The advancement of technology in a company has an impact on improving business quality. From this observation, architectural planning is a part that is used to build alignment between business strategy and information technology. Architecture within the business domain illustrates how a company conducts business activities and functions to achieve the company's goals. Therefore, the company's business model architecture depicts the current state of architecture by identifying business needs and activities. From this study, the business role of PT. GEMPITA CAHAYA MAKMUR, a company engaged in the procurement of goods and services, especially in the field of wholesale office stationery, printing, photocopier sales, and photocopier and laptop rentals, which has customers from medium-sized companies, large companies, both private and government. The use of the Enterprise Architecture Planning or EAP framework focuses on business architecture. The purpose of this research is expected to produce a blueprint proposal that will be beneficial for PT. With the development and evolution of the information revolution, promoting the integration of a new generation of digital technology with traditional power generation system, and promoting the digital construction of power generation systems is an important way to support energy transformation and digital grid construction. Based on the digital business needs of power generation system, this paper summarized the business needs of data in various scenarios such as the full life cycle management, intelligent operation and maintenance, and intelligent operation. The architecture of power generation system was expounded from the aspects of network structure and digital technology architecture. The key technologies and applications in the process of digitalization of power generation system were sorted out. Finally, the problems that need to be solved in the process of digitalization of power generation system were discussed.

This study investigates how organisational and geographical factors affect the efficacy of business architecture in enterprises. Employing a quantitative research methodology, the research analyses data from a diverse range of organisations using ordinal logistic regression. The findings validate the hypothesis that factors like organisational alignment, industry sector, geographic region, organisational size, and adoption duration significantly influence business architecture's maturity and strategic impact. The study contributes to the understanding of business architecture's role in organisational strategy, highlighting the importance of contextual factors. It suggests that business architecture strategies should be tailored to specific organisational contexts, offering valuable insights for policy formulation and organisational strategy development. This research provides a foundation for future studies and practical applications in business architecture and enterprise transformation, emphasizing the need for a nuanced approach considering different organisational and regional characteristics. The article studies main models for compiling organizational cost of scientific-intensive enterprises used in rocket and space industry. Practical application of the most important value configurations analysis has been carried out, as well as analysis of economic activity. The implementation potential of the most promising algorithms of value creation in knowledge-intensive enterprises of the Russian Federation has been assessed. The “Introduction” describes the latest trends in intangible asset management development. The “Research Methods” describes three configurations of value creation (chain, workshop, network) in detail. The “Research Results” describes current architecture of Roscosmos (Porter value chain and Osterwalder business model). In conclusion, the results of the work done have been summarized: relevance of these tools application and what model is best for Roscosmos to move to.

Despite the critical importance of Digital Transformation, up to 95% of initiatives fail to deliver expected business benefits. This paper explores the role of Business Architecture practices in enhancing digital transformation success. Using an adapted Balanced Scorecard approach and a Structural Equation Model (SEM), we analysed survey responses from 129 industry practitioners using a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Our findings indicate that effective business architecture practices significantly improve business alignment, efficiency, service delivery, and strategic outcomes, leading to successful digital transformation. The study also validates factors proposed by AL-Malaise AL-Ghamdi (2017) in the context of digital transformation. The paper presents an adapted conceptual model addressing discriminant validity issues in previous models and benefiting from the robustness of the Balanced Scorecard approach. The services based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have started to be used in many countries but not on a large scale yet. The paper describes the present status of UAV services and a concept of a solution for large-scale deployment of safe and reliable UAV services that use the 5G network for communication with UAVs. Based on the Standards Developing Organizations and related industry fora activities, unmanned traffic and airspace regulations, especially the commonly supported concept of Unmanned Aircraft Systems Traffic Management (UTM), UAV-related communication requirements and 5G System (5GS) features, we have developed an alternative approach to the integration of UAV and 5GS. The proposed concept includes a set of enablers that can be provided by Mobile Network Operators in order to not only support but also leverage UAV services. As work on many items is still in progress, we identify a list of open issues and challenges and present them at the end of the paper with the main focus on the MNO–UTM provider relationship and safe flights. Combined with the characteristics of open-pit mines in China, the definition of intelligent open-pit mines is given. This paper introduces the overall network architecture, business architecture and collaborative process of the intelligent open-pit mine. The overall network architecture of cloud, edge and end is adopted to realize the collaborative correlation of various production links in the open-pit mine by accessing multi-source heterogeneous data and fully applying advanced technologies such as big data and cloud computing. The business architecture adopts the "5 layers + 3 system" model. The "5 layers" from bottom to top are the basic equipment layer, business data layer, analysis service layer, analysis business layer and analysis presentation layer. And the "3 systems" are data analysis standard system, safety specification standard system, metadata and code specification standard system. The bottom-up collaboration of intelligent open-pit mine should realize "basic + data" support, mine production system collaboration, disaster risk analysis collaboration and business decision-making collaboration. The key technologies such as unmanned technology, digital twin technology, big data collection and analysis technology, risk monitoring and early warning technology of intelligent open-pit mine are discussed. It is pointed out that technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence will become the core driver of open-pit mine intelligence. The platform-based architecture will become the common choice for future intelligent open-pit mine systems.

