The bachelor thesis deals with education in the banking sector of the Czech Republic. It defines the indi-vidual concepts related to education, methods of education and also includes the characte-ristics of the banking sector of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, corporate education, its individual phases and their sub-parts are detailed. This part of the thesis also deals with individual methods of education, which are then described in more detail, including their main advantages and disadvantages. The second half of the bachelor thesis is the research part. This was conducted during 2023 and the results were then compared with the CVTS questionnaire survey. This survey is carried out by Eurostat with a regular five-year periodicity in the countries of the European Union, which includes the Czech Republic. It has been participating in this survey since 2000. The most up-to-date data are from 2015, as the Covid-19 pandemic is set to hit the world in 2020. Inspired by the CVTS survey, a questionnaire of its own was created, looking at the methods currently used in training, the forms of training or what further courses the employees themselves would like to take and where they feel there is room for improvement. The questionnaire also included questions on the fi-nancing of training, which is a very important item in banks' budgets and an investment in their future. Finally, further training progress was recommended based on the needs of banking sector employees and a future outlook was given in which the whole current training system could be rapidly transformed by aug-mented or virtual reality.

Дослідження розкриває проблеми фахової передвищої освіти в умовах війни, зокрема організації освітнього процесу, використання різних форм навчання та дослідженню рівня задоволеності освітнім процесом серед здобувачів фахової передвищої освіти. Метою дослідження є вивчення впливу військових дій в Україні на розвиток фахової передвищої освіти, проаналізовано переміщення закладів фахової передвищої освіти із території, яку тимчасово окупувала росія, проведено дослідження зміни чисельності кадрового складу педагогічних працівників у Хмельницькій області, проаналізовано зміни у складі контингенту здобувачів освіти, проведено порівняння форм навчання, проаналізовані основні ресурси дистанційної освіти. Установлено, що для продовження освітнього процесу в умовах військових дій можна використовувати різні форми навчання, які адміністрація закладів, заступники з навчальної роботи та дотичні фахівці можуть розглядати у відповідній конкретній ситуації, а також вивчаючи рівень потенційної загрози як для працівників, так і для здобувачів. &nbsp

The purpose of the study is to research the impact of armed conflict in Ukraine on the development of vocational education, the relocation of vocational institutions from the temporarily occupied territories by Russia was analyzed. The study was conducted on changes in the number of teaching staff in Khmelnytskyi region, and changes in the composition of the contingent of education seekers. The comparison was made to forms of education; the main resources of distance education were analyzed. It was concluded that to continue the educational process in the conditions of armed conflict, it is possible to use different forms of training, which the administration of institutions, deputies for academic affairs and related specialists can consider in accordance with each specific situation, as well as studying the level of potential threat, both for teaching staff and for students. In addition to physical violence, the war brought a number of psychological problems that need to be solved, as well as building an educational process under the constant threat of missile strikes, artillery or bombing. The norms of full-time education change depending on the institution's ability to provide conditions for the protection of participants in the educational process during air raids. Institutions are recommended to conduct the educational process in mixed forms of education, introduce shift training and plan large winter vacations, to avoid an economic collapse due to the heating of the educational facilities, increase the working hours for teaching staff to 60 hours per week, continue the educational process after June 30. The Ministry of Education and Science, international organizations, regional military administrations and the international community are putting a lot of effort into developing recommendations and mechanisms to protect participants in the educational process, and planning the educational process in emergency situations and military operations. The purpose of the article is to outline the most effective forms and methods of teaching in universities of a creative nature in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author focused their attention on the problems of forming a harmoniously developed personality in the educational process of creative universities. New approaches have been studied and applied in the education of Uzbekistan; favorable conditions for the effective development of the creative potential of students are highlighted. When considering the peculiarities of the educational process in creative universities, a special place was given to the creation of mechanisms for flexible thinking in students, in which the ability to vary the methods of solving various creative problems arises, to choose the most optimal ways to solve them, to find the most original forms of embodiment.

Introduction. During the past ten years the important changes in educational programs of higher education point out the transition from the traditional live lecture form to the distance learning form (the online training format). Training for innovative engineering activities requires to involve students in the online training format and to explore its applicability.The aim of the present article is to identify the areas of the effective use of the online training format in the educational process for high school institutions and the prospects of further development of the distance learning.Methodology and research methods. In this article, an integration of theoretical and practical training of the innovative engineering with the methods of the analysis and synthesis, a pedagogical experiment and mathematical statistics were used.Results. The areas of use of the online learning in the field of traditional and innovative formats of training have been identified. A subsystem of storage of the information on the course of educational activities is suggested. A high efficiency of the distance learning application is confirmed by the results of a pedagogical experiment within the unified programs for a wide audience of students and persons having the right to an individual work schedule.Scientific novelty. The performed research contributes to identify the framework of the effective use of the online learning at higher education institutions. The suggested form of storage of the information on the education process events in a separate subsystem allow for processing and generalising the data with the use of the BigData and DataMining technologies.Practical significance. Further development of the research presented in this article might be focused on the establishment of numerical relations when using various education formats within various disciplines providing the greatest effect when training students at higher education institutions.

