addition to these, we have a garage of two plants of forced ventilation. En concret, disposem d'una planta baixa per a usos comuns i vint-i-quatre vivendes distribuïdes en cinc plantes, les primeres quatre plantes disposen de cinc vivendes d'electrificació bàsica i la quinta planta correspon als quatre àtics d'electrificació elevada. A més d'estes, disposem d'un garatge de dos plantes de ventilació forçada. Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je návrh sociálního bydlení v Hlučíně pro sociálně znevýhodněné občany a vypracování architektonické a stavebně technické dokumentace v rozsahu částečné projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Tato práce vychází ze zadání požadavků Městského úřadu města Hlučín a z následné školní práce na toto téma v rámci předmětu Ateliérová tvorba I. Výstavba navrhovaného bytového domu je kromě ostatních limitována i pravidly, jimiž se sociální bytová výstavba řídí. Jedná se především o to udržet finanční náklady pod stanoveným limitem a omezit velikost bytů na minimum při zachování daných standardů. Hlavním cílem mé práce je tedy navrhnout maximálně úsporné, přesto svébytné řešení, které umožní obyvatelům domu důstojné bydlení., The subject of my thesis is a social housing design in Hlučín for socially handicapped people and development of architectural and engineering documentation in the range of a partial project documentation for construction. This work is based on a requisition of Municipal Authority Hlučín and subsequent school project on the subject within the scope of Studio Work I. Construction of the proposed building is in addition limited by social housing construction rules. Diplomová práce na téma Využití bývalého průmyslového areálu Unitex je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru. První kapitolu tvoří úvod. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje brownfileds jako takové, popisuje problémy, které jsou s nimi spojené, typologii brownfields, legislativu, situaci v České republice a nástroje, které slouží k regeneraci brownfileds. Ve třetí kapitole je popsán bývalý průmyslový areál, jeho historie, současný stav, vlastnické poměry, rozsah a popis jednotlivých budov. V kapitole je krátce popsáno i město Hulín, ve kterém se areál nachází. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje již samotnému návrhu. Součástí kapitoly je také sumarizace celkových nákladů a návratnost investice., The dissertation with the topic The Proposal for Utilization of the Former Industrial Site Unitex is divided in five section, including an introduction and a conclusion. The first section is the introduction. The second section characterizes brownfields themselves, it describes problems connected with them, typology of brownfields, legistrature, the situation in the Czech Republic and the tools serving for regeneration of brownfields. The third section describes the former industrial area, its history, the current state, ownership relations, the size and description of the particular buildings. This section describes shortly also the town Hulín, where this area can be found. The fourth section deals with the proposal itself. Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením vlivu stavební úpravy na tržní cenu nemovitosti. Pro hodnocení byl vybrán konkrétní typ nemovitosti – byt v panelovém domě. Byla vytvořena databáze tržních nabídkových cen bytů před a po stavební úpravě. Cena stavební úpravy je stanovena položkovým rozpočtem. Takto získaná data byla podrobena analýze a statistickému testování. Výsledkem této analýzy je určení, zda náklady na stavební úpravu mají vliv na tržní hodnotu nemovitosti a zda jsou zhodnoceny., The thesis analyses the impact of building renovation on the market price of a property. The analysis uses a particular type of property - a flat in a prefabricated house. A database of offered market prices before and after the building renovation was created. The price of the building renovation was made by an itemized budget. The data, which were obtain in this way, were then submitted to s detail analysis and statistical testing. The result of the analysis was to determine whether the cost of the building renovation impacted the market value of the property and whether it was evaluated

