This study aims to know and analyze the influence of environment, lifestyle and the role of social media to the spirit of entrepreneurship in the Millenial Generation. This type of research based on eskplanasi level is in the form of associative research that aims to determine how the relationship between variables with Purposive Sampling technique is the respondent chosen intentionally with certain characteristics that are believed and representative of the population. The unit of analysis in this study is Millenial Generation aged between 17 years to 38 years. This research was conducted in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerag and Bekasi areas. The study was conducted in January 2018 - May 2018. The population in this study is Millenial Generation also known as Generation Y is demographic group after Generation X (Gen-X), Sampling 100 consideration is sufficient to be distributed to Jabodetabek area. In this study, the independent variables are environment variable (X1), lifestyle (X2), and social media role (X3) while the dependent variable is the entrepreneurship spirit (Y) with 65 indicators as primary data source. The result of this research is partial regression coefficient for environment variable of result of prob. t arithmetic of environment free variable equal to 0,036 smaller than 0,05 so that free environment variable have significant influence but result t-hitung (-2,126). Result of negative or unidirectional value of environment variable to bound variable Entrepreneurship Spirit mean Environment influences negatively to Entrepreneurship Spirit. While the influence of free variable of Lifestyle to the dependent variable of Entrepreneurship Spirit, the probability t value (0.000) is smaller than 0.05 t-count 4,898 so it can be said that the free variable Lifestyle has significant influence, so also the influence of free variable of Social Media to dependent variable Entrepreneurship spirit, the value of prob t arithmetic (0.002) is smaller than 0.05 t-count 3.253 so it can be said that the free variable Social Media significantly influence the bound variables Entrepreneurship Spirit. In the F test test the prob value. F count (sig) in the value table is 0,000 smaller than the 0.05 significance level so it can be concluded that the distributed linear regression model is feasible to be used to explain the influence of Environment, Lifestyle and Social Media on Entrepreneurship spirit with F test result 24,993 > 3,61. Linear Regression Y = 28,710+(-0.203)X1+(0,454)X2+(0,364)X3+e., the equation informs the most influential variable to Entrepreneurship Spirit is the Social Media Role variable with standardized coeftsients 0,454 larger than the variable of Environment and Lifestyle. The result of coefficient test of determination shown by R square is 43,9% while the rest 56,1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this research.

3. Role of Fishing Cooperatives in Promoting Entrepreneurship Spirit between Their Members

The main purpose of this research was to determine the impacts of fishing cooperatives on promoting entrepreneurship spirit among their members. The population included 1820 members of the three fishing cooperatives in Bushehr province. Three hundred twenty samples were selected by Kerjcie and Morgan Table. A proportional stratified sampling method was used to specify the samples' numbers for each cooperative. The validity of the questionnaires was gained by the use of a panel of experts, necessary corrections were implemented. The reliability was achieved by a pilot-test among 30 members. The results revealed that rate of the fishing cooperative's success to achieve entrepreneurship spirit promotion among the members assessed (52.2%) very much and (34.1%) moderate. The results of using multiple regression showed that the variables of participation in training courses, members' participation in cooperative, entrepreneurial characteristics among the cooperatives' members, satisfaction of the cooperative's activities, establishing economic and financial structures for entrepreneurship development had respectively a positive significant effect on promoting entrepreneurship.

Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan penelusuran lulusan menunjukan tingkat jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak masih rendah. Hal ini belum sesuai dengan visi misi SMKN 1 Demak menyiapkan tamatan bertakwa berbudi luhur mempunyai etos kerja dan berjiwa wirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bukti empiris pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 yang berjumlah 296 siswa. Jumlah sampel 173 siswa yang diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif persentase dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh positif pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadapa jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 secara simultan sebesar 57,8%. Terdapat pengaruh positif pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 secara parsial sebesar 25,1%. Terdapat pengaruh positif secara parsial lingkungan keluarga terhadap jiwa kewirausahaan siswa Akuntansi SMKN 1 Demak tahun 2016 sebesar 17,3%. Based obseravtion and graduation data show entrepreneurship spirit Accounting students SMKN 1 Demak are low, there not in line with vision and mission SMKN 1 Demak those are students have religious behavioristic, work spirit, and entrepreneurship spirit. The purpose this research is empirically to know the influence of entrepreneurship education and family environment on the entrepreneurial spirit Accounting students in SMKN 1 Demak. The populations all students of Accounting SMKN 1 Demak in 2016 , total 296 students. Total sample in this research are 173 students, there are from slovin formula. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The collected data were then analyzed with descriptive analysis and inferential statistical percentage .The results showed positive influence of entrepreneurship education and family environment to entrepreneurship spirit Accounting students in SMKN 1 Demak year 2016 simultaneously. There is contribution positive influence of entrepreneurship education to entrepreneurship spirit Accounting students in SMKN 1 Demak year 2016 partialy. Family environment has contributed positive influence to the entrepreneurial spirit of Accounting students SMKN 1 Demak year 2016 partialy.

Those culture factor than reliabled by people in did interaction with circles, language, think, etc. Article will map out Ubinus reguler student culture using 6 pole culture dimencion by Schwartz and will see the influence than entrepreneurship spirit that should be possessed by leaders in the future. Article used descriptive research method and the data were collected by using questioner. The analysis method was quantitative and qualitative method. The result indicates that conspicuous culture was the embeddedness between individual and group, egaliter (trust, responsibility, loyal with friends or group), and harmonious culture. There are positive influences between the three of dimension culture than entrepreneurship spirit and more influence was embedded ness culture.