В статье анализируется понятие «социальный капитал» и особенности его проявления в человеческой деятельности. Основное внимание в работе уделяется изучению возможностей цифровой образовательной среды как фактора, оказывающего влияние на развитие социального капитала подростков. Педагогический анализ деятельности педагогов в современной школе указывает на наличие ряда проблем, с которыми столкнулись педагоги, осуществляющие воспитательную работу. Общая характеристика этих проблем дает основание принимать эффективные решения, способствующие решению задач воспитания., The article analyzes a concept of social capital and its features of manifestation in human activity. The main attention is paid to the study of the possibilities of the digital educational environment as a factor influencing the development of the social capital of adolescents. The pedagogical analysis of the activity of teachers in a modern school indicates the presence of a number of problems faced by teachers engaged in educational work. The general characteristics of these problems give grounds to make effective decisions that contribute to solving the problems of education.

В статье рассматривается понятие «учебная мотивация», охарактеризованы традиционная и дистанционная формы обучения, проведено сравнение сформированности уровней развития учебной мотивации у детей младшего школьного возраста при реализации разных форм обучения. Одним из важных факторов успешного дистанционного обучения автор видит в сформированной мотивации к учению. Большую часть времени учащийся заочной формы обучения проводит в самостоятельном освоении материала. Выделяются и описываются характерные особенности дистанционного обучения от традиционной. Авторы пришли к выводу о том, что опыт народной педагогики за многовековую историю существования накопил колоссальный воспитательный потенциал, который не потерял своей актуальности и в современных условиях., The article discusses a concept of “educational motivation”, characterizes the traditional and distance learning forms, compares the formation of levels of development of educational motivation in children of primary school age in the implementation of different forms of learning. The authors see one of the important factors of successful distance learning in the formed motivation to study. Most of the time a part-time student spends in the independent development of the material. The characteristic features of distance learning from traditional are highlighted and described. The task of studying the motivational sphere of teaching when choosing different forms of learning is set. The authors come to the conclusion that the experience of folk pedagogy over the centuries-old history of existence has accumulated enormous educational potential, which has not lost its relevance in modern conditions.

The author identifies the risks associated with the widespread use of distance learning by universities, particularly online courses, as one of the most characteristic forms of digital education. Also, the author systematizes the general positive characteristics of online courses, which prove the feasibility of their implementation in the educational process. The article assesses the necessity in developing and implementing standards for determining the quality and effectiveness of online courses in the framework of distance learning in higher education institutions. The author suggests the formats for evaluating online courses. The article is devoted to the analysis of the forms of control used to test students' knowledge when studying in a distance format. Статья посвящена анализу используемых форм контроля проверки знаний у студентов при обучении в дистанционном формате.

This bachelor thesis focuses on further education of workers in the social sphere, which is important for renewing, consolidating and obtaining the necessary information. The aim of the work was to map the aspects of education of social workers in the district of Jindřichův Hradec. Qualitative research was used to develop the practical part and achieve the goal. More precisely, the method of questioning using a semi-structured interview was used here. Eight employees from various organizations in the Jindřichův Hradec took part in the interview. The results of the research showed that social workers most often choose courses, training and, due to the covid-19 pandemic, also webinars. At the same time, employees have the option of choosing which course or training to take. They decide according to several criteria, including the topic, content, availability and connection with the work. The results of the bachelor thesis point to some of the positives that can be found in the field of education of social workers in Jindřichův Hradec. At the same time, however, they point to some aspects of education that should be subjected to more critical analysis and better managed in the future.

