We consider the generalized Riemann problem for the Suliciu relaxation system in Lagrangian coordinates and we calculate the first-order expansion given by LeFloch and Raviart to verify our results, then we show the explicit solution for the generalized Riemann problem in Eulerian coordinates, which has a similar structure as the classical Riemann problem. This study sought to identify any specific cytochrome P450 (CYP450) -4A enzyme isoforms expressed in arterioles and/or the surrounding parenchymal tissue of the rat cremaster muscle. RT-PCR was used to detect the presence of specific CYP450-4A isoforms in isolated muscle fibers and arterioles from the cremaster muscle of Sprague­Dawley rats; CYP450-4A protein expression was determined by Western blotting. CYP450-4A3 mRNA was expressed in isolated muscle fibers and in cremasteric arterioles, while CYP450-4A8 mRNA was expressed only in cremasteric arterioles. CYP450-4A1 and CYP450-4A2 mRNA were not expressed in arterioles and skeletal muscle cells, although all four isoforms were strongly expressed in the liver. CYP450-4A protein was detected in both the isolated muscle fibers and in the isolated arterioles. The present study identifies the specific pattern of cytochrome P450-4A isoform expression in arterioles and parenchymal cells of the skeletal muscle microcirculation, and supports the hypothesis that the cytochrome P-450 enzymes may play a role in the regulation of microvascular function in the skeletal muscle microcirculation. This paper is concerned with a hyperbolic system of conservation laws of Keyfitz‐Kranzer type. We show the existence of a delta shock wave solution using the vanishing viscosity method. The obtained solution satisfies the generalized Rankine‐Hugoniot relation and the entropy condition. As a consequence, we have also a uniqueness result for the obtained solution. The quality of software is high in medical devices due to the strict regulatory requirements and their implementation in the software development processes through the use of the IEC 62304 standard. The goal of this standard revision project was to extend the scope of the standard to all health software and also to bring the requirements of the 12 year old standard back to the state-of-the-art including provisions for cybersecurity. The joint IEC/SC62A and ISO/TC215 project team revised the standard and adapted its risk management, usability, and security requirements to serve both the medical device industry and the overall health software industry. The resulting second version of the standard has gone through a multistage global voting process to achieve a consensus of the requirements to serve both these communities. The resulting standard has potential to have a major impact on the quality of software used in health care globally.
