The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is widely used as the driving device for electric vehicles, robots and other systems due to their high-power density and wide speed range. In order to improve the reliability of PMSM, redundant structure can be used. In this paper, a topology of dual-redundant axial flux PMSM (DR-AFPMSM) and a analytical method for magnetic coupling characteristics was proposed. To reduce the axial length and the magnetic coupling between the two redundancies, the middle rotor disk consists of a set of permanent magnets (PMs) embedded in a coreless skeleton. From the perspective of inductance and armature reaction, the magnetic characteristics of each redundancy and the magnetic coupling between redundancies have been analyzed by 3-dimensional finite element analysis (3D-FEA) in this paper. Tests under different conditions, namely no-load, load, and phase-to-phase short-circuit have been carried out. Results show that the prototype meets the design requirements and the proposed structure can effectively decrease the magnetic coupling between the two redundancies.

Upper-lower computer mode is the main architecture design of the amphibious combat simulation system (ACSS) at present. Through continuous improvement of real-time performance, software and hardware infrastructure, the exponential growth of operational network data scale is realized, but the availability performance of ACSS declines. The reliability of the working host as the key node has become the bottleneck of the overall availability of network nodes in the ACSS. To optimize the network node architecture of ACSS, this paper presents an effective optimization solution by designing the dual redundancy warm-standby module of the mission computer and I/O port, the algorithm of selecting output path of the mission computer in network nodes, the decision-making algorithm upon the on-duty host and output, and the video output decision-making algorithm upon the upper host. Lastly, the complete process of operational data from the input to output and the opposite is implemented well to guarantee the overall availability of network nodes in the ACSS. For poor real-time communication, stability and anti electromagnetic interference performance of existing coal mine safety monitoring and control system, a digital coal mine safety monitoring and control system was proposed, and hardware scheme, software scheme and key technologies of the system were introduced. The system adopts dual redundancy structure of CAN bus and industrial Ethernet ring network, and takes LPC2294 ARM processor and μC/OS-Ⅱembedded operation system as cores. The test results show that communication success rate of CAN bus is 99.97% as well as utilization ratio is 40%-60% of the system with 10 km CAN bus, 32 digital substations and 200 sensors and actuators. The system can run 40 days continuously with stable data communication and without interrupted and abnormal data, and technique indexes of the system meet requirements of AQ 6201-2006 General technical requirements of coal mine safety monitoring and control system.