Purpose: Analyze the benefits of enterprise architecture using organizational capabilities. Design / Methodology: The research is qualitative with an exploratory approach and documentary analysis methods and techniques are used, such as content analysis and bibliographic description through identification, indexing, review and abstract. Results: Previous studies and initiatives assessing the benefits of enterprise architecture showed undetermined classification and lack of empirical evidence. Based on this, the analysis of the benefits of business architecture is established through four organizational capacities. Practical implications: Use organizational capabilities as mediators among enterprise architecture initiatives and organizational results as a link to provide empirical evidence. Originality / Value: The research addresses the issue of the benefits of architecture through a novel approach that opens up new possibilities for further studies.

E-Learning and distance learning implementation is part of the Indonesian Government's response to face the industrial revolution 4.0 and the disruption of higher education innovations. E-Learning implementation in Indonesian Higher Education typically short-term project, only for transferring learning material, and very few of them used e-learning as integrated framework. E-Learning adoption and implementation in higher education needs organizational approach, quality framework, and integration to be success. E-Learning implementation in Indonesian Higher Education must be in line with three pillars of Indonesian Higher Education and adopt quality design approach that comes from a good framework. This study aims to offer a design of e-learning business architecture in Indonesian higher education that is in line with three pillars of Indonesian Higher Education, and follows the quality framework of ISO 19796 , PDCA cycle, and continuous improvement based on knowledge management. E-Learning business architecture design carried out using TOGAF ADM approach. The e-learning business architecture design results for Indonesian Higher Education are outlined in 5 parts, which are e-learning business architecture motivation, e-learning business functions and services, e-learning organizations, e-learning business processes, and e-learning business roles and actors.

La necesidad de alinear las estrategias de la organización con las nuevas tecnologías de la información y comunicaciones ha sido impuesta por el desarrollo alcanzado por las mismas, siendo la Arquitectura Empresarial (AE) uno de los enfoques que posibilita realizar dicha alienación. Para implementar un proyecto de AE, se necesita partir de un diagnóstico que determine el estado actual de la organización para desarrollar, mantener y aplicar este enfoque, a través de un proceso continuo. Para ello se puede utilizar un modelo de madurez, que da la pauta para desarrollar estrategias de mejoras y alcanzar los objetivos previstos. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar una tecnología que permita evaluar el grado de madurez de una organización. La propuesta parte de la aplicación de una lista de chequeo que recoge los aspectos fundamentales de las capas que conforman la Arquitectura Empresarial. Las preferencias de los cuadros y trabajadores involucrados son consideradas utilizando un enfoque Multicriterio, en particular, una función Scoring. Como resultado, se obtienen los niveles de madurez de las organizaciones consideradas y las aplicaciones permitieron detectar que las capas de mayores insuficiencias son las de negocio e información. || The need to align the strategies of the organization with the new information technologies had been imposed by the development of these last. One of the approaches that makes it possible such alienation is the Enterprise Architecture Approach (AE). To implement an AE project, it is necessary to start with a diagnosis that determines the current state of the organization to develop, apply and maintain this approach, through a continuous process. For this purpose, a maturity model can be used, which allows to draw up development strategies to achieve the planned objectives and identify improvement areas. The present work has as objective to design a technology that allows evaluating the degree of maturity of an organization. The proposal starts from the application of a checklist that includes the fundamental aspects of the layers that make up the Enterprise Architecture. The preferences of the leaders and workers involved are considered using a Multicriteria approach, in particular, a weighted sum function (Scoring). As a result, the levels of maturity of the organizations considered are obtained, besides the applications allowed to detect that the layers of greater insufficiencies are those of business and information.

