Abstract: The contribution presents the points of view of SGI Europe, as one of the cross-sectoral European Employer Social Partners. In particular, it focuses on SGI Europe´s position paper, highlighting some of the crucial points on the Directive linked to collective bargaining promotion and the role of Social Partners. The article also analyses SGI Europe proposals for amendments regarding some of the Directive provisions in the text presented by the Commission.