Данная статья посвящена проблеме организации дистанционного обучения, которая особенно актуализировалась весной 2020 г., когда все студенты и преподаватели вынуждены были осуществлять взаимодействие в новом для них формате. В связи с этим возникло много вопросов и проблем у всех участников образовательного процесса. Для развития качества дистанционного процесса обучения необходимо выявить и исследовать данные проблемы. В работе рассмотрены некоторые исторические аспекты появления и воплощения самой идеи дистанционного обучения. Проведенное исследование преследовало цель выяснить отношение студентов к дистанционному обучению, выявить возможности и ограничения данного формата. Исследование проводилось в форме дистанционного опроса студентов очной и заочной формы Костромского государственного университета и Пермского государственного гуманитарно-педагогического университета. В исследовании выявлено отношение студентов к дистанционному формату обучения, уточнено влияние такого процесса обучения на здоровье и общий уровень тревожности и беспокойства у студентов. Конкретизированы преимущества и недостатки дистанционного формата обучения на основании субъективного опыта студентов. Определены формы работы со студентами, которые эффективны и не очень в рамках дистанционного формата обучения. Авторы статьи прослеживают корреляцию между дистанционным форматом обучения и качеством формируемых компетенций у студентов. Исследование может быть интересно региональным органам управления образованием в качестве объективной оценки перехода на дистанционное обучение и для выстраивания комплексной работы по устранению наиболее острых проблем. Очевидно, что данная тема требует дальнейшего изучения по мере расширения возможностей дистанционного обучения в высших учебных заведениях., This article is devoted to the problems of organizing distance learning, which was especially relevant in the spring of 2020, when all students and teachers were forced to interact in a new format that not many were familiar with. In this regard, a lot of questions and problems arose for all participants in the educational process. To develop the quality of the distance learning process, it is necessary to identify and investigate these problems. The work considers some historical aspects of the emergence and implementation of the very idea of distance learning. The study aims to clarify the attitude of students to distance learning, to identify the possibilities and limitations of this format. The study was carried out in the form of a distance survey of fulltime and part-time students of the Kostroma State University and the Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University. The study reveals the attitude of students to the distance learning format, clarifies its impact on health and the general level of anxiety among students. The advantages and disadvantages of the distance learning format based on the subjective experience of students are specified. Forms of work with students within the framework of the distance learning format that proved effective and not very effective are identified. The authors of the article trace the correlation between the distance learning format and the quality of the formed competencies in students. The study may be of interest to regional education authorities as an objective assessment of the transition to distance learning and for building comprehensive work to eliminate the most pressing problems. The digitalization processes of general, professional and additional education, the widespread use of gadgets by people of different ages and different cultures, the widespread availability of Internet resources make it possible and necessary to use modern methods and technologies not only in the process of systematic teaching of Russian as a foreign language, but also within the framework of gamification of regional studies information. Studying the Russian language in the 21st century can and should be interesting, accessible, and technological. This task is of particular relevance in the context of a pandemic and the transition to distance or blended learning formats.

The article attempts to identify effective ways to earn student youth to implement the concept of "lifelong learning" in higher education based on a survey. 200 answers of respondents from different faculties of the Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky State Pedagogical University of EQL are generalized. It was found that the most effective formal and methodological methods are gamification, multimedia in the complex, digital tools, machine memorization; P-invariant GMNet, educational training, podcasts, scientific debates. The study indicates the lack of a comprehensive scientific analysis of the concept of lifelong learning in the paradigm of the methodology of its implementation. It is established as a result of introduction of such elements for successful implementation of the concept of training during life teachers should adhere to methodical rules of its realization.

В марте 2020 года российская система образования внезапно оказалась в ситуации, когда нужно было не разрабатывать онлайн-курсы в дополнение к очному обучению, а реконструировать очную среду обучения и процессы полностью в онлайн-пространстве. Рассмотрены принципы построения педагогического взаимодействия в условиях дистанционной формы обучения. Обобщены принципы педагогического взаимодействия в традиционном, аудиторном формате. Описаны особенности построения педагогического взаимодействия с применением современных информационно-коммуникативных технологий и цифровых средств осуществления образовательного процесса. Проанализированы особенности и принципы коммуникации в онлайн-среде в условиях вынужденного перехода на дистанционное обучение в марте 2020 года. В статье рассматриваются различные способы получения высшего образования в условиях нового поколения, проведено исследование интернет-платформ с образовательными ресурсами, проанализированы преимущества и недостатки разных форм обучения, а также рассмотрен альтернативный путь развития образовательной системы для творческих специальностей. The article examines various ways of obtaining higher education in the conditions of a new generation, conducts a study of Internet platforms with educational resources, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different forms of education, and also considers an alternative way of developing the educational system for creative specialties.