Zadáním diplomové práce bylo zpracovat území bývalého areálu textilního podniku v Náchodě - Tepny. V rámci práce jsem se snažila navrhnout živé pokračování historického jádra Náchoda a napojit novou čtvrť na sídliště Plhov. Jako cíl jsem si také stanovila revitalizaci současné opuštěné budovy Bílé Tepny, která je poslední stojící objekt z původní zástavby a udává tak identitu místa. Do jedné části území jsem vložila novou blokovou zástavbu s převážně obytnou funkcí. Tato zástavba obklopuje hlavní náměstí a Bílou Tepnu. Druhá část území je tvořena řadovými rodinnými domy městského typu s dětským hřištěm. Svým návrhem jsem chtěla obyvatelům ukázat, jak je možné území vyřešit, pokud budova Bílé Tepny bude zachována., The assignment of diploma thesis was processed the area of the textile factory in Náchod – named Tepna. As part of this work I tried to suggest a live continuation of the historical core of city Náchod and connect the new district to the Plhov housing estate. As a goal I have set revitalization of building Bílá Tepna whitch is actually abandoned. Bíla Tepna is the last standing object from original development and it indicates the indentity of the place. In one part of territory I put a new block bulding with mostly residential function. This area surrounds the main square and object Bíla Tepna. The second part of area consists of terraced family houses with children’s playground. By my suggestion I wainted residents to show how it is possible design the development if object Bílá Tepna will be preserved.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí města Vyškova od historie až po současnost. Práce je rozdělena do jednotlivých kapitol, které se týkají výstavby dané lokality v určitém období. Jednotlivá období obsahují typické rysy výstavby s uvedením jejích zástupců a fotodokumentaci s popisem jednotlivých rezidenčních nemovitostí. Největší rozvoj výstavby byl zaznamenán v období 70. let 20. století, kdy probíhala hromadná výstavba panelových bytových domů nebo řadových rodinných domů. Součástí práce je také grafické zpracování vývoje počtu obyvatel a domů a mapa s vyobrazením vývoje výstavby rezidenčních nemovitostí v jednotlivých obdobích., This diploma thesis deals with the development of the construction of residential property in the city of Vyškov from the beginning of construction to the present. The thesis is divided into several parts concerning the construction of the area in the certain period. These periods include typical features of construction with photographs of representatives of residential property. The highest quality development was during the seventies of 20th century when the construction of the panel blocks of flats and terraced family houses were built. The work also contains graphic processing of population and home development and the map showing development of construction of residential property in certain periods.

První část práce je věnována vysvětlením pojmů použitých v diplomové práci. Následně jsou stanoveny metody řešení a jejich zdůvodnění. V další části jsou sestaveny návrhy na nové řešení objektu, které jsou podrobeny zkouškám metody HABU, přičemž nevyhovující návrhy jsou zamítány. The chosen suggestion reaches the best and highest usage for Stařeč.

Předmětem této diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby „Bytového domu“ dle náležitostí příslušných platných norem a předpisů. Jedná se o objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažním. Objekt obsahuje 14 bytových jednotek, z toho jednu bytovou jednotku pro imobilní osobu. Objekt sestává ze zděného cihelného konstrukčního systému a stropy jsou provedeny z předpjatých stropních panelů Spirol. Objekt je zastřešen částečně plochou vegetační střechou a částečně šikmou pultovou střechou., The subject of this master’s thesis is elaboration of project documentation for building an " block of flats" according to the actual standards and norms given by law. The object has four storeys above the ground and one underground floor. Object consists of fourteen regular flats and one flat for immobile person. Object is built of brick construction system with ceilings based on the Spirol preloaded panels. Object has partially flat roof covered with vegetation and partially skew pult roof.

Koncepčně byl objekt navržen jako pasivní dům s klasifikační třídou prostupu tepla obálkou budovy A- velmi úsporná., Project documentation in stage construction of the new building a four-storey residential building in,, Bystřice nad Pernštejnem " with establishment of the veterinary ambulance, and 7 bulit garages located in Bystřice Pernštejnem. Block of flats has 8 units. The building is designed as a regular block with projecting first Above ground floor south, north and east. The cladding is made from blocks SENDWIX system with external plastic contact insulation and window construction with triple glazing. The building has a flat roof. Conceptually, the building was designed as a passive house with the class of heat transmission through the building envelope A-very economical.

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá architektonické a funkční aspekty bytového domu (vícepodlažního bytového domu) v Brně-Komíně. Bytový dům má čtyři podlaží, podzemní podlaží sloužící jako garáž a plochou zelenou střechu. Primárním cílem tohoto projektu je vytvořit obytný prostor, který uspokojí potřeby 6 rodin. Projekt zkoumá použití vhodných materiálů, stavebních technik a stavebních systémů k zajištění odolnosti, bezpečnosti a hospodárnosti. Kromě toho je proces BIM aplikován exportem modelů z Revitu do Trimble vytvořením souborů .ifc. Použité materiály jsou implementovány v celé budově s cílem minimalizovat spotřebu energie a snížit dopad na životní prostředí., This bachelor's thesis explores the architectural and functional aspects of a block of flats (multi-storey residential building) in Brno-Komín. The residential building comprises four floors, a underground floor which functions as a garage and a flat green roof. The primary objective of this project is to create a living space that accommodates the needs of 8 families. The project explores the use of suitable materials, construction techniques, and building systems to ensure durability, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Addition to that, BIM process is applied by exporting the models from Revit to Trimble by creating .ifc files. The materials used are implemented throughout the building to minimize energy consumption and reduce environmental impact.

Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu a vypracování dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Bytový dům je umístěn na okraji města Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Zástavbu tvoří bytové domy. Objekt je samostatně stojící podsklepený a se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. Bytové jednotky mají převážně dispozici 2+kk, ve 4NP se nacházejí dva byty s terasami. Objekt je bezbariérově přístupný pomocí svislé plošiny. Svislé nosné konstrukce v nadzemních podlažích tvoří keramické tvárnice Porotherm, v suterénu jsou vyzděny ze ztraceného bednění. Vodorovné konstrukce jsou z monolitických železobetonových desek. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou a založen na základových pasech., The subject of this thesis is a new build of a block of flats and drawing up documentation necessary to carry out the construction. The block of flats is located on the edge of the town of Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The housing development consists of blocks of flats. The building is a stand alone building with a cellar and has 4 above-ground floors. The flats predominantly comprise of 2 rooms and a kitchenette and on the 4th floor there are 2 flats with a terrace. The building is wheelchair accessible using a vertical ramp. The vertical structure frame on the above-ground floors is made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and in the basement they are bricked up with formwork. The horizontal construction is made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The building has a flat roof and is supported by footings.

Tématem práce bylo vytvořit soudobou městskou strukturu na místě bývalé Kohnovy cihelny na Červeném kopci v Brně. Hlavními atributy práce jsou především práce s terénem, výrazně změněným těžbou hlíny, snaha o vytvoření životaschopné městské čtvrti s nabídkou dostatku služeb, prostoru pro odpočinek, dostupnou zelení a především kvalitního bydlení. Vše s důrazem na funkčnost a kvalitu navrhovaných objektů i veřejných prostranství v lidském měřítku., The topic of the thesis was to create a contemporary urban structure on the site of the former Kohn brickyard in Červený kopec in Brno. The main attributes of the work are mainly work with the terrain, significantly changed by clay mining, the effort to create a viable urban district with sufficient services, space for rest, affordable greenery and especially quality housing. All with an emphasis on the functionality and quality of the proposed buildings and public spaces designed in a human scale.

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je řešení technologické etapy hrubé vrchní stavby bytového domu nacházejícího se v hlavním městě Praze. Obsahem práce je technická zpráva vybrané technologické etapy, řešení širších dopravních vztahů, návrh zařízení staveniště s příslušnou technickou zprávou, položkový rozpočet a časový harmonogram výstavby pro hrubou vrchní stavbu, technologický předpis a kontrolní a zkušební plán pro svislé monolitické konstrukce. V práci se také věnuji bezpečnostním aspektům pro hrubou vrchní stavbu. Dále jsem řešil limitku materiálů, limitku profesí, histogram pracovníků, dopravní značení v blízkosti staveniště a porovnal jsem strojní sestavy pro betonáž a vnitrostaveništní dopravu., The purpose of my bachelor´s thesis is solving of rough superstructure technological stage of block of flats Modřanská in the capital city Prague. The content of this work is an engineering report for chosen technological stage, a solution of block plan drawing, a design of site equipment with applicable engineering report, an item budget and construction schedule for rough superstructure, technological regulation and control and control and test plan for vertical monolithic structures. In my work I also deal with safety aspects for rough superstructure. I also dealt with the limit of materials, the limit of professions, the histogram of workers, traffic signs near the construction site and I compared machine sets for concreting and intra-site transport.

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na návrh větracího systému s rekuperací pro zvolený byt v panelovém domě. Úvodní kapitola je zaměřena na rešerši rekuperačních jednotek a jejich částí. V druhé kapitole je stanoveno potřebné množství větracího vzduchu a jsou vybrány tři větrací jednotky. V třetí kapitole je pro vybrané jednotky navržena trasa vzduchovodů, která je podrobena kontrolnímu výpočtu tlakových ztrát. V poslední kapitole jsou porovnány náklady na realizaci a provoz vybraných jednotek., This bachelor thesis deals with design of a ventilation system with recuperation in a chosen flat. The introductory chapter focuses on research of recuperation units and their parts. In the second chapter the required amount of ventilation air is determined, and three recuperation units are selected. In the third chapter the pipeline system is designed for the selected units, which is subjected to a control calculation of pressure losses. The last chapter compares the costs of implementation and operation of selected units.

