Under the background of “cultural and tourism integration”, scenic cultural and creative experience products are an important means to enhance the communication power of scenic spots and generate income. In this paper, the CORE model is used as the design concept, and the CORE design process for scenic cultural and creative products is constructed. The plain Bayesian classification algorithm is used to extract review feedback from the product, and the vectorization of the extracted reviews is achieved using the FastText model. The vectorized reviews are input into the logistic regression classification model to obtain sentiment classification results. A fused sentiment feature vector is constructed by combining Apirior and a sentiment dictionary aimed at separating sentiment vector classification. Finally, the experience effect of cultural and creative products is explored as an example of X scenic spot, and the optimization strategy of product design is explored. The attribute feature of X Scenic Spot’s cultural and creative experience product, “color” embraces four emotional attributes, and the corresponding adaptations are 4.77, 5.42, 5.40, and 5.38, respectively. The SDs of the emotional attributes of the existing product are The SDs of the emotional attributes of the existing products are 1.141, 1.025, and 0.184, respectively, and the differences between the product descriptions and the users’ opinions on the perceptual attributes are large, which provides the evaluation correlation in the CORE model. Under the guidance of the CORE model, four aspects of cultural and creative marketing, scenic area IP, consumer needs and product experience dimensions are proposed.

In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs, improve the recommendation efficiency, and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval, a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed. The TG-LDA (Tag-granularity LDA) model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA (Linear Discriminant Analysis) model. The model is used to mine archive resource topics. The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics. Based on the measurement results, the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification. According to the classification results, TF-IDF (term frequency--inverse document frequency) algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval, and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources. The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users' needs, can provide users with personalized digital archive resources, and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low, the recommendation efficiency is high, and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved. With the widespread application of neural network, the application of neural network to natural language processing text classification problems has become an effective solution.The customer service center of telecom operator collected user complaint information from multiple channels.In order to automatically classify the complaint text information and assign it to the specific responsible department for processing and reply, enhancing customer perception further, a textclassification method based on GRW and FastTextmodel was proposed.Firstly, the GRW model was used to select the features of the complaint text, extract effective feature words, and then a user complaint text classification method based on FastText model was constructed.Experiments on public datasets and a complaint text data by one of telecom company show that the text classification method based on GRW and FastText model is better than naive Bayes, bidirectional LSTM and Bert pre-trained model in accuracy, Kappa coefficient and Hamming loss.

Obfuscation is rampant in both benign and malicious JavaScript (JS) codes. It generates an obscure and undetectable code that hinders comprehension and analysis. Therefore, accurate detection of JS codes that masquerade as innocuous scripts is vital. The existing deobfuscation methods assume that a specific tool can recover an original JS code entirely. For a multi-layer obfuscation, general tools realize a formatted JS code, but some sections remain encoded. For the detection of such codes, this study performs Deobfuscation, Unpacking, and Decoding (DUD-preprocessing) by function redefinition using a Virtual Machine (VM), a JS code editor, and a python int_to_str() function to facilitate feature learning by the FastText model. The learned feature vectors are passed to a classifier model that judges the maliciousness of a JS code. In performance evaluation, the authors use the Hynek Petrak's dataset for obfuscated malicious JS codes and the SRILAB dataset and the Majestic Million service top 10,000 websites for obfuscated benign JS codes. They then compare the performance to other models on the detection of DUD-preprocessed obfuscated malicious JS codes. Their experimental results show that the proposed approach enhances feature learning and provides improved accuracy in the detection of obfuscated malicious JS codes.