Object. The article is devoted to identify the main aspects of the organization of the dual form of education in Ukraine. Methods. To solve this scientific problem applied: structural method; comparative analysis of empirical data; abstract-logical generalization. Models of organization of the dual education system in the leading countries of the world are analyzed. Results. The author determines that the dual form can be the solution of today's problems in the relationship between the school, the student and the employer. Applicants for dual education are guaranteed to get their first job, which will eventually help stop the departure of qualified personnel from Ukraine abroad. Higher education institutions will increase their competitiveness in the market of educational services, as the organization of dual education will update the curricula, which will be adapted to the needs of business entities. Enterprises that will cooperate with higher education institutions within the organization of dual education will certainly increase their image and rating among consumers as advanced enterprises that support progressive forms of education. Final Conclusions. Dual education is undoubtedly an advanced form of education.In order to consolidate the relationship between the subjects of the dual form of higher education in the legal field, it is necessary to develop standard agreements, which should clearly define the rights and obligations of the parties.Among the advantages of dual education are the following: coordination of the content of work programs between the educational organization and employers; obtaining a set of competencies that meet the requirements of the modern economy in general and employers in particular; the possibility of mastering an individual set of additional competencies on the basis of a variable part of the educational program; training on modern material and technical base, which has production; the formation of clear and unambiguous descriptions of professional competencies of a particular profession; reduction of terms of adaptation of graduates on production, В статті визначено основні аспекти організації дуальної форми здобуття освіти в Україні. Проаналізовано моделі організації системи дуальної освіти в провідних країнах світу. Визначено, що саме дуальна форма може стати вирішенням проблем сьогодення у взаємовідносинах між навчальним закладом, здобувачем освіти та роботодавцем. Метою статті є визначення переваг та недоліків дуальної освіти для всіх учасників її організації. Методика. Для вирішення даної наукової проблематики використано: структурний метод; порівняльний аналіз; абстрактно-логічне узагальнення. Результати. Здійснено аналіз сутності дуальної освіти, можливих моделей її організації, а також виявлені переваги та недоліки даної форми здобуття освіти. Доведено, що впровадження дуальної форми здобуття освіти у є запорукою підвищення якості підготовки фахівців з урахуванням вимог роботодавців. Здобувачі дуальної форми освіти мають більше шансів отримати своє перше робоче місце після здобуття освіти. Заклади вищої освіти підвищать свою конкурентоздатність на ринку освітніх послуг, адже при організації дуальної освіти відбудеться оновлення навчальних планів, які будуть пристосовані до потреб суб’єктів господарювання. Установи та організації, що співпрацюватимуть із закладами вищої освіти в межах організації дуальної форми навчання, підвищать свій імідж та рейтинг серед споживачів як передові осередки, що підтримують прогресивні форми навчання. Практична значимість: отримані результати можуть бути використані закладами вищої освіти, суб’єктами господарювання та здобувачами освіти в разі залучення до дуальної форми здобуття освіти.

It has been proved that the use of certain forms and methods of organization in training of future bachelors in physical culture and sports will contribute to the formation of entrepreneurial culture of students. The following organizational forms of training have been distinguished: training sessions, individual tasks, independent work, practical training and testing. It has been determined that the formation of entrepreneurial culture may be a subject of individual classes that require providing conditions to realize creative opportunities for students, who showed an aptitude for research and creative work. In compliance with the principles of freedom and variability, a key tool to assimilate educational material by students is considered to be independent work.A set of teaching methods proved to be the most effective and appropriate for the goal of the study, they are: methods of classroom work and practical training information (Information lecture, Lecture-presentation, Lecture-press conference), interactive learning (Round-table talks, Brainstorming, Working in small groups, Heuristictalks, Presentation and protection of the results of independent work), quasi-professional methods (Case method, Business games, Performing professional roles and functions in the workplace, SWOT-analysis), methods of consolidation of knowledge (Completion of educational tasks with regulated result), creative methods (Project method, Problem-solving training, Fantasizing method, Algorithmic analysis, Focal method objects, Creating an image of an ideal object), methods of ongoing monitoring and control (Oral face-to-face interview, Oral individual interview according to the plan, Testing knowledge on a specific topic, open answer questions) and distance learning methods are teaching methods for groups without feedback, methods of individual learning with feedback and methods that involve active interaction between all participants of the educational process. The concept map of the subject area “Forms and methods formation of entrepreneurial culture” can be used to simplify the process of developing training syllabus programs of certain disciplines. In particular, it will allow constructing the educational process in a more advanced technological way by comparing forms and teaching methods., Виокремлено найбільш ефективні форми і методи організації навчального процесу студентів бакалаврату спеціальності 017 Фізична культура і спорт з урахуванням необхідності формування підприємницької культури здобувачів вищої освіти. Серед форм організації навчання виокремлено: навчальні заняття, виконання індивідуальних завдань, самостійну роботу, практичну підготовку та контрольні заходи. Розроблено концепт-карту «Форми і методи формування підприємницької культури», яка може використовуватись для спрощення процесу розроблення навчальних робочих програм певних дисциплін.