Dříve žila převážná část obyvatel na venkově. Žily tam celé rodiny spolu ve společném domě na společném pozemku. mladí pomáhali starším a staří svým potomkům, s domácností, s dětmi, s hospodářstvím. S nástupem industrializace a mobilizace se mnoho mladých lidí odstěhovalo do rozrůstajících se měst, za prací, do nově budovaných činžovních bytových domů, které byly spíš menší, než aby tam mohla bydlet spolu celá široká rodina. Ke vzájemné spolupráci bylo rázem daleko. Ve městě je více obyvatel, více pracovních příležitostí a i více starších lidí, o které převzal péči stát - domovy pro seniory - soustředění důchodců na jedno místo, bez denního kontaktu s mladými, s rodinou. Díky dobré zdravotní péči starších lidí přibývá a je potřeba se k této skutečnosti nějak postavit. Na venkově se ještě nachází dvojdomky či vícegenerační domy, kde bydlí rodina s prarodiči, ale ve městě se těžko najdou ke koupi či pronájmu dva byty poblíž sebe. Hlavním konceptem mé práce je tedy vytvoření tzv.dvojbytů, bytů se společným zádveřím, chodbou, které spojuje jeden menší a druhý větší byt. With the advent of industrialization and mobilization, many young people moved into the cities, to work, to the newly constructed blocks of residential houses, which were rather less than they could live with a large extended family. Mutual cooperation was suddenly far away. The town has more people, more jobs and more older people, which the state took care of them - homes for the elderly - retirees concentration in one place, without daily contact with young, with family. Thanks to good quality of health care older people is increasing and this problem is must be solved. The country has still semi-detached houses and multigenerational houses, where the family lived with grandparents, but in the city is hard to find to buy or rent two apartments near each other. The main concept of my work is to create a semi-detached flats, flats with common vestibule, which connects one smaller and one larger apartment. Use the castle for this principle is more than appropriate - will be returned the housing for the family and each of generation finds in the castle grounds space for their activities or employment. This area still remains open to inhabitant of the city and offer them new possibilities for leisure (restaurants and an amphitheater).

Cílem práce je nejprve zmapovat výchozí stav řešeného bytového domu, situovaného na ul. Merhautova č. 76/954 v Brně – Černých polích, jak z hlediska stavebně technického, tak z hlediska energetického a výchozí stav otopné soustavy. Následuje část druhá, kde jsou rozebrány možnosti energetických úspor, variantní návrhy na snížení spotřeb energií a tím i hrubý odhad finančních nákladů na tyto, spolu s uvedením optimální varianty. Třetí část se zabývá vyhodnocením řešeného objektu z hlediska ochrany životního prostředí s využitím nástroje na hodnocení budov z hlediska trvale udržitelné výstavby - SBToolCZ, zhodnocením možnosti využitelnosti obnovitelných zdrojů. Nakonec jsou uvedeny doporučení a závěry., The goal of the thesis is firstly to get all the information about the initial state of solved block of flats, which is located on the street Merhautova 76/954 in Brno – Černá pole, in terms of constructions, energy consumption and initial state of heating system. In the second part of the thesis, where are discussed the possibilities of reduction of energy consumption, variant drafts of reduction of energy consumption and their financial costs and the choice of optimal variant. Third part deals with assement of solved block of flats in terms of sustainable built environment by using tool to rate buildings in terms of sustainable built environment - SBToolCZ, evaluation of possibility to use renewables. In the end are written summaries and recommendations.