9. DEVELOPMENT OF LABOUR MARKET AND ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT IN RURAL AREAS.

- Abstract
Increasing the labor force employment and participation rates is sustained by capitalization of human opportunities existent in rural areas. This entails a flexible and inclusive labour market and a decreasing rate of exclusion for some rural groups. This paper highlights the need of facilitating the access to the labour market by achievement of professional skills needed in nonagricultural sectors from rural areas for the vulnerable groups as well as the entrepreneurial groups. The analysis shows that these topics, which involve economical and social modernity address the following dimensions, using Iasi County as case study: promoting entrepreneurship in rural areas; occupational inclusion of women and young unemployed people from rural areas; promoting of some specific forms for insertion of the persons from rural areas into labour market, by sustaining some training programmes; professional conversion according to the characteristics of target groups. The study evaluates the position of rural labour market progress in the County, where small level farms and subsistence agriculture continue to play a significant social shield function in the rural economy. 169 p., The Entrepreneurship wakes the creativity up, promotes the imagination, and allows to face economic and labor situations by means of the development of skills and own skills of the person. In Colombia the entrepreneurship is supported by the academy, the company and the government by means of the promotion of alliances public- private - academy, promoting ideal conditions for the entrepreneurship and his local development; the University of Santander UDES promotes entrepreneurship that incorporate the science, the technology and the innovation from the academy in the classroom, as well as in the educational accompaniment - student and the strengthening of seedbeds and enterprising projects strengthening hereby the entrepreneurship in the university. Present thesis of degree, it does an analysis on the students and graduates enterprising experiences from the Faculty of economic, administrative and countable sciences of the University of Santander UDES, by means of a descriptive investigation in which variables are born in mind as the type of of student motivational aspects in the development of initiatives entrepreneurs, characteristics of emergence in the ideas of business, classes of financing, value added of the entrepreneurship, relation with the academy, university and Government and significant experiences that serve as reference to entrepreneurs and future enterprising generations., El Emprendimiento despierta la creatividad, promueve la imaginación, y permite enfrentar situaciones económicas y laborales mediante el desarrollo de habilidades y destrezas propias de la persona. En Colombia el emprendimiento es apoyado por la academia, la empresa y el gobierno mediante la promoción de alianzas público- privada-academia, promoviendo condiciones óptimas para el emprendimiento y su desarrollo local; la Universidad de Santander UDES promueve emprendimientos que incorporan la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación desde la academia en el aula, así como en el acompañamiento docente- estudiante y el fortalecimiento de semilleros y proyectos emprendedores fortaleciendo de esta manera el espíritu emprendedor en la universidad. Resumen El emprendimiento es un modelo social y económico que tiene como propósito impulsar la creación de empresas. Montar un negocio no es emprendimiento. Se requiere de un producto, un servicio o un proceso innovador para que una iniciativa empresarial pueda ser catalogada como un verdadero emprendimiento. Por medio de la identificación de factores relevantes, se puede definir el emprendimiento como la iniciativa personal de idear, montar y poner en marcha una nueva empresa. Para lograr este propósito, se requiere de educación, persistencia, motivación, contactos, habilidades en mercadeo y recursos de capital, así como de apoyo del Estado, de la familia y de la universidad, en un contexto en el que se afrontan riesgos y dificultades tales como el desánimo y la soledad. El espíritu empresarial es la fuerza interior del emprendedor que lo impulsa a lograr el objetivo de materializar su sueño de ser independiente económicamente, mediante la creación y puesta en marcha de su propia nueva empresa. Abstract Entrepreneurship is a social and economic model that aims to promote the creation of companies. Setting up a business is not entrepreneurship. It requires a product, a service, or an innovative process so that a business initiative can be cataloged as real entrepreneurship. Through the identification of relevant factors, entrepreneurship can be defined as the personal initiative to devise, assemble, and start up a new company. To achieve this purpose, education, persistence, motivation, contacts, marketing skills, and capital resources are required, as well as support from the State, family, and the university, in a context where risks and difficulties such as discouragement and loneliness are faced. The entrepreneurial spirit is the inner strength of the entrepreneur that drives him to achieve the goal of materializing his dream of being economically independent through the creation and start-up of his own new company. Resumo O empreendedorismo é um modelo social e econômico que tem como propósito impulsionar a criação de empresas. Estabelecer um negócio não é empreendedorismo. Requer-se de um produto, um serviço ou um processo inovador para uma iniciativa empresarial puder ser catalogada como verdadeiro empreendedorismo. Por meio da identificação de fatores relevantes, pode se definir o empreendedorismo como a iniciativa pessoal de idear, montar e por em marcha uma nova empresa. Para atingir tal objetivo é preciso educação, persistência, motivação, contatos, habilidades em mercadejo e recursos de capital, bem como apoio do Estado, da família e da universidade, em um contexto em que riscos e dificuldades tais como desânimo e soledade são enfrentados. O espírito empresarial é a força interior do empreendedor que o impulsiona a conseguir o objetivo de materializar seu sonho de ser independente economicamente, mediante a criação e posta em marcha da sua própria nova empresa.

Skilled tradesmen, Macedo-Romanians settled in the Habsburg Empire after their home expulsion, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by liberalism that just grow, they constituted a vigorous economic force. Merchants industrialists and bankers, they contribute greatly to the development of the Empire, leaving posterity good things, engaging quite often as patrons (supporters of culture) of the Romanian community in the Empire. This paper, using qualitative research based on the study of social documents, would like to substantiate the hypothesis by which entrepreneurship can be developed in any historical moment, even at the early capitalism, regardless of culture, social class of the human being, level of education, when will created optimal conditions for its expression. What happened during the period of the XVIII – XIX centuries, in the Habsburg Empire, today can be a good example for free enterprise-oriented economic policies that could be promoted today, generating important benefits for the whole society

