CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior Neste trabalho investigamos a validade da hipótese que prevê que experiências de aprendizagem, quando desenvolvidas em ambientes digitais marcadamente multicódigos a partir de signos degenerados, são propensas a estimular a autoconsciência dos hábitos inferenciais dos atores envolvidos e a mudança de hábito, ou a geração de novas competências, e são, portanto, efetivas. Utilizamos o Pragmaticismo de Charles Sanders Peirce e conceitos derivados da edusemiótica como base teórica para abordar os processos de aprendizagem analisados. Recorremos, ainda, a uma bibliografia complementar relacionada ao contexto da comunicação digital e às competências ou literacias midiáticas. Para o teste empírico das consequências práticas deduzidas da hipótese apresentada, investigamos duas amostras complementares envolvendo usuários diretos e indiretos da plataforma digital de learning experience Skore. Após a análise dos resultados obtidos, concluímos que a hipótese apresentada foi parcialmente validada. Neste sentido, pudemos confirmar que as experiências de aprendizagem, quando desenvolvidas em ambientes com as características descritas, são propensas a estimular a autoconsciência dos hábitos inferenciais por parte dos atores envolvidos e, consequentemente, propiciar maior possibilidade de aquisição de novos hábitos ou novas competências. No entanto, não pudemos afirmar que esta autoconsciência resulta no desenvolvimento prático destes novos hábitos ou competências. In this paper we investigate the validity of the hypothesis that predicts that learning experiences, when developed from degenerate signs in digital environments that are notably multicode, are likely to stimulate self-awareness of the inferential habits of the actors involved and the change of habit, or the generation of new competences, and are, therefore, effective. We employed Charles Sanders Peirce's Pragmaticism, and concepts derived from edusemiotics, as a theoretical basis to approach the analyzed learning processes. Furthermore, we resorted to a complementary bibliography related to the context of digital communication and to mediatic skills or literacies. For the empirical test of the practical consequences deduced from the presented hypothesis, we investigated two complementary samples involving digital learning experience platform Skore’s direct and indirect users. After analyzing the obtained results, we concluded that the given hypothesis was partially validated. In this sense, we were able to confirm that learning experiences, when developed in environments that bare the described characteristics, are likely to stimulate self-awareness of inferential habits on the part of the actors involved and, consequently, provide a greater possibility of acquiring new habits or new skills. However, we could not say that this self-awareness results in the practical development of these new habits or skills.

En esta investigación descriptiva, se determinan los factores influyentes en la Promoción y práctica de los estilos de vida saludables en la comunidad Unicafam, para lo cual se materializa el Modelo Salutogénico de A.Antonovsky (1979-1987) hallándose el nivel del Sentido de Coherencia y el de sus componentes la Significatividad, la Comprensibilidad y laManejabilidad. Mediante la metodología del Mapeo de Activos de la Salud comunitaria deKreztmann y McKnight (1993), se identifican los Recursos Generales de Resistencia (GRRs de la teoría Salutogénica) representados ellos por las condiciones sociodemográficas y los Determinantes Sociales de Salud (DSS) condiciones que bajo el Modelo de Activos para la Salud propuesto por Morgan y Ziglio (MAS.2007), la Organización Mundial ha denominado activos internos y externos. Este estudio está motivado por: a. Las actuales investigaciones sobre el SOC se basan en la realidad del contexto europeo, b. No hay estudios sobre cómo funciona el Modelo Salutogénico, los Activos de la Salud y su relación con la promoción de estilos de vida saludables en el ámbito universitario colombiano, c. La OMS ha establecido a través de la Carta de Ottawa y demás conferencias en relación a la praxis de la promoción de la salud para la adopción de comportamientos saludables y creación entornos saludables, acciones que hasta el día de hoy no se han podido desarrollar y, d.Hay discordancia entre lo que ocurre en todos los ámbitos del Estado en Colombia y lo que la OMS espera de la promoción de la salud en la universidad. El Sentido de Coherencia y sus componentes teóricos se midieron aplicando la escala SOC-13 planteada por Antonovsky (1979); se identificaron las condiciones socio-demográficas y través de la entrevista semiestructurada (adopción del Mapeo de Activos de la Salud Comunitaria.1993), se hallaron los DSS influyentes en la promoción y práctica de EVS en Unicafam, como: el desconocimiento del concepto sobre EVS, las prácticas de autocuidado y de amor propio, el estrés, el mal uso y disponibilidad del tiempo, el manejo exagerado de dispositivos electrónicos, inadecuada prestación del servicio de salud por parte de las IPS y, condiciones nutricionales insalubres. Estos datos se recolectaron y están disponibles para futuros estudios. Los resultados revelan que el nivel de significatividad obtenido por los integrantes de la universidad alcanzó un nivel medio del 73,7%; el nivel medio de la comprensibilidad como del nivel medio de la manejabilidad fue del 67,1% y, el nivel medio del SOC fue del 66,7%. Al realizar el cruce del SOC y de sus componentes con las características sociodemográficas muestran en los porcentajes un comportamiento permanente del nivel medio en la significatividad, en la comprensibilidad, en la manejabilidad y por consiguiente en el SOC. La interpretación de los resultados obtenidos a partir de la Teoría Salutogénica, indica que la capacidad motivadora en la mayoría de los miembros de Unicafam es