Obsahem diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace nového bytového domu s obchodními prostory v Táboře. Projekt a přílohy jsou zpracovány dle současně platných zákonů, vyhlášek, nařízení vlády a norem. Objekt se nachází na parcele č.1457/33 a 1457/1 katastrálního území Tábor. Stavební objekt je umístěn do území určeného k výstavbě bytových domů. V blízkosti pozemku jsou vedeny inženýrské sítě. Bytový dům je rozčleněný na 20 bytových jednotek, včetně jednoho bytu pro bezbariérové užívání a kavárnou pro 60 zákazníků a max. 5 zaměstnanců. Bytové jednotky jsou umístěny od 2NP výše, mimo bytu pro bezbariérové užívání který se nachází v 1.NP. V přízemí se dále nachází společné skladovací prostory a technická místnost. Budova je čtyřpodlažní o půdorysných rozměrech 31,7 x 25,2 m a výšce 13,6 m Objekt je založen na upraveném terénu. Nosný systém je navržen z keramických tvárnic. Budova je zastřešena plochou střechou a celý objekt tepelně zaizolován., Content of the Diploma thesis is the design documentation a block of flats with trade gallery in Tábor. The design documentation and annexes of diploma thesis are elaborated according to present valid laws, goverment´s restrictions and standards. This object is located on plot no. 1457/33 and 1457/1 cadastre unit Tábor. The building is situated in area designated to housing development. Next to the land are there public infrastructure. The apartment building is divided into 20 flats including one accessible flat and café for 60 customers and max 5 employees. Flats are located from second floor except accessible flat, which is in grounfloor. In grounfloor is common storage area and utility room. Building has four (above-ground) floor. Object is dimensioned 31,7 x 25,2 m and high 13,6 m.The object is builded on finished grade. Load-bearing structural systém is from hollow bricks. Building has flat roof and whole object is thermal insulated.

Diplomová práce obsahuje ocenění bytového domu v Břeclavi dle platných oceňovacích předpisů. Hlavní náplní této práce je poskytnout informace k oceňování nemovitostí a informace o pojmech, které s touto problematikou souvisí. Konkrétně je zde stanovena cena bytového domu a jsou zde popsány metody pro oceňování nemovitostí. Hlavním úkolem je stanovit cenu bytového domu jako celku a druhým úkolem je stanovit cenu bytů, když je dům rozdělěn na bytové jednotky prohlášením vlastníka. K ceně bytového domu se započítají i venkovní úpravy. Jsou zde použity metody pro oceňování. Pro bytový dům je to nákladový způsob a výnosový způsob a jejich kombinace a pro byty je zde použita metoda porovnávací. Závěrem je nutno zjistit, jak se změní ceny bytového domu, pokud se změní jeho vlastnictví. Bylo zjištěno, že pokud se cena stanoví kombinací výnosového a nákladového způsobu a porovnávacím způsobem, tak cena součtu bytových jednotek bude vyšší než cena kombinace nákladové a výnosové metody., The Diploma work includes the valuation of a flat-building according to the valuation rules in Břeclav.The main line of this work is to give information about valuation of properties and concepts, which connented with these questions. In the conkrete there is a fixed price of flat-building and there are for methods for valuation of properties. The first task is to appoint the price of flat-building as a whole and the second is to appoint the prices of flats. The price of flat-building also includes outdoor alterations. There are used the methods for valuation. For flat-building it is a load and a decree way and their combination and for flats it is a comparing method.In the end it is necessary to find out the change of price of flat-buiding if the ownership is change. We found out that if the price will be appoint according to the combination of the load the decree wayand comparing method, the price of the sum of accommodation units will be higher than price of combi ation of the load and the decree way.

Diplomová práce řeší novostavbu bytového domu ve Velkém Meziříčí (kraj Vysočina). Objekt je obdélníkového půdorysu s pěti nadzemními podlažími s plochou střechou. Bytový dům obsahuje 29 bytových jednotek, má bezbariérový přístup a výtah. Nosné i nenosné zdivo je z vápenopískových bloků, stropní konstrukci tvoří železobetonové dutinové panely. Fasáda je opatřena kontaktním zateplovacím systémem(ETICS)., The diploma thesis deals with new block of flat in Velké Meziříčí (Vysočina). The building is rectangular in shape with five floors and a flat roof. Block of flats contains 29 residential units has wheelchair access and a lift. Bearing and non-bearing walls are made of sand-lime blocks, ceiling structure consists of reinforced concrete hollow core slabs. The facade is made with an external thermal insulation composite system.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nového využití brownfields v Kopřivnici. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy vytvořit vhodný způsob využití tohoto areálu. Bude vyhotoven popis celého areálu, analýza řešeného území, současný stavebnětechnický stav. Proběhne výpočet ocenění brownfieldu ve stávajícím stavu a stavu novém. V závěru bude provedeno vyhodnocení návrhu. A výpočet případných nákladů či výnosů z realizace projektu., This diploma thesis is concern with issue of new utilization of brownfields in Kopřivnice. The aim of the paper is to design, on the ground of analysis, suitable way of utilization of this site. Description of whole site, analysis of discussing site and current constructing and technical condition will be made. Calculation of brownfield pricing in current and new situation will take place. In conclusion, evaluation of the design and calculation of potential costs and revenues arising from project realization will be described.