As time goes by the needs and aspects of competence and productivity of Human Resources (HR) are increasingly diverse to form complex communication patterns. To balance and fulfill those needs and aspects, there needs to be an increase in performance, one of them is with enterprise architecture (EA). This study raises the case of one manufacturing company with a focus on the HR management function which has problems regarding the composition and competency of HR that is uneven so that HR productivity is low. One solution to this problem is by designing an EA. The solution produced in this research is expected to be able to meet the company's business requirements which will then be able to help meet the goals of the HR management function and also the company by considering aspects of HR. The design method of this research EA uses TOGAF ADM (The Open Group Architecture Framework) which is one of the frameworks for designing EA by connecting business architecture, data, applications, and technology. TOGAF ADM is flexible so it is possible to proceed with a different framework. In this research, EA design focuses on only three stages, namely the preliminary phase, architecture vision, and business architecture. Business architecture is a phase in the TOGAF ADM which acts as the main component capable of sustaining further architecture. The business architecture contains the definition of baseline architecture and targeting which will be used as guidelines for the basis for the development of integrated information systems for the HR Management Function. Business architecture is very instrumental in helping to handle the issues and risks that occur in the company, so it can facilitate the company to make the right decision.

Digital technologies, treated in the article as a combination of information, processing, communication and technology, contribute to significant transformations in business models, business processes, products, services and relations with customers and other stakeholders. Due to the widespread realization of the real need to introduce information and communication technologies to enterprises, the digital transformation of companies continues. This situation prompts reflection and rethinking the strategies of enterprises subject to the process of digitization and at the same time participating in the network. This issue can be considered from the perspective of business ecosystems in which the exploration of organizational strategy problems increases significantly]. In addition, ecosystems are increasingly taking a digital form, which means sharing the standards of digital platforms (e.g. Google's advertising ecosystem, Apple Appstore, Netsprint Audience) in order to achieve mutual benefits for participants. The digitization process influences the strengthening of inter-organizational relations between the participants of the business ecosystem, but is also an important determinant of changes in the area of competition and organization of various sectors. Companies, consumers, and products and services are massively connected via digital networks, which leads to increased network effects and joint value creation in ecosystems. The aim of the article is to conceptualize the digital strategy of business in enterprises that are participants of the ecosystem. The study is theoretical and conceptual in nature, and the research method used is the analysis and critique of literature. The article consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to discussing the digital business strategy. The second presents the properties of the business ecosystem, an enterprise ecosystem strategy rarely described in the management science literature, and discusses the strategic aspects of adopting a digital strategy by enterprises participating in the digital ecosystem. Resilient business enterprises are able to survive strategic disruptions like technology disruptions and come back more successful. They succeed because they develop and effectively implement the resilience strategies of mitigation, adaption, and transformation. This paper proposes an integrated resilience framework that is based on a combination of enterprise architecture and business architecture frameworks. At the core of the proposed framework is a meta-model and a method. The framework guides the development of a unified vision of how a business enterprise can address a specific strategic disruption and transform itself in a successful way. The framework articulates the vision through the lens of business blueprint views that guide the formation of transformation initiatives. Through the mapping capabilities of the framework, the transformation initiatives cross over the boundaries between organization structures and domains. In the last section we demonstrate our proposed method and meta-model with the help of a case study.

This research is a part of previous research which succeeded in producing business model architecture planning, the purpose of this research is to develop previous research using business model maturity measurement methods as a proposed business model architecture planning concept. By taking the same case study theme as Tiara Payung Putra (TPP) company. TPP is known as a distributor company in cooperation with Pertamina's (Bulk LPG Filling and Filling Station). TPP's main business activity is to distribute goods in the form of LPG to 76 bases spread across the Balaraja district. The current condition of the business model architecture illustrates the business activities that exist in the TPP. The main problems that occur in the TPP are not integrated the external system with internal business activities in the company, and the lack of IT resource support. For this reason, the Business Process Maturity Model is needed as a benchmark, which can be proposed as a business architecture planning concept. Support for the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) Framework method focuses on the business model architecture domain. The architecture of the business model illustrates how TPP carries out business activities and functions to achieve its objectives. The results of this study produce proposed business model architecture planning concepts in the form of Business Model Maturity Level Measurement, SI / IT architecture concepts, and Business Architecture Planning roadmap, which are beneficial for Tiara Payung Putra (TPP) company for business model architecture planning.

This article identifies the advances in the integration of organizational structure and technological innovation in order to establish a participatory design of business architecture. The purpose is to strengthen dynamic knowledge absorption capacities through interactive learning processes which accelerate the identification of opportunities in the environment, and which promote innovation to achieve and to sustain competitive advantages that generate growth and economic development in organizations.