14. Los cursos de emprendimiento en los programas MBA: un estudio de caso sobre evaluación de impacto

Faced with the new trends of globalization and knowledge economy, strengthening entrepreneurship has become a development strategy, followed by a large number of coulltries, regardless of their level of economic and social development, such as India, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Chile (Angelelli alld Llisterri, 2003; Bygrave, 1998). In Colombia, since the beginning ofthe eighties, both the State and the uníversities, has given a strong impetus to business creation and entrepreneurship development. Amid this great activity one might ask, What is the contributioll of these courses to the development of its participants? This research incorporates the experience of the past 7 years of the MBA program of INALDE University ofLa Sabana with its course NAVES. The study presents encouraging data but also shows c1ear weaknesses: 32% of the projects of the NAVES course have begun work as companies legally constituted and 46% of graduates has conducted a start up . These percentages show that the goal of developing entrepreneurship has been achieved., Frente a las nuevas tendencias de la globalización y la economía del conocimiento, el fortalecimiento de la capacidad emprendedora se ha constituido en una estrategia de desarrollo, seguida por un gran número de países, independientemente de su nivel de desarrollo económico y social, como la India, los Estados Unidos, el Reino Unido, Canadá y Chile, (Angelelli & Llisterri, 2003 Bygrave, 1998). En Colombia, desde principios de la década de los ochenta, tanto el Estado como de las universidades, le ha dado un fuerte impulso a la creación de empresas y el desarrollo del espíritu empresarial. En medio de esta gran actividad cabría preguntarse: ¿Cuál es el aporte de estos cursos al desarrollo de sus participantes? La presente investigación recoge la experiencia de los últimos 7 años del programa MBA del INALDE -Universidad de La Sabana con su curso NAVES. El estudio presenta datos alentadores pero también deja ver claras falencias: El 32% de los proyectos del curso NAVES han iniciado labores como empresas legalmente constituidas y el 46% de los egresados ha llevado a cabo un emprendimiento; estos porcentajes dejan ver que el objetivo de desarrollar el espíritu emprendedor se ha venido logrando

La création d'entreprises innovantes est un enjeu économique vital pour l'Europe. Mais comment la développer chez les jeunes ? Comment favoriser l'éclosion d'un esprit d'entreprendre qui impulserait à la fois une dynamique d'innovation dans les grandes entreprises et la création d'entreprises nouvelles ? Si un consensus existe quant à ces nécessités, les moyens de développement et de stimulation de cet esprit ne sont pas complètement connus. Notamment parce que la notion « d'esprit d'entreprise » ou celle « d'esprit d'entreprendre » restent encore difficile à définir, à quantifier et à relier à la prise effective d'initiatives, ce qui rend délicate la mesure de l'impact des stratégies de sensibilisation ou de formation.Le propos de notre recherche est de définir ce qu'est l'esprit d'entreprendre chez les élèves ingénieur, et la manière avec laquelle il se manifeste. Il s'agit de formuler un cadre d'analyse d'une définition et de mesure du développement de l'esprit d'entreprendre chez les élèves ingénieurs au fil de leur cursus. Nous nous appuyons pour ce faire sur un modèle exploratoire de l'esprit d'entreprendre que nous avons bâti sur la base d'une étude extensive de la littérature en gestion, sociologie, psychologie et sciences de l'éducation appliquées ou non au champ de l'entrepreneuriat (Verzat, Bachelet, Hannachi et Frugier 03). La démarche que nous proposons s'appuie sur une étude quantitative longitudinale auprès de l'ensemble des élèves de l'école pendant trois années.Nous présenterons notre modèle de recherche, puis nous détaillerons la fabrication du questionnaire et son mode d'administration par web. Enfin nous proposerons quelques premiers résultats obtenus lors de notre première campagne d'enquête auprès d'élèves ingénieurs de première année.

Those culture factor than reliabled by people in did interaction with circles, language, think, etc. Article will map out Ubinus reguler student culture using 6 pole culture dimencion by Schwartz and will see the influence than entrepreneurship spirit that should be possessed by leaders in the future. Article used descriptive research method and the data were collected by using questioner. The analysis method was quantitative and qualitative method. The result indicates that conspicuous culture was the embeddedness between individual and group, egaliter (trust, responsibility, loyal with friends or group), and harmonious culture. There are positive influences between the three of dimension culture than entrepreneurship spirit and more influence was embedded ness culture.