neutra y conformista, impidiéndoles saber de la existencia de los recursos presentes en su entorno que podrían potenciar su bienestar y calidad de vida. Se caracterizan por pensamientos acomodadizos a lo fácil, a lo que no le cuesta mayor esfuerzo, sin asumir las responsabilidades consigo mismo, con un pensamiento poco crítico que frena y limitalacomprensión de las condiciones externas o del medio en aras del cambio de hábitos y de la promoción y práctica de EVS. Al compararse las Teorías de la semiótica de C. Peirce (1887-1888) y de la promoción de la salud de N. Pender (1996) frente a la Salutogénica, existen entre ellas coincidencias en cuanto a la opción de cambio de hábitos de la persona. Esa opción de cambio está influenciada por factores internos, representados por los conocimientos, la voluntad y toma de conciencia de la realidad, y por factores externos o ambientales o DSS, que el individuo debe comprender, interpretar y tener la voluntad para asumir conductas de cambio de hábito saludable. A partir de la conclusión del estudio se propone el fomento de la significatividad, de la comprensibilidad y de la manejabilidad para la opción del hábito saludable en los miembros de la comunidad Unicafam, mediante la generación de una cultura de cambio de hábito de pensamiento para la promoción y práctica de EVS, y el desarrollo de pensamiento crítico y reflexivo. En síntesis de lo anterior descrito surge lo que se denomina un pensamiento salutogénico que será el punto de partida para que Unicafam se constituya como universidad saludable y salutogénica. The sense of coherence and theoretical components were measured using the SOC-13 raised scale Antonovsky (1979); ignorance of the concept of EVS, practices: sociodemographic conditions and through semi-structured interview (taking Mapping Assets SaludComunitaria.1993) as identified influential DSS were found in the promotion and practice of EVS in Unicafam, self-care and self-esteem, stress, misuse and availability of time, excessive handling of electronic devices, inadequate provision of health services by the IPS and unhealthy nutritional conditions. These data were collected and are available for future studies. The results show that the significance level obtained by the members of the university reached an average level of 73.7%; the average level of comprehensibility as the average level of workability was 67.1% and the average level of the SOC was 66.7%. Introducción: en 2016 un Trabajo Final de Grado de la Licenciatura en Nutrición de la Universidad de Buenos Aires buscó desalentar el derroche de alimentos como parte del festejo de graduación de estudiantes. Esto dio lugar al Festejo Nutriconsciente (FNC) que utilizó redes sociales e intervenciones presenciales para cambiar este hábito. Objetivo: evaluar el impacto del Festejo Nutriconsciente. Materiales y método: encuesta online a una muestra no probabilística de 115 Licenciados en Nutrición graduados en la UBA durante el año 2017. Resultados y Conclusiones: el 81% de los encuestados festejó su graduación sin utilizar alimentos (95% refirió influencia del FNC); en el resto la decisión de arrojar alimentos fue de familia y amigos. FNC fue presentado en medios de difusión masiva y congresos nacionales e internacionales con muy buena repercusión. La marca se encuentra patentada. Se está trabajando con Carreras de Nutrición del resto del país para su reproducción y con la Comuna 2 del Gobierno de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires para extenderlo a otros niveles de la Educación Formal. Se recomienda llegar con la intervención a familias y amistades del graduado. Introduction: in 2016, a Final Degree Project coming from the Nutrition career of the University of Buenos Aires sought to discourage the waste of food as part of the students’ graduation party. This led to the Nutriconscious Celebration (NC) that used social networks and face-to-face interventions to change this habit. Objectives: to evaluate the impact of the Nutriconscious Celebration. Materials and methods: online survey to a non-probabilistic sample of 115 Graduates in Nutrition graduated from the UBA during 2017. Results and Conclusions: 81% of respondents celebrated their graduation without using food (95% reported influence of the NC); in the rest the decision of throwing food away fell on family and friends. NC was presented in mass media and national and international congresses with very good repercussion. The brand is patented. Work is in progress together with careers in Nutrition of the rest of the country for its reproduction and with Commune 2 of the Government of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires to extend it to other levels of Formal Education. It is meant with this intervention to reach the graduate’s family and friends.

This study examined the effects of vocal hygiene and behavior modification instruction on self-reported behaviors of music teachers. Subjects ( N = 76) reported daily behaviors for eight weeks: water consumption, warm-up, talking over music/noise, vocal rest, nonverbal commands, and vocal problems. Subjects were in experimental group 1 or 2, or the control group. Both experimental groups received vocal hygiene instruction. Experimental group 2 also received behavior modification information designed to help teachers individually identify and correct their vocal problems. Results showed experimental group 2 significantly increased vocal rest and significantly decreased reports of vocal problems in the weeks closest to treatment. Although differences provide limited information, the indications stress the importance of behavior modification's inclusion in vocal hygiene programs. Individual variance implies that some subjects have difficulty managing vocal hygiene routines. Additional study of effects of multiple, varied treatment sessions may clarify the impact of treatments over extended periods of time.