Introduction. During the past ten years the important changes in educational programs of higher education point out the transition from the traditional live lecture form to the distance learning form (the online training format). Training for innovative engineering activities requires to involve students in the online training format and to explore its applicability.The aim of the present article is to identify the areas of the effective use of the online training format in the educational process for high school institutions and the prospects of further development of the distance learning.Methodology and research methods. In this article, an integration of theoretical and practical training of the innovative engineering with the methods of the analysis and synthesis, a pedagogical experiment and mathematical statistics were used.Results. The areas of use of the online learning in the field of traditional and innovative formats of training have been identified. A subsystem of storage of the information on the course of educational activities is suggested. A high efficiency of the distance learning application is confirmed by the results of a pedagogical experiment within the unified programs for a wide audience of students and persons having the right to an individual work schedule.Scientific novelty. The performed research contributes to identify the framework of the effective use of the online learning at higher education institutions. The suggested form of storage of the information on the education process events in a separate subsystem allow for processing and generalising the data with the use of the BigData and DataMining technologies.Practical significance. Further development of the research presented in this article might be focused on the establishment of numerical relations when using various education formats within various disciplines providing the greatest effect when training students at higher education institutions. Введение. В последнее десятилетие наметилась серьезная тенденция перевода традиционной лекционной формы обучения в вузах в дистанционный режим. Подготовка к инновационной инженерной деятельности требует вовлечения студентов в онлайн-формат обучения, с одной стороны, и определения рамок применимости этого формата, с другой. Цель статьи – определить области эффективного использования онлайн-формата в учебном процессе вузов и перспективы дальнейшего развития дистанционного обучения.Материалы и методы. При написании статьи использовались интеграция опыта теоретического и практического обучения инновационной инженерной деятельности, методы анализа и синтеза, педагогический эксперимент. Результаты. В работе определены рамки применимости онлайн-технологий в поле традиционных и инновационных форматов обучения. Предложена подсистема накопления информации о ходе учебного процесса. Высокая эффективность применения дистанционного обучения подтверждена результатами педагогического эксперимента с использованием унифицированных учебных программ для широкой аудитории обучающихся и для контингента, имеющего право на выбор индивидуального графика работы. Научная новизна. Выполненные исследования позволяют определять рамки эффективного использования онлайн-формата обучения в вузах. Предложенная форма накопления информации о событиях учебного процесса в виде отдельной подсистемы дает возможность обобщать данные с использованием технологий Big Data и Data Mining.Практическая значимость. Дальнейшим направлением исследования может стать установление численных соотношений при использовании разнообразных форм обучения по различным дисциплинам, которые дают максимальный эффект при обучении студентов в высших учебных заведениях.

The scientific article deals with the problems encountered in the teaching of Russian as a foreign language to foreign students through distance learning (DL) under conditions of the coronavirus pandemic and quarantine measures taken worldwide. DL has become the only form of education available in many countries of the world. The author speaks about the problems of access of students and teachers to Internet resources, about the selection and use of various Internet platforms in the process of DL. The author shares his experience in organizing and administering lessons, midterms and examinations online. In the article, the author discusses the advantages and disadvantages of DL, the academic, psychological problems of students and teachers, the need for electronic content for each educational programs, ICT competency development courses for teachers and improving DL management. The author sets out the tasks to be carried out by the officials of the Ministry of Education, universities and by teachers ahead of the new school year. The pandemic is ongoing and every effort should be made to use DL in a wider format.

The article analyzes the current state of development of information technologies, in particular, information intelligent systems that directly affect the transformation of methods and forms of education. Prospects for the development of intelligent information systems in student education are due to the interaction of several branches of knowledge — technical, pedagogical, psychological, which allows us to conclude about the interdisciplinary nature of the development of intelligent learning systems and education in general. As a result of continuous long-term improvement of the technological process of manufacturing integrated circuits and processors, a platform of the future intellectual society is formed, which will be based on NBIC-technologies (convergence of nano-, bio-, information, cognitive technologies), cloud computing and mobile applications. Improving methods of searching for educational information; high popularity of webinar-oriented platforms; use of three-dimensional graphics and principles of game mechanics for online conferences, lectures, seminars, trainings, educational games; educational opportunities of social networks involve the formation of new forms of learning. Open learning via the Internet will become a traditional form of education. Mobile devices will be considered as the main tools for organizing training. Paper editions will be replaced by electronic multimedia content. Multi-user virtual 3D worlds will replace physical visits to higher education institutions. Open educational resources will be widely used by all subjects of the educational process. Virtual mobility will break down barriers between national education systems.